Description
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,具体涉及一种改进的烟弹及其电子烟。
现有的电子烟进气系统基本上都是垂直上下进气方式,电子烟的雾化头插置在烟弹的储液腔内,以便对雾化头提供烟液,此种结构的不利于对雾化头的更换;此外,现有的电子烟的进气方式为电子烟的进气孔开设在电子烟壳体的底部,而底部开设进气孔容易造成进气时烟液容易漏液的问题。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述,为了适合市场的需求,本发明有必要提供一种便于雾化头更换且在进气时不容易漏液的电子烟。
本发明的一个方面提供了一种电子烟,包括烟弹与雾化组件,烟弹具有储液腔,所述储液腔底端开口,所述雾化组件包括雾化头,所述烟弹包括顶壁以及周壁,所述顶壁以及周壁围成所述储液腔,所述烟弹一侧的所述周壁设有进气通道,另一侧的所述周壁设有出烟通道,所述雾化头设置在所述烟弹的底侧,所述雾化头具有雾化加热通道,所述雾化加热通道一端连通所述进气通道,另一端连通所述出烟通道,所述雾化头的周壁上开设有进液孔,所述进液孔连通所述储液腔,以供所述储液腔的烟液经过所述进液孔流至所述雾化加热通道内加热形成烟雾。
在其中一个实施例中,所述进气通道从所述周壁的底端沿轴向延伸至预设高度,所述周壁对应地开设一进气口与所述进气通道的顶端连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述出烟通道从所述周壁的底端沿轴向延伸至所述周壁的顶端,贯通所述周壁的顶端与底端。
在其中一个实施例中,所述周壁上或顶壁上开设有注液孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟弹的周壁底面对应所述进气通道的出口处与所述出烟通道的进口处分别设置一挡气片,两所述挡气片相对设置,使得气流从所述进气通道流出后经过所述挡气片的阻挡流向所述出烟通道的一侧,所述出烟通道的挡气片将气流导入至所述出烟通道内。

相较于现有技术,本发明提供的电子烟利用烟弹周壁进气和出气,不用额外设置进气出气的套管,节约材料,节约成本,并且将储液腔、进气通道、出烟通道设置为一体减小了装配难度,最大程度的节省电子烟内部空间,进一步缩小了电子烟的体积。在一个实施例中,进一步地解决现有的电子烟上的雾化头要插入烟弹内部进液的问题,实现外部接触即进液的功能。在一个实施例中,整个进气方式呈环绕型进气方式,环绕型进气方式很好的解决了现有电子烟的进气孔开设在电子烟壳体的底部,而底部开设进气孔容易造成进气时烟液容易漏液的问题,同时气流更加顺畅,抽吸效果更好。

请参阅图1、图2,本发明提供一种电子烟,包括外壳10以及安装在外壳10内的烟弹20、雾化组件30与电控组件40,烟弹20安装在外壳10内上端,对雾化组件30提供烟液,雾化组件30安装在烟弹20的底侧,对流入的烟液进行雾化,可选的,电控组件40安装在雾化组件30的底侧,对雾化组件30供电并及时控制雾化的开始和/或停止。
外壳10包括上壳套11以及上壳套相配合的下壳套12,上壳套11与下壳套12连接处形成有卡位孔13,以供上壳套11、下壳套12在配合烟弹20安装时准确对位,本实施例中,卡位孔13为两个,相对地设置在上壳套11与下壳套12连接处的周壁上,用于快速装配烟弹20。上壳套11较下壳套12短,上壳套11位于外壳10的上端,在一个实施例中,上壳套11可视为壳帽,其顶端开设有出烟口111,以供烟雾散出,可选的,所述出烟口111可连接烟嘴(图未示),上壳套11内安装烟弹20的上端,一部分烟弹20可伸出所述上壳套11,上壳套11上进一步开设有卡槽14,以供烟弹20卡接,使烟弹20可稳定地卡持在上壳套11内。在一个实施例中,下壳套12可视为壳套主体,其周壁上开设有进气口121以及USB接口123,下壳套12内安装雾化组件30、电控组件40以及烟弹20的下端。通过将外壳10设置为上壳套11与下壳套12相配合的结构,便于电子烟内烟弹20、雾化组件30的装卸。
请参阅图3、图4、以及图5,烟弹20包括顶壁21以及周壁22,所述顶壁21以及周壁22对应地围成储液腔23,储液腔23顶端封闭,底端开口,在一个实施例中,所述开口可以是一个整体通孔,或者是多个排列的小通孔。烟弹20的周壁22内沿轴向设有进气通道221与出烟通道222,进气通道221位于烟弹周壁22的一侧,出烟通道222位于周壁22上与进气通道221相对的另一侧。可以理解的,所述周壁22为一定厚度板材制成,所述周壁22可容许沿垂直于其厚度方向在周壁22内部开设进气通道221和出烟通道222。在一个实施例中,进气通道221从周壁22的底端沿轴向延伸至预设高度,在一个实施例中,周壁22上对应地开设一进气口24与进气通道221的顶端连通,使得从进气口24送气后,可沿进气通道221从周壁的底端流出。在一个实
施例中,出烟通道222从周壁22的底端沿轴向延伸至周壁的顶端,贯通周壁22的顶端与底端,使得气流从出烟通道222的底端流入后从周壁22的顶端流出。将进气通道221和出烟通道222设置在烟弹周壁22可以利用充分利用烟弹20周边空间,不用将这部分气道设置在部件较多的电子烟中部,可以进一步缩小电子烟体积,同时上进上出的设置也可以有效的防止漏液。周壁22上径向地开设有注液孔25,用于向储液腔23内注入烟液,注液孔25与进气通道221或出烟通道222均未连通,以保证注液时能直接注入到储液腔23内,如注液孔25可开设在周壁22上不会连通进气通道221或出烟通道222之处,如开设于进气通道221的上方,此外,注液孔25可轴向地开设地顶壁21上。
本实施例中,烟弹20根据套设位置,可分为下半体以及与下半体一体形成的上半体(图示由中分线201分开),下半体安装在下壳套12内,上半体安装在上壳套11内。烟弹20的周壁外侧相对地凸伸有卡位块26,卡位块26形成在下半体与上半体的连接处,用于卡持至上壳套11与下壳套12连接处的卡位孔13内。在一个实施例中,进气通道221、进气口24以及注液孔25均开设在下半体周壁22的一侧,进气通道221从周壁22的底端延伸预设的高度后连通所述进气口24,注液孔25位于进气口24的正上方,注液孔25的顶端平齐所述中分线201,注液孔25的形状并不做限制,本实实施中,注液孔25由矩形槽口配合中心圆孔形成,以便于安装注液塞27(请参阅图2)。出烟通道222开设在周壁22上关于储液腔23与进气通道221相对的一侧,出烟通道222从周壁22的底端延伸经过下半体周壁后伸入至上半体周壁。在一个实施例中,上半体周壁在对应进气通道221与出烟通道222的两侧开设有切槽202,切槽202从上半体周壁的顶端往下延伸预设的距离,切槽202未连通储液腔23,切槽202延伸预设距离后,对应地,切槽202的底面则构成为出烟通道222的顶面。在一个实施例中,出烟通道222位于周壁22顶端开设有出烟通道出口223。在一个实施例中,通过在上半体周壁的两侧开设切槽202,可以满足烟弹20上半体融入至上壳套11内,即适应上壳套11的扁平收缩的外形设计,可以理解,在不考虑上壳套11外形的情况下,上半体周壁两侧无需开设所述切槽202。上半体周壁外侧设有卡扣203,以对应地与上壳套11上的卡槽14相卡合。上半体顶壁上(对应烟弹20的顶壁21)设置有定位凸起204,以供烟弹20的上半体套入至上壳套11内后,定位凸起204与上壳套11内的卡位对应地配合,加强对位准确与稳定性。此外,烟弹20周壁22底面对应进气通道221的出口处与出烟通道222的进口处分别设置挡气片28。挡气片28呈L型,两挡气片28相对设置,使得气流从进气通道221流出后经过挡气片28的阻挡流向出烟通道222的一侧,出烟通道222的挡气片28将气流导入至出烟通道222内。后续根据电控组件40的部件通气需要,挡气片28可以省略或者在挡气片28上开孔,以供在吸气时电控组件40的部件被抽气而触动,抽气气流穿过挡气片28进入进气通道221。本实施例中,相对设置的L型挡气片28,可引导气流流向,确保气流从进
气通道221顺畅进入到出烟通道222,并且可提高与雾化头31两端对接的密封性。
雾化组件30安装在烟弹20的底侧,两端连接进气通道221的出口与出烟通道222的进口,并且雾化从烟弹20储液腔内流入的烟液,形成烟雾,使得烟雾可经气流带出。雾化组件30包括雾化头31,请参阅图6、图7、雾化头31呈柱体状,包括设置在一端的第一壳体311、设置在另一端的第二壳体312以及设置在第一壳体311与第二壳体312之间的绝缘件313,第一壳体311、第二壳体312作为雾化头31的周壁,均可导电,分别用于连接两电性极,其中一个连正极时,另一个则连负极。第一壳体311、第二壳体312上均设置有电性连接脚314,以供连接电极。雾化头31沿轴心线方向开设雾化加热通道315并贯通雾化头31的两端。第一壳体311较第二壳体312长,第一壳体311的外周表面开设有进液孔3111,以供储液腔的烟液经过进液孔3111流入至雾化头31内,需要说明的是,所述雾化加热通道315为烟液接触空气被加热雾化为烟雾的场所,可供气流流通,空气可以从所述雾化加热通道315的一端进入,配合烟液在所述雾化加热通道315内生成烟雾后再从另一端出来。
在一个实施例中,雾化头31包括发热件316与吸液件317,吸液件317包覆在发热件316的外周,并一体地安装在第一壳体311的内腔中,发热件316选择为发热丝螺旋而成的螺旋体,所述螺旋体贯通的内部作为雾化加热通道315,发热丝的一端连接至第一壳体311,另一端连接至第二壳体312上,发热丝的其他部位与第一壳体311、第二壳体312均不接触。可选的,发热件316为镍烙合金绕成的发热丝;可选的,吸液件317选择为吸液棉或纤维绳。此外,雾化头结构的具体实施方式还可为发热件包覆在吸液件的外周(图未示),所述雾化加热通道315为两端贯通的雾化腔,发热件以及吸液件都设置在所述雾化腔中。如此,烟弹20储液腔内流入的烟液流经进液孔3111后为吸液件317吸附,通过导通发热丝316,发热丝316发热将吸液件317上的烟液蒸发成烟雾,进气通道221的气流进入雾化加热通道315内,将雾化加热通道315内的烟雾带经出烟通道222送出。本实施例中,第一壳体311选择连接正极,第二壳体312选择连接负极。可以理解,第一壳体311与第二壳体312连接的极性可互换。这样雾化头结构简单并可以水平向放置,有利于减小电子烟的垂直高度。
请参阅图8,本发明较佳实施例还提供另一种改进型的雾化头31,其改进在于:雾化头31的周壁上开设有多个进液孔3111,并且在雾化头31的周壁上邻近两端各套设有一挡液圈318,使得周壁上开设的多个进液孔3111位于两挡液圈318之间,如此,可以确保烟液仅流入至雾化头31内,防止烟液进入其他部件。挡液圈318可采用橡胶圈。进液孔3111可开设在第一壳体311和/或第二壳体312上,可选的,多个进液孔3111仅开设在第一壳体311上的一侧与储液腔相接的区域,且对应吸液棉的区域,这样吸液件317与烟液的接触量雾化效果会更好,出烟量会更大。
请再次参阅图2,为了便于雾化头31安装以及提高雾化头31安装后与储液腔配合的密封性,雾化组件30可进一步包括雾化头座套32,用以配合雾化头31后安装至烟弹20的底侧。在一个实施例中,雾化头座套32呈圆管状,其管壁的一侧开设有过液孔321,相对的一侧开设有电极连接孔322。雾化头座套32开设过液孔321的一侧与烟弹20储液腔内的底侧卡持,并且雾化头套座32的端部与储液腔的腔壁紧密抵持,提高了储液腔底侧的密封效果,使得烟液仅能流入雾化头套座32的管壁上,由过液孔321流入至雾化头31的进液孔3111。雾化头座套32可选用橡胶座套。可以理解,在一个实施例中,雾化头31可直接安装至烟弹底侧,雾化头座套32可以省略。此外,雾化头31具有挡液圈318时,雾化头座套32套设在两个挡液圈318外周。
雾化头组件30安装后,雾化头31的雾化加热通道315分别与进气通道221的出口与出烟通道222的进口相对准,所述进气通道221、所述出烟通道222与所述雾化加热通道315共同构成了电子烟的吸气通道,并使得电子烟的吸气通道形成为环绕储液腔23外周的U型通道,解决了现有电子烟由于进气孔开设在电子烟壳体的底部,而底部开设进气孔容易造成进气时烟液容易漏液的问题同时,气流更加顺畅,抽吸效果更好。并且雾化头31设置在烟弹20的底侧而无需置入至烟弹20的储液腔内,便于雾化头31的装取。
电控组件40用于响应吸气动作并给雾化头31供电。电控组件40包括安装架41,以及安装在安装架上的电路板42、电极接触体43、传感器44与电源45。安装架41安装在下壳套12内,安装架41上开设有对应电路板42、电极接触体43、传感器44以及电源45的安装空间。安装架41上安装电路板42的空间与雾化头31之间形成有间隔壁411。间隔壁411上开设有安装孔412与抽气通道413。安装孔412以供安装电极接触体43,使得电路板42与雾化头31电性导通。抽气通道413连通电子烟的吸气通道与传感器44,传感器44一般为气流或气压传感器。抽吸时,出烟通道222、进气通道内气流流动,并在抽气通道413内形成负压,从而触动所述传感器,从而激发电路板42工作,电路板42驱动雾化头31进行雾化加热动作。电路板42上设置USB插槽421与下壳套12的USB接口123匹配,以供连接充电器。电源45可拆卸地安装在安装架41上位于电路板42的下方,用于给电路板42及雾化头31供电,电源45可采用电池或电芯。
本实施例中,安装孔412开设在对应雾化头31的电性连接脚314处,抽气通道413对应出烟通道222的进气口位置,并且与出烟通道222相对准,通过省略挡气片28或者在挡气片28上开孔,抽气时抽气通道413内的气流可直接流入至出烟通道222。在一个实施例中,电路板42呈L型板体,其顶端连接有电极接触体43,电极接触体43设置在间隔壁411的安装孔412内,电极接触体43将雾化头31与电路板42电性连接,具体地,电极接触体43包括正极接头与负极接头,正极接头、负极接头均一端连接至电路板42,另一端连接电性连接脚314。传感器44设置在电路板42的一侧(对应L型板体围成的漏空区域内),连接在抽气通道413的末端,使得吸烟时,
抽气通道412内被吸气,激发传感器44而触动电路板42点烟。可以理解,抽气通道412可开设在间隔壁411任意位置,只需确保抽气通道412将传感器44与吸气通道连通即可。
综上,本发明提供的电子烟整个吸气通道围绕储液腔23的环绕型进气方式,围成所述储液腔23的周壁22设有进气通道221和出烟通道222,烟弹20的储液腔23的外周一侧设有进气通道221,另一侧设有出烟通道222,将储液腔、进气通道、出烟通道设置为一体节约了空间,减小了装配难度。雾化头设置在烟弹的下方无需浸入到烟弹内部,实现了烟弹与雾化头接触进液的功能,并且环绕型进气方式可将进气口开设在电子烟的周侧,无需开设在底侧,避免进气时烟液容易漏液。此外,通过设置传感器与吸气通道通过抽气通道连通,在吸气时可被传感器感应来启动点烟,实现实时自动点烟并且启动方便。
可以理解,所述烟弹20的底部开口端可一体地设置底壁,通过在底壁上开设通孔与雾化头上的进液孔3111对准连通。
只要不违背本发明创造的思想,对本发明的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本发明公开的内容;在本发明的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本发明创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (20)
- 一种电子烟,包括烟弹(20)与雾化组件(30),烟弹(20)具有储液腔(23),所述储液腔(23)底端开口,所述雾化组件(30)包括雾化头(31),其特征在于:所述烟弹(20)包括顶壁(21)以及周壁(22),所述顶壁(21)以及周壁(22)围成所述储液腔(23),所述烟弹(20)一侧的所述周壁(22)设有进气通道(221),另一侧的所述周壁(22)设有出烟通道(222),所述雾化头(31)设置在所述烟弹(20)的底侧,所述雾化头(31)具有雾化加热通道(315),所述雾化加热通道(315)一端连通所述进气通道(221),另一端连通所述出烟通道(222),所述雾化头(31)的周壁上开设有进液孔(3111),所述进液孔(3111)连通所述储液腔(23),以供所述储液腔(23)的烟液经过所述进液孔(3111)流至所述雾化加热通道(315)内加热形成烟雾。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储液腔(23)顶端封闭,所述进气通道(221)从所述周壁(22)的底端沿轴向延伸至预设高度,所述周壁(22)对应地开设一进气口(24)与所述进气通道(221)的顶端连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述出烟通道(222)从所述周壁(22)的底端沿轴向延伸至所述周壁的顶端,贯通所述周壁(22)的顶端与底端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述周壁(22)上或顶壁(21)上开设有注液孔(25)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟弹(20)的周壁(22)底面对应所述进气通道(221)的出口处与所述出烟通道(222)的进口处分别设置一挡气片(28),两所述挡气片(28)相对设置,使得气流从所述进气通道(221)流出后经过所述挡气片(28)的阻挡流向所述出烟通道(222)的一侧,所述出烟通道(222)的挡气片(28)将气流导入至所述出烟通道(222)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化头(31)的周壁上邻近两端各套设有一挡液圈(318),雾化头(31)的周壁上开设有多个位于两所述挡液圈(318)之间的进液孔(3111);所述雾化头(31)包括设置在一端的第一壳体(311)、设置在另一端的第二壳体(312)以及设置在所述第一壳体(311)与所述第二壳体(312)之间的绝缘件(313),所述雾化头(31)还包括发热件(316)与吸液件(317),所述吸液件(317)包覆在发热件(316)的外周,并一体地安装在所述第一壳体(311)的内腔中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:包括外壳(10),所述外壳(10)包括上壳套(11)以及与所述上壳套(11)相配合的下壳套(12),所述上壳套(11)与所述下壳套(12)连接处形成有卡位孔(13),所述上壳套(11)内安装烟弹(20)的上端,所述下壳套(12)内安装所述烟弹(20)的下端以及所述雾化组件(30)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化头(31)的雾化加热通道(315)分别与所述进气通道(221)的出口以及所述出烟通道(222)的进口相对准,形成环绕所述烟弹(20)的储液腔(23)外周的U型的吸气通道。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:包括电控组件(40),所述电控组件(40)包括安装架(41),所述安装架(41)上形成有间隔壁(411)与雾化头(31)相邻,所述安装架(41)上安装有传感器(44),所述间隔壁(411)上开设有抽气通道(413),抽气通道(413)连通所述电子烟的吸气通道与所述传感器(44)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电控组件(40)包括电极接触体(43),安装架(41)上安装有电路板(42),间隔壁(411)上开设有安装孔(412),安装孔(412)内安装所述电极接触体(43),使得电路板(42)与雾化头(31)电性导通。
- 一种烟弹,其特征在于:所述烟弹(20)包括顶壁(21)以及周壁(22),所述顶壁(21)与所述周壁(22)围成储液腔(23),所述周壁(22)设有进气通道(221)和出烟通道(222),所述进气通道(221)位于所述周壁(22)的一侧,所述出烟通道(222)位于所述周壁(22)上与所述进气通道(221)相对的另一侧。
- 根据权利要求11所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述储液腔(23)底端开口。
- 根据权利要求11所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述周壁(22)或者所述顶壁(21)上开设有注液孔(25)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述周壁22上开设有进气口(24),所述进气孔(24)与所述进气通道(221)连通。
- 根据权利要求11所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述出烟通道(222)从所述周壁(22)的底端沿轴向延伸至所述周壁(22)的顶端,并贯通所述周壁(22)的顶端与底端。
- 根据权利要求11所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述进气通道(221)从所述周壁(22)的底端沿轴向延伸至预设高度。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括权利要求11-16任一项所述的烟弹(20)。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:包括外壳(10),所述烟弹(20)安装在所述外壳(10)内,所述外壳(10)的顶端设置有出烟口(111)。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:还包括雾化组件(30),所述雾化组件(30)包括雾化头(31),所述雾化头(31)设有有雾化加热通道(315),所述雾化加热通道(315)一端连通所述进气通道(221),另一端连通所述出烟通道(222),所述雾化头(31)的周壁上开设有进液孔(3111),所述进液孔(3111)连通所述储液腔(23)。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:还包括抽气通道(413)、传感器(44), 所述进气通道(221)、所述出烟通道(222)与所述雾化加热通道(315)构成了所述电子烟的吸气通道,所述抽气通道(413)两端分别连通所述传感器(44)与所述吸气通道。
