背景技术
瓶装药剂,是指针剂、口服液等瓶装药品,传统医院或药房对瓶装药剂的抓药方式通常是:患者到药房抓药时,药剂师根据处方直接到相应的药架上手工数瓶抓取。此种手工抓取方式,效率低、易出错、耗用人工多,患者等候时间长。
现市场上,大多自动化发药装置都仅适用于盒装药或袋装药。针对瓶装药剂的自动发药装置很少,本案发明人对瓶装药剂自动发药装置进行了多年研究,于2012年有申请相关专利,具体参见公布号为CN103373572A的,名为《瓶装针剂自动化药房》的专利文献。该专利文献中公开了一种瓶装针剂的自动化药房,该自动化药房包括架体以及数个发药单元,该发药单元由储药体(该专利文献中称为储药盒体)以及出药机械装置(该专利文献中称为分拣装置)组成,所述储药体中放置众多的瓶装针剂,储药体倾斜设置,下端设有出药口中,出药机械装置设在出药口处;出药机械装置具体包括一分拣转盘,分拣转盘上相邻锯齿之间的间距与瓶装针剂的大小相应。工作时,以分拣转盘的转动从储药体的出药口带动运输出一个个瓶装针剂。上述专利文献公开的方案能实现自动发药,但是也仍存一些不足:由于储药体中放置众多(多排多列)的瓶装针剂,分拣转盘上相邻锯齿带动瓶装针剂的过程易卡阻,发药过程不顺畅,分拣转盘上的锯齿间的放置位还常会发生空缺,需要配设检测装置,成本也增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种瓶装药剂自动发药装置,提高发药的可靠性和降成本。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种瓶装药剂自动发药装置,包括架体、集药装置以及排列于架体上的数个发药单元;所述发药单元包括一长条形的储药体,该储药体的一端为出药端,对应于出药端设有出药机械装置;
所述储药体包括两相对侧壁以及连接在两侧壁底沿之间的底壁,两侧壁之间的间距与一个瓶装药剂的瓶宽相适应,两侧壁阻挡瓶装药剂的瓶宽两侧,而底壁阻挡瓶装药剂的瓶底或瓶顶,使瓶装药剂呈单列排列于储药体内;

上述方案中,所述储药体内设有一推压滑块,该推压滑块相对储药体沿其长度方向滑动设置,推压滑块由重力或弹性外力作用于瓶装药剂将瓶装药剂推向出药端。
上述方案中,所述储药体的两侧壁中,至少一者上设有可调挡板,该可调挡板向上延伸,其上端设有压置于瓶装药剂头部或肩部的压置作用部;所述可调挡板相对储药体在上下方向上能够移动调整,以适应于不同瓶装药剂的瓶子高度。
上述方案中,所述储药体的两侧壁内侧各设有一可调侧壁,这两可调侧壁相对储药体沿储药体两侧壁连线方向上能够移动,以使两可调侧壁之间的距离能够变化适应于不同瓶装药剂的瓶子宽度。
上述方案中,所述驱动装置为一电机,该电机经曲柄摇杆机构与推杆传动连接。
本发明工作原理以及效果如下:本发明特殊设计了发药单元,以发药单元可靠得一支支发送瓶装药剂,并且以集药装置将各发药单元上掉落的瓶装药剂收集并输出,每个发药单元可发送不同种类、不同型号的瓶装药剂,通过对各发药单元的驱动装置的控制,即实现了瓶装药剂的全自动分拣发送。由于本发明发药单元的储药体中瓶装药剂为单列设置,再配合上特殊的出药机械装置,大幅提升了发送瓶装药剂的可靠性,并且制作成本也并不高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:参见图1,结合图2-图4所示:
一种瓶装药剂自动发药装置,包括架体1、集药装置3以及排列于架体1上的数个发药单元2。所述发药单元2包括一长条形的储药体21,该储药体21的一端为出药端,对应于出药端设有出药机械装置23。
所述储药体21具体如图为一上侧开口的槽状体,具体包括两相对侧壁211、212以及连接在两侧壁211、212底沿之间的底壁213,两侧壁211、212之间的间距与一个瓶装药剂4的瓶宽相适应,两侧壁211、212阻挡瓶装药剂4的瓶宽两侧,而底壁213阻挡瓶装药剂4瓶底或瓶顶,使瓶装药剂4呈单列排列于储药体1内。
所述储药体21的出药端上在其所述底壁213上设有出药口22。
所述出药机械装置23包括落料挡块231以及推杆232;所述落料挡块231设于出药口22上,落料挡块231具有阻挡出药口22和打开两个工作状态。所述推杆232对应出药口22设于其上方,且沿上下方向滑动设置,推杆232经传动机构传动连接有驱动装置233,驱动装置233驱动推杆232作用于落料挡块231和作用于所述出药端的首个瓶装药剂4,使瓶装药剂4经出药口22下落。
所述集药装置3对应设置于各发药单元2的出药口22之下,用于承接各发药单元2发出的瓶装药剂4。
所述驱动装置233较佳采用电机,所述传动机构包括曲柄234和连杆235,曲柄234的一端与驱动电机连接,曲柄234的另一端与连杆235的一端铰接,连杆235的另一端与推杆232相铰接。具体如图2和图3所示,储药体21上设一竖向的导向杆214,该导向杆214上开设有导向槽2141,所述推杆232上设有滚轮2323,滚轮2323嵌于导向槽2141内导向配合。
所述落料挡块231一端与储药体21铰接,且落料挡块231上作用有第一弹性元件236,该第一弹性元件236的弹力迫使落料挡块231保持阻挡出药口22的工作状态。所述 推杆232上对应瓶装药剂4设有一第一推压部2321,并且推杆232上还向下延伸设有一作用于落料挡块231的第二推压部2322,以此使推杆232既作用于落料挡块231,也作用于所述出药端的首个瓶装药剂4,确保瓶装药剂4能顺畅地从出药口22下落。
当然,上述仅为一较佳例子,实际中,推杆232可以其他形式的传动机构与驱动装置233连接,驱动装置233也可采用气缸。
所述发药单元2以储药体21的长度方向沿水平方向或与水平方向的夹角小于80°布置于架体1上。最佳是如图1所示,发药单元2以储药体21的长度方向与水平方向的夹角为10°-20°布置于架体1,发药端朝下倾斜,如此设计,当发药端首个瓶装药剂4发出后,储药体21里的瓶装药剂4因重力作用会自动滑向发药端补位。实际中,发药单元2水平或者发药端向上倾斜也是可行的,只是此时需要增加一将瓶装药剂4往发药端推的外力,具体方案为:所述储药体21内设有一推压滑块,该推压滑块相对储药体21沿其长度方向滑动设置,推压滑块21或弹性外力作用于瓶装药剂4将瓶装药剂4推向出药端。
参见图4所示,所述储药体体21的两槽壁211、212两者中,至少一者上设有可调挡板2121,该可调挡板2121向上延伸,其上端设有压置于瓶装药剂4头部或肩部的压置作用部21211。如图2-4中举例所述瓶装药剂4为玻璃瓶的针剂,具有一明显的肩部,压置作用部21211压置于瓶装药剂4的肩部上,并且,可调挡板2121相对储药体21在上下方向上能够移动调整,以适应于不同瓶装药剂4的瓶子高度。
所述储药体21的两侧壁内侧各设有一可调侧壁(图中未示出),这两可调侧壁相对储药体21沿储药体21两侧壁连线方向上能够移动,以使两可调侧壁之间的距离能够变化适应于不同瓶装药剂的瓶子宽度。
如图2-4中举例,瓶装药剂4是以其瓶底与底壁213接触,实际中,瓶装药剂4倒置也是可行的,即将瓶装药剂4的瓶顶朝下放置,底壁213用于阻挡瓶装药剂4的瓶顶。
实际中,储药体21除上述的上侧开口的槽状体外,还可以为一管状通道体,即储药体21除包括两相对侧壁211、212以及连接在两侧壁211、212底边之间的底壁213外,还可包括一连接在在两侧壁211、212顶边之间的顶壁。
参见图1所示,所述发药单元2在架体1上以多行多列形式矩阵排布,所有发药单元2的发药端位于同一侧,所述集药装置3包括横向输送线31以及纵向输送线32,所述横向输送线31包括两传动轮311以及连接在两传动轮311之间的输送带312。每一横向输送线31对应于一行发药单元2的发药端布置于其出药口22之下,瓶装药剂4落在输送带312上。所述纵向输送线32包括两传动轮321、连接在两传动轮321之间的传动链或传动带322,以及间隔凸设于传动链或传动带322上的承托板323;所述纵向输送线32连接各横向输送线31,各横向输送线31运来的瓶装药剂4落在纵向输送线32的承托板323上。如图1所 示,集药装置3还包括一底部输送线33,该底部输送线33一端接于纵向输送线32的下端,另一端向后通向一药盒放置位34。
实际,所述集药装置3可有各种变化,譬如集药装置3为一可移动的托盘也可,当哪个发药单元2发药时,托盘移至其下。
工作前,先在各发药单元的储药体21中排列装入瓶装药剂4,并且在药盒放置位34处放入药盒。
工作时,按药方控制对应的发药单元2的出药机械装置23的驱动装置233运行,驱动推杆232下压,推杆232既压动落料挡块231翻转打开,又下压发药端的首个瓶装药剂4,使发药端的首个瓶装药剂4下落于横向输送线31的输送带312上,首个瓶装药剂4下落后后面的第二支瓶装药剂4因重力或外力自动补位,推杆232可以继续下压第二支瓶装药剂4,直至达到药方上所要的数量;同时,横向输送线31的输送带312运行移动,将其上的瓶装药剂4送至竖向输送线32,由竖向输送线32向下运送至底部输送线33上,再由底部输送线33送入药盒放置位34处的药盒内,直至完成整个药方瓶装药剂4的分拣发送。
本实施例实现了瓶装药剂的全自动分拣发送,并且运行可靠性高。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种瓶装药剂自动发药装置,包括架体(1)、集药装置(3)以及排列于架体(1)上的数个发药单元(2);所述发药单元(2)包括一长条形的储药体(21),该储药体(21)的一端为出药端,对应于出药端设有出药机械装置(23);其特征在于:
    所述储药体(21)包括两相对侧壁(211、212)以及连接在两侧壁(211、212)底沿之间的底壁(213),两侧壁(211、212)之间的间距与一个瓶装药剂(4)的瓶宽相适应,两侧壁(211、212)阻挡瓶装药剂(4)的瓶宽两侧,而底壁(213)阻挡瓶装药剂(4)的瓶底或瓶顶,使瓶装药剂(4)呈单列排列于储药体(21)内;
    所述储药体(21)的出药端上在其所述底壁(213)上设有出药口(22);
    所述出药机械装置(23)包括落料挡块(231)以及推杆(232);所述落料挡块(231)设于出药口(22)上,落料挡块(231)一端与储药体(21)铰接,落料挡块(231)具有阻挡出药口(22)和打开两个工作状态,且落料挡块(231)上作用有第一弹性元件(236),该第一弹性元件(236)的弹力迫使落料挡块(231)保持阻挡出药口(22)的工作状态;所述推杆(232)对应出药口(22)设于其上方沿上下方向滑动设置,推杆(232)上对应瓶装药剂(4)设有一第一推压部(2321),并且推杆(232)上还向下延伸设有一作用于落料挡块(231)的第二推压部(2322);所述推杆(232)上传动连接有驱动装置(233),驱动装置(233)驱动推杆(232),使第一推压部(2321)作用于落料挡块(231),第二推压部(2322)作用于所述出药端的首个瓶装药剂(4),最终使瓶装药剂(4)经出药口(22)下落;
    所述集药装置(3)对应设置于各发药单元(2)的出药口(22)之下,用于承接各发药单元(2)发出的瓶装药剂(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述瓶装药剂自动发药装置,其特征在于:所述发药单元(2)在架体(1)上以多行多列形式矩阵排布,所有发药单元(2)的发药端位于同一侧,所述集药装置(3)包括横向输送线(31)以及纵向输送线(32),所述横向输送线(31)包括两传动轮(311)以及连接在两传动轮(311)之间的输送带(312);每一横向输送线(31)对应于一行发药单元(2)的发药端布置于其出药口(22)之下,瓶装药剂(4)落在输送带(312)上;所述纵向输送线(32)包括两传动轮(321)、连接在两传动轮(321)之间的传动链或传动带(322),以及间隔凸设于传动链或传动带(322)上的承托板(323);所述纵向输送线(32)连接各横向输送线(31),各横向输送线(31)运来的瓶装药剂(4)落在纵向输送线(32)的承托板(323)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述瓶装药剂自动发药装置,其特征在于:所述储药体(2)内设有一推压滑块(5),该推压滑块(5)相对储药体(21)沿其长度方向滑动设置,推压滑块(5) 由重力或弹性外力作用于瓶装药剂(4)将瓶装药剂(4)推向出药端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述瓶装药剂自动发药装置,其特征在于:所述储药体(21)的两侧壁中,至少一者上设有可调挡板(2121),该可调挡板(2121)向上延伸,其上端设有压置于瓶装药剂(4)头部或肩部的压置作用部(21211);所述可调挡板(2121)相对储药体(21)在上下方向上能够移动调整,以适应于不同瓶装药剂(4)的瓶子高度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述瓶装药剂自动发药装置,其特征在于:所述储药体(21)的两侧壁内侧各设有一可调侧壁,这两可调侧壁相对储药体(21)沿储药体(21)两侧壁连线方向上能够移动,以使两可调侧壁之间的距离能够变化适应于不同瓶装药剂的瓶子宽度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述瓶装药剂自动发药装置,其特征在于:所述驱动装置(233)为一电机,该电机经曲柄摇杆机构与推杆(232)传动连接。
