本人于2014年10月12日向中国国家知识产权局提交了一种水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器的专利申请,专利号2014105340724,该专利提出的煮蛋器由器皿和把手组成,每个器皿可以盛1个打开的生鸡蛋,器皿没有进水、滤水孔。该专利与上述两个专利的显著区别是:在使用水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器制作水煮荷包蛋时,不是直接将鸡蛋打入开水中,而是打入器皿中,然后将器皿连 同打开的鸡蛋一起放入已烧开水的锅中,让鸡蛋在器皿的保护下被煮熟。
技术问题
水煮荷包蛋是鸡蛋的一种常见吃法,它既不像水煮鸡蛋一样吃前要剥皮,又不像油煎荷包蛋那样油脂较高,是鸡蛋的一种非常健康、美味的吃法,但水煮荷包蛋在煮蛋过程中,存在蛋清容易被开水冲散、容易破碎,不易保持鸡蛋完整外形的问题。出现这样问题的原因有以下六点:一是向开水中打入鸡蛋时蒸汽会熏烫到手,因而手的位置较高,鸡蛋落入水中时速度较快;二是快速坠落的鸡蛋在冲破水面时冲击力大,稀薄的蛋清会受到剧烈冲击;三是鸡蛋在沉入锅底过程中会受到开水上下翻滚水流的不断冲击;四是鸡蛋触及锅底时会再次散开;五是担心粘锅而进行的搅动会导致鸡蛋破碎;六是同时煮多个鸡蛋时,各鸡蛋相互粘连,在人为分离时导致破碎。为解决上述六个问题,本人2014105340724专利已经提出了一种水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器,在使用该煮蛋器制作水煮荷包蛋时,不是直接将鸡蛋打入开水中,而是打入煮蛋器的器皿中,然后将煮蛋器连同打开的鸡蛋一同放入水的深度大于器皿盘的高度的开水中,让鸡蛋在器皿的保护下被煮熟。而无论是US2012/0207891 A1专利,还是US2029535A专利,其设计的思路都是先将煮蛋器放入锅中,再往已经浸在开水中的煮蛋器打入鸡蛋,这与在锅中煮鸡蛋仅仅是起到了将多个鸡蛋分开的目的,仅仅只解决了上面所陈述的导致鸡蛋破裂六点原因的后面两点,前面一、二、三、四点均没有解决。
本发明在继续保留并延续本人2014105340724专利技术方案优点的基础上,重点围绕多鸡蛋煮蛋器展开研究,提出多种具备一次煮3个以上鸡 蛋的多鸡蛋煮蛋器以及可以一次性成倍煮出更大批量鸡蛋的技术解决方案,以全方位满足家庭、酒店、餐厅的烹饪需求。

对照附图3、4,图3是本发明实施例之二使用状态1的立体图,图4是本发明实施例之二使用状态2的立体图。该实施例是一个一次可以煮4个鸡蛋的煮蛋器。在该实施例中,煮蛋器由1个长方形的器皿盘1和1个与器皿盘分离的把手2组成,器皿盘1被4个成“十”字分布的隔断3分隔为4个器皿4,每个器皿4可以盛1个打开的鸡蛋,把手2也设计成了通常餐具使用的长柄式把手,前端的连接头5也针对连接扣6的设计做了对应设计,为叉子形状,在器皿盘1的中心有与叉子形状连接头5相配合的连接扣6,通过连接头5叉入连接扣6,实现器皿盘1与把手2的结合。对照图3、4还可以看出,该实施例中,器皿盘1上方有滤水盘8,滤水盘8的大小、形状与器皿盘1相同,完全重叠贴合在器皿盘1上方,滤水盘8底部有滤水孔7,滤水盘8上有连接扣6,可以与把手2上的连接头5结合,使用时,在滤水盘8与器皿盘1重叠在一起时,将鸡蛋打入器皿4,尔后通过把手2将器皿盘1及重叠在一起的滤水盘8和已经打开在器皿4中鸡蛋一同放入水的深度大于器皿盘的高度的开水中,分离把手2,待鸡蛋煮熟后,将把手2上的连接头5与滤水盘8上的连接扣6结合,直接将滤水盘8从锅中取出,滤水盘8底部的滤水孔7将水滤在锅中。
对照附图5、6、7、8,图5是本发明实施例之三使用状态1的立体图,图6是本发明实施例之三使用状态2的立体图,图7是本发明实施例之四使用状态的立体图,图8是本发明实施例之四的分解图。实施例之三、之四分别体现的是一次可以煮5个、6个鸡蛋的圆盘式煮蛋器。其主要区别是 把手2上的连接头和器皿盘1上的连接扣6有所不同,以体现这种连接头5、连接扣6在设计上的多样性和不唯一性。实施例之四的连接头5、连接扣6设计虽然较为复杂,但它可以更加自由地定位把手2与器皿盘1的连接角度,把手1为一个弹性夹子,连接头5上有“一”字梁,连接扣6内有不同角度的可以与“一”字梁扣合的星形槽,通过“一”字梁与星形槽的扣合,实现把手2与器皿盘1的不同角度定位,比如30度、45度、60度、90度等等,以满足在不同的条件下、不同身高的使用者在不同样式的锅中煮蛋的需求,可以起到远离锅内蒸汽,防止蒸汽熏烫的目的。
同样的,如图8所示,本发明各实施例的器皿盘1均可在垂直方向上进行多个器皿盘1相互重叠堆放,满足酒店、餐厅等场所的大批量煮蛋需求。
也同样的,实施例之三、之四也完全可以采用与实施例之二相同的方案,为其设计滤水盘,在此,就不再附图赘述了。
对照附图9、10、11、12,图9是本发明实施例之五使用状态的立体图,图10是本发明实施例之五的分解图,图11是本发明实施例之六使用状态的立体图,图12是本发明实施例之六的分解图。这两个实施例提出了一种一种器皿盘1与隔断3相互分离的技术解决方案。
对照图9、图10,实施例之五设计了一个大的器皿盘1和5个以上可以根据需要灵活使用的、与器皿盘1相互分离的隔断3,在器皿盘1的中心,有隔断3的安装位,每个隔断3可以通过安装位成扇形安装隔断3,隔断3将器皿盘1分割为多个器皿4,从而可以按照实际煮蛋数量灵活使用煮蛋器。对照附图9、10可以看出,之所以这样设计,是因为这样就可以为器 皿盘1设计一个缺口,该缺口既可以起到滤水的作用,也可以方便将煮好的鸡蛋倒入餐具。
对照图11、图12,实施例之六设计了一种相互连接的“井”字格隔断3,这样在不做煮蛋器使用时,可以扩展器皿盘1的使用范围。
工业实用性
水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器加工制造简单,器皿可一次性冲压成型,工艺要求低,加工门槛低,现有炊具加工厂均能实现大批量生产,工业实用性强。随着该煮蛋器的推广和被广大家庭知晓,必将很快成为家庭必备的一种常用炊具,具有极为实用的应用前景和无比广阔的市场前景。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器或煮蛋方法,其特征是:或所述的是一种水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器,它由1个器皿盘(1)和1个与器皿盘(1)分离的把手(2)组成,器皿盘(1)被2个以上隔断(3)分隔为3个以上的器皿(4),每个器皿(4)可以盛1个打开的鸡蛋,把手(2)或为一个弹性夹子,可通过直接抓取的方式拿取器皿盘(1),或在把手(2)的前端有连接头(5),在器皿盘(1)上有连接扣(6),通过连接头(5)与连接扣(6)的结合拿取器皿盘(1),使用水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器制作水煮荷包蛋时,不是直接将鸡蛋打入开水中,而是打入煮蛋器的器皿(4)中,然后将器皿盘(1)连同打开的鸡蛋一同放入水的深度大于器皿盘的高度的开水中,让鸡蛋在器皿的保护下被煮熟;或所述的是一种水煮荷包蛋煮蛋方法,它是指使用水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器,先将鸡蛋打入煮蛋器的器皿中,然后将煮蛋器连同打开的鸡蛋一同放入水的深度大于器皿盘的高度的开水中,让鸡蛋在器皿的保护下被煮熟的一种煮蛋方法。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器或煮蛋方法,其特征是:所述的器皿盘(1)可以在垂直方向上进行多个器皿盘(1)相互重叠堆放。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器或煮蛋方法,其特征是:所述的器皿盘(1)上方有滤水盘(8),滤水盘(8)重叠贴合在器皿盘(1)上方,滤水盘(8)底部有滤水孔(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器或煮蛋方法,其特征是:所述的器皿盘(1)上方有滤水盘(8),滤水盘(8)的大小、形状与器皿 盘(1)相同,完全重叠贴合在器皿盘(1)上方,滤水盘(8)底部有滤水孔(7),滤水盘(8)上有连接扣(6),可以与把手(2)上的连接头(5)结合,使用时,在滤水盘(8)与器皿盘(1)重叠在一起时,将鸡蛋打入器皿(4),尔后通过把手(2)将器皿盘(1)及重叠在一起的滤水盘(8)和已经打开在器皿(4)中鸡蛋一同放入水的深度大于器皿盘的高度的开水中,分离把手(2),待鸡蛋煮熟后,将把手(2)上的连接头(5)与滤水盘(8)上的连接扣(6)结合,直接将滤水盘(8)从锅中取出,滤水盘(8)底部的滤水孔(7)将水滤在锅中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器或煮蛋方法,其特征是:所述的把手(1)为一个弹性夹子,连接头(5)上有“一”字梁,连接扣(6)内有不同角度的可以与“一”字梁扣合的星形槽,通过“一”字梁与星形槽的扣合,实现把手(2)与器皿盘(1)的不同角度定位。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器或煮蛋方法,其特征是:所述的器皿盘(1)与隔断(3)相互分离。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器或煮蛋方法,其特征是:所述的器皿盘(1)有5个以上可以根据需要灵活使用的、与器皿盘(1)相互分离的隔断(3),在器皿盘(1)的中心,有隔断(3)的安装位,每个隔断(3)可以通过安装位成扇形安装隔断(3),隔断(3)将器皿盘(1)分割为多个器皿(4)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器或煮蛋方法,其特征是:所述的器皿盘(1)有一个缺口,该缺口既可以起到滤水的作用,也可以方便将煮好的鸡蛋倒入餐具。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的水煮荷包蛋煮蛋器或煮蛋方法,其特征是:所述的隔断(3)为相互连接的“井”字格隔断。
