本明細書において、「(メタ)アクリルアミド」とは、アクリルアミド、メタアクリルアミドのいずれかまたは双方を包含する概念であり、「(メタ)アクリル」「(メタ)アクリレート」の用語についても同様の意味である。また、「~」を用いて表される数値範囲は、「~」前後に記載される数値を下限値および上限値として含む範囲を意味する。
本明細書において、特定の符号で表示された置換基または連結基(以下、置換基などという)が複数あるとき、または、複数の置換基などを同時に規定するときには、それぞれの置換基などは互いに同一でも異なっていてもよいことを意味する。このことは、置換基などの数の規定についても同様である。
さらに、本明細書中、基(原子団)の表記において、置換および無置換を記していない表記は、置換基を有さないものと共に置換基を有するものをも包含するものである。例えば、「アルキル基」とは、置換基を有さないアルキル基(無置換アルキル基)のみならず、置換基を有するアルキル基(置換アルキル基)をも包含するものである。

本明細書において、塗膜の膜強度および帯電防止性のうちの少なくとも1つがより優れることを、本発明の効果がより優れるということがある。
本発明の硬化性組成物(以下これを「本発明の組成物」とも言う。)は、下記一般式(I)で表される化合物(多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物)および下記一般式(II)で表される化合物(多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の多官能化合物(多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物)と、π共役系高分子と、有機溶媒と、を含有する、硬化性組成物である。
一般式(I)中、Rはそれぞれ独立に、水素原子またはメチル基を表し、Lはそれぞれ独立に、-O-、炭素数2~4のアルキレン基、またはこれらを組み合わせた2価の連結基を表す。
一般式(II)中、R1はそれぞれ独立に、水素原子またはメチル基を表し、R2およびR4はそれぞれ独立に、-O-、炭素数1~4のアルキレン基、またはこれらを組み合わせた2価の連結基を表し、R3は、-O-、炭素数2~4のアルキレン基、下記一般式(III)で表される基、または、これらを組み合わせた2価の連結基を表し、L1およびL2はそれぞれ独立に、単結合または下記一般式(III)で表される基を表す。
一般式(III)中、R1は、水素原子またはメチル基を表し、*は結合箇所を示す。
上述のとおり、N,N’-プロピレンビスアクリルアミドとπ共役系高分子と有機溶媒とを混合して組成物を調製した場合、得られる塗膜の膜強度および帯電防止性は不十分となった(比較例3)。これは、N,N’-プロピレンビスアクリルアミドの有機溶媒への溶解性が低く、塗膜の均一性が低下することに起因するとの知見が得られている。
本発明は、上記知見に基づくものであり、有機溶媒への溶解性の高い化合物を使用することを特徴とするものである。すなわち、後述する特定の多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物およびπ共役系高分子は有機溶媒への溶解性が高いため、特定の多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物およびπ共役系高分子は有機溶媒中で相溶することができ、その結果、本発明の組成物から得られる塗膜の均一性は極めて高いものになる。そして、本発明の組成物において、特定の多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物が均一に硬化することによって塗膜全体の膜強度が高くなり、かつ、π共役系高分子が多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物と顕著な相分離を起こすことなく、塗膜全体に均質に分散された微細構造を取ると推察される。その結果、π共役系高分子鎖間で適切な導電パスが形成されることで、帯電防止性に優れると考えられる。
以下、本発明の組成物に含有される各成分について詳述する。
本発明の組成物は、下記一般式(I)で表される多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物および下記一般式(II)で表される多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物を含有する。
なお、本明細書において、一般式(I)で表される多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物および一般式(II)で表される多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物を含む概念としての多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物(多官能化合物)を以下「特定化合物」とも称する。
一般式(I)中、Rはそれぞれ独立に、水素原子またはメチル基を表す。
Lはそれぞれ独立に、-O-、炭素数2~4のアルキレン基、またはこれらを組み合わせた2価の連結基を表す。Lに隣接するアミド基中の窒素原子に隣接する位置には、炭素原子が位置することが好ましい。つまり、アミド基中の窒素原子に隣接する基としては、炭素数2~4のアルキレン基が位置することが好ましい。
-(O-アルキレン基(炭素数2~4))n-で表される基(nは、2以上の整数を表す。上限は特に制限されないが、100程度が挙げられる。)などが挙げられる。
なかでも、本発明の効果がより優れる点で、Lとしては、-O-を含む炭素数2~4のアルキレン基であることが好ましい。
一般式(II)中、R1はそれぞれ独立に、水素原子またはメチル基を表す。
R2およびR4はそれぞれ独立に、-O-、炭素数1~4のアルキレン基、またはこれらを組み合わせた2価の連結基を表す。R2およびR4に隣接するアミド基中の窒素原子に隣接する位置には、炭素原子が位置することが好ましい。アミド基中の窒素原子に隣接する基としては、炭素数1~4のアルキレン基が位置することが好ましい。
-(O-アルキレン基(炭素数1~4))n-で表される基(nは、2以上の整数を表す。上限は特に制限されないが、100程度が挙げられる。)などが挙げられる。なお、「これらを組み合わせた2価の連結基」として例示した各基において、2つの結合箇所のどちらがアミド基に結合しても構わない。
なかでも、本発明の効果がより優れる点で、R2、および、R4はそれぞれ独立に、炭素数1~4のアルキレン基、-O-を含む炭素数1~4のアルキレン基であることがより好ましい。
上記「これらを組み合わせた2価の連結基」としては、例えば、-OCH2CH2-、-OCH2CH2CH2-、-OCH2CH2CH2CH2-、-CH2OCH2CH2-、および、-CH2OCH2CH2CH2-などの-O-を含む炭素数2~4のアルキレン基;-(O-アルキレン基(炭素数2~4))n-で表される基(nは、2以上の整数を表す。上限は特に制限されないが、100程度が挙げられる。)などが挙げられる。なお、「これらを組み合わせた2価の連結基」として例示した各基において、2つの結合箇所のどちらがアミド基に結合しても構わない。
一般式(III)で表される基と他の基とを組み合わせる場合は、一般式(III)で表される基中の窒素原子には炭素数2~4のアルキレン基が結合することが好ましい。
なかでも、本発明の効果がより優れる点で、R3としては、炭素数2~4のアルキレン基、-O-を含む炭素数2~4のアルキレン基、または、一般式(III)で表される基が好ましい。
R3が一般式(III)を表す場合には、L1およびL2はいずれも単結合であることが好ましい。
π共役系高分子は、主鎖においてπ共役系で構成されている有機高分子を有するものであれば特に制限されない。例えば、ポリピロール類、ポリチオフェン類、ポリアセチレン類、ポリフェニレン類、ポリフェニレンビニレン類、ポリアニリン類、ポリアセン類、ポリチオフェンビニレン類、およびこれらの共重合体が挙げられる。重合の容易さ、空気中での安定性の点からは、ポリピロール類、ポリチオフェン類およびポリアニリン類からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種が好ましい。
π共役系高分子は無置換のままでも、充分な帯電防止性(または導電性)、特定化合物との相溶性を得ることができるが、帯電防止性(または導電性)および特定化合物との相溶性をより高めるためには、アルキル基、カルボキシ基、スルホ基、アルコキシ基、ヒドロキシ基、および、シアノ基などの官能基をπ共役系高分子に導入することが好ましい。
なお、これらのπ共役系高分子は、ドープされていてもよい。ここで、π共役系高分子がドープされているとは、硬化性組成物が、π共役系高分子と、後述するドーパントとを含有することを意味する。
ドーパントの含有量としては、π共役系高分子に対して、1×10-4~1×103mol%が好ましく、1×10-3~5×102mol%が好ましく、1×10-2~2×102mol%が特に好ましい。
π共役系高分子がブロック共重合体である場合、上記π共役系高分子(以下これを「π共役系ブロック共重合体」と称する。)は、π共役系ポリマーのブロックXを有することが好ましい。
π共役系ブロック共重合体においてブロックXを構成することができるπ共役系ポリマーは、π共役系高分子であれば特に制限されない。具体的には例えば、上記π共役系高分子の具体例と同様のものが挙げられる。
なかでも、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、ポリ(N-メチルピロール)、ポリ(3-メチルチオフェン)、ポリ(3-メトキシチオフェン)、または、ポリ(3,4-エチレンジオキシチオフェン)(PEDOT)が好ましく、ドープされたポリ(3,4-エチレンジオキシチオフェン)(PEDOT)がより好ましい。
下記式a)において、x、yおよびnはそれぞれ独立に、1~1000の整数が好ましい。
下記式b)において、xおよびyはそれぞれ独立に、1~1000の整数が好ましい。
下記式c)において、xおよびyはそれぞれ独立に、1~1000の整数が好ましい。
π共役系高分子の市販品としては、例えば、Aedotron C3-PC(Aldrich社製、製品番号736287、π共役系高分子と炭酸プロピレンとの混合物)、および、Aedotron P3-NM(Aldrich社製、製品番号736295、π共役系高分子とニトロメチルとの混合物)が挙げられる。
本発明の組成物に含有される有機溶媒は、特定化合物およびπ共役系高分子を溶解できるものであれば特に制限されない。
有機溶媒としては、一般の有機溶媒を用いることが可能である。なかでも、有機溶媒は、本発明の効果により優れ、π共役系高分子と特定化合物との相溶性に優れるという観点から、極性非プロトン溶媒が好ましい。極性非プロトン溶媒は、極性を有し、プロトン供与能がない、有機化合物の溶媒である。
トルエン、および、ベンゼンなどの芳香族炭化水素類;
n-ヘキサン、および、n-ヘプタンなどの脂肪族炭化水素類;
シクロヘキサン、および、メチルシクロヘキサンなどの脂環式炭化水素類;
メチルエチルケトン(MEK)、メチルイソブチルケトン、および、シクロヘキサノンなどのケトン類;

なかでも、有機溶媒は、本発明の効果により優れ、π共役系高分子と特定化合物との相溶性に優れるという観点から、ジ低級アルキルホルムアミド、ジ低級アルキルスルホキシド、ヘキサ低級アルキルホスホリルアミド、ジ低級アルキルアセトアミド、テトラ低級アルキル尿素、低級アルキルシアニド、芳香族シアニド、ニトロ低級アルカン、芳香族ニトロ化合物、環状スルホン、環状アミド、環状尿素、ジクロロベンゼン、および、炭酸プロピレンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の極性非プロトン溶媒が好ましい。
本発明の組成物は、さらに、上述した特定化合物以外のモノマー(例えば、単官能モノマー)を含有してもよい。
単官能モノマーとしては、例えば、2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、4-ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、および、グリセリンモノ(メタ)アクリレートのようなヒドロキシ基含有(メタ)アクリレート;
(メタ)アクリル酸、およびそれらのカルボン酸塩;
ジメチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、および、2-モルホリノエチル(メタ)アクリレートのような窒素原子含有(メタ)アクリレート;
メトキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、3-メトキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、メトキシジプロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、メトキシトリプロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、メトキシポリエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、および、フェノキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートのようなエーテル結合を有する(メタ)アクリレート;
(メタ)アクリルアミド、2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリルアミド、および、2-アクリルアミド-2-メチルプロパンスルホン酸およびそのスルホン酸塩などの、1分子中に(メタ)アクリルアミド結合を1個有するモノ(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物(ただしヒドロキシ基を有さない。);
2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリルアミドなどの、1分子中に(メタ)アクリルアミド結合を1個有し、ヒドロキシ基を有する、ヒドロキシ基含有単官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物;
N-メタクリロイルオキシエチル-N,N-ジメチルアンモニウム-N-メチルカルボキシベタイン、2-(メタクリロイルオキシ)エチル2-トリメチルアンモニオ)エチルホスフェート、N-(3-スルホプロピル)―N-(メタクリルオキシエチル―N,N-ジメチルアンモニウムベタイン、および、N-(4-スルホブチル)-N-(メタクリロイルアミノプロピル)-N,N-ジアンモニウムベタインなどのベタイン化合物などが挙げられる。
特定化合物以外のモノマーは、ヒドロキシ基含有(メタ)アクリレート、または、ヒドロキシ基含有単官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物が好ましい態様として挙げられる。
本発明の組成物は、さらに、開始剤を含有することが好ましい。
開始剤としては、例えば、光重合開始剤、および、熱重合開始剤が挙げられる。なお、光重合開始剤がさらに熱重合開始剤としての性質を有してもよい。熱重合開始剤がさらに光重合開始剤としての性質を有してもよい。
光重合開始剤としては、例えば、アルキルフェノン系光重合開始剤、メトキシケトン系光重合開始剤、アシルフォスフィンオキサイド系光重合開始剤、ヒドロキシケトン系光重合開始剤(例えば、IRGACURE184;1,2-α-ヒドロキシアルキルフェノン)、アミノケトン系光重合開始剤(例えば、2-メチル-1-[4-(メチルチオ)フェニル]-2-モルホリノ-プロパン-1-オン(IRGACURE(登録商標)907))、オキシム系光重合開始剤、および、オキシフェニル酢酸エステル系光重合開始剤(IRGACURE(登録商標)754)などが挙げられる。
その他の開始剤としては、例えば、アゾ系重合開始剤(例えば、V-601、和光純薬工業社製、熱重合開始剤)、過硫酸塩系重合開始剤、過硫酸物系重合開始剤、および、レドックス系重合開始剤などが挙げられる。
なお、開始剤は、有機溶媒に対する溶解性を有するものが好ましい。
本発明の組成物に含有される固形分全量は、本発明の組成物全量に対して、1~60質量%が好ましく、1~10質量%がさらに好ましい。
本明細書において、固形分とは、塗膜を構成する成分を意図する。固形分は有機溶媒および水を含まない。モノマーは塗膜を構成しうる成分であるため、液体であっても固形分に含まれる。
固形分には、上記特定化合物およびπ共役系高分子が含まれる。
本発明の組成物がさらに開始剤を含有する場合、開始剤は固形分に含まれる。
本発明の組成物がさらに上記その他のモノマーを含有する場合、上記その他のモノマーは固形分に含まれる。
・上記特定化合物の含有量
上記特定化合物(多官能化合物)の含有量は、固形分全量に対して、10~99質量%が好ましく、50~90質量%がより好ましい。
π共役系高分子の含有量は、固形分全量に対して、0.09~60質量%が好ましく、1~60質量%がより好ましく、3~30質量%がさらに好ましい。
特定化合物に対するπ共役系高分子の質量比(π共役系高分子/特定化合物)は、0.01~10が好ましく、0.1~0.95がより好ましい。上記数値範囲は、本発明の組成物がさらに開始剤を含有する場合も同様とすることができる。
本発明の組成物がさらに開始剤を含有する場合、開始剤の含有量は、特定化合物に対して、0.01~100質量%が好ましく、0.1~50質量%が更に好ましく、0.5~10質量%が特に好ましい。
本発明の組成物の調製方法は特に制限されず、公知の方法を採用できる。例えば、上記各成分を混合した後、公知の手段により撹拌することによって調製できる。具体的には例えば、π共役系高分子と有機溶媒とを含む混合物に、特定化合物、および、必要に応じて使用することができる、開始剤またはその他のモノマーなどを混合する方法が挙げられる。
本発明の塗膜は、本発明の硬化性組成物を硬化させてなる塗膜である。
本発明の塗膜に使用される硬化性組成物は、本発明の組成物であれば特に制限されない。
本発明の塗膜の膜厚は特に制限されないが、0.1~300μmであることが好ましく、1~100μmであることがより好ましい。
本発明の塗膜を製造する方法は特に制限されないが、例えば、上述した本発明の組成物を基材上に塗布し、その後、加熱または光(例えば、紫外線、可視光線、X線など)を照射することで硬化させる方法が挙げられる。
上記プラスチック基材としては、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、セロファン、ジアセチルセルロース、トリアセチルセルロース、アセチルセルロースブチレート、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリビニルアルコール、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリイミド、フッ素樹脂、ナイロン、アクリル樹脂、ポリアミド、シクロオレフィン、ナイロン、および、ポリエーテルサルファンなどを用いて得られる樹脂フィルム基材を使用できる。なかでも、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、または、ポリエチレンナフタレートなどからなるフィルムを使用することが、機械的強度をより向上するうえで好ましい。
基材は、プラスチックのみからなる基材であってもよいが、塗膜との密着性をより向上させることを目的として、プラスチック基材の表面にプライマー層を有するものであってもよい。
また、基材は、塗膜との密着性を向上させることを目的として、サンドブラスト法または溶剤処理法などによる表面の凹凸化処理、コロナ放電処理、クロム酸処理、火炎処理、熱風処理、オゾン処理、紫外線照射処理、および、表面の酸化処理などの表面処理が施されたものであってもよい。
加熱の温度は特に制限されないが、30~150℃であることが好ましく、40~120℃であることがより好ましい。
本発明の塗膜は例えば、帯電防止性塗膜もしくは導電性塗膜、または、ハードコート層として用いることができる。
本発明の塗膜と基材とを有する積層体を、例えば、偏光板用保護フィルムのような光学フィルム;電子素子などとして使用することができる。基材としては例えば上記と同様のものが挙げられる。
また、上記光学フィルムの用途としては、例えば、偏光膜と、偏光膜の両面を保護する2枚の保護フィルムのうち少なくとも一方または両方に偏光板用保護フィルムとしての上記光学フィルムとを有する偏光板が挙げられる。偏光膜は特に制限されない。残りの保護フィルムとしては、例えば、反射防止フィルムが挙げられる。
上記光学フィルムまたは上記偏光板は、例えば、液晶表示装置(LCD)、プラズマディスプレイパネル(PDP)、エレクトロルミネッセンスディスプレイ(ELD)、および、陰極管表示装置(CRT)のような画像表示装置に好適に用いることができる。
<多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物の合成>
・化合物Aの合成例
撹拌機を備えた2L容量の三口フラスコに先にN-(2-アミノエチル)-1,3-プロパンジアミン(アルドリッチ社製)30g、NaHCO3301g(N-(2-アミノエチル)-1,3-プロパンジアミンが有する一つの-NH2基に対して4.7当量)、ジクロロメタン1L、および、水50mLを入れ、三口フラスコを氷浴下に置いた。次に、上記三口フラスコ内にアクリル酸クロリド232g(上記一つの-NH2基に対して3.3当量、和光純薬工業社製)を3時間かけて滴下し、その後、室温で3時間撹拌した。原料の消失を1H-NMR(プロトン-核磁気共鳴)にて確認した後、減圧下にて反応混合物から溶媒を留去し、得られた反応混合物を硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥させた。次に、反応混合物のセライトろ過を行い、ろ液を回収した後、減圧下にてろ液から溶媒を留去した。最後に、得られた残渣を、シリカカラムクロマトグラフィー(酢酸エチル/メタノール=9/1(体積比))で精製することで、下記構造を有する化合物A(収率43%)を得た。
なお、化合物A~Eの構造を、後述する各成分の詳細に記載する。
N-(2-アミノエチル)-1,3-プロパンジアミンをビス(3-アミノプロピル)アミン(東京化成工業社製)30gに代えた以外は、化合物Aの合成例と同様の手法で調製を行い、下記構造を有する化合物B(収率43%)を得た。
N-(2-アミノエチル)-1,3-プロパンジアミンをN,N’―ビス(3-アミノプロピル)エチレンジアミン(東京化成工業社製)30gに代えた以外は、化合物Aの合成例と同様の手法で調製を行い、下記構造を有する化合物C(収率40%)を得た。
N-(2-アミノエチル)-1,3-プロパンジアミンをN,N’―ビス(2-アミノエチル)-1,3-プロパンジアミン(東京化成工業社製)30gに代えた以外は、化合物Aの合成例と同様の手法で調製を行い、下記構造を有する化合物D(収率41%)を得た。
N-(2-アミノエチル)-1,3-プロパンジアミンをジエチレングリコールビス(3-アミノプロピル)エーテル(東京化成工業社製)30gに代えた以外は、化合物Aの合成例と同様の手法で調製を行い、下記構造を有する化合物E(収率41%)を得た。
・比較化合物A
特開2007-31372号公報の実施例1の記載と同様の手法で調製を行い、下記の構造を有する比較化合物A(ジトリメチロールプロパンテトラアクリルアミド、収率50%)を得た。
N-(2-アミノエチル)-1,3-プロパンジアミンを1,3-プロパンジアミン(東京化成工業社製)30gに代えた以外は、化合物Aの合成例と同様の手法で調製を行い、下記の構造を有する比較化合物B(N,N’-プロピレンビスアクリルアミド、収率45%)を得た。
下記表1に示す各成分を同表に示す組成(質量部)で用いて、これらを撹拌機で混合し、硬化性組成物を製造した。
なお、下記表1のπ共役系高分子A欄およびπ共役系高分子B欄において、各欄に、3つの数値を記載した。3つの数値のなかで、上段の数値は使用されたπ共役系高分子溶液全体の量であり、中段は上記π共役系高分子溶液に含まれる正味のπ共役系高分子の量であり、下段は上記π共役系高分子溶液に含まれる有機溶媒の量である。
また、下記表1の配合比欄において、3つの数値を記載した。3つの数値のなかで、上段の数値は固形分全量であり、中段は各組成物の全量であり、下段は上記組成物全量に対する上記固形分全量(質量%)である。
・紫外線硬化
実施例1~8および比較例1~3について、上記のとおり製造された各硬化性組成物を、易接着PET(Polyethylene terephthalate、東洋紡社製:コスモシャインA4100)フィルムの易接着処理された面の上にバーコーターを使って塗布し、25℃の条件下で、2J/cm2でUV(紫外線)露光を行い、塗膜(膜厚10μm)を作製した(熱経時前)。
・熱硬化
実施例9については、上記のとおり製造された硬化性組成物を、易接着PETフィルムの易接着処理された面の上にバーコーターを使って塗布し、80℃、4時間の条件で加熱し、塗膜(膜厚10μm)を作製した(熱経時前)。
上記のとおり製造された硬化性組成物(熱経時前)を製造直後に目視で確認し、組成物の均一性を確認した。
組成物に分離がなく組成物が全体的に均一であった場合を「一層」と示した。
組成物が2つの層に分離し、わずかに白濁が見られた場合を「わずかに二層分離」と示した。
組成物が2つの層に分離し、液全体に明らかな白濁が見られた場合を「二層分離」と示した。
上記のとおり得られた各塗膜(熱経時前)を縦10cm×横10cmの大きさに切り出してサンプルを作製し、上記サンプルを、温度25℃且つ相対湿度40%の雰囲気下で24時間放置した。その後、表面抵抗測定器(東亜電波工業株式会社製SME-8310)を用い、電圧を印加してから1分後の表面抵抗率(Ω/□)を測定し(温度:25℃、相対湿度:40%、印加電圧:100V)、下記の基準にしたがって評価した。AまたはBであることが好ましい。
・A:表面抵抗率の常用対数(logSR)が、11未満
・B:logSRが11以上~12未満
・C:logSRが12以上
上記のとおり得られた各塗膜(熱経時前)の鉛筆硬度を、JIS K5401に示された試験方法に基づき測定し、下記の基準にしたがって評価した。AまたはBであることが好ましい。
・A:鉛筆硬度が2H以上であった
・B:鉛筆硬度がHであった
・C:鉛筆硬度がF以下であった
上記のとおり得られた各塗膜(熱経時前)を80℃、24時間の条件で放置して、熱経時後の塗膜を得た。上記のとおり得られた熱経時後の各塗膜を用いて、上記<帯電防止性の評価>および<膜強度の評価>と同様にして表面抵抗率、および、鉛筆硬度を測定し、同様の基準で評価した。
・多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物:上記のとおり合成した、化合物A~Eおよび比較化合物A~Bを用いた。各化合物の構造を以下に示す。化合物A~Dは室温で液体である。化合物Eは室温で固体である。尚、表中の空欄は含有しないことを表す。
・π共役系高分子B(0.7質量%溶液):Aedotron P3-NM(Aldrich社製、製品番号736295、0.7質量%ニトロメタン溶液)。重合パターン:C12-PEG-block-PEDOT-block-PEG-C12、ドーパント:p-トルエンスルホン酸塩、下記構造式を有する。
・熱重合開始剤(V-601):V-601(有機溶媒に溶解するアゾ系熱開始剤)(和光純薬社製)
特定化合物を含有せず、代わりにジトリメチロールプロパンテトラアクリルアミドを含有する比較例2は、加熱前の膜強度および帯電防止性を、加熱後において維持することができなかった。
また、特定化合物を含有せず、代わりにN,N’-プロピレンビスアクリルアミドを含有する比較例3は、加熱前および加熱後の両方において膜強度および帯電防止性が悪かった。
実施例1~4と実施例5とを比較すると、室温で液体である多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物を含有する実施例1~4は、室温で固体である多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物を含有する実施例5よりも、帯電防止性および膜強度により優れた。
実施例1、6と実施例7とを比較すると、多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物の含有量が多い実施例1、6のほうが、多官能(メタ)アクリルアミド化合物の含有量が少ない実施例7よりも膜強度により優れた。

- 下記一般式(I)で表される化合物および下記一般式(II)で表される化合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の多官能化合物と、
π共役系高分子と、
有機溶媒と、を含有する、硬化性組成物。
一般式(I)中、Rはそれぞれ独立に、水素原子またはメチル基を表し、
Lはそれぞれ独立に、-O-、炭素数2~4のアルキレン基、またはこれらを組み合わせた2価の連結基を表す。
一般式(II)中、R1はそれぞれ独立に、水素原子またはメチル基を表し、
R2およびR4はそれぞれ独立に、-O-、炭素数1~4のアルキレン基、またはこれらを組み合わせた2価の連結基を表し、
R3は、-O-、炭素数2~4のアルキレン基、下記一般式(III)で表される基、または、これらを組み合わせた2価の連結基を表し、
