Abstract
Description
一方、現在の主流である静電容量式タッチパネルの表面保護シートには、指で操作する際の滑り性が求められている。従来の抵抗膜式は、複数個所を同時に検知できないため、画面上で指を動かすことはなかったものの、静電容量式タッチパネルは、複数個所を同時に検知可能であり、画面上で指を動かす操作が多いためである。
また、抵抗膜式及び静電容量式に共通して、タッチパネル用の表面保護シートには、指で操作した際の指紋の付着を防止したり、付着した指紋を拭取りやすくする性能が求められている。
しかし、近年、静電容量式タッチパネルや電磁誘導型タッチパネルに入力可能なタッチパネルペンが提案され始めたこと、タッチパネルペンによる文字入力や描画に対応したアプリケーションが増加してきたことから、タッチパネル用の表面保護シートには、タッチパネルペンでの良好な筆記感が求められている。
しかしながら、特許文献1~2に代表されるように、従来提案されたタッチパネル用の表面保護シートの殆どのものは、タッチパネルペンでの筆記感について検討されていない。
本発明者らが特許文献3の技術を検証した結果、書き味に関しては所定の効果が確認されたが、筆記時に不快感を受ける場合が多かった。
近年、学校の授業でタッチパネル機能を備えたタブレット端末を用いるケースが増えている。学校の授業において大人数がタブレット端末に筆記した場合、個々のタブレットから生じる音が小さかったとしても、教室全体で生じる音は大きくなり、授業進行の妨げになりかねない。また、タブレット端末を一人で操作している場合でも、周辺環境が極めて静かな場合には、筆記音は耳に入りやすい。
本発明は、以下[1]~[6]のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートの選別方法、タッチパネルシステム、タッチパネルペン用筆記シート、タッチパネル及び表示装置を提供する。
<条件1-1>
タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの表面にタッチパネルペンを鋭角25~35度の角度で接触させ、前記角度を維持して、前記タッチパネルペンに垂直荷重45~55gfをかけて、前記タッチパネルペンを180~220mm/秒の速度で片道45~55mmの長さを往復移動させた際に生じる音を録音する。
録音の際は、サンプリング周波数44.1kHzで音をアナログ信号からデジタル信号に変換して記録する。デジタル信号の全体の時間が0.7秒となるように、デジタル信号に変換した音の前後に無音部を追加する。無音部を追加したデジタル信号を、変数の範囲を1Hz~22,000Hz、窓関数をハニング窓として高速フーリエ変換し、1Hzごとの音圧(dB/Hz)を算出する。
周波数1Hz~20,000Hzにおける前記dB/Hzの最大値を100、最小値を0に規格化する。規格化後のdB/Hzを規格音圧Pとする。周波数1Hz~20,000Hzを2,000Hzごとの10区間に区分し、各区間の規格音圧Pの積分値を算出する。第1区間である周波数1Hz以上2,000Hz未満の規格音圧Pの積分値をP1、第10区間である周波数18,000Hz以上20,000Hz以下の規格音圧Pの積分値をP10とした際に、P1/P10が1.25以上を示す。
<条件1-2>
前記10区間の規格音圧Pの積分値の標準偏差σを算出した際に、σが13,500以下を示す。

<条件2-1>
前記表面のカットオフ値0.8mmにおけるJIS B0601:2001の算術平均粗さRaが0.2μm以上0.8μm以下。
[4]上記条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす表面を有するタッチパネルペン用筆記シート。
[5]表面にシートを有するタッチパネルであって、前記シートとして、上記[4]に記載のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートの上記条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面がタッチパネルの表面を向くように配置してなるタッチパネル。
[6]表示素子上にタッチパネルを有する表示装置であって、前記タッチパネルが上記[5]に記載のタッチパネルである、タッチパネル付きの表示装置。
本発明のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートの選別方法は、下記条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たすものをタッチパネルペン用筆記シートとして選別するものである。
<条件1-1>
タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの表面にタッチパネルペンを鋭角25~35度の角度で接触させ、前記角度を維持して、前記タッチパネルペンに垂直荷重45~55gfをかけて、前記タッチパネルペンを180~220mm/秒の速度で片道45~55mmの長さを往復移動させた際に生じる音を録音する。
録音の際は、サンプリング周波数44.1kHzで音をアナログ信号からデジタル信号に変換して記録する。デジタル信号の全体の時間が0.7秒となるように、デジタル信号に変換した音の前後に無音部を追加する。無音部を追加したデジタル信号を、変数の範囲を1Hz~22,000Hz、窓関数をハニング窓として高速フーリエ変換し、1Hzごとの音圧(dB/Hz)を算出する。
周波数1Hz~20,000Hzにおける前記dB/Hzの最大値を100、最小値を0に規格化する。規格化後のdB/Hzを規格音圧Pとする。周波数1Hz~20,000Hzを2,000Hzごとの10区間に区分し、各区間の規格音圧Pの積分値を算出する。第1区間である周波数1Hz以上2,000Hz未満の規格音圧Pの積分値をP1、第10区間である周波数18,000Hz以上20,000Hz以下の規格音圧Pの積分値をP10とした際に、P1/P10が1.25以上を示す。
<条件1-2>
前記10区間の規格音圧Pの積分値の標準偏差σを算出した際に、σが13,500以下を示す。
本発明のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートは、一方の表面が条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たしていてもよいし、両方の表面が条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たしていてもよい。
以下、タッチパネルペン用筆記シートのことを「筆記シート」、条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす表面のことを「筆記面」と称する場合がある。
本発明のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートの選別方法は、上記条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たすものをタッチパネルペン用筆記シートとして選別するものである。
図3及び図4は、上記条件1-1で算出した各区間の規格音圧Pの積分値を縦軸、第1区間~第10区間を横軸としたグラフの一例である。各区間は2,000Hzごとに区分けされており、第1区間が0Hz以上2,000Hz未満、第10区間が周波数18,000Hz以上20,000Hz以下である。条件1-1では音圧を規格化しているため、各グラフを対比することにより、筆記シートとタッチパネルペンとの組み合わせによる音圧の周波数分布の違いを確認することができる。
図3の実線は、高周波側と低周波側の音圧の積分値が同程度である。言い換えると、図3の実線は音圧の周波数依存性が小さい。一方、図3の破線は、低周波側の音圧が高周波側の音圧に比べて十分に大きい値を示している。
本発明者らは数多くの検証を行ったところ、条件1-1に規定する所定の筆記条件の範囲(ペンの角度、荷重、速度及び距離が所定の範囲)においては、図3の実線のように高周波側と低周波側の音圧の積分値が同程度である場合に比べて、図3の破線のように低周波側の音圧が高周波側の音圧に比べて十分に大きい値を示す場合には、筆記時に不快感を受けにくい傾向があることを見出した。
図4の実線は、実施例の実験例4の筆記シートとタッチパネルペン3とを組み合わせて筆記した際のグラフであり、図4の破線は、実施例の実験例3の筆記シートとタッチパネルペン3とを組み合わせて筆記した際のグラフであり、図4の一点鎖線は、実施例の実験例1の筆記シートとタッチパネルペン3とを組み合わせて筆記した際のグラフである。
図4の実線、破線及び一点鎖線は、何れも低周波側の音圧が高周波側の音圧に比べて十分に大きい値を示している。しかし、図4の破線及び一点鎖線では筆記時の音に不快感を受けないものの、図4の実線のような波形では筆記時の音に不快感を受けた。
本発明者らは数多くの検証を行ったところ、所定の筆記条件の範囲(ペンの角度、荷重、速度及び距離が所定の範囲)においては、図4の実線のように音圧の積分のバラツキが大きい場合には、低周波側の音圧が高周波側の音圧に比べて十分に大きくても、筆記時の音に不快感を受けることを見出した。音圧の積分のバラツキが大きい場合、特定の周波数帯域の音が聞こえやすくなってしまうため、不快感を受けやすいと考えられる。
なお、P1/P10が大き過ぎる場合、高周波側と低周波側との音圧差が大きくなり過ぎることにより、不自然な音に感じられる傾向にある。このため、P1/P10は1.55以下であることが好ましく、1.50以下であることがより好ましい。
なお、σが小さ過ぎる場合、低周波から高周波に向かう際の音圧の変動が小さくなるため、不自然な音に感じられる傾向にある。このため、σは8,500以上であることが好ましく、9,500以上であることがより好ましい。
まず、タッチパネルペン用筆記シート10の表面にタッチパネルペン200を鋭角25~35度の角度で接触させる。鋭角25~35度とは、タッチパネルペン用筆記シート10のシート面と平行な方向を0度として、シート面に対して25~35度傾いていることを意味する。
筆記時には前記角度を維持して、タッチパネルペン200に垂直荷重45~55gfをかけて、タッチパネルペンを180~220mm/秒の速度で片道45~55mmの長さを往復移動させた際に生じる音を録音する。なお、往復移動する方向は、タッチパネルペン200の軸の向きと平行な方向である。図5でいうと、最初はタッチパネルペン200を右側に45~55mm移動させ、次いで、タッチパネルペン200を左側に45~55mm移動させる。筆記速度は、タッチパネルペンの移動距離を筆記時間で除することにより算出できる。
筆記時のタッチパネルペン200の角度は、筆記開始から筆記終了までの動画を撮影しておき、タッチパネルペン200の角度が常に25~35度の範囲に入っていれば、測定条件を満たすものとする。
タッチパネルペン200の垂直荷重は、例えば、図5のように、電子天秤81上にタッチパネルペン用筆記シート10を設置し、筆記開始から筆記終了までの電子天秤81の値の動画を撮影しておき、筆記時の値が常に45~55gの範囲に入っていれば、測定条件を満たすものとする。なお、折り返し時は瞬間的に筆記が停止して音が小さくなるため、この時の荷重は45~55gの範囲外であってもよいが、40~60gの範囲であることが好ましい。
タッチパネルペンの移動距離は片道45~55mmの範囲であればよく、往路の距離と復路の距離とが異なっていてもよい。
なお、タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの表面及びタッチパネルペンのペン先に油脂(例えば、人間の指から転写した指紋成分)が付着していると、音に影響を与える可能性がある。このため、音を録音する際は、タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの表面及びタッチパネルペンのペン先に油脂が付着しないようにして実施することが好ましい。また、タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの表面及びタッチパネルペンのペン先に油脂が付着した場合には、タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの表面及びタッチパネルペンのペン先の形状、物性に影響を与えない範囲で脱脂処理を行った後に音を録音することが好ましい。
また、図5に示すように、音を録音する際には、スマートフォン等の集音器300の高さと筆記面の高さとを合わせることが好ましい。また、集音器300と筆記シート10との距離は1~15cmとすることが好ましい。また、集音器300は、マイク部310が筆記シート側を向くように配置するか、図5のようにマイク部310が上側を向くように配置することが好ましい。また、集音器300及び筆記シート10の上方には1.5m以上の空間があることが好ましい。また、音を録音する部屋は、床面が3m×3m以上の広さであることが好ましい。
さらに、音の反射等を防ぐために、音を録音する部屋のドア及び窓は閉じていることが好ましく、窓がある場合にはカーテンを閉めて窓を露出させないことが好ましい。
また、音を録音する環境は静かであることが好ましく、具体的には音圧40db以下であることが好ましい。また、換気扇、エアコン、パソコン等の各種装置は、音圧が低いレベルであったとしても、音の録音時には駆動させないことが好ましい。
(1)空気中を伝わる音をマイク等により電気信号に変換する。
(2)音が明瞭に記録できるように、アンプにより電気信号の振幅を適度に増幅する。
(3)増幅した電気信号を、サンプリング周波数44.1kHz、電圧の変動量を65536段階(16ビット)でデジタル信号に変換して記録する。
次いで、デジタル信号の全体の時間が0.7秒となるように、デジタル信号に変換した音の前後に無音部を追加する。無音部を追加したデジタル信号を、変数の範囲を1Hz~22,000Hz、窓関数をハニング窓として高速フーリエ変換(FFT変換)することにより、1Hzごとの音圧(dB/Hz)を算出できる。
<条件1-3>
前記10区間のうち、第n区間の規格音圧をPnとする。Pn/P10が1.0未満となる区間が2区間以下である。
条件1-3において、Pn/P10が1.0未満となる区間は1区間以下であることがより好ましく、0区間であることがさらに好ましい。
<条件1-4>
第1区間の規格音圧Pの積分値をP1、第2区間の規格音圧Pの積分値をP2とした際に、P2/P1が0.95以下を示す。
条件1-4において、P2/P1は0.93以下であることがより好ましく、0.90以下であることがさらに好ましい。
なお、P2/P1が小さ過ぎる場合、不自然な音に感じられる傾向にある。このため、P2/P1は0.70以上であることが好ましく、0.75以上であることがより好ましく、0.80以上であることがさらに好ましい。
<条件1-5>
第2区間の規格音圧Pの積分値をP2、第3区間の規格音圧Pの積分値をP3とした際に、P3/P2が0.80以上を示す。
条件1-5において、P3/P2は0.83以上であることがより好ましく、0.85以上であることがさらに好ましい。
なお、P3/P2が大き過ぎる場合、不自然な音に感じられる傾向にある。このため、P3/P2は0.95以下であることが好ましく、0.93以下であることがより好ましく、0.90以下であることがさらに好ましい。
ペン先の断面写真の独立した長尺状物の個数が200個を超える場合、筆記時に長尺状物が弦のように働き、様々な周波数の音(特に高周波数側の音)を生じる結果、条件1-1、条件1-2等を満たしにくくなる。一方、ペン先の断面写真の独立した長尺状物の個数が200個以下の場合、筆記時に様々な周波数の音(特に高周波数側の音)が生じることが抑制され、条件1-1、条件1-2等を満たしやすくなる。
なお、独立した長尺状物の中でも、独立した繊維は、各繊維の長さが異なるため、様々な周波数の音(特に高周波数側の音)を生じる傾向が強い。このため、タッチパネルペンとしては、ペン先の断面写真において、独立した繊維の個数が200個以下のものが好ましく、70個以下のものがより好ましい。
タッチパネルペンが複数の芯を選択可能な多色タイプであり、少なくとも一つの芯が上記条件を満たす場合、該芯を選択して上記条件の判定をすることが好ましい。
独立した可動性の長尺状物の個数は、例えば、画像解析ソフトによってペン先の断面写真の画像を二値化し、全周囲が白で囲まれている黒の個数をカウントすることにより算出できる。
ペン先の直径Dは、ペン軸に対して垂直方向側からタッチパネルペンを撮像した写真を基準として算出する。図6は、ペン軸に対して垂直方向側からタッチパネルペンを撮像した際のタッチパネルペンの外形を点線で表示したものである。図6(a)に示すように、該写真に対して、該写真の頂点を通り、かつ該写真からはみ出ない円を重ね合わせた際に、最大となる円の直径をペン先の直径Dとする。ただし、図6(b)に示すように、該写真が斜面を有し、かつ該斜面のペン軸に対する角度が40~90度であれば、該斜面をはみ出して該円を重ね合わせてもよい。
<条件2-1>
前記表面のカットオフ値0.8mmにおけるJIS B0601:2001の算術平均粗さRaが0.2μm以上0.8μm以下。
Raは0.3μm以上0.6μm以下とすることがより好ましく、0.4μm以上0.5μm以下とすることがさらに好ましい。
Ra等の表面形状を測定する際には、筆記シートをポリメタクリレート製の樹脂板等の平滑な基板に粘着剤層を介して貼り合わせたサンプルを作製し、該サンプルを測定器に固定した上で表面形状を測定することが好ましい。基板の厚みは2mmとすることが好ましい。また、粘着剤層の厚みは表面形状の値に実質的な影響を与えないため特に限定されないが、10~300μm程度とすることが好ましい。
<条件3-1>
筆記シートのJIS K7136:2000のヘイズが25.0%以上
ギラツキ抑制の観点から、ヘイズは35.0%以上であることがより好ましく、45.0%以上であることがさらに好ましい。また、表示素子の解像性の低下の抑制の観点から、ヘイズは90.0%以下であることが好ましく、70.0%以下であることがより好ましく、60.0%以下であることがさらに好ましい。
ヘイズ及び後述の全光線透過率を測定する際は、筆記シートの筆記面(上記条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす面)とは反対側の表面から光を入射するものとする。筆記シートの両面が筆記面の場合、光入射面はどちらの面であってもよい。
<条件3-2>
JIS K7361-1:1997の全光線透過率が87.0%以上
全光線透過率は88.0%以上であることがより好ましく、89.0%以上であることがさらに好ましい。なお、全光線透過率が高すぎると、条件2-1を満たしにくい傾向がある。このため、全光線透過率は92.0%以下であることが好ましく、91.5%以下であることがより好ましく、91.0%以下であることがさらに好ましい。
本発明のタッチパネル用筆記シートは、下記条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす表面を有するものである。
<条件1-1>
タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの表面にタッチパネルペンを鋭角25~35度の角度で接触させ、前記角度を維持して、前記タッチパネルペンに垂直荷重45~55gfをかけて、前記タッチパネルペンを180~220mm/秒の速度で片道45~55mmの長さを往復移動させた際に生じる音を録音する。
録音の際は、サンプリング周波数44.1kHzで音をアナログ信号からデジタル信号に変換して記録する。デジタル信号の全体の時間が0.7秒となるように、デジタル信号に変換した音の前後に無音部を追加する。無音部を追加したデジタル信号を、変数の範囲を1Hz~22,000Hz、窓関数をハニング窓として高速フーリエ変換し、1Hzごとの音圧(dB/Hz)を算出する。
周波数1Hz~20,000Hzにおける前記dB/Hzの最大値を100、最小値を0に規格化する。規格化後のdB/Hzを規格音圧Pとする。周波数1Hz~20,000Hzを2,000Hzごとの10区間に区分し、各区間の規格音圧Pの積分値を算出する。第1区間である周波数1Hz以上2,000Hz未満の規格音圧Pの積分値をP1、第10区間である周波数18,000Hz以上20,000Hz以下の規格音圧Pの積分値をP10とした際に、P1/P10が1.25以上を示す。
<条件1-2>
前記10区間の規格音圧Pの積分値の標準偏差σを算出した際に、σが13,500以下を示す。
前記10区間のうち、第n区間の規格音圧をPnとする。Pn/P10が1.0未満となる区間が2区間以下である。
<条件1-4>
第1区間の規格音圧Pの積分値をP1、第2区間の規格音圧Pの積分値をP2とした際に、P2/P1が0.95以下を示す。
<条件1-5>
第2区間の規格音圧Pの積分値をP2、第3区間の規格音圧Pの積分値をP3とした際に、P3/P2が0.80以上を示す。
また、本発明の筆記シートは、ペン先の直径が上述した範囲のタッチパネルペン用の筆記シートとして用いることが好ましい。
<条件3-1>
筆記シートのJIS K7136:2000のヘイズが25.0%以上
<条件3-2>
JIS K7361-1:1997の全光線透過率が87.0%以上
本発明のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートは、少なくとも一方の表面が条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たしていれば、その構成は特に限定されない。
例えば、本発明のタッチパネルペン用筆記シート10の構成としては、図1及び図2のように、基材1上に樹脂層2を有し、該樹脂層2の一方の表面が条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たすものが挙げられる。樹脂層2は、図2のように、第一樹脂層2a、第二樹脂層2bの多層構造であってもよい。
なお、図示しないが、本発明のタッチパネルペン用筆記シート10の構成は、基材を有さずに樹脂層単層であってもよく、あるいは、基材及び樹脂層以外の他の層を有し、該他の層の表面が条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たしていてもよい。他の層としては、帯電防止層、防汚層、反射防止層、低反射層、易滑層等が挙げられる。
<条件2-1>
前記表面のカットオフ値0.8mmにおけるJIS B0601:2001の算術平均粗さRaが0.25μm以上0.60μm以下。
なお、上述したRa、並びに後述するRt、θa及びλaを算出する際のカットオフ値は何れも0.8mmである。カットオフの値は、想定するペン先の直径が、好ましくは0.3~2.5mm、より好ましくは0.5~2.0mm、さらに好ましくは0.7~1.7mmであることに鑑み、JISに規定されているカットオフ値の中から、想定する直径の範囲に入るカットオフ値を選択したものである。
(b)筆記面の平均傾斜角θaが2.0度以上7.5度以下。
(c)平均傾斜角θa及びJIS B0601:2001の算術平均粗さRaから、式[λa=2π×(Ra/tan(θa))]に基づき算出される平均波長λaが、30μm以上150μm以下。
(d)筆記面の粒子の面積比率が10.0%以上35.0%以下。
(e)前記λa(μm)と、筆記面の100μm四方の粒子密度(個/100μm平方)との商[λa(μm)÷粒子密度(個/100μm平方)]が、30以上400以下。
なお、上記物性(a)~(e)を満たすことは、良好な筆記感、及びタッチパネルペンのペン先の摩耗の抑制にもつながる。なお、筆記感とは、筆記時に受ける感覚のうち音を除いた感覚であり、例えば、書いている感触が十分にあるか否か、書いていて重く感じられないか否か等の感覚が挙げられる。
上記(b)のθaは、3.0度以上7.0度以下であることがより好ましく、3.5度以上6.5度以下であることがより好ましい。
上記(c)のλaは、35μm以上100μm以下であることがより好ましく、50μm以上80μm以下であることがさらに好ましい。
上記(d)の面積比率は、15.0%以上32.0%以下であることがより好ましく、20.0%以上30.0%以下であることがさらに好ましい。
上記(e)の商は、35以上200以下であることがより好ましく、40以上100以下であることがさらに好ましく、40以上70以下であることがさらに好ましい。
なお、上記(a)~(e)のうち、(c)のλaが小さい場合は、ヘイズが同程度であれば、ギラツキを抑制しやすくできる傾向にある。同様に、(d)の面積比率が大きい場合、及び(e)の商が小さい場合も、ヘイズが同程度であれば、ギラツキを抑制しやすくできる傾向にある。
なお、図2のように、樹脂層が2層以上から形成される場合は、少なくとも何れかの樹脂層に粒子を含有していればよいが、条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たしやすくする観点からは、最表面の樹脂層に粒子を含むことが好ましい。また、最表面の樹脂層が粒子を含み、下層の樹脂層が粒子を含まない構成とすることにより、筆記面の鉛筆硬度を向上しやすくできる。
また、粒子は、タッチパネルペンのペン先の摩耗抑制の観点から、球形粒子であることが好ましい。
粒子の平均粒子径は、以下の(y1)~(y3)の作業により算出できる。
(y1)本発明の筆記シートを光学顕微鏡にて透過観察画像を撮像する。倍率は500~2000倍が好ましい。
(y2)観察画像から任意の10個の粒子を抽出し、個々の粒子の粒子径を算出する。粒子径は、粒子の断面を任意の平行な2本の直線で挟んだとき、該2本の直線間距離が最大となるような2本の直線の組み合わせにおける直線間距離として測定される。
(y3)同じサンプルの別画面の観察画像において同様の作業を5回行って、合計50個分の粒子径の数平均から得られる値を 樹脂層中の粒子の平均粒子径とする。
また、条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たしやすくする観点から、[粒子の平均粒子径]/[粒子を含む樹脂層の膜厚]の比は、0.7~1.3であることが好ましく、0.8~1.2であることがより好ましく、0.9~1.1であることがさらに好ましい。
粒子を含まない樹脂層は、粒子を含む樹脂層よりも基材側に位置することが好ましく、その厚みは、筆記面の鉛筆硬度を向上させる観点及びカールを抑制する観点から、3.0~15.0μmとすることが好ましく、6.0~10.0μmとすることがより好ましい。
樹脂層の膜厚は、例えば、樹脂層の膜厚は、走査型透過電子顕微鏡(STEM)を用いて撮影した断面の画像から20箇所の厚みを測定し、20箇所の値の平均値から算出できる。STEMの加速電圧は10kv~30kV、STEMの倍率は1000~7000倍とすることが好ましい。
熱硬化性樹脂としては、アクリル樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、フェノール樹脂、尿素メラミン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、シリコーン樹脂等が挙げられる。熱硬化性樹脂組成物には、これら硬化性樹脂に、必要に応じて硬化剤が添加される。
なお、電離放射線とは、電磁波又は荷電粒子線のうち、分子を重合あるいは架橋し得るエネルギー量子を有するものを意味し、通常、紫外線(UV)又は電子線(EB)が用いられるが、その他、X線、γ線などの電磁波、α線、イオン線などの荷電粒子線も使用可能である。
3官能以上の(メタ)アクリレート系モノマーとしては、例えば、トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、トリメチロールエタントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパンテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジトリメチロールプロパンテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、トリス(2-ヒドロキシエチル)イソシアヌレートトリ(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。
また、上記(メタ)アクリレート系モノマーは、分子骨格の一部を変性しているものでもよく、エチレンオキサイド、プロピレンオキサイド、カプロラクトン、イソシアヌル酸、アルキル、環状アルキル、芳香族、ビスフェノール等による変性がなされたものも使用することができる。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートは、例えば、多価アルコール及び有機ジイソシアネートとヒドロキシ(メタ)アクリレートとの反応によって得られる。
また、好ましいエポキシ(メタ)アクリレートは、3官能以上の芳香族エポキシ樹脂、脂環族エポキシ樹脂、脂肪族エポキシ樹脂等と(メタ)アクリル酸とを反応させて得られる(メタ)アクリレート、2官能以上の芳香族エポキシ樹脂、脂環族エポキシ樹脂、脂肪族エポキシ樹脂等と多塩基酸と(メタ)アクリル酸とを反応させて得られる(メタ)アクリレート、及び2官能以上の芳香族エポキシ樹脂、脂環族エポキシ樹脂、脂肪族エポキシ樹脂等とフェノール類と(メタ)アクリル酸とを反応させて得られる(メタ)アクリレートである。
上記電離放射線硬化性化合物は1種を単独で、又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
光重合開始剤としては、アセトフェノン、ベンゾフェノン、α-ヒドロキシアルキルフェノン、ミヒラーケトン、ベンゾイン、ベンジルジメチルケタール、ベンゾイルベンゾエート、α-アシルオキシムエステル、チオキサントン類等から選ばれる1種以上が挙げられる。
これら光重合開始剤は、融点が100℃以上であることが好ましい。光重合開始剤の融点を100℃以上とすることにより、筆記シートの製造過程や、タッチパネルの透明導電膜の形成過程で、残留した光重合開始剤が昇華して、製造装置や透明導電膜の汚染を防止することができる。
また、光重合促進剤は、硬化時の空気による重合阻害を軽減させ硬化速度を速めることができるものであり、例えば、p-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸イソアミルエステル、p-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸エチルエステル等から選ばれる1種以上が挙げられる。
溶剤の乾燥が遅すぎる場合、樹脂層のレベリング性が過度になることにより、条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たしやすい表面形状を形成しづらくなる。したがって、溶剤としては、蒸発速度(n-酢酸ブチルの蒸発速度を100としたときの相対蒸発速度)が180以上である溶剤を、全溶剤中の50質量%以上含むことが好ましく、60質量%以上含むことがより好ましい。相対蒸発速度が180以上の溶剤としては、トルエンが挙げられる。トルエンの相対蒸発速度は195である。
プラスチックフィルムは、ポリエステル、トリアセチルセルロース(TAC)、セルロースジアセテート、セルロースアセテートブチレート、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルスルフォン、ポリスルフォン、ポリプロピレン、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリビニルアセタール、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリメタクリル酸メチル、ポリカーボネート、ポリウレタン及び非晶質オレフィン(Cyclo-Olefin-Polymer:COP)等の樹脂から形成することができる。
これらプラスチックフィルムの中でも、機械的強度、寸法安定性及び上記物性(f)を満たしやすくする観点からは、延伸加工、特に二軸延伸加工されたポリエステルフィルムが好ましい。ポリエステルフィルムの中では、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレートが好ましい。
基材の厚みは、5~200μmであることが好ましく、10~150μmであることがより好ましい。
本発明のタッチパネルは、表面にシートを有するタッチパネルであって、前記シートとして、本発明のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートの条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面がタッチパネルの表面を向くように配置してなるものである。
抵抗膜式タッチパネルの場合、例えば、上部透明基板20として本発明の筆記シート10を用い、該筆記シート10の条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面がタッチパネル100の表面を向くようにして用いる。また、図示しないが、抵抗膜式タッチパネルは、上部透明基板上に本発明の筆記シートを条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面が表面を向くようにして貼り合わせた構成や、上部透明基板上に本発明の筆記シートを条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面が表面を向くようにして載置し、フレーム等で固定した構成であってもよい。
静電容量式タッチパネルの場合、例えば、表面側の透明基板20として本発明の筆記シート10を用い、該筆記シート10の条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面がタッチパネル100の表面を向くようにして用いる構成が挙げられる。また、図示しないが、静電容量式タッチパネルは、表面側の透明基板上に本発明の筆記シートを条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面が表面を向くようにして貼り合わせた構成や、表面側の透明基板上に本発明の筆記シートを条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面が表面を向くようにして載置し、フレーム等で固定した構成であってもよい。
電磁誘導式タッチパネルの場合、例えば、センサー部上に位置する透明基板のうち、最表面の透明基板として、本発明の筆記シートを用い、該筆記シートの条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面がタッチパネルの表面を向くようにして用いる構成が挙げられる。あるいは、電磁誘導式タッチパネルの場合、センサー部上に位置する透明基板のうち、最表面の透明基板上に、本発明の筆記シートを条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面が表面を向くようにして貼り合わせた構成や、該最表面の透明基板上に本発明の筆記シートを条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面が表面を向くようにして載置し、フレーム等で固定した構成であってもよい。
インセルタッチパネルの場合、表面側のガラス基板上に、本発明の筆記シートの条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たす側の面がタッチパネルの表面を向くように配置して用いる。なお、インセルタッチパネルの表面側のガラス基板と、本発明の筆記シートとの間には、偏光板等の他の層を有していてもよい。
本発明のタッチパネルシステムは、表面にタッチパネルペン用筆記シートを有するタッチパネルと、タッチパネルペンとからなるタッチパネルシステムであって、下記条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たすものである。
<条件1-1>
タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの表面にタッチパネルペンを鋭角25~35度の角度で接触させ、前記角度を維持して、前記タッチパネルペンに垂直荷重45~55gfをかけて、前記タッチパネルペンを180~220mm/秒の速度で片道45~55mmの長さを往復移動させた際に生じる音を録音する。

<条件1-2>
前記10区間の規格音圧Pの積分値の標準偏差σを算出した際に、σが13,500以下を示す。
本発明のタッチパネルシステムによれば、タッチパネルに高レベルの筆記感を付与することができる。
本発明のタッチパネル付きの表示装置は、表示素子上にタッチパネルを有する表示装置であって、前記タッチパネルが本発明のタッチパネルであるものである。
本発明のタッチパネル付きの表示装置は、高レベルの筆記感を付与することができる。
実験例で作製又は準備したタッチパネルペン用筆記シートについて、以下の測定及び評価を行った。
実験例で作製又は準備したタッチパネルペン用筆記シートを10cm×10cmの大きさに切断した。切断箇所は、蛍光灯の照明下において、目視でゴミや傷などの異常点がない事を確認の上、ランダムな部位から選択した。切断したタッチパネル用筆記シートを厚み2.0mmのポリメチルメタクリレート製の樹脂板(クラレ社製、商品名:コモグラス 品番 :DFA502K)に、厚み25μmのアクリル系粘着剤層を介して貼り合わせ、10cm×10cmのサンプルを10個作製した。温度23±5℃、湿度50±10%の測定雰囲気に該サンプルを10分放置して、該サンプルを測定雰囲気に馴染ませた。
図5に示すように、電子天秤81上にサンプル90を水平に設置かつ固定した。次いで、サンプルのタッチパネルペン用筆記シート側の表面に、下記のタッチパネルペン1~4を鋭角25~35度の範囲で接触させた。次いで、前記角度を維持するとともに、電子天秤の値が45~55gの範囲を維持し、タッチパネルペンを180~220mm/秒の速度で片道45~55mmの長さを往復移動させた際に生じる音を録音した。タッチパネルペンを往復移動する方向はタッチパネルペンの軸の向きと平行な方向とした。なお、表1に、各タッチパネルペンで、各タッチパネルペン用筆記シートに筆記した際の「平均角度」、「平均荷重」、「速度」、「往路の移動距離」、「復路の移動距離」を示す。平均角度及び平均荷重は、筆記時の動画の0.1秒ごとの角度、距離の平均値である。速度は往復の移動距離を筆記時間で除して算出した値である。
録音には、スマートフォン(シャープ社製、商品名:SH-03G)の録音機能を用い、アナログ信号をデジタル信号に変換する際のサンプリング周波数は44.1kHz、電圧の変動量は16ビットとした。また、スマートフォンは、サンプルの左端から1cmの距離に配置し、かつ、筆記面の高さとスマートフォンの高さとを同一にした。また、スマートフォンのマイク部が上側を向くように配置した。
次いで、上記条件1-1の記載に従い、高速フーリエ変換等により1Hzごとの音圧(dB/Hz)を算出し、さらに、周波数1Hz~20,000HzにおけるdB/Hzの最大値を100、最小値を0に規格化した。規格化後の単位周波数ごとの音圧を規格音圧Pとして、条件1-1~条件1-5のパラメータを算出した。10個のサンプルの平均値を各実験例のパラメータとした。結果を表2に示す。
また、図10~13に、タッチパネルペン用筆記シートとして実験例1~4のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートを用い、タッチパネルペンとして下記タッチパネルペン1~4を用いた際の、条件1-1で算出した各区間の規格音圧Pの積分値を縦軸、第1区間~第10区間を横軸としたグラフを示す。

上記1-1で録音した音を20人の被験者に聞かせて、音の不快感を評価した。評価の際は、音圧による影響を減らすため、最大音圧が略同一となるようにした。また、直前に聞いた音の影響を減らすため、各音を聞く間隔を1分空けた。音が不快に感じないものを2点、どちらとも言えないものを1点、音が不快に感じるものを0点として、20人の平均点を算出した。20人の平均点が1.8点以上のものをAA、1.6点以上1.8点未満のものをA、1.0以上1.6点未満のものをB、1.0点未満のものをCとした。結果を表2に示す。
実験例で作製又は準備した筆記シートを10cm四方に切断した。切断箇所は、蛍光灯の照明下において、目視でゴミや傷などの異常点がない事を確認の上、ランダムな部位から選択した。切断した筆記シートを東レ社製の光学透明粘着シート(屈折率:1.47、厚み100μm)を介して、縦10cm×横10cmの大きさの黒色板(クラレ社製、商品名:コモグラス 品番 :DFA502K、厚み2.0mm)を貼り合わせたサンプルをそれぞれ10個準備した。温度23±5℃、湿度50±10%の測定雰囲気に該サンプルを10分放置して、該サンプルを測定雰囲気に馴染ませた。
表面粗さ測定器(型番:SE-3400/小坂研究所株式会社製)を用いて、下記の測定条件により、下記の測定項目について、タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの樹脂層側の表面形状を測定した。10個のサンプルの平均値を、各実験例のRa、Rt、θa及びλaとした。結果を表3に示す。

(2)面積比率及び粒子密度の算出
パブリックドメインの画像解析ソフト(名称:Image J、Version:1.50i)を用いて、下記(a)~(g)のステップにより粒子の面積比率(%)及び粒子密度(個/100μm平方)を算出した。各実験例で10枚の写真から面積比率(%)及び粒子密度(個/100μm平方)を算出し、その平均値を各実験例の面積比率(%)及び粒子密度(個/100μm平方)とした。結果を表3に示す。
(a)上記(1)のJPEGファイルを読み込む。
(b)「Known distance」の欄に画像のスケールを入力する。
(c)Image→Adjust→Brightness Contrastの操作で、明度及びコントラストを調整する。
(d)Image→Type 8-bitの操作で、画像の色調を256階調でグレースケール化する。
(e)Image→Adjust→Thresholdの操作で、粒子部と樹脂部とが区分けできるフィルタを選択する(本実施例ではフィルタの中から「Yen」を選択した。)フィルタを選択した後、画像を見ながら、マトリクス(樹脂)側が明暗のどちらとなるかの選択、及び、明度閾値を調整する。
(f)画像の中央部の直径300μmの円形のエリアを選択する。
(g)Analyze→Analyze Particleの操作でメニューを出し、下記(i)~(iv)の設定後にOKを押し、粒子の面積比率及び粒子密度を計測する。粒子密度に関しては、直径300μmの円形のエリアの粒子密度を100μm平方の粒子密度に換算する。
(i)球形フィラーが含有される場合は、Incude Holesにチェックを入れ、含まれない場合にはチェックを外す。
(ii)「Size」の欄に「1-Infinity」と入力する(1μm未満を粒子とみなさない設定を行う)
(iii)Exclude On edgeのチェックは外す。
(iv)Summarizeのチェックを入れる。
実験例で作製又は準備した筆記シートを5cm四方に切断したサンプルをそれぞれ10個準備した。10個の部位は、目視でゴミや傷などの異常点がない事を確認の上、ランダムな部位から選択した。ヘイズメーター(HM-150、村上色彩技術研究所製)を用いて、ヘイズ(JIS K-7136:2000)、及び全光線透過率(JIS K7361-1:1997)を測定した。光入射面は基材側とした。10個のサンプルの平均値を、各実験例のヘイズ及び全光線透過率とした。結果を表3に示す。
上記1-1で作製したサンプルに上記タッチパネルペン4により筆記して、筆記している感触が十分にあるか否かを評価ポイントとして評価した。感触が十分であるものを2点、感触が普通であるものを1点、感触が不十分であるものを0点として、20人が評価を行った。20人の平均点が1.6点以上のものをA、1.0以上1.6点未満のものをB、1.0点未満のものをCとした。結果を表3に示す。
上記1-1で作製したサンプルに上記タッチパネルペン4により筆記して、筆記が重く感じられるか否かを評価ポイントとして評価した。筆記が重く感じられないものを2点、どちらともいえないものを1点、筆記が重く感じられるものを0点として、20人が評価を行った。20人の平均点が1.6点以上のものをA、1.0以上1.6点未満のものをB、1.0点未満のものをCとした。結果を表3に示す。
実験例1~4のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートを、市販の超高精細液晶表示装置(画素密度350ppi)上に載置して、ギラツキの状態を目視で評価した。ギラツキが目視で視認できないレベルであるものを2点、ギラツキが僅かに観察されるが気にならないものを1点、ギラツキがひどく観察されるものを0点」として、20人が評価を行った。20人の平均点が1.8点以上のものをA、1.6点以上1.8点未満のものをB、1.0以上1.6点未満のものをC、1.0点未満のものをDとした。結果を表3に示す。
[実験例1]
基材としてトリアセチルセルロース樹脂フィルム(厚み80μm、富士フイルム社製、TD80UL)を用い、該基材上に、下記処方の樹脂層塗布液1を乾燥後の厚みが2.5μmとなるように塗布、乾燥、紫外線照射して、樹脂層を形成し、タッチパネルペン用筆記シートを得た。
・ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート 100部
(日本化薬社製、KAYARAD-PET-30)
・無機粒子 14部
(富士シリシア化学社製、不定形シリカ)
(疎水処理:シランカップリング剤、平均凝集粒子径2μm)
・光重合開始剤 5部
(BASF社製、イルガキュア184)
・シリコーン系レベリング剤 0.2部
(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ社製 TSF4460)
・離型剤 2部
(ダイキン工業(株)製、オプツールDAC)
・溶剤1(トルエン) 150部
・溶剤2(MIBK) 35部
実験例2のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートとして、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム上に粒子(粒子径約7~13μm)を含有する樹脂層を有する市販のタッチパネルの表面フィルム(ソニー社製、商品名:Friction Sheet DPTA-OSF1)を準備した。
基材としてポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(厚み100μm、東洋紡社製、商品名A4300)を用い、該基材上に、下記処方の第一樹脂層塗布液2を乾燥後の厚みが8μmとなるように塗布、乾燥、紫外線照射して、第一樹脂層を形成し、次いで、第一樹脂層上に、下記処方の第二樹脂層塗布液3を乾燥後の厚みが3μmとなるように塗布、乾燥、紫外線照射して、第二樹脂層を形成し、タッチパネルペン用筆記シートを得た。
・ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート 60部
・ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート 40部
・光重合開始剤 4部
(BASF社製、商品名:イルガキュア184)
・溶剤1(メチルイソブチルケトン) 90部
・溶剤2(メチルエチルケトン) 10部
・アクリルモノマー 62部
・有機粒子 18部
(球状ポリスチレン粒子、平均粒子径3.0μm)
・光重合開始剤 5部
(BASF社製、イルガキュア184)
・フッソ系レベリング剤 0.3部
(DIC社製、メガファック RS-75)
・溶剤1(トルエン) 157部
・溶剤2(メチルイソブチルケトン) 13部

(球状ポリスチレン、平均粒子径9.0μm)
・光重合開始剤 3部
(BASF社製、イルガキュア184)
・フッ素シリコーン共重合系レベリング剤 0.2部
(信越化学工業社製、X-71-1203M)
・溶剤1(トルエン) 20部
・溶剤2(シクロヘキサノン) 24部
・溶剤3(メチルイソブチルケトン) 156部
また、λa、粒子の面積比率、λa÷粒子密度及びヘイズが明細書中の好適な範囲である筆記シート(実験例3の筆記シート)は、ギラツキの抑制に極めて優れることが確認できる。
実験例1~4のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートの基材側の面に、厚み20nmのITOの導電性膜をスパッタリング法で形成し、上部電極板とした。次いで、厚み1mmの強化ガラス板の一方の面に、厚み約20nmのITOの導電性膜をスパッタリング法で形成し、下部電極板とした。次いで、下部電極板の導電性膜を有する面に、スペーサー用塗布液として電離放射線硬化型樹脂(Dot Cure TR5903:太陽インキ社)をスクリーン印刷法によりドット状に印刷した後、高圧水銀灯で紫外線を照射して、直径50μm、高さ8μmのスペーサーを1mmの間隔で配列させた。
次いで、上部電極板と下部電極板とを、導電性膜どうしを対向するように配置させ、厚み30μm、幅3mmの両面接着テープで縁を接着し、実験例1~4の抵抗膜式タッチパネルを作製した。
実験例1~4の抵抗膜式タッチパネルに上記タッチパネルペン1~4で筆記したところ、各タッチパネルペンの筆記時の音の評価は、表2と同様であった。この結果は、タッチパネルと、タッチパネルペンとの組み合わせからなるタッチパネルシステムにおいて、条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たすタッチパネルシステムは、筆記時の不快音が抑制できることを示している。
実験例1~4のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートと、市販の超高精細液晶表示装置(画素密度350ppi)とを、アクリル系粘着剤層を介して貼り合わせ、実験例1~4の表示装置を作製した。なお、貼り合わせの際は、タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの基材側の面が表示素子側を向くようにした。
実験例1~4の表示装置に上記タッチパネルペン1~4で筆記したところ、各タッチパネルペンの筆記時の音の評価は、表2と同様であった。

Claims (6)
- 下記条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たすものをタッチパネルペン用筆記シートとして選別する、タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの選別方法。
<条件1-1>
タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの表面にタッチパネルペンを鋭角25~35度の角度で接触させ、前記角度を維持して、前記タッチパネルペンに垂直荷重45~55gfをかけて、前記タッチパネルペンを180~220mm/秒の速度で片道45~55mmの長さを往復移動させた際に生じる音を録音する。
録音の際は、サンプリング周波数44.1kHzで音をアナログ信号からデジタル信号に変換して記録する。デジタル信号の全体の時間が0.7秒となるように、デジタル信号に変換した音の前後に無音部を追加する。無音部を追加したデジタル信号を、変数の範囲を1Hz~22,000Hz、窓関数をハニング窓として高速フーリエ変換し、1Hzごとの音圧(dB/Hz)を算出する。
周波数1Hz~20,000Hzにおける前記dB/Hzの最大値を100、最小値を0に規格化する。規格化後のdB/Hzを規格音圧Pとする。周波数1Hz~20,000Hzを2,000Hzごとの10区間に区分し、各区間の規格音圧Pの積分値を算出する。第1区間である周波数1Hz以上2,000Hz未満の規格音圧Pの積分値をP1、第10区間である周波数18,000Hz以上20,000Hz以下の規格音圧Pの積分値をP10とした際に、P1/P10が1.25以上を示す。
<条件1-2>
前記10区間の規格音圧Pの積分値の標準偏差σを算出した際に、σが13,500以下を示す。 - さらに、下記条件2-1を満たすものをタッチパネルペン用筆記シートとして選別する、請求項1に記載のタッチパネルペン用筆記シートの選別方法。
<条件2-1>
前記表面のカットオフ値0.8mmにおけるJIS B0601:2001の算術平均粗さRaが0.2μm以上0.8μm以下。 - 表面にタッチパネルペン用筆記シートを有するタッチパネルと、タッチパネルペンとからなるタッチパネルシステムであって、下記条件1-1及び条件1-2を満たすタッチパネルシステム。
<条件1-1>
タッチパネルペン用筆記シートの表面にタッチパネルペンを鋭角25~35度の角度で接触させ、前記角度を維持して、前記タッチパネルペンに垂直荷重45~55gfをかけて、前記タッチパネルペンを180~220mm/秒の速度で片道45~55mmの長さを往復移動させた際に生じる音を録音する。

- 表示素子上にタッチパネルを有する表示装置であって、前記タッチパネルが請求項5に記載のタッチパネルである、タッチパネル付きの表示装置。
