[0059] 综上所述, 本发明提供一种电子烟: 由于透明状的油杯 403内设置有不带储油 棉的储油腔 401, 使储油空间更大, 且可通过储油套观察剩余油量。 其次, 进气 口 414在吸嘴 416端, 可防止正常放置吋, 烟油易从底部泄露问题。 雾化组件 300 上设置有第一密封塞 601及第二密封塞 602, 用于隔绝雾化组件 300内腔与外界空 气联通, 进一步防止雾化组件 300在运输过程中烟液外溢, 及存储过程中烟液吸 收外界空气中的水分, 造成烟液变味。 最后, 雾化组件 300端盖 404上设置有第 一磁性件, 电池组件 200相应位置上设置有第二磁性件,雾化组件 300底部与电池 组件 200通过磁铁连接, 防止弹性电极将雾化组件 300弹幵, 造成接触不良。 同 吋, 电池组件 200上设置有扣接弹臂 202, 雾化组件 300相应位置设置有插槽 201 , 雾化组件 300插入电池组件 200后, 扣接弹臂 202卡入插槽 201内, 使雾化组件 3 00与电池组件 200能紧密连接, 进一步达到防止烟油泄露的目的。 本发明解决了 现有技术中所存在的问题, 提供了储油量更大, 密封更紧密, 防止烟油泄露的 电子烟。 解决了现有技术容易储油量小, 出气孔 503d和进气孔 503c在同一轴线的 两端, 烟油易泄露的问题。

[权利要求 1] 一种电子烟, 包括雾化组件及电池组件, 其特征在于: 所述雾化组件 包括用于存储烟油的储油组件、 用于雾化所述储油组件内烟油的电热 丝组件及用于与所述电池组件电连接的电极组件; 所述储油组件包括油杯及盖设在所述油杯一端的端盖, 所述油杯内并 列设置有第一容纳腔及烟雾通道, 所述第一容纳腔用于存储烟油, 所 述烟雾通道延伸到所述油杯位置相对的两端面, 所述第一容纳腔延伸 到所述油杯的与所述端盖相连一端的端面; 所述端盖面向所述油杯的 表面设置有第二容纳腔及容置槽, 所述第二容纳腔及容置槽分别与所 述第一容纳腔及所述烟雾通道的位置相对应, 所述第二容纳腔及所述 容置槽之间设置有挡油壁, 所述挡油壁处设置有与所述第二容纳腔及 所述容置槽相连通的进油孔, 所述容置槽内容置由吸油材料制成的导 油件, 所述导油件的一凸起端穿过所述进油孔伸入所述第二容纳腔内 以吸附烟油, 所述导油件在所述进油孔处与所述进油孔的孔壁弹性抵 接, 所述电热丝组件设置于所述导油件上;
所述第二容纳腔面向所述第一容纳腔的腔壁处设置有朝所述第一容纳 腔延伸的连接柱, 所述第二容纳腔内收容有填充块, 所述填充块设置 有连接孔及输油孔, 所述连接柱插入所述连接孔内并与连接孔的孔壁 涨紧配合固定连接, 所述输油孔位置与所述凸起端位置相对应并与所 述第一容纳腔相连通, 以将所述第一容纳腔内的烟油导入所述导油件 , 所述端盖的与所述油杯相连的端面处设置有第一固定槽, 所述第一 固定槽内插设有与所述油杯的端面弹性抵接的弹性密封件; 所述电池组件的一端端面处设置有插槽, 所述雾化组件可拆卸地插设 在所述插槽内, 当所述雾化组件安装在所述插槽内吋, 所述电热丝组 件位于所述插槽内。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述端盖位于所述第二 容纳腔面向所述第一容纳腔的腔壁处设置有加油孔, 所述加油孔的背 向所述第二容纳腔的一端沿所述端盖的表面延伸形成有第二固定槽; 所述加油孔处插设有硅胶塞, 所述硅胶塞包括限位壁及由所述限位壁 的一表面凸出形成的塞柱, 所述塞柱插入所述加油孔内, 所述限位壁 收容在所述第二固定槽内。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述塞柱的插入所述第 二容纳腔的一端外周面设置有环形的扣接环, 所述扣接环扣设在所述 第二容纳腔的腔壁上。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述油杯的外侧面上设 置有扣接槽, 所述插槽具有侧壁及位于所述侧壁一端的端壁, 所述插 槽的端壁处固定有延伸至所述插槽内的扣接弹臂, 所述雾化组件的至 少一端插设在所述插槽内, 所述扣接弹臂与所述扣接槽扣接相连。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述扣接弹臂包括相互 连接的第一延伸臂及第二延伸臂, 所述第一延伸臂及所述第二延伸臂 均与所述插槽的纵向形成小于 90°的夹角, 第一延伸臂与所述第二延 伸臂的连接处位于所述插槽内。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述电极组件包括并列 设置的第一电极件及第二电极件, 所述端盖位于所述第一电极件及第 二电极件之间固定有第一磁性件;
所述电池组件设置有与所述第一电极件、 第二电极件及第一磁性件位 置相对应的第三电极件、 第四电极件及第二磁性件, 所述第一电极件 及第二电极件分别与所述第三电极件及第四电极件电连接, 以使雾化 组件实现与电池组件电连接, 所述第一磁性件与所述第二磁性件磁性 相吸。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述端盖的面向所述插 槽的底壁处设置有定位凸起, 所述插槽的底壁处设置有定位凹槽, 所 述定位凸起插设在所述定位凹槽内。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述油杯外侧设置有一 与所述油杯涨紧配合的上盖, 所述上盖和所述油杯在靠近所述导油件 一侧的侧壁上幵设有进气口, 所述上盖的侧壁上在位于比所述进气端 更靠近所述电热丝组件的位置处设置有阻挡台阶, 所述阻挡台阶抵持 在所述电池组件的端面上, 所述进气口中活动地套设有一第二密封塞
根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述油杯在背离所述端 盖的一端设置有一出气口, 所述上盖在对应所述出气口的位置幵设有 一向外延伸的吸嘴, 所述出气口与所述吸嘴向连通; 所述吸嘴和所述 出气口上活动地套设有第一密封塞。
根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述油杯及所述上盖均 由透明的塑胶材质制成。
根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述烟雾通道内设置有 一通道隔板, 所述通道隔板将所述烟雾通道分为进气通道和出气通道 , 所述进气口与所述进气通道相连; 所述出气口和所述吸嘴与所述出 气通道相连接。
根据权利要求 11所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述导油件朝向所述烟 雾通道的一侧具有放置面; 所述电热丝组件包括烟油吸附件及与所述 烟油吸附件套设相连的电热丝, 所述烟油吸附件位于所述导油件的放 置面并与所述导油件抵接以从所述导油件吸附烟油。
根据权利要求 12所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述导油件上设置有第 一通孔和第二通孔, 所述电热丝的两端分别穿过第一通孔和第二通孔 与所述第一电极件和所述第二电极件相连, 形成电连接。
根据权利要求 13所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述放置面上还设置有 一雾化座; 所述雾化座包括相互呈台阶状的进气部和出气部; 所述进 气部幵设有朝向所述进气通道的进气孔, 所述进气部的周壁夹持在所 述导油件和所述端盖的侧壁之间; 所述出气部的一端抵持在所述导油 件上, 所述出气部另一端的端口面向所述出气口设置有与所述出气通 道相连通的出气孔, 所述出气孔与所述雾化组件的外表面相连通; 所 述电热丝组件放置在所述出气部和所述进气部的连接处。
根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述电池组件包括支架 、 用于容纳支架的壳体; 所述支架包括用于容纳电池的安装槽; 所述 第三电极件、 所述第四电极件及所述第二磁性件均安装在所述支架面 向所述储油组件的顶壁上; 所述支架远离所述烟雾通道的一侧还安装 有一 PCB线路板。
[权利要求 16] 根据权利要求 15所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述壳体上幵设有按键 孔、 导光槽和连接部, 分别安装有按键、 导光件和 PCB线路板; 所述 导光槽的尺寸和形状与导光件的尺寸和形状相配适。
[权利要求 17] 根据权利要求 15所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述 PCB线路板包括与 按键相抵接的第一凸部、 与导光件相抵接的第二凸部。
