Description

一种雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本发明属于一种雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
目前已有的超声波高频雾化电子烟,在超声波高频雾化片的表面上都覆盖有一个导油棉。无论在使用还是未使用的时候,导油棉都会从油腔中吸油,也就是说油路一直是导通的状态,这种状态容易使导油棉吸油过饱和,以及超声雾化片泡油。从而使得雾化所需的热量大,出现难以雾化的情况,用户能够吸食到第一口烟的等待时间长,且第一口烟的烟雾量小,体验差。
同时超声雾化后有大颗粒烟雾被直接吸入口腔的问题,因为出气通道通常没有设置吸收大颗粒烟雾的结构。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种雾化效率高、第一口烟雾量大的雾化器及其电子烟。
本发明解决问题的技术方案是:一种雾化器,包括雾化器本体、设置于雾化器本体内的油腔及雾化芯,所述雾化芯包括发热丝、雾化片、可将油腔中的烟油导入雾化片的雾化面的第一导油体、与第一导油体连接并可将第一导油体中的烟油导入发热丝的第二导油体,所述雾化片和发热丝相互独立工作。
具体的,所述雾化器本体包括壳体、进气口、安装在壳体顶部的吸嘴、安装在壳体底部的连接电极,所述油腔及雾化芯设置于壳体内;
所述壳体内设有与进气口连通的进气通道,该进气通道通至雾化片的雾化表面以及发热丝的加热表面;壳体内设有与吸嘴连通的出气通道,该出气通 道通至雾化片的雾化表面以及发热丝的加热表面;
所述雾化片和发热丝与连接电极之间电连接。
上述方案中,当雾化器静置一段时间不用,雾化片的雾化表面上有泡油的现象。发热丝和雾化片同时工作,在用户吸食前几口烟时,第二导油体将这些多出来的烟油吸收,并利用发热丝加热雾化,将泡油现象消除。之后发热丝停止工作,雾化片继续工作,发热丝主要用于雾化开始阶段对雾化片上的多余烟油雾化,使雾化片启动速度更快,雾化更充分。
进一步的,所述雾化芯还包括紧贴壳体内壁设置且位于油腔下方的固定套,固定套上开有与油腔连通的通孔,所述第一导油体穿过通孔并伸入油腔内。
所述固定套上设有用于固定发热丝的容置腔,第二导油体包裹于发热丝的外表面,且第二导油体与第一导油体相抵接。
一种具体的方案中,所述固定套下方设有雾化片固定座,所述雾化片安装于雾化片固定座上;
所述通孔对称设有两个;所述第一导油体为U形结构,其两端分别从通孔伸入油腔,其底部与雾化片的雾化面的一部分相抵接,雾化片的非雾化面与连接电极电连接;
所述第二导油体与U形结构第一导油体的底部相抵接。
上述方案中,第一导油体与雾化片的接触为局部接触,第一导油体几乎不会吸收雾化片所产生的热量,能够使得雾化片迅速发热并开始振荡,进而快速雾化出第一口烟雾。该方案压缩了雾化片从启动工作到开始振荡雾化的时间,出烟更快。
另一种具体的方案中,所述固定套下方设有雾化片固定座,所述雾化片安装于雾化片固定座上;
所述第一导油体包括穿过通孔并伸入油腔内的导油棉条、与导油棉条抵接的雾化棉片,所述雾化棉片完全覆盖于雾化片的雾化表面;
所述第二导油体与雾化棉片抵接。
雾化表面完全被覆盖的好处在于可以产生更多的烟雾。
进一步的,所述出气通道包括在固定套顶部正对发热丝位置设置的导气通孔、位于壳体内且与吸嘴连通的气管,该气管的另一端与导气通孔对接。
烟雾从发热丝的中间排出,部分大颗粒烟雾可以被第二导油体吸收,而小颗粒烟雾被用户吸食,提高用户体验。
优选的,所述雾化片为实心的压电陶瓷片。
相应的,本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括外部电源,还包括上述方案所述的雾化器,所述外部电源与雾化器的连接电极连接。
本发明的显著效果是:
1.将发热丝雾化和雾化片超声雾化相结合。当雾化器在刚开始加热阶段,发热丝将雾化片上的多余烟油雾化,消除雾化片泡油现象。使雾化片启动速度更快,雾化更充分。

如图1~3所示,一种雾化器,包括壳体1、进气口2、安装在壳体1顶部的吸嘴3、设置于壳体1内的油腔4及雾化芯9、安装在壳体1底部的连接电极6。
所述雾化芯9包括发热丝91、雾化片92、可将油腔4中的烟油导入雾化片92的雾化面的第一导油体93、与第一导油体93连接并可将第一导油体93中的烟油导入发热丝91的第二导油体94。所述雾化片92和发热丝91相互独立工作。所述雾化片92为实心的压电陶瓷片。
所述雾化芯9还包括紧贴壳体1内壁设置且位于油腔4下方的固定套7,固定套7上开有与油腔4连通的通孔,所述第一导油体93穿过通孔并伸入油腔4内。所述固定套7下方设有雾化片固定座95,所述雾化片92安装于雾化片固定座95上。所述通孔对称设有两个。
