Description
本发明涉及投影技术领域,更为具体的说,涉及一种外壳及放映设备。
投影机为根据图像信息对从光源装置射出的光束进行调制,并利用镜头对调制后的光束进行投影的仪器。目前,投影机已被广泛应用于会议、报告、教学等生活和工作的各个方面,逐渐成为人们生活和工作中的一部分。
现有市场上的投影机,大部分投影机的镜头都是裸露的,使得现有的镜头极易附着灰尘颗粒而导致投影影像不佳。
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种外壳及放映设备,该外壳包括有一旋钮镜头盖,且旋钮镜头盖包括有一旋钮部,其中,旋钮部能够通过旋转带动旋钮镜头盖移动而遮挡或露出镜头;在保证放映设备正常使用的前提下,当在停止使用放映设备时通过旋钮镜头盖遮挡镜头,以达到保护镜头的目的,改善镜头附着灰尘的情况;且本发明提供的旋钮部透出盒体,便于用户操作。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种外壳,应用于放映设备,所述外壳包括:
盒体,所述盒体包括围成内部空间的第一基板、第二基板和环形连接板,所述第一基板和第二基板相对设置,且所述环形连接板设置于所述第一基板和第二基板之间;其中,所述第二基板包括有一镜头放置区域,用于设置所述放映设备的镜头,且所述环形连接板对应所述镜头的区域为开口区域;
以及,设置于所述镜头放置区域的旋钮镜头盖,所述旋钮镜头盖包括与所述盒体活动连接且透出所述盒体的旋钮部,所述旋钮部通过旋转带动所述旋钮镜头盖旋转移动而遮挡或露出所述镜头。
可选的,所述旋钮镜头盖的旋转中心轴与所述第二基板和第一基板均垂直,其中,所述旋钮部沿所述第二基板至第一基板方向延伸、且透出所述第一基板;

基于此,本申请实施例提供了一种外壳及放映设备,该外壳包括有一旋钮镜头盖,且旋钮镜头盖包括有一旋钮部,其中,旋钮部能够通过旋转带动旋钮镜头盖移动而遮挡或露出镜头;在保证放映设备正常使用的前提下,当在停止使用放映设备时通过旋钮镜头盖遮挡镜头,以达到保护镜头的目的,改善镜头附着灰尘的情况;且本申请实施例提供的旋钮部透出盒体,便于用户操作。为实现上述目的,本申请实施例提供的技术方案如下,具体结合图1至图5所示,对本申请实施例提供的技术方案进行详细的描述。
参考图1所示,为本申请实施例提供的一种外壳的结构示意图,其中,本申请实施例提供的外壳应用于放映设备,所述外壳包括:
盒体100,所述盒体100包括围成内部空间的第一基板101、第二基板102和环形连接板103,所述第一基板101和第二基板102相对设置,且所述环形连接板103设置于所述第一基板101和第二基板102之间;其中,所述第二基板102包括有一镜头放置区域102a,用于设置所述放映设备的镜头(未画出),且所述环形连接板103对应所述镜头的区域为开口区域;
以及,设置于所述镜头放置区域102a的旋钮镜头盖200,所述旋钮镜头盖200包括与所述盒体100活动连接且透出所述盒体100的旋钮部201,所述旋钮部201通过旋转带动所述旋钮镜头盖200旋转移动而遮挡或露出所述镜头。
本申请实施例提供的外壳,其第二基板的镜头放置区域102a用于固定放置放映设备的镜头,其中,镜头的出射光束自环形连接板103的开口区域出射。为了保护保护镜头,以改善镜头附着灰尘的情况,本申请实施例提供的外壳设置有旋钮镜头盖200,且旋钮镜头盖200包括有一旋钮部201,通过用户操作转动旋钮部201,以使旋钮部201旋转带动旋钮镜头盖200移动而达到遮挡或露出镜头的目的,亦即使旋钮部201旋转带动旋钮镜头盖200移动而达到遮挡或露出环形连接板103的开口区域的目的。参考图1所示,在使用放映设备时,需要放映设备的镜头产生的投影光束出射,此时用户转动旋钮部201进而带动旋钮镜头盖200移动而露出镜头;另外,参考图2所示,为本申请实施例提供的另一种外壳的结构示意图,当停止使用放映设备时,用户转动旋钮部201而带动旋钮镜头盖200移动而遮挡镜头,以达到保护镜头的目的,改善镜头附着灰尘的情况。
本申请提供的外壳用于放置放映装置的镜头、光源装置等结构器件,本申请实施例对于外壳的盒体和旋钮镜头盖的材质可以为金属材质,还可以为塑料材质等,对此本申请实施例不做具体限制。另外,本申请实施例对于盒体的形状,当第一基板和第二基板均为圆形时,环形连接板为圆环形;当第一基板和第二基板均为椭圆形时,环形连接板为椭圆环形;或者当第一基板和第二基板均为方形或矩形时,环形连接板对应为方环形或矩形环形,对此本申请实施例不做具体限制,需要根据实际应用进行具体设计。
在本申请提供的一实施例中,旋钮镜头盖200沿第一基板101至第二基板102的方向旋转,即旋钮镜头盖200的旋转中心轴可以垂直第一基板101和第二基板102,且为了遮挡或露出镜头,旋钮镜头盖200可以包括设置于第一基板101和第二基板102之间的遮挡部和开口部,旋钮镜头盖200移动时通过遮挡部遮挡镜头,且通过开口部露出镜头。具体结合图1和图3所示,图3为本申请实施例提供的一种旋钮镜头盖的结构示意图,其中,本申请一实施例提供的所述旋钮镜头盖200的旋转中心轴与所述第二基板102和第一基板101均垂直,其中,所述旋钮部201沿所述第二基板102至第一基板101方向延伸、且透出所述第一基板101;
以及,所述旋钮镜头盖200包括设置于所述第一基板101和第二基板102之间的遮挡部202和开口部203,且所述遮挡部202和开口部203与所述旋钮部201相连,其中,所述旋钮部201通过旋转带动所述遮挡部202或开口部203对应所述镜头。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的旋钮镜头盖200中,旋钮部201优选为圆环形旋钮部。另外,优选的本申请实施例提供的旋钮部201和遮挡部202可以为一体结构,或者,遮挡部202和旋钮部201为分别单独制作后连接固定一起的,对此本申请实施例不做具体限制,需要根据实际应用进行具体设计。另外,在本申请其他实施例中,旋钮镜头盖还可以沿其他方向旋转,即旋钮镜头盖的旋转中心轴还可以与第一基板和第二基板呈不同角度,或者,旋钮镜头盖的旋转中心轴于第一基板和第二基板均平行,本申请对此不做具体限制。此外,对于旋钮镜头盖200的遮挡部202和开口部203各自占用面积,本申请并不做具体限制,对此需要根据实际应用进行具体设计。
进一步的,为了增加旋钮部201外表面的粗糙程度,使用户更加容易转动旋钮部201,本申请实施例提供的所述旋钮部201的外表面为磨砂面或形成有多条条纹。并且,为了保持旋钮镜头盖200的一致性,故而本申请实施例提供的旋钮镜头盖200的遮挡部202的外表面同样为磨砂面或形成有多条条纹,且遮挡部202的外表面与旋钮部201的外表面一致。
在本申请实施例中,旋钮镜头盖200与盒体100之间活动连接,其中,可以在盒体100上设置轨道,且在旋钮镜头盖200上设置相匹配导轨的方式将盒体100和旋钮镜头盖200之间活动连接。参考图4所示,为本申请实施例提供的又一种外壳的结构示意图,其中,所述盒体100设置有一轨道101a;
以及,所述旋钮镜头盖200设置有与所述轨道101a匹配的导轨201a,其中,所述轨道101a引导所述导轨201a移动,使所述旋钮部201旋转带动所述旋钮镜头盖200旋转移动而遮挡或露出所述镜头。
其中,在本申请实施例中,所述第一基板101背离所述第二基板102一侧形成有沿环绕所述旋钮部201设置的凹槽为所述轨道101a;
以及,所述导轨201a形成于所述旋钮部201外侧。
轨道101a具体为圆环形轨道,以保证能够引导旋钮部201转动,且圆环形轨道101a具有一开口,且该开口与环形连接板103的开口区域相应,其中,为了避免设置在旋钮部201外侧的导轨201a移出该圆环形轨道101a,在圆环形轨道101a的开口部分,即圆环形轨道101a的两端部分别设置有一挡块,以将导轨201a限定在轨道101a中移动。
进一步的,为了避免旋钮镜头盖200脱落,参考图4所示,本申请实施例提供的所述外壳还包括设置于所述第一基板101背离所述第二基板102一侧的盖板300;
其中,所述盖板300用于将所述导轨201a锁定于所述轨道101a中。
需要说明的是,在本申请另一实施例中,轨道还可以设置在旋钮镜头盖上,而将相匹配的导轨设置在盒体上;或者,在本申请其他实施例中,导轨可以设置在旋钮镜头盖的遮挡部背离旋钮部一侧,而轨道可以设置在第二基板的镜头放置区域等,对此本申请不做具体限制。
进一步的,为了更好的保护镜头,可以设置一防尘盖将镜头包裹,进一步改善镜头附着灰尘的情况。具体参考图5所示,为本申请实施例提供的又一种外壳的结构示意图,其中,所述外壳还包括:
固定于所述第二基板102朝向所述第一基板101一侧的防尘盖400,所述防尘盖400设置于所述旋钮镜头盖200的包围空间区域内,且所述防尘盖400的内部空间用于设置所述镜头;
其中,所述防尘盖400形成有一镂空透光口401,且所述镂空透光口401与所述镜头相对应设置。
以及,进一步的,参考图5所示,沿所述旋钮部201的旋转中心轴的方向上,透过所述旋钮部201还形成有一调焦开口;
其中,所述外壳还包括有过所述调焦开口设置的一调焦旋钮500,所述调焦旋钮500用于对所述镜头进行调焦。
此外,为了使旋钮镜头盖在移动过程中具有更多的功能,在本申请提供的一实施例中,所述外壳还包括有一设置于所述旋钮镜头盖内的电源控制开关,所述电源控制开关用于控制所述放映设备和供电电源之间的通断;
其中,所述电源控制开关根据所述旋钮镜头盖的控制,在所述旋钮镜头露出所述镜头时导通,且在所述旋钮镜头盖遮挡所述镜头时断开。
本申请提供的电源控制开关为机械开关,采用接触式控制,当旋钮镜头盖移动而露出镜头时,电源控制开关将放映设备和供电电源之间接通,进而启动放映设备进行放映;而在旋钮镜头盖移动而遮挡镜头时,电源控制开关将放映设备和供电电源之间断开,进而关闭放映设备。其中,本申请实施例提供的电源控制开关可以为微动开关或按压式开关,对此本申请不做具体限制。
在本申请上述任意一实施例中,外壳还可以包括一支撑板,且支撑板固定在第二基板背离第一基板一侧,以对盒体起到支撑的作用。
相应的,本申请实施例还提供了一种放映设备,所述放映设备包括上述任意一实施例提供的外壳。其中,本申请实施例提供的放映设备具体可以为投影机,对此本申请不做具体限制。
本申请实施例提供了一种外壳及放映设备,包括盒体,所述盒体包括围成内部空间的第一基板、第二基板和环形连接板,所述第一基板和第二基板相对设置,且所述环形连接板设置于所述第一基板和第二基板之间;其中,所述第二基板包括有一镜头放置区域,用于设置所述放映设备的镜头;以及,设置于所述镜头放置区域的旋钮镜头盖,所述旋钮镜头盖包括与所述盒体活动连接且透出所述盒体的旋钮部,所述旋钮部通过旋转带动所述旋钮镜头盖旋转移动而遮挡或露出所述镜头。
由上述内容可知,本申请实施例提供的技术方案,外壳包括有一旋钮镜头盖,且旋钮镜头盖包括有一旋钮部,其中,旋钮部能够通过旋转带动旋钮镜头盖移动而遮挡或露出镜头;在保证放映设备正常使用的前提下,当在停止使用放映设备时通过旋钮镜头盖遮挡镜头,以达到保护镜头的目的,改善镜头附着灰尘的情况。另外,通过转动方式操作旋钮镜头盖,便于对旋钮镜头盖进行操作,并且将旋钮部透出盒体,进一步方便用户操作,即通过将旋钮镜头盖的旋钮部透出盒体设置,方便用户转动该旋钮部。

Claims (10)
1、一种外壳,应用于放映设备,其特征在于,所述外壳包括:
盒体,所述盒体包括围成内部空间的第一基板、第二基板和环形连接板,所述第一基板和第二基板相对设置,且所述环形连接板设置于所述第一基板和第二基板之间;其中,所述第二基板包括有一镜头放置区域,用于设置所述放映设备的镜头,且所述环形连接板对应所述镜头的区域为开口区域;
以及,设置于所述镜头放置区域的旋钮镜头盖,所述旋钮镜头盖包括与所述盒体活动连接且透出所述盒体的旋钮部,所述旋钮部通过旋转带动所述旋钮镜头盖旋转移动而遮挡或露出所述镜头。
2、根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述旋钮镜头盖的旋转中心轴与所述第二基板和第一基板均垂直,其中,所述旋钮部沿所述第二基板至第一基板方向延伸、且透出所述第一基板;
以及,所述旋钮镜头盖包括设置于所述第一基板和第二基板之间的遮挡部和开口部,且所述遮挡部和开口部与所述旋钮部相连,其中,所述旋钮部通过旋转带动所述遮挡部或开口部对应所述镜头。
3、根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述旋钮部的外表面为磨砂面或形成有多条条纹。
4、根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述盒体设置有一轨道;
以及,所述旋钮镜头盖设置有与所述轨道匹配的导轨,其中,所述轨道引导所述导轨移动,使所述旋钮部旋转带动所述旋钮镜头盖旋转移动而遮挡或露出所述镜头。
5、根据权利要求4所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述第一基板背离所述第二基板一侧形成有沿环绕所述旋钮部设置的凹槽为所述轨道;
以及,所述导轨形成于所述旋钮部外侧。
6、根据权利要求5所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述外壳还包括设置于所述第一基板背离所述第二基板一侧的盖板;
其中,所述盖板用于将所述导轨锁定于所述轨道中。
7、根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述外壳还包括:
固定于所述第二基板朝向所述第一基板一侧的防尘盖,所述防尘盖设置于所述旋钮镜头盖的包围空间区域内,且所述防尘盖的内部空间用于设置所述镜头;
其中,所述防尘盖形成有一镂空透光口,且所述镂空透光口与所述镜头相对应设置。
8、根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述外壳还包括有一设置于所述旋钮镜头盖内的电源控制开关,所述电源控制开关用于控制所述放映设备和供电电源之间的通断;
其中,所述电源控制开关根据所述旋钮镜头盖的控制,在所述旋钮镜头露出所述镜头时导通,且在所述旋钮镜头盖遮挡所述镜头时断开。
9、根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,沿所述旋钮部的旋转中心轴的方向上,透过所述旋钮部还形成有一调焦开口;
其中,所述外壳还包括有过所述调焦开口设置的一调焦旋钮,所述调焦旋钮用于对所述镜头进行调焦。
10、一种放映设备,其特征在于,所述放映设备包括权利要求1~9任意一项所述的外壳。
