  • Chinese Patent Publication Nos. CN104397702A, CN104490773A, and CN104397706A disclose an emulsion composition containing a phospholipid, another fat-soluble substance, and water, which forms a uniform emulsion of a fat-soluble substance and water by a high-speed stirring emulsification and a homogeneous processing process. Conducive to consumption and absorption.
  • the fat-soluble substance of unsaturated fatty acid is easily oxidized and degraded in an aqueous mixed solution, especially at a temperature above 40 ° C, which accelerates degradation, resulting in a large loss of unsaturated fatty acids, and is severe. Affect the quality and safety of the composition.
  • a non-aqueous lipid composition having good stability but a non-aqueous lipid composition is oily, completely incompatible with water and floating on the water surface, and stirring or shaking does not allow the lipid composition to The water is evenly mixed, which is extremely disadvantageous for the preparation of the lipid composition.
  • the scope of use thereof is severely limited, especially for the need to mix the lipid composition with the water agent uniformly, or need to It is very difficult to formulate a lipid composition into a nutrient food/special medical use formula which can be orally administered as a homogenized meal; and it is also necessary to satisfy the user's quick and easy formulation with a liquid agent, and to prepare a good mixture. It is an emulsion and is not easily visible to the naked eye, which is beneficial for consumption and use.
  • liquid fats that do not contain water should be satisfied when they are formulated into a product that is easy to be orally ingested with water-based liquids, especially in the practical application or clinical use of nutritional foods, special medical formulas, medicines, etc.
  • the emulsion formed by the water-based liquid has good stability and is not prone to obvious delamination, for example, no visible delamination occurs in at least 1 minute, so that the user has a longer drinking period. Or the time of oral intake;
  • the formed emulsion can form a uniform emulsion after slight swaying after standing to facilitate intermittent drinking or oral ingestion by the user.
  • the prior art cannot satisfy the above four conditions, and generally the use of the non-aqueous lipid composition into a soft capsule preparation is used, which greatly limits the consumer or the patient.
  • the demand for intake for example, for patients who cannot be swallowed and need enteral nutrition support, this soft capsule preparation cannot be ingested by the tube, and also limits the oral absorption and utilization of the fat-soluble substance.
  • An object of the present invention is to provide a lipid composition which has excellent hydrophilicity and which is rapidly dissolved in a water-based liquid to form an emulsion, and a method of blending the same.
  • the lipid composition has excellent hydrophilicity, which not only ensures the product quality of the lipid composition in production, storage and transportation, and shelf life, but also facilitates mixing and dissolving with the water-based liquid during use, and is convenient and quick. Use.
