本发明涉及光学工程技术领域,特别涉及一种全息投影盒。
背景技术
目前市面上与手持终端设备结合使用的全息投影设备或装置相对较少,因此针对手持终端开发的全息投影配件少之又少,且质量参差不齐。尤其在全息投影设备或装置的显示源与成像端之间的光线控制方面,其配件没有很好地处理,使全息投影设备或装置的成像端灯光进入使用者的眼睛,不但让使用者观影不舒适,而且成像效果不好。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种全息投影盒,旨在提升使用者的观影舒适度。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的全息投影盒用于与平板电脑结合使用,所述全息投影盒包括盒体、设于所述盒体内的成像膜及放置于所述盒体顶面的支撑盖板,所述盒体一侧设置用于观看成像画面的敞口;所述支撑盖板放置有所述平板电脑,且所述支撑盖板上设有供所述平板电脑的屏幕投射图像的开口;所述平板电脑通过所述开口为所述成像膜提供光源,且所述盒体在对应所述平板电脑提供光源的位置设有遮光条。
优选地,所述盒体包括底板、左侧板、右侧板及与所述底板连接的背板;所述左侧板和所述右侧板设置在所述背板相对的两端上;所述背板在与所述两端上均设有第一凸起,所述左侧板和所述右侧板对应设有与所述第一凸起适配的第一插孔。
优选地,所述支撑盖板为多个,各个所述支撑盖板设有嵌入凹槽,且各个所述嵌入凹槽内可放置与其尺寸对应的所述平板电脑;所述开口设置在所述嵌入凹槽的槽底;所述盒体在其顶面通过放置与所述平板电脑尺寸对应的所述支撑盖板,以便适应不同尺寸的平板电脑应用。
优选地,所述遮光条包括架设于所述左侧板和所述右侧板上的第一遮光条;所述第一遮光条靠近所述背板设置,且与所述支撑盖板抵接;所述平板电脑提供光源的位置位于所述背板与所述成像膜之间,所述成像膜的一端限定于所述第一遮光条与所述支撑盖板形成的接缝上。
优选地,所述遮光条还包括与所述第一遮光条同一端面的第二遮光条,且所述第二遮光条靠近所述敞口设置。
优选地,所述底板在远离所述背板的一端上设置有依次连接且宽度一致的第一折板、第二折板、第三折板及第四折板;通过所述第一折板、所述第二折板、第三折板及第四折板之间的折叠与所底板形成一立体凸起;所述成像膜的一端限定于所述立体凸起与所述底板之间的接缝处上;所述第四折板与所述底板形成一空腔;所述左侧板、所述右侧板在远离与所述支撑盖板连接的一端上均设有可插接于所述空腔中的卡接板。
优选地,所述左侧板和所述右侧板在与所述底板连接的一端上架设有固定条,所述固定条靠近所述立体凸起设置。
优选地,所述全息投影盒还包括放置在所述盒体内的多个背景板,多个所述背景板的同一端铰接于一体,且所述背景板设有翻页杆;所述左侧板和所述右侧板的板面上均设有供所述翻页杆活动的空隙。
优选地,所述左侧板和所述右侧板上均设有第二凸起,所述支撑盖板上对应设有与所述第二凸起适配的第二插孔。
优选地,所述左侧板为直角梯形板,所述左侧板在其锐角的位置与所述支撑盖板连接。
优选地,所述全息投影盒还设置有用于与所述平板电脑交互使用的功能识别卡牌;所述底板与所述第一折板连接的一端上设有识别卡板,所述识别卡板设有用于放置所述功能识别卡牌的识别区域。
优选地,所述第三折板的长度大于所述第一折板的长度,所述第四折板的长度等于或大于所述底板与所述第二折板的长度之和。

本发明技术方案通过采用在盒体对应平板电脑提供光源的位置设置遮光条,平板电脑提供光源的位置位于成像膜与盒体的背板之间;如此可让用户在盒体的敞口观看成像膜上的画面时,不受光源处的灯光影响正常的观影视线,从而使全息投影盒的成像效果更佳。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

本发明提出一种全息投影盒,用于与平板电脑结合使用。
在本发明实施例中,参照图7至图10,该全息投影盒包括用于与平板电脑10结合使用,全息投影盒包括盒体100、设于盒体100内的成像膜300及放置于盒体100顶面的支撑盖板200,盒体100一侧设置用于观看成像画面的敞口101;支撑盖板200放置有平板电脑10,且支撑盖板200上设有供平板电脑10的屏幕投射图像的开口211;平板电脑10通过开口211为成像膜300提供光源,且盒体100在对应平板电脑10提供光源的位置设有遮光条。
具体地,在本实施例中,成像膜300作为全息投影盒的投影成像层,而成像膜300成像的一面面对盒体100的敞口101一侧设置,且平板电脑10位于盒体100的顶面上;如此,平板电脑10与成像膜300能相对;而平板电脑10由支撑盖板200固定于盒体100的顶面上。支持盖板200可设置一个或多个,当平板电脑10播放图像或视频时,成像膜300可映照出平板电脑10播放的图像或视频;使用者可通过盒体100的敞口101观看到成像膜300上的图像或视频。而本实施例中,盒体100的设置能让全息投影盒可以准确控制成像端的光线,另外光源处具体设置在成像膜300与盒体100的侧壁之间,为成像膜300提供调节亮度的灯光,可以适应不同播放场景所需的亮灯需求。
在本实施例中,全息投影盒采用平板电脑10为成像膜300提供光源,如此,无需另外加设发光装置,节省盒体100内的空间,简化全息投影盒的结构;平板电脑10提供光源的位置聚集的灯光最集中,在成像过程,该灯光映入使用者的眼睛中,影响使用者的观看效果;因此在平板电脑10提供光源的的位置设有遮光条,该遮光条设计的尺寸刚好可以阻挡平板电脑10提供光源的的位置最闪亮的地方,而遮光条下发出的灯光可为成像膜300提供足够的光照度;如此设置既可阻挡光源处发出的灯光映入使用者的眼睛中,不影响使用者观看效果,又不影响成像膜300上的成像效果。遮光条与盒体100之间的安装可以采用插接、卡扣卡接或粘接等方式;另外在本实施例中,遮光条和盒体100均采用可再生灰板材料制成;成像膜300优选采用透明有机玻璃,因为这种材料具有较好的透明性、化学稳定性,力学性能和耐候性,易染色,易加工,外观优美等优点。
优选地,在本实施例中使用的平板电脑10内均安装有全息投影配套使用的应用程式,该应用程式具备有播放图像配套的调节亮光亮度的功能,无需在全息投影盒中设置一灯光装置用以调节全息投影亮光。为了方便支撑盖板200在盒体100上更换,支撑盖板200拆卸连接于盒体100上,支撑盖板200与盒体100的拆卸连接方式可以是插接或卡扣扣合。参照图13,全息投影盒还设置一功能识别卡牌510与该应用程式交互使用,为了方便用户将功能识别卡牌510能正确而快速地放置在让平板电脑10扫描的位置,放置一识别卡板500在底板110与第一折板150连接的一端上,识别卡板500面向平板电脑10的一板面上设有一识别区域501;如此当用户将相应需要的功能识别卡牌510放置在识别卡板500上的识别区域501上,此时应用程式控制平板电脑10的前置摄像头朝下,并对功能识别卡牌510的识别区域501进行扫描,将识别到的功能识别卡牌510的图像内容转换为相应的指令,完成一个完整交互过程。在本实施例中,功能识别卡牌510和识别卡板500均采用单粉纸材料制成。
本发明技术方案通过采用在盒体100对应平板电脑10提供光源的位置设置遮光条,平板电脑10提供光源的位置位于成像膜300与盒体100的背板120之间;如此可让用户在盒体100的敞口101观看成像膜300上的画面时,不受光源处的灯光影响正常的观影视线,从而使全息投影盒的成像效果更佳。
参照图1至图3及图10,盒体100包括底板110、左侧板130、右侧板140及与底板110连接的背板120;左侧板130和右侧板140设置在背板120相对的两端上;背板120在该两端上设有第一凸起121,左侧板130和右侧板140对应设有与第一凸起121适配的第一插孔131(141)。
具体地,为了让全息投影盒方便携带,将盒体100分设多个板块,这些板块有底板110、背板120、左侧板130和右侧板140,当需要带到其他地方使用时,可通过拆卸操作将板块分离,节省装载板块的盒子或包装袋的空间;为了加快盒体100的组装,将底板110和背板120为一体成型结构,即一板块通过折叠操作形成底板110和背板120;如此,底板110和背板120无需再增加部件进行固定;左侧板130和右侧板140分别位于背板120相对的两端上,且该两端与连接底板110的一端相邻;为了方便左侧板130和右侧板140在背板120上的安装,因此在背板120与左侧板130、右侧板140连接的一端上设置一个或多个第一凸起121,该第一凸起121为一小板块,可设置呈各种形状;另外在左侧板130和右侧板140与背板120连接的一端上设置第一插孔131(141),该第一插孔131(141)与第一凸起121适配卡接,即第一插孔131(141)为宽度与第一凸起121的厚度一致的条形孔。如此,通过第一凸起121插接在第一插孔131(141),即可完成背板120与左侧板130、右侧板140的连接。如此,通过这些板块组装围设成一盒体100,该盒体100是相邻的两个面为敞口的矩形盒体,位于盒体100的顶面敞口上设置有该支撑盖板200;在使用过程中,将平板电脑10放置在支撑盖板200上的嵌入凹槽210上,用户可从位于盒体100的敞口上观看从平板电脑上投射下来的图像或视频。
参照图7至图10,支撑盖板200为多个;各个支撑盖板200设有嵌入凹槽210,且各个嵌入凹槽210内可放置与其尺寸对应的平板电脑10;开口211设置在嵌入凹槽210的槽底;盒体100在其顶面通过放置与平板电脑10尺寸对应的支撑盖板200,以便适应不同尺寸的平板电脑10应用。
具体地,在本实施例中,支撑盖板200优选设置三种尺寸,分别是支撑盖板200a、支撑盖板200b及支撑盖板200c,并以常用的长宽19.7厘米*14.8厘米厚度9.4毫米、长宽19.7厘米*14.8厘米厚度7.5毫米及长宽20厘米*13.4厘米厚度7.2毫米等尺寸的平板电脑为例,每种支撑盖板200内的嵌入凹槽210大小尺寸与以上三种常见平板电脑10的尺寸一致;当然,支撑盖板200还可以设置1、2或多个,也可参照其他平板电脑的尺寸设计。参照图14为例,支撑盖板200a为适用于长宽19.7厘米*14.8厘米厚度9.4毫米尺寸的各代平板电脑,支撑盖板200b为适用于长宽19.7厘米*14.8厘米厚度7.5毫米尺寸的各代平板电脑,支撑盖板200a和支撑盖板200c共同适用于长宽20厘米*13.4厘米厚度7.2毫米尺寸的各代平板电脑;当然,在其他实施例中,该嵌入凹槽210还可以设置呈其他种类的常见平板电脑的尺寸。当平板电脑为长宽19.7厘米*14.8厘米厚度9.4毫米尺寸的各代平板电脑时,采用支撑盖板200a安装于盒体100上使用;当平板电脑为长宽19.7厘米*14.8厘米厚度7.5毫米尺寸的各代平板电脑时,采用支撑盖板200b放置于盒体100上使用;当平板电脑为长宽20厘米*13.4厘米厚度7.2毫米尺寸的各代平板电脑时,先将支撑盖板200a放置于盒体100上,再将支撑盖板200c放置在支撑盖板200a上的嵌入凹槽210中共同使用。在本实施例中,支撑盖200c的体积设置成刚好与支撑盖板200a的嵌入凹槽210一致,如此方便节省支撑盖板200的材料,无需另外设置一与盒体100盖合的板块。为了让平板电脑10中的播放的图像可以投射在盒体100内,在支撑盖板200上设置一开口211,该开口211的面积大小优选与平板电脑10的屏幕的面积大小一致,在有限的空间内极大地增大全息投影盒的成像面积,从而提升成像效果。
本发明技术方案通过采用在盒体100的顶面设置多个支撑盖板200,每个支撑盖板200设有供相应尺寸的平板电脑10放置的嵌入凹槽210;并将支撑盖板200与盒体100拆卸连接,将与平板电脑10尺寸相适应的支撑盖板200与盒体100连接使用即可。如此方便全息投影盒与不同尺寸的平板电脑10结合使用,不影响投影成像效果。
参照图8至图10,遮光条包括架设于左侧板130和右侧板140上的第一遮光条104;第一遮光条104靠近背板120设置,且与支撑盖板200抵接;平板电脑10提供光源的位置位于背板120与成像膜300之间,成像膜300的一端限定于第一遮光条104与支撑盖板200形成的接缝上。
在本实施例中,以使用长宽19.7厘米*14.8厘米厚度9.4毫米、长宽19.7厘米*14.8厘米厚度7.5毫米及长宽20厘米*13.4厘米厚度7.2毫米等尺寸的平板电脑为例,第一遮光条104设有两种尺寸,分别是第一遮光条104a、第一遮光条104b。参照图7和图8,当使用长宽19.7厘米*14.8厘米厚度9.4毫米或长宽19.7厘米*14.8厘米厚度7.5毫米尺寸的平板电脑时,使用第一遮光条104a;参照图9,当使用长宽20厘米*13.4厘米厚度7.2毫米等尺寸的平板电脑时,则使用第一遮光条104a和第一遮光条104b。
当平板电脑10在播放图像或视频时,安装在平板电脑10上靠近背板120的位置进行发光,为了避免用户从正面观看成像膜300反射出的画面受该灯光影响,因此设置一第一遮光条104,从平板电脑10发出的光经由该第一遮光条104下来,第一遮光条104可遮挡从平板电脑10发出光的最聚集的地方,且从第一遮光条104下方射出的灯光可为成像膜300提供光源;如此一方面可以阻挡该灯光反射到用户的眼睛中,另一方面也可以聚集灯光为成像膜300提供调节成像画面的亮度,提升全息投影盒的成像效果。且该第一遮光条104设置成与支撑盖板200抵接,即第一遮光条104的与支撑盖板200之间不存在缝隙,如此提升第一遮光条104与支撑盖板200的密封性,有效阻挡光源处的灯光透出。另外成像膜300的另一端限定于第一遮光条104与支撑盖板200形成的接缝上。如此,成像膜300可通过第一遮光条104与左侧板130、右侧板140之间的插接位置调节成像角度,即成像膜300的另一端顶持在第一遮光条104与支撑盖板200形成的接缝上;在本实施例中,成像膜300与底板110的夹角角度优选设置为45度,因为这个角度里成像膜300与支撑盖板200之间的成像效果是最佳的,播放出的图像或视频不容易失真。
参照图6至10,遮光条还包括与第一遮光条104同一端面的的第二遮光条105;且第二遮光条105靠近盒体100的敞口101设置。
具体地,当平板电脑10在播放图像或视频时,我们很容易从盒体100的正面敞口101看到来自平板电脑10靠近背板120的部分屏幕上的画面,而屏幕上的画面与成像膜300的画面相反,造成使用者在观看过程中容易产生晕眩的不良体验感觉,而且降低成像膜300的成像效果;因此左侧板130和右侧板140在其与设置支撑盖板200的一端上架设有第二遮光条105,该第二遮光条105可阻挡来自于平板电脑10(即播放源)的画面,提升全息投影盒的成像立体感。从另一方面,该第二遮光条105还可以加固盒体100结构。
参考图1、2及图4,底板110在远离背板120的一端上设置有依次连接且宽度一致的第一折板150、第二折板160、第三折板170及第四折板180;通过第一折板150、第二折板160、第三折板170及第四折板180之间的折叠与底板110板形成一立体凸起102;成像膜300的一端限定于立体凸起101与底板110之间的接缝处上;立体凸起102的第四折板180与底板110形成一空腔103;左侧板130、右侧板140在远离与支撑盖板200连接的一端上均设有可插接于空腔103中的卡接板133(143)。
为了让成像膜300能反射平板电脑10播放的图像或视频,设置一限位结构即立体凸起102;而立体凸起101由与底板110依次连接的第一折板150、第二折板160、第三折板170及第四折板180折叠形成的,具体参照图4,即将第一折板150、第二折板160、第三折板170及第四折板180从前至后按折痕卷起;如此成像膜300的一端可顶在立体凸起102与底板110之间的接缝处。参照图4和图5,另外在第一折板150和第二折板160面对左侧板130和右侧板140的端面上设置凸起板块,并在左侧板130和右侧板140在对应第一折板150和第二折板160的位置上设有供凸起板块插接的插孔;如此,可通过凸起板块与插孔之间的插接,提升增强这几个折板之间的折叠牢固度。优选地,参照图1、2及4,第三折板170的长度大于第一折板150的长度,第四折板180的长度等于或大于底板110与第二折板160的长度之和;在以上所述的几个折板形成的立体凸起102的基础上,通过设置第三折板170与第一折板150的长度不一致,如此可创造出一个新的空腔103空间,利用该空腔103与左侧板130、右侧板140底端的卡接板133(143)插接一起,实现将底板110与左侧板130、右侧板140固定好。
参照图6及图7,左侧板130和右侧板140在与底板110连接的一端上架设有固定条106,固定条106靠近立体凸起102设置。左侧板130、右侧板140在与底板110连接的一端上设置供固定条106插接的插孔,方便固定条106与左侧板130、右侧板140的连接;而固定条106通过该插孔架设在左侧板130和右侧板140与底板110连接的一端上,可限定左侧板130、右侧板140在底板110上的位移,从而提升左侧板130、右侧板140与底板110的连接,达到加固盒体100结构的效果。
参照图6及图10至12,为了增加全息投影盒的成像更立体,全息投影盒还包括放置在盒体100内的多个背景板400,多个背景板400的同一端铰接于一体,即多个背景板400形成一本书的结构;如此,可方便多个背景板400之间的自由活动;为了方便用户根据不同的播放图像或视频,切换与其配套的背景板400,因此在背景板400设有翻页杆401,该翻页杆401可设置在背景板400板面相对的两端上或直接一根翻页杆401贯穿具有厚度的背景板400中;左侧板130和右侧板140上均设有供翻页杆401活动的空隙134(144)。在本实施例中,空隙134(144)优选设置呈与背景板400的翻动轨迹一致的弧形空隙,如此设置既可减少外界透入的光对全息投影盒成像的影响,又方便翻动杆401的活动。
优选地,该空隙134(144)中设有可限定翻页杆401纵向位移的限位块,该限位块位于靠近空隙134(144)上下两端端末的位置,即当需要用到该书页时,该书页的翻页杆401可通过限位块固定纵向方向的位置。如此,可让用户通过左侧板130的空隙134、右侧板140的空隙144,抓取翻页杆401控制多个背景板400之间的切换。优选地,翻页杆401可设置呈不同的颜色或图案,方便用户辨认不同背景板400的内容;参照图12,优选地,为了不影响多个背景板400之间的使用,在每个背景板400中都设置一磁铁块,让背景板400通过磁铁块可粘贴,也可轻松分离。
参考图4至图10,为了方便左侧板130和右侧板140与支撑盖板200之间的安装操作,因此左侧板130和右侧板140上设有第二凸起132(142),支撑盖板200上对应设有与第二凸起132(142)适配的第二插孔201。如此,可通过第二凸起132(142)插接在第二插孔201中,即可完成支撑盖板200与左侧板130、右侧板140的组装,达到方便快捷。
参照图10、11及13,左侧板130为直角梯形板,左侧板130在其锐角的位置与支撑盖板200连接。在本实施例中,左侧板130与右侧板140的结构一致,即左侧板130和右侧板140在全息投影盒上形成倒直角梯形板,且左侧板130和右侧板140的锐角位置与盒体100的正面开口一面相邻,如此,让平板电脑10中的识别灯光更容易发射至识别卡板500上的功能识别卡牌510上,完成识别交互工作。从另一方面看,左侧板130、右侧板140设置成倒直角梯形的形状,也可让用户在有效观看距离内看到更清晰的画面。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种全息投影盒,用于与平板电脑结合使用,其特征在于,包括盒体、设于所述盒体内的成像膜及放置于所述盒体顶面的支撑盖板,所述盒体一侧设置用于观看成像画面的敞口;所述支撑盖板放置有所述平板电脑,且所述支撑盖板上设有供所述平板电脑的屏幕投射图像的开口;所述平板电脑通过所述开口为所述成像膜提供光源,且所述盒体在对应所述平板电脑提供光源的位置设有遮光条。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述盒体包括底板、左侧板、右侧板及与所述底板连接的背板;所述左侧板和所述右侧板设置在所述背板相对的两端上;所述背板在所述两端上均设有第一凸起,所述左侧板和所述右侧板对应设有与所述第一凸起适配的第一插孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述支撑盖板为多个;各个所述支撑盖板设有嵌入凹槽,且各个所述嵌入凹槽内可放置与其尺寸对应的所述平板电脑;所述开口设置在所述嵌入凹槽的槽底;所述盒体在其顶面通过放置与所述平板电脑尺寸对应的所述支撑盖板,以便适应不同尺寸的平板电脑应用。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述遮光条包括架设于所述左侧板和所述右侧板上的第一遮光条;所述第一遮光条靠近所述背板设置,且与所述支撑盖板抵接;所述平板电脑提供光源的位置位于所述背板与所述成像膜之间,所述成像膜的一端限定于所述第一遮光条与所述支撑盖板形成的接缝上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述遮光条还包括与所述第一遮光条同一端面的第二遮光条,且所述第二遮光条靠近所述敞口设置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述底板在远离所述背板的一端上设置有依次连接且宽度一致的第一折板、第二折板、第三折板及第四折板;通过所述第一折板、所述第二折板、第三折板及第四折板之间的折叠与所底板形成一立体凸起;所述成像膜的一端限定于所述立体凸起与所述底板之间的接缝处上;所述第四折板与所述底板形成一空腔;所述左侧板、所述右侧板在远离与所述支撑盖板连接的一端上均设有可插接于所述空腔中的卡接板。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述左侧板和所述右侧板在与所述底板连接的一端上架设有固定条,所述固定条靠近所述立体凸起设置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述全息投影盒还包括放置在所述盒体内的多个背景板,多个所述背景板的同一端铰接于一体,且所述背景板设有翻页杆;所述左侧板和所述右侧板的板面上均设有供所述翻页杆活动的空隙。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述左侧板和所述右侧板上均设有第二凸起,所述支撑盖板上对应设有与所述第二凸起适配的第二插孔。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述左侧板为直角梯形板,所述左侧板在其锐角的位置与所述支撑盖板连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述全息投影盒还设置有用于与所述平板电脑交互使用的功能识别卡牌;所述底板与所述第一折板连接的一端上设有识别卡板,所述识别卡板设有用于放置所述功能识别卡牌的识别区域。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述第三折板的长度大于所述第一折板的长度,所述第四折板的长度等于或大于所述底板与所述第二折板的长度之和。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述空隙中设有可限定翻页杆纵向位移的限位块,所述限位块位于靠近所述空隙上下两端端末的位置。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,所述空隙设置呈与所述背景板的翻动轨迹一致的弧形空隙。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的全息投影盒,其特征在于,在每个所述背景板上设置有一磁铁块。
