Description

适用于大型捆料的切边装置 技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工领域,尤其是一种适用于大型捆料的切边装置。
背景技术
现在以圆筒式波纹型铝箔隔板高效过滤器为代表的超大直径捆料应用范围越来越广,而这些产品对一般均要求两端面平整。目前通常采用圆刀机处理圆筒状捆料两端面,但由于圆刀机的圆刀直径有限制,故其仅能对于直径在500mm以内的捆料进行切边处理,对直径大于500mm的捆料则无法进行切边加工。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种捆料的切边装置,其可在捆料直径较大时,实现对于捆料的精确切边处理。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明涉及一种适用于大型捆料的切边装置,其包括有机架,机架之上设置有捆料旋转装置,其包括有在水平方向上进行延伸的气涨轴,以及用于驱动气涨轴的驱动电机;所述气涨轴两侧分别设置有捆料切边装置,捆料切边装置包括有切边圆刀,其由切边电机进行驱动旋转,所述切边圆刀与切边电机均安装于切边安装座之上;所述捆料切边装置之中设置有伺服直线电机,其与切边安装座之间通过直线导轨副进行连接,直线导轨副在水平方向上沿气涨轴的径向进行延伸。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述气涨轴两侧分别设置有安全卡盘, 气涨轴通过安全卡盘连接于机架之上;所述驱动电机与气涨轴之间通过链条进行连接。采用上述技术方案,其可通过安全卡盘的设置使得气涨轴在进行捆料收卷以及驱动旋转过程中,使得气涨轴以及捆料均可保持良好的位置稳定性;与此同时,驱动电机与气涨轴之间链条传动方式致使其在保持良好的传动效果的同时,使得传动机构的占用空间得以节省。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述切边圆刀的圆心位置设置有切边槽体,其沿切边圆刀的轴线朝向切边电机进行延伸。采用上述技术方案,其可通过切边圆刀之中切边槽体的设置,使得切边圆刀的圆心处形成凹型结构,致使切边圆刀在通过捆料的边部时,可使得切片圆刀整体移动至捆料边缘时,避免因离心力影响而造成切片圆片无法过边现象,进而使得切片圆刀对于捆料整体的切边范围得以进一步扩大,使之可覆盖捆料整体。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述机架之上设置有在水平方向内进行延伸的移动平台,其设置于气涨轴的两侧,所述切边安装座设置于移动平台之上;所述切边安装座包括有在水平方向上延伸的支撑端体,以及设置在支撑端体下端面的导向端体,所述移动平台之上设置有平行于移动平台进行延伸的导向槽体,导向端体延伸至导向槽体之中。采用上述技术方案,其可使得切边安装座在水平移动过程中的稳定性得以改善,致使切边安装座之上的切边圆刀对于捆料切边的精度以及效率得以提高。
作为本发明的一种改进,每一个捆料切边装置之中均设置有两个 直线导轨副,其分别设置于导向端体的两侧,每一个直线导轨副均在移动平台的上端面以及支撑端体的下端面之间进行延伸。采用上述技术方案,其可通过多个直线导轨副以使得切边安装座移动的稳定性得以进一步的提高。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述伺服直线电机驱动切刀安装座的移动速度V以及捆料的半径R之间的关系为:V=K/R,其中,K为定值,且其范围为50至200。采用上述技术方案,其可根据捆料的半径以对于切边圆片的水平移动速度进行调整,致使其相互之间互成线性关系,从而以实现切片圆刀对于捆料的恒力矩切边处理。
采用上述技术方案的适用于大型捆料的切边装置,其可通过捆料旋转装置中的气涨轴对于捆料实现置放,并通过驱动电机对于气涨轴的驱动致使捆料进行实时旋转;捆料旋转过程中,捆料切边装置之中的切边圆刀可在切边电机的驱动下对于捆料的侧边部进行切割运动,以实现对于捆料特定周向上的切边处理;与此同时,由于切边圆刀与切边电机均安装于切边安装座之上,上述切边装置之中的伺服直线电机可通过驱使直线导轨副进行使得切边安装座连同切边圆刀与切边电机在水平方向上进行运动,进而使得切边圆刀可在捆料的径向上的不同位置进行切边处理。上述适用于大型捆料的切边装置通过捆料的旋转以及切割圆刀的水平位移,以在有效控制设备体积的同时,实现对于捆料各个位置高效而精确的切割处理,致使捆料端面的整齐性得以进一步的提升。

作为本发明的一种改进,如图2所示,所述气涨轴2两侧分别设置有安全卡盘9,气涨轴2通过安全卡盘9连接于机架1之上;所述驱动电机3与气涨轴2之间通过链条进行连接。采用上述技术方案,其可通过安全卡盘的设置使得气涨轴在进行捆料收卷以及驱动旋转过程中,使得气涨轴以及捆料均可保持良好的位置稳定性;与此同时,驱动电机与气涨轴之间链条传动方式致使其在保持良好的传动效果的同时,使得传动机构的占用空间得以节省。

作为本发明的一种改进,如图3所示,所述机架1之上设置有在水平方向内进行延伸的移动平台11,其设置于气涨轴2的两侧,所述切边安装座6设置于移动平台11之上;所述切边安装座6包括有在水平方向上延伸的支撑端体601,以及设置在支撑端体601下端面的导向端体602,所述移动平台11之上设置有平行于移动平台11进行延伸的导向槽体12,导向端体602延伸至导向槽体11之中。采用上述技术方案,其可使得切边安装座在水平移动过程中的稳定性得以改善,致使切边安装座之上的切边圆刀对于捆料切边的精度以及效率得以提高。

作为本发明的一种改进,每一个捆料切边装置之中均设置有两个直线导轨副8,其分别设置于导向端体602的两侧,每一个直线导轨副8均在移动平台11的上端面以及支撑端体的下端面之间进行延伸。采用上述技术方案,其可通过多个直线导轨副以使得切边安装座移动的稳定性得以进一步的提高。

  1. 一种适用于大型捆料的切边装置,其特征在于,所述适用于大型捆料的切边装置包括有机架,机架之上设置有捆料旋转装置,其包括有在水平方向上进行延伸的气涨轴,以及用于驱动气涨轴的驱动电机;所述气涨轴两侧分别设置有捆料切边装置,捆料切边装置包括有切边圆刀,其由切边电机进行驱动旋转,所述切边圆刀与切边电机均安装于切边安装座之上;所述捆料切边装置之中设置有伺服直线电机,其与切边安装座之间通过直线导轨副进行连接,直线导轨副在水平方向上沿气涨轴的径向进行延伸。
