下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本发明中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“固定”等应做广义理解,例如,“固定”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
另外,本发明各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明提出一种车辆控制系统。
请参照图1,在本发明一实施例中,该车辆控制系统,包括移动终端10、智能车载单元20和门锁系统30,所述智能车载单元10通过CAN线(图未示)与门锁系统30通信连接;所述移动终端包括存储模块12、控制模块13和通信模块11,其中,所述存储模块12用以存储车辆的标识信息,所述控制模块13分别与所述存储模块12和通信模块11连接,所述控制模块13用于根据用户输入的操作指令读取所述存储模块12中存储的车辆信息,并将操作指令和所述标识信息输出至所述通信模块11,以供所述通信模块11将所述控制指令和标识信息通过预设的无线通信协议封装为控制命令发送至所述智能车载单元20;所述智能车载单元20解析所述控制命令,并当对所述控制命令中的标识信息验证通过时,将所述操作指令通过CAN线发送至所述门锁系统30,以供所述门锁系统30控制车辆车门的解锁或锁闭。
上述技术方案中,所述移动终端10设有能存储车辆标识信息的存储模块12,因而能实现移动终端10与对应车辆的准确对接,使得控制模块13输出的解锁或锁闭车辆的操作指令能作用于对应的车辆,保证所述车辆控制系统的精确化;同时,用户通过随身携带的移动终端10即可实现对车辆的解锁和锁定,使得用户在忘记携带电子钥匙和钥匙丢失的情况下也能实现用车,为用户用车提供了更加方便和智能化的使用途径,也提高了车辆使用的灵活性。
可以理解的是,对于通信模块11与智能车载单元20的通信连接,可以通过多种方式进行实现,例如,在一实施方式中,所述通信模块11为蓝牙通信模块,所述蓝牙通信模块与智能车载单元20自动进行蓝牙通信连接。蓝牙的正常通信连接范围不大于10米,因而当所述移动终端10与车辆之间的距离小于10米时,所述蓝牙通信模块能自动完成与智能车载单元20的蓝牙通信连接,保证所述移动终端10与车辆之间的信息交互。进一步地,上述蓝牙通信模块的正常通信连接范围使得持有移动终端10的用户距离车辆不远,用户在移动终端10进行对车辆的相关指令操作时,能实时观察到车辆的执行结果,为用户带来更好的操作体验,也使得用户在近距离范围内执行车辆解锁后,能确保车辆和车内财产安全。
在另一实施方式中,所述通信模块11为WIFI通信模块,所述WIFI通信模块与智能车载单元20自动进行WIFI通信连接。WIFI的正常通信连接范围不大于10米,因而当所述移动终端10与车辆之间的距离小于10米时,所述WIFI通信模块能自动完成与智能车载单元20的WIFI无线通信连接,保证所述移动终端10与车辆之间的信息交互。进一步地,上述WIFI通信模块的正常通信连接范围使得持有移动终端10的用户距离车辆不远,用户在移动终端10进行对车辆的相关指令操作时,能实时观察到车辆的执行结果,为用户带来更好的操作体验,也使得用户在近距离范围内执行车辆解锁后,能确保车辆和车内财产安全。
进一步地,所述车辆控制系统还包括报警系统40,所述报警系统40包括感应器41和传输模块42,所述感应器41和传输模块42均与智能车载单元20连接;所述智能车载单元20接收到报警指令时,输出一报警提示至移动终端10。当车辆的车锁被撬动,或者车辆被异常移动,或者车辆被撞击,上述情况的发生均会触发所述感应器41产生一报警指令并输出至传输模块42,所述传输模块42将该报警指令传输至所述智能车载单元20,所述智能车载单元20将所述报警指令发送至移动终端10,以控制所述移动终端10根据该报警指令执行相应的报警提示;使得用户能及时知道车辆的异常情况并做出反应,为车辆及车内财产安全提供进一步保障。
所述报警系统40还包括设于车体的蜂鸣器(图未示),所述蜂鸣器与智能车载单元20通信连接,当所述智能车载单元20接收到传输模块42的报警指令时,所述智能车载单元20输出所述报警提示至移动终端10,同时输出一触发指令至蜂鸣器以触发所述蜂鸣器执行报警动作,所述报警动作为声音,使得车辆的车锁被撬动,或者车辆被异常移动,或者车辆被撞击,上述情况发生时能及时发出声音,起到报警提示作用,以提示车主或车辆周围群众及时采取相关措施,进一步确保车辆安全。
优选地,所述报警提示为声音或者振动,通过移动终端发出的声音或者振动,确保用户能接收到该提示动作,准确告知用户其车辆已自动执行锁闭车门和车窗动作,进一步保证车辆和车内的财产安全,同时使得所述车辆自动锁门窗系统更加智能化和人性化。
进一步地,所述车辆控制系统还包括用以定位移动终端10与车辆位置信息的定位模块50,所述定位模块50与智能车载单元20通信连接。
可以理解的是,对于定位移动终端10与车辆位置信息的定位模块50,可以通过多种方式进行实现,例如,在一实施方式中,所述定位模块50为GPS定位系统,所述GPS定位系统包括设于移动终端10的GPS系统和设于车辆的车载GPS系统,移动终端10的GPS系统与车载GPS系统能实现无线通信连接;当用户处于车外时,用户可通过移动终端10的GPS系统准确定位车辆的位置信息,方便用户找到车辆的准确位置;同时,当发生移动终端遗失的情况时,用户也可根据车载GPS系统准确定位移动终端10的位置信息。
在另一实施方式中,所述定位模块50为北斗导航卫星系统,分别包括设于移动终端10的北斗导航卫星系统和车载北斗导航卫星系统并进行通信连接,用户根据移动终端10的北斗导航卫星系统能准确定位所述车辆的位置信息,方便用户用车。
进一步地,所述标识信息包括车牌、车型和车主的身份信息,使得所述移动终端10在执行对车辆的相关指令操作时,能根据所述车辆信息与对应的车辆准确地进行信息交互,确保所述车辆控制系统的精准化。
进一步地,所述智能车载单元20具体用于当对所述控制命令中的标识信息验证通过时,所述智能车载单元20根据所述定位模块50比对当前的移动终端10与车辆的位置信息,并判断当前的移动终端10与车辆之间的距离是否小于预设距离;若是,则将所述操作指令发送至门锁系统30,以供所述门锁系统30控制车辆车门的解锁或锁闭。
优选地,本实施例中,所述预设距离为5米;具体地,当移动终端10与车辆之间的距离小于5米时,如果用户需要用车,通过移动终端10将控制车门解锁的操作指令通过所述智能车载单元20发送至门锁系统30,以控制车辆车门的自动解锁,在用户上车前已完成车门的解锁,方便用户用车;如果用户在用车完毕下车后,当移动终端10与车辆之间的距离小于5米时,此时用户离车不远,通过移动终端10将控制车门锁闭的操作指令通过所述智能车载单元20发送至门锁系统30,以控制车辆车门的自动锁闭。
进一步地,所述移动终端10还包括用以开启控制模块13的解锁模块14,所述解锁模块14与控制模块13连接;用户需先通过所述解锁模块14解锁,才能进入所述控制模块13以执行对车辆的相关指令操作时,解锁模块14的设置为所述车辆控制系统的安全提供进一步保障,在发生移动终端10遗失的情况下,解锁模块14能避免他人通过移动终端10进行对车辆的解锁,保证车辆的安全。
优选地,所述解锁模块14为指纹解锁和/或密码解锁,用户可通过设置自己的指纹或者设定密码来控制解锁模块14的解锁或者锁定,从而使得用户在后续操作时,只需输入相应的指纹或者密码即可快速启动所述控制模块13,进一步实现对车辆的解锁或者锁定,方便用户用车。
进一步地,所述解锁模块14包括存储单元、解锁单元和执行单元,所述存储单元用以存储用户的指纹信息或者密码设定信息并与所述解锁单元连接,所述解锁单元用以用户输入指纹或者密码,并将输入的指纹或者密码与存储单元进行信息匹配,如果匹配成功则所述存储单元输出解锁指令至执行单元,所述执行单元接收到该解锁指令后执行解锁模块的解锁。
优选地,所述移动终端10为手机或者平板电脑或者智能穿戴设备;用户可根据自己日常生活中智能设备的使用情况选择较常使用的智能设备作为本实施例中的移动终端10,因而能避免用户忘记携带车辆电子钥匙而不能用车的情况,为用户提供更方便的用车途径。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种车辆控制系统,其特征在于,包括移动终端、智能车载单元和门锁系统,所述智能车载单元通过CAN线与门锁系统通信连接;
    所述移动终端包括存储模块、控制模块和通信模块,其中,所述存储模块用以存储车辆的标识信息,所述控制模块分别与所述存储模块和通信模块连接,所述控制模块用于根据用户输入的操作指令读取所述存储模块中存储的车辆信息,并将控制指令和所述标识信息输出至所述通信模块,以供所述通信模块将所述控制指令和标识信息通过预设的无线通信协议封装为控制命令发送至所述智能车载单元;
    所述智能车载单元解析所述控制命令,并当对所述控制命令中的标识信息验证通过时,将所述操作指令通过CAN线发送至所述门锁系统,以供所述门锁系统控制车辆车门的解锁或锁闭。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述通信模块为蓝牙通信模块,所述蓝牙通信模块与智能车载单元自动进行蓝牙通信连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述通信模块为WIFI通信模块,所述WIFI通信模块与智能车载单元自动进行WIFI通信连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述车辆控制系统还包括报警系统,所述报警系统包括感应器和传输模块,所述感应器和传输模块均与智能车载单元连接;所述感应器当感应到车锁撬动或车辆异常移动或车辆撞击时产生报警指令并输出至传输模块,所述传输模块将所述报警指令输出至智能车载单元,所述智能车载单元将所述报警指令发送至移动终端,以控制所述移动终端根据该报警指令执行相应的报警提示。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述报警提示为声音或者振动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述车辆控制系统还包括用以定位移动终端与车辆位置信息的定位模块,所述定位模块与智能车载单元通信连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述标识信息包括车牌和/或车型。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述智能车载单元具体用于当对所述控制命令中的标识信息验证通过时,所述智能车载单元根据所述定位模块比对当前的移动终端与车辆的位置信息,并判断当前的移动终端与车辆之间的距离是否小于预设距离;若是,则将所述操作指令发送至门锁系统,以供所述门锁系统控制车辆车门的解锁或锁闭。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述定位模块为GPS定位系统或北斗导航卫星系统。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述报警系统还包括设于车体的蜂鸣器,所述蜂鸣器与智能车载单元通信连接,所述蜂鸣器用以接收智能车载单元输出的触发指令并执行报警动作。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述移动终端为手机、平板电脑或者智能穿戴设备。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括用以开启控制模块的解锁模块,所述解锁模块与控制模块连接。
