一种电气动断料机,其驱动气缸(2)、滑轨(7)分别固定在工作平台(1)上,电机支架(5)固定在驱动气缸(2)的活塞杆伸缩端,动刀电机(4)固定在电机支架(5)上,动刀(3)固定在动刀电机(4)的输出端,滑块(8)配合在滑轨(7)内,滑块(8)通过连接板(9)与电机支架(5)固定连接,定刀(6)固定在滑块(8)内,定刀(6)设置在动刀(3)的下方并相互配合;滑轨(7)设置在驱动气缸(2)的活塞杆伸缩方向,滑轨(7)与驱动气缸(2)设置在同一直线上,定刀(6)、滑块(8)行走在滑轨(7)内。通过此断料机,提高了裁剪效率,降低了工人的劳动强度及对工人的操作要求。

Description

一种电气动断料机 技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,特别涉及一种电动裁剪剪刀的制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前,工厂里对针织布料进行裁剪多为人工裁剪,人工裁剪效率低,长时间工作,易疲劳。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种结构简单、安全、高效的电气动断料机。
本发明包括工作平台、驱动气缸、动刀、动刀电机、电机支架、定刀、滑轨、滑块,所述驱动气缸、滑轨分别固定在所述工作平台上,所述电机支架固定在所述驱动气缸的活塞杆伸缩端,所述动刀电机固定在所述电机支架上,所述动刀固定在所述动刀电机的输出端,所述滑块配合在所述滑轨内,所述滑块通过连接板与所述电机支架固定连接,所述定刀固定在所述滑块内,所述定刀设置在所述动刀的下方并相互配合;所述滑轨设置在所述驱动气缸的活塞杆伸缩方向,所述滑轨与所述驱动气缸设置在同一直线上,所述定刀、滑块行走在所述滑轨内。
本发明所述动刀为圆盘刀片,所述定刀为平刀刀片,所述圆盘刀片竖向固定在所述动刀电机的输出轴上,所述平刀刀片固定在所述滑块上,所述平刀大片的刀口朝向所述圆盘刀片刀口且部分重叠。
本发明在所述动刀前方的电机支架上设置安全挡片,所述安全挡片挡在所述动刀的前方;这种设置在裁剪时,可以防止人手受伤,保证了操作人员的安全。
本发明在所述电机支架上设置电源控制装置,在所述驱动气缸一侧设置气源控制装置,所述电源控制装置、气源控制装置分别通过导线连接相应的控制开关,所述控制开关为脚踏控制开关,所述控制开关设置在所述工作平台下方操作侧。
本发明工作时,通过脚踩开关,气缸气源启动给气缸提供气体动力,同时动刀电机得电开始转动,动刀电机带动动刀转动,驱动气缸推动动刀电机、动刀、滑块、定刀一起向前运动,操作人员将布料送入定刀、动刀之间,通过定刀和动刀的配合切割,完成布料的裁剪,通过此断料机,使得裁剪效率大大提高,工人劳动强度降低,对工人操作要求低。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本电气动断料机,包括工作平台1、驱动气缸2、动刀3、动刀电机4、电机支架5、定刀6、滑轨7、滑块8,驱动气缸2、滑轨7分别固定在工作平台1上,电机支架5固定在驱动气缸2的活塞杆伸缩端,动刀电机4固定在电机支架5上,动刀3固定在动刀电机4的输出端,滑块8配合在滑轨7内,滑块7通过连接板9与电机支架5固定连接,定刀6固定在滑块7内,定刀6设置在动刀3的下方并相互配合;滑轨7设置在驱动气缸2的活塞杆伸缩方向,滑轨7与驱动气缸2设置在同一直线上,定刀6、滑块8行走在滑轨内。
动刀3为圆盘刀片10,定刀6为平刀刀片11,圆盘刀片10竖向固定在动刀电机4的输出轴上,平刀刀片11固定在滑块8上,平刀刀片11的刀口朝向圆盘刀片10刀口且部分重叠。
为了安全,在动刀6前方的电机支架5上设置安全挡片12,安全挡片12挡在动刀6的前方。
在电机支架5上设置电源控制装置13,在驱动气缸2一侧设置气源控制装置14,电源控制装置13、气源控制装置14分别通过导线连接相应的控制开关15,控制开关15为脚踏控制开关,控制开关16设置在工作平台1下方操作侧。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种电气动断料机,其特征在于包括工作平台、驱动气缸、动刀、动刀电机、电机支架、定刀、滑轨、滑块,所述驱动气缸、滑轨分别固定在所述工作平台上,所述电机支架固定在所述驱动气缸的活塞杆伸缩端,所述动刀电机固定在所述电机支架上,所述动刀固定在所述动刀电机的输出端,所述滑块配合在所述滑轨内,所述滑块通过连接板与所述电机支架固定连接,所述定刀固定在所述滑块内,所述定刀设置在所述动刀的下方并相互配合;所述滑轨设置在所述驱动气缸的活塞杆伸缩方向,所述滑轨与所述驱动气缸设置在同一直线上,所述定刀、滑块行走在所述滑轨内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电气动断料机,其特征在于所述动刀为圆盘刀片,所述定刀为平刀刀片,所述圆盘刀片竖向固定在所述动刀电机的输出轴上,所述平刀刀片固定在所述滑块上,所述平刀大片的刀口朝向所述圆盘刀片刀口且部分重叠。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电气动断料机,其特征在于在所述动刀前方的电机支架上设置安全挡片,所述安全挡片挡在所述动刀的前方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电气动断料机,其特征在于在所述电机支架上设置电源控制装置,在所述驱动气缸一侧设置气源控制装置,所述电源控制装置、气源控制装置分别通过导线连接相应的控制开关,所述控制开关为脚踏控制开关,所述控制开关设置在所述工作平台下方操作侧。
