Abstract

本发明涉及一种工件剪切机构,其特征在于:包括安装板、挡块、气缸、气缸接头、上刀座、上刀片、下刀座和下刀片,所述安装板右端设有上刀座,上刀座上安装有上刀片;所述下刀座设置在上刀座下方,下刀座为L形,下刀座的中部通过销轴铰接在安装板上,下刀座的一个直边上设有下刀片,所述下刀片与所述上刀片构成剪刀式剪切结构;所述气缸尾端铰接在安装板上,气缸的活塞杆端通过气缸接头与下刀座的另一个直边的末端铰连,气缸的活塞杆伸缩时带动下刀片与上刀片交错运动。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够快速、整齐分割小工件,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种剪切小工件的装置,具体的说是一种工件剪切机构,属于机械加工技术领域。
背景技术
在工业生产过程中有一些小工件生产时多个连接在一起,在后续步骤中需要将它们分离开来,但目前没有专门设计的分离工具,大多是依靠工人手持剪刀进行剪切分割。但工人熟练度不同会导致产品质量参差不齐,而且这样的操作方式耗费劳动力大,不适合现代化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种工件剪切机构,其结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够快速、整齐分割小工件,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:工件剪切机构,其特征在于:包括安装板、挡块、气缸、气缸接头、上刀座、上刀片、下刀座和下刀片,所述安装板右端设有上刀座,上刀座上安装有上刀片;所述下刀座设置在上刀座下方,下刀座为L形,下刀座的中部通过销轴铰接在安装板上,下刀座的一个直边上设有下刀片,所述下刀片与所述上刀片构成剪刀式剪切结构;所述气缸尾端铰接在安装板上,气缸的活塞杆端通过气缸接头与下刀座的另一个直边的末端铰连,气缸的活塞杆伸缩时带动下刀片与上刀片交错运动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述安装板上设有用于限定下刀座旋转极限位置的挡块。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述上刀片、下刀片分别用螺钉紧固安装在上刀座、下刀座上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述安装板上设有用于将安装板与设备连连接起来的安装孔,所述安装孔为腰形长孔。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够快速、整齐分割小工件,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。

下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示:实施例中的工件剪切机构主要由安装板1、挡块2、上刀座3、上刀片4、气缸5、气缸接头6、下刀座7和下刀片8组成。
如图1所示,所述安装板1右端设有上刀座3,上刀座3上安装有上刀片4;所述下刀座7设置在上刀座3下方,下刀座7为L形,下刀座7的中部通过销轴9铰接在安装板1上,下刀座7的一个直边上设有下刀片8,所述下刀片8与所述上刀片4构成剪刀式剪切结构;所述气缸5尾端铰接在安装板1上,气缸5的活塞杆端通过气缸接头6与下刀座7的另一个直边的末端铰连,气缸5的活塞杆伸缩时带动下刀片8与上刀片4交错运动。
如图1所示,本实施例中,所述安装板1上设有用于限定下刀座7旋转极限位置的挡块2,这样避免下刀座7因旋转角度过大而与其他部件碰撞。所述上刀片4、下刀片8分别用螺钉紧固安装在上刀座3、下刀座7上,这样可以在刀片磨损时方便更换。
另外,所述安装板1上设有用于将安装板1与设备连连接起来的安装孔1a,所述安装孔1a为腰形长孔,这样可以方便整个工件剪切机构的移动调整,提高适应性。

1.工件剪切机构,其特征在于:包括安装板(1)、挡块(2)、气缸(5)、气缸接头(6)、上刀座(3)、上刀片(4)、下刀座(7)和下刀片(8),所述安装板(1)右端设有上刀座(3),上刀座(3)上安装有上刀片(4);所述下刀座(7)设置在上刀座(3)下方,下刀座(7)为L形,下刀座(7)的中部通过销轴(9)铰接在安装板(1)上,下刀座(7)的一个直边上设有下刀片(8),所述下刀片(8)与所述上刀片(4)构成剪刀式剪切结构;所述气缸(5)尾端铰接在安装板(1)上,气缸(5)的活塞杆端通过气缸接头(6)与下刀座(7)的另一个直边的末端铰连,气缸(5)的活塞杆伸缩时带动下刀片(8)与上刀片(4)交错运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的工件剪切机构,其特征在于:所述安装板(1)上设有用于限定下刀座(7)旋转极限位置的挡块(2)。
3.如权利要求1所述的工件剪切机构,其特征在于:所述上刀片(4)、下刀片(8)分别用螺钉紧固安装在上刀座(3)、下刀座(7)上。
4.如权利要求1所述的工件剪切机构,其特征在于:所述安装板(1)上设有用于将安装板(1)与设备连连接起来的安装孔(1a),所述安装孔(1a)为腰形长孔。
