本发明涉及一种小工件剪切机构,其特征在于:包括安装基板、气缸、气缸接头、上刀座、上刀片、下刀座和下刀片,所述上刀座安装在安装基板右端,上刀片安设在上刀座上;所述下刀座设置在上刀座下方,下刀座的中部通过销轴连接在安装基板上,下刀座的一个直边上设有下刀片,所述下刀片与所述上刀片构成开口式剪切结构;所述气缸尾端连接在安装基板上,气缸的活塞杆端通过气缸接头与下刀座链接,气缸的活塞杆伸缩时带动下刀片与上刀片形成剪切运动。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够快速、整齐分割小工件,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。

本发明涉及一种剪切小工件的装置,属于机械加工技术领域。
背景技术
在工业生产过程中有一些小工件生产时多个连接在一起,在后续步骤中需要将它们分离开来,但目前没有专门设计的分离工具,大多是依靠工人手持剪刀进行剪切分割。但工人熟练度不同会导致产品质量参差不齐,而且这样的操作方式耗费劳动力大,不适合现代化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种小工件剪切机构,其结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够快速、整齐分割小工件,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:包括安装基板、气缸、气缸接头、上刀座、上刀片、下刀座和下刀片,所述上刀座安装在安装基板右端,上刀片安设在上刀座上;所述下刀座设置在上刀座下方,下刀座的中部通过销轴连接在安装基板上,下刀座的一个直边上设有下刀片,所述下刀片与所述上刀片构成开口式剪切结构;所述气缸尾端连接在安装基板上,气缸的活塞杆端通过气缸接头与下刀座链接,气缸的活塞杆伸缩时带动下刀片与上刀片形成剪切运动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其特征在于:所述安装基板上设有安装孔,可用于将安装板与设备连连接起来的,所述安装孔为腰形长孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述上刀片、下刀片分别用螺钉紧固安装在上刀座、下刀座上。

如图1所示,本实施例中,所述上刀片4、下刀片8分别用螺钉紧固安装在上刀座3、下刀座7上,这样在刀片磨损时就可以更换新的刀片。
另外,所述安装板1上设有用于将安装板1与设备连连接起来的安装孔,所述安装孔为腰形长孔,这样可以方便整个一种小工件剪切机构的移动调整,提高适应性。
