Description

背景技术
现有高频超声波电子烟中,储油结构和雾化片作为一个整体,且在添加烟油后可以重复使用很长时间,在使用过程中存在如下缺陷:
1.长期静置之后使用时,雾化棉通常过饱和而容易出现烟油浸泡雾化片,使雾化片不能及时超声雾化烟油出烟雾的现象。
2.雾化片雾化烟油后存在部分大颗粒烟雾,大颗粒烟雾随气流进入使用者口腔,使烟雾口感不佳及严重时会烫伤口腔。
3.现有的电子烟基本都不具有“儿童锁”的功能,即拿即吸烟,往往造成儿童在不知情的情况下误吸。
4.由于储油结构和雾化片作为一个整体,在运输过程中或用户携带电子烟运动过程中,储油结构内的烟油会渗出浸泡雾化片及漏油,使用户容易吸食到烟油的现象。
5.由于在添加烟油后可以重复使用很长时间,在此过程中烟油容易被氧化变质,因此很不卫生及影响烟雾口感,给用户带来不良体验。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种能避免雾化棉泡油不起烟雾、防止大颗粒烟雾进入口腔、且可提升烟雾口感、延长烟油保质期的烟支、胶囊型电子烟雾化器及其电子烟。
本发明解决问题的技术方案是:一种烟支,包括中空的柔性外套,柔性外套内上端设有过滤嘴、下端设有中空的雾化棉,柔性外套内的空腔中还设置有封装有烟油的胶囊,胶囊破裂后,烟油可被雾化棉吸收存储。
使用胶囊来封装烟油,使烟油更加卫生,延长烟油的保质期。且将胶囊设置在烟支内,烟支可以保护胶囊,即防止烟支在运输的过程中受到晃动或撞击而胶囊破损现象,使运输更加方便、安全。
进一步的,所述过滤嘴与雾化棉之间留有间隙,雾化棉的中空腔顶部敞开、底部封闭,所述雾化棉的侧壁下端横向设有与雾化棉的中空腔相连通的通气孔,且该通气孔穿破柔性外套与外界连通。

优选的,在雾化棉的中空腔内设有导气柱,该导气柱由片状醋酸纤维束凝结成柱状,且在竖直的方向上设置有导气缝隙。导气柱能够更好的对大颗粒烟液滴进行过滤,防止进入用户口腔。与此同时,该导气柱起到支撑雾化棉的中空结构,防止在运输过程中受到挤压而影响使用时的烟雾排出。

吸烟前将烟支内的胶囊44捏破,胶囊44内部的烟油被雾化棉43吸收,烟油浸润雾化棉43,胶囊44所在的间隙形成空腔,可以通气。然后将烟支4插入雾化器的烟腔3内,且烟支4内的雾化棉43底部抵接在压电陶瓷上,此时通电即可吸烟,整个过程手部不需要触碰烟油,干净卫生方便安全。
实施例2
如图4所示,重复实施例1,所不同的是:所述胶囊44设置于雾化棉43的中空腔内,雾化棉43的中空腔顶部敞开与过滤嘴42连通。
在过滤嘴42与雾化棉43之间的间隙内设有导气柱7,该导气柱由片状醋酸纤维束凝结成柱状,且在竖直的方向上设置有导气缝隙。
当胶囊44被捏破后,烟油可以很迅速的被雾化棉43吸收,此时雾化棉43的中空腔 变成了空腔,超声雾化出来的烟雾通过出气。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种烟支,其特征在于:包括中空的柔性外套(41),柔性外套(41)内上端设有过滤嘴(42)、下端设有中空的雾化棉(43),柔性外套(41)内的空腔中还设置有封装有烟油的胶囊(44),胶囊破裂后,烟油可被雾化棉吸收存储。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟支,其特征在于:所述过滤嘴(42)与雾化棉(43)之间留有间隙,雾化棉(43)的中空腔顶部敞开、底部封闭,所述雾化棉(43)的侧壁下端横向设有与雾化棉(43)的中空腔相连通的通气孔(45),且该通气孔(45)穿破柔性外套(41)与外界连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烟支,其特征在于:所述通气孔内设有通气管(46)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的烟支,其特征在于:所述胶囊(44)设置于雾化棉(43)与过滤嘴(42)之间的间隙内,雾化棉(43)的中空腔顶部与过滤嘴(42)连通,雾化棉(43)的中空腔作为出气通道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烟支,其特征在于:在雾化棉(43)的中空腔内设有导气柱(7),该导气柱(7)由片状醋酸纤维束凝结成柱状,且在竖直的方向上设置有导气缝隙。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的烟支,其特征在于:所述胶囊(44)设置于雾化棉(43)的中空腔内,雾化棉(43)的中空腔顶部与过滤嘴(42)连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烟支,其特征在于:在过滤嘴(42)与雾化棉(43)之间的间隙内设有导气柱(7),该导气柱由片状醋酸纤维束凝结成柱状,且在竖直的方向上设置有导气缝隙。
  8. 一种胶囊型电子烟雾化器,包括壳体(1)、进气口(2)、安装在壳体(1)底部的连接电极(6)、设置于壳体(1)内的雾化片(5),所述雾化片(5)与连接电极(6)电连接,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)从顶部自上而下开有直通雾化片(5)上表面的烟腔(3),该烟腔(3)内插入上述权利要求2~7任一项所述的烟支(4),烟支(4)下端的雾化棉(43)底部与雾化片(5)抵接;
    所述壳体(1)内设有与进气口(2)连通的进气通道,该进气通道与通气孔(45)连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的胶囊型电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述烟腔(3)侧壁与壳体(1)内壁之间设有隔热腔(8)。
  10. 10.根据权利要求8所述的胶囊型电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述烟腔(3)顶部设置有用于夹紧插入所述烟支(4)的弹性垫。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的胶囊型电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化片(5)为压电陶瓷片。
  12. 一种电子烟,包括外部电源,其特征在于:还包括上述权利要求7~11任一项所述的胶囊型电子烟雾化器,所述外部电源与连接电极(6)连接。
