发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能雕刻机,在现有高精度立体雕刻机的基础上增加了可自动升降台面,可通过程序代码使升降平台自动升降,当雕平面的时候把台面升上去,当雕立体的时候把台面自动降下来。

  1. 一种多功能雕刻机,包括底座(1)、立柱(2)、雕刻平台及刀具机构,其特征在于,所述雕刻平台包括移动平台(3)和工件夹紧装置(4),所述移动平台(3)上设有自动升降平台机构,所述自动升降平台机构包括台面(5)、台面升降架(6)和台面自动升降机构,所述台面自动升降机构包括升降气缸(7)、气缸座Ⅰ(8)、限位气缸(9)、气缸座Ⅱ(10)、气缸座Ⅲ(11)、导轨Ⅰ(12)、滑块Ⅰ(13)、滑轨固定板(14)及限位条(15),所述气缸座Ⅰ(8)固定在所述移动平台(3)的横梁上,所述升降气缸(7)竖直放置,并固定在所述气缸座Ⅰ(8)上,所述滑轨固定板(14)上设有与导轨Ⅰ(12)相配合的卡槽,所述导轨Ⅰ(12)安装在所述卡槽内,所述滑块Ⅰ(13)安装在所述导轨Ⅰ(12)上,所述台面升降架(6)固定在所述滑块Ⅰ(13)上,所述台面(5)固定在所述台面升降架(6)上,所述限位条(15)安装在所述滑轨固定板(14)上靠近外面一侧,所述限位气缸(9)水平放置在所述滑轨固定板(14)靠近限位条(15)的一侧,所述限位气缸(9)两端分别穿进所述气缸座Ⅱ(10)和所述气缸座Ⅲ(11),所述气缸座Ⅱ(10)和所述气缸座Ⅲ(11)紧固在所述移动平台(3)中间的横梁上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能雕刻机,其特征在于,所述刀具机构包括刀具架(16)、侧板(17)、刀具架驱动机构(18)和中间横梁(19),所述刀具架(16)通过侧板(17)固定到所述中间横梁(19)上,所述刀具架驱动机构(18)固定在所述刀具架(16)侧板外侧,所述中间横梁(19)上设有刀具架滑动机构(25)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能雕刻机,其特征在于,所述立柱(2)数量为2个,且设置在所述底座(1)的两侧,两立柱之间 用横梁(20)连接,所述立柱(2)上设有Z轴升降机构(21),所述中间横梁(19)与所述Z轴升降机构(21)的滑块连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能雕刻机,其特征在于,所述台面自动升降机构的数量为四个并成矩阵排列。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能雕刻机,其特征在于,所述台面升降架(6)由四根横向等长的方管加四根纵向等长的方管焊接成型的。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能雕刻机,其特征在于,所述台面升降架(6)靠近四个角的方框内水平方向各设有一横向固定板,所述横向固定板用于固定升降气缸(7)的伸缩杆端,在横向的第二根方管和第三根方管外侧各设有一竖直固定板,所述竖直固定板与所述滑块Ⅰ(13)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能雕刻机,其特征在于,所述台面升降架(6)横向的第二根方管梁和第三根方管之间设有两个纵向个字形加强筋。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能雕刻机,其特征在于,所述移动平台(3)上表面两侧水平纵向设有两条平行的导轨Ⅱ(22),所述导轨Ⅱ(22)上表面设有与之相配的滑块Ⅱ(23),所述工件夹紧装置(4)包括滑动部和固定部,所述滑动部固定在所述滑块Ⅱ(23)上,所述固定部固定在所述移动平台(3)上,所述固定部跟滑动部之间用于夹紧立体待加工工件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能雕刻机,其特征在于,所述底座(1)上设有平台移动机构(24),所述移动平台(3)装配在所 述平台移动机构(24)的滑块上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能雕刻机,其特征在于,所述限位条(15)侧面上下位置各设有一个孔,所述孔用于固定所述限位气缸(9)伸缩杆端。
