この従来の全天候型操作棒において、例えば活線作業に係る各種の工具ユニットに回転を伝える回転部材は、固定パイプの中空部に挿入された操作パイプと、操作パイプの下端部に固定したシャフトと、シャフトの角部に装着されてこの操作パイプを回転させるハンドルと、操作パイプの上端部に装着した上部エンドカバーと、この上部エンドカバーに固定したジョイントと、から構成されていている。

なお、上記した一対の駆動側かさ歯車88および従動側かさ歯車104は、回転操作部80のラチェットハンドル82の回転操作により得られた回転駆動力を伝達する方向を、ラチェットハンドル82の連結駆動軸84の軸方向から、操作軸16の軸方向へと変更する伝達方向変更機能を有するものとなっている。

Claims (5)
- 着脱自在に装着される工具に回転力を付与し、架空線の工事を行うための全天候型の遠隔回転操作具であって、
軸方向を有する外筒、
前記外筒と軸中心を共有するように前記外筒と径方向に間隔を隔てて、前記外筒内に配設される内筒、
前記内筒の軸方向の一方側に固定して連結される操作軸、
前記操作軸に回転力を付与する回転力付与機構、
前記外筒の軸方向の一方側に固定して連結されるとともに、前記操作軸を回動自在に支持する軸受部を備えた操作軸支持部、
前記内筒の軸方向の他方側に固定して連結されるとともに、前記操作軸の回動に連動して前記工具に前記回転力を伝達する伝達部材、および
前記外筒の軸方向の他方側に固定して連結されるとともに、前記伝達部材を回動自在に支持する軸受部を備えた伝達部材支持部を含み、
前記伝達部材支持部は、前記工具が前記伝達部材に着脱自在に装着されるように、前記工具を案内する案内部を含むことを特徴とする、遠隔回転操作具。
- 前記操作軸は、軸方向の中間部の外周面に、前記外筒の軸方向の一方側の内周面と摺動するジャーナル部を含み、前記操作軸の前記ジャーナル部は、前記操作軸の軸方向に間隔を隔てて形成される複数の環状凹部を有し、前記環状凹部と前記外筒の内周面との間には、浸水を防止するシール部が配設され、
前記伝達部材は、軸方向の中間部の外周面に、前記伝達部材支持部の内周面と摺動するジャーナル部を含み、前記伝達部材の前記ジャーナル部は、前記伝達部材の軸方向に間隔を隔てて形成される複数の環状凹部を有し、前記環状凹部と前記伝達部材支持部の内周面との間には、浸水を防止する他のシール部が配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遠隔回転操作具。
- 前記外筒の軸方向の一方側と前記操作軸支持部との連結部、および、前記外筒の軸方向の他方側と前記伝達部材支持部との連結部には、さらに他のシール部が配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の遠隔回転操作具。
- 前記伝達部材支持部および前記伝達部材支持部の周辺の外周面を被覆するようにして、別のシール部が配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の遠隔回転操作具。
- 前記外筒および前記内筒は、絶縁材料で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の遠隔回転操作具。
