  • the blades of the present invention produced in Examples 1 to 7 since the edge portion had low friction, the external additive slipped out and toner filming was not observed. That is, the blade of the present invention can extend the life of the entire system including the photoreceptor to which the blade contacts.
  • the life of the blade itself can be remarkably increased as compared with the conventional blades.
  • the blades of the present invention manufactured in Examples 1 to 7 can prevent toner filming, they are suitable for use in low-melting-point toners and fine toners that are prone to toner filming.
  • the blade manufactured in Comparative Example 1 was confirmed to have an abnormal image due to toner filming and contamination of the charging roller. This is because the dynamic friction coefficient of the edge portion is large and heat is easily generated by frictional heat.

Abstract

La présente invention vise à proposer une lame présentant une partie de bord ayant un faible coefficient de frottement. A cet effet, l'invention concerne un corps élastique présentant une partie de bord formée à partir d'une base de type ruban et une partie de fixation formée à partir d'un polyuréthane.
