本发明涉及电路板设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种电路板拼板、电路板和移动终端。
电子产品内部的电路板尺寸较小,一般采用电路板拼板,电路板拼板一般有4~8个单板,各单板之间通过连接筋连在一起,分板时通过锣板的方式来分板,其中,连接筋的宽度至少为3mm,分板后会有±0.15mm长度的残留物,为了防止结构件给该残留物割破,一般在设置连接筋的位置不设置其它结构件如柔性电路板板体通过,但是现有技术中由于强度的限制,结构件经过的地方也需要设置连接筋,否则电路板拼板的强度将会降低,该种情况下,只能够无视结构件给割破的风险而让结构件经过,影响单板的可靠性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全性能高的电路板拼板、电路板和移动终端。本发明提供了一种电路板拼板,其中,包括板体和第一连接筋,所述板体包括两个电路板,每个所述电路板开设避让槽,所述避让槽包括两条相对设置的侧壁、和分别连接于两条侧壁之间的底边,所述第一连接筋设置于两个所述电路板之间,且所述第一连接筋的两个端部分别连接于两条所述底边上。
本发明还提供了一种电路板,其中,所述电路板用于贴近外部结构件的部位开设避让槽,所述避让槽包括两条相对设置的侧壁、和分别连接于两条侧壁之间的底边,所述底边设置有第一连接筋残留物。
本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端,其中,所述移动终端包括电路板和结构件,所述电路板开设避让槽,所述避让槽包括两条相对设置的侧壁和分别

下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参考图1,为本发明实施例一提供的一种电路板拼板100,包括板体1和第一连接筋2,板体1包括两个电路板11,第一连接筋2连接于两个电路板11之间,以实现两个电路板11的拼接形成板体1,其中第一连接筋2的两端分别位于两个电路板11的避让槽111上,以使得第一连接筋2在后续分板留下第一连接筋2残留物后,该第一连接筋2残留物不会影响结构件经过该位置,即能够在设置连接筋的位置经过结构件,并且结构件不会给连接筋的残留物割破,提高了电路板拼板100。
所述板体1包括两个电路板11。在本实施例中,板体1大致成矩形状。可以理解的,电路板11的数量根据实际所需而相应设置,具体的,本实施例中的电路板11的数量的为四个,即板体1的规格为2×2。四个电路板11中相邻的两个电路板11的拼接结构相同,因此本实施例具体对两个电路板11进行介绍。可以理解的,为了提高加工效率,各个电路板11的结构相同。
在本实施例中,电路板11为矩形板。电路板11具有四个依次围接的侧边S。电路板11位于外侧的侧边S形成板体1的侧边S。考虑到外部结构件装配
时需要经过侧边S,比如柔性电路板需要经过电路板11的侧边S,而若该侧边S上设置过筋体的话,即使筋体在后续的分板时已经切割掉,但由于切割工艺和加工成本的考虑,在设置有筋体的位置依然会有筋体残留物,若该位置有外部结构件比如柔性电路板经过的话,那么筋体残留物可能会刺破外部结构件,降低电路板11的可靠性。为了克服现有技术的缺陷,在需要与外部结构件靠近的位置设置避让槽111,通过避让槽111的设置使得侧边S于该位置内缩,以避让外部结构件,不对外部结构件造成损坏。具体的,避让槽111包括两条相对设置的侧壁111a、和分别连接于两条侧壁111a之间的底边111b。其中,将两条侧壁111a之间的间距定义为避让槽111的宽度。可以理解的,避让槽111的宽度小于外部结构件的宽度,使得外部结构件抵靠于电路板11之开设有避让槽111的位置上时,外部结构件能够抵靠于避让槽111的外部区域,不会接触到避让槽111中的第一连接筋2。当两个电路板11拼接时,一个电路板11上的避让槽111对准另一个电路板11上的避让槽111。当然,在其它实施例中,凹槽还可以在每一个设置筋体的部位开设。
在本实施例中,第一连接筋2的两个端部分别连接于两条所述底边111b上,并所述第一连接筋2的端部沿着所述底边的延伸方向的宽度小于两条所述侧边S的间距。即第一连接筋2的宽度小于避让槽111的宽度。可以理解的,第一连接筋2的端部沿着所述底边的延伸方向的宽度大于3mm。即避让槽111的宽度要大于设置于其底边上的第一连接筋2的端部,才能够一起加工出避让槽111和第一连接筋2。可以理解的,由于第一连接筋2在后续的分板一般会留下残留物即第一连接筋残留物,该避让槽111沿着竖直方向的槽深大于第一连接筋残留物的高度。该第一连接筋2不仅能够实现相邻两个电路板11之间的连接,并且在电路板拼板100需要分板锣掉第一连接筋2,使得第一连接筋2变成第一连接筋残留物时,第一连接筋2设置于避让槽111中的结构,使得第一连接筋2不会割伤正对自身的外部结构件,提高电路板拼板100的可靠性。
可以理解的,在电路板11的侧边S无需与外部结构件贴近的位置设置的第一连接筋2可以直接设置在电路板11的侧边S上,而无需开设避让槽111,简化电路板拼板100的加工。
为了更进一步的改进,所述电路板拼板100还包括框架3和第二连接筋4,
所述板体1置于所述框架3的内部,所述第二连接筋4连接于所述板体1的侧边S与所述框架3之间。
通过在将板体1固定于框架3上,进一步加强了电路板拼板100的整体式结构。
在本实施例中,框架3优选为包括四条工艺边31的结构,所述四条工艺边31围接形成封闭框体。具体的,框架3为矩形框体,矩形封闭的框架3为多个电路板11提供更强的支撑强度,从而使得电路板拼板100在贴片时更不易弯曲。可以理解的,第二连接筋4的结构与第一连接筋2的结构相同,此处不再赘述。第二连接筋4设置在工艺边31和与该工艺边31相靠近的电路板11侧边S上,以实现板体1固定于框架3上。当然,在其它实施例中,请参照图2,框架还可以为包括两条相对设置的工艺边231,两条工艺边231相对设置,第二连接筋24设置在工艺边231和与该工艺边231相靠近的电路板211的侧边上,实现板体21固定于框架上,来提高电路板拼板200的整体强度。
本发明提供的电路板拼板100通过在电路板11上开设避让槽111,再在避让槽111上设置第一连接筋2,使得第一连接筋2在后续分板留下第一连接筋残留物后,该第一连接筋残留物不会影响结构件经过该位置,即能够在设置连接筋的位置经过结构件,并且结构件不会给连接筋的残留物割破,提高了电路板拼板100可靠性。
请参考图3,为本发明实施例二提供的一种移动终端300,移动终端300可以是任何具备通信和存储功能的设备,例如:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等具有网络功能的智能设备。移动终端300包括电路板5和结构件6。所述电路板5用于贴近外部结构件6的部位开设避让槽51,所述避让槽51包括两条相对设置的侧壁51a、和分别连接于两条侧壁51a之间的底边51b,所述底边51b设置有第一连接筋残留物52,并所述第一连接筋的残留物沿着所述底边51b的延伸方向的宽度大于两条所述侧壁51a的间距,且两条所述侧壁51a的间距小于外部结构件6沿着底边51b的延伸方向的宽度。
该电路板5的结构请详见本发明实施例一中的单个的电路板11的结构的描述,此处不再赘述。
该实施例中的结构件6相当于本发明实施例一中的外部结构件。可以理解的,该结构件6可以为柔性电路板或壳壁。
移动终端300在实际装配过程中,可能需要在电路板5凸设有第一连接筋残留物52的位置贴设结构件6,现有技术中的电路板5结构,一般会使得结构件6被第一连接筋残留物52割破,影响电路板5和移动终端300的可靠性。而本实施例中,由于在电路板5需要贴近外部结构件6且凸设有第一连接筋残留物52的部位开设避让槽51,让第一连接筋残留物52内缩,位于避让槽51中,且结构件6的宽度大于避让槽51的宽度,当结构件6紧贴于该位置时,结构件6位于电路板5之避让槽51的外部,无法接触到连接筋残留物,以提高电路板5和移动终端300可靠性。
