- a long hole 23b is provided above the position where the pipe 12 of the negative pressure release port 9 is exposed to the internal space 5a. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a long hole 23 b is similarly provided on the side surface of the cover member 23.
- FIG. 2 shows a state in which the pressures in the external space 6a and the internal space 5a are balanced and the negative pressure release port 9 is closed.
- the front door 3 can be opened because there is no pressure difference between the external space 6a and the internal space 5a.
- the air flowing from the external space 6a is trapped in the internal space 5a and rapidly cooled, so that the pressure in the internal space 5a becomes lower than the pressure in the external space 6a.
- valve body 16 separates from the packing 13 on the other end side against the pressing force of the valve spring 15. Thereby, the air in the external space 6a flows into the pipe 12 through the gap between the packing 13 and the valve body 16, the space between the adjacent ribs 14d, and the space between the adjacent radiation plate portions 16db.
- the air that has flowed into the internal space 5a through the pipe 12 collides with the wall surface 23a of the cover member 23 and is rapidly cooled. At this time, a part of the moisture contained in the air becomes fine ice and adheres to the wall surface 23a or falls to the floor surface of the inner box 5.
- the cover member 23 was made into the box body which the back side and the lower side opened, it is not limited to this.
- the lower surface may be closed, and all the fine ice generated by the air in the external space 6a flowing into the internal space 5a may be attached to the cover member 23 and collected.
- the heating element 18 is held by the holding portion 12b.
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- a heating wire may be used as the heating element 18 and the heating wire may be held by being attached to the inner wall surface 12c of the pipe 12 with a heat-resistant adhesive tape or the like.
- the heating element 18 is arranged on one end side inside the pipe 12, the air on one end side inside the pipe 12 can be efficiently heated. Further, the following effects can be obtained.
- the pipe 12 is made of a resin having a low thermal conductivity, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of condensation on the inner wall surface 12c of the pipe 12. Further, it is possible to suppress the heat of the air inside the pipe 12 from being transmitted to the outside of the pipe 12.
- the pipe guide 10 can be disposed on the outer peripheral side of the pipe 12 without substantially leaving a gap. Thereby, the diameter of the pipe guide 10 can be made small. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the portion that is not filled with the heat insulating material, and it is possible to enhance the cold insulation effect.
- the heating element 18 is disposed inside the pipe 12, the air inside the pipe 12 can be heated with less power consumption than winding around the outer periphery of the pipe 12. Thereby, energy consumption can be suppressed.
- the heating element 18 Since the heating element 18 is connected to the cylindrical portion 12a via the rib 12d, the heat generated by the heating element 18 is transmitted to the cylindrical portion 12a via the rib 12d. Thereby, especially the one end side of the cylindrical part 12a can be heated. Therefore, even if frost adheres to the cylindrical portion 12a, the attached frost can be dissolved, and it is possible to prevent the frost from accumulating and blocking the flow path.
- the check valve is arranged on the other end side of the heating element 18, the air inside the pipe 12 heated by the heating element 18 can be prevented from flowing out to the external space 6a. Thereby, it becomes possible to raise the temperature of the air inside the pipe 12 appropriately.
- the negative pressure release port main body 11 is inserted into the pipe guide 10. As a result, even when the heating element 18 breaks down and the situation where the air in the flow path cannot be heated occurs, it can be dealt with by pulling out the negative pressure release port main body 11 from the pipe guide 10 and replacing it. .
- a cover member 23 was provided so as to cover one end of the pipe 12, and the wall surface 23a of the cover member 23 was opposed to the front side from the back side inner wall 5b of the inner box 5 with a predetermined distance therebetween.
- a long hole 23b was provided in the upper part of the wall surface 23a. Therefore, the fine ice which flowed into the internal space 5a and was generated by freezing of moisture contained in the air rising in the internal space 5a is collected in the long hole 23b. Therefore, it is sufficient to remove the cover member 23 and perform the defrosting operation, which facilitates the defrosting operation.
- the set load of the valve spring 15 is 7 grams so that the port opens with a slight pressure difference.
- the port may not be opened due to a difference in pressure between the inside and outside that occurs in a steady state. This will be described below.
- the steady operation is an operation for maintaining the internal space 5a at the set temperature after the internal space 5a reaches the set temperature, and the temperature of the internal space 5a repeatedly fluctuates between the upper limit value and the lower limit value. It is driving that becomes.
- the predetermined temperature range is, for example, a range of plus or minus 3 ° C. of the set temperature.
- the temperature of the internal space 5a after shifting to the steady operation state repeatedly rises and falls within a predetermined temperature range. This is because the binary refrigeration apparatus 1 is repeatedly turned on and off so that the temperature of the internal space 5a becomes the set temperature. At this time, the pressure in the internal space 5a also repeatedly increases and decreases as the temperature changes.
- the set load to be set is, for example, 40 grams.
- the attachment position of the negative pressure release port 9 is not limited to this.
- the negative pressure release port 9 may be attached to the front door 3. In this case, since the inertial force acts on the fine ice attached to the pipe 12 of the negative pressure release port 9 as the front door 3 is opened and closed, the fine ice can be easily dropped.
- the negative pressure release port according to the present invention is suitable for application to an ultra-low temperature dual freezer that stores cells, microorganisms, and the like.
