Description

丝网印浮雕冷烫方法 技术领域
本发明涉及冷烫领域,特别涉及一种丝网印浮雕冷烫方法。
背景技术
立体烫金技术是烫金技术和凹凸压印技术相结合的一种复合技术,是利用腐蚀或雕刻技术将烫金和压凹凸的图文制作成一个上下配合的阴模凹版和阳模凸版,实现烫金和凹凸压印技术一次完成的工艺过程。这种工艺同时完成烫金和压凹凸。然而现有技术中的此方法,调机时间过久、生产速度相对偏低。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种丝网印浮雕冷烫方法,以解决现有技术中调机时间过久、生产速度相对偏低的问题。
为解决上述问题,作为本发明的一个方面,提供了一种丝网印浮雕冷烫方法,包括:步骤1,通过出料分离器将片材以吸风吸取的方式吸取后,单张逐一送出;步骤2,将片材通过吸风皮带传送至色座,将UV油墨压印在片材上,在压印时,采用UV灯将UV油墨固化;步骤3,通过网纹辊座在片材的至少一部分上涂布UV光油;步骤4,将片材传送到烘干座处进行UV光油固化;步骤5,将片材传送至圆网丝印座,并在浮雕冷烫部件印刷UV胶水;步骤6,在烘干座上将片材通过UV灯使UV胶水半固化;步骤7,经由烫金座使电化铝箔与片材上的UV胶贴合,再使用UV灯将UV胶水完全固化后,将多余的电化铝箔与片材分离;步骤8,完成浮雕冷烫。
优选地,所述片材可以是银卡纸、铁板材、纸张等。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的网版调机时间极短,产能速度大为提升。
具体实施方式
以下本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
本发明提供了一种丝网印浮雕冷烫方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,通过出料分离器将片材以吸风吸取的方式吸取后,单张逐一送出;优选地,所述片材可以是银卡纸、铁板材、纸张等。
步骤2,将片材通过吸风皮带传送至色座,将UV油墨压印在片材上,在压印时,采用UV灯将UV油墨固化;
步骤3,通过网纹辊座在片材的至少一部分上涂布UV光油;
步骤4,将片材传送到烘干座处进行UV光油固化;
步骤5,将片材传送至圆网丝印座,并在浮雕冷烫部件印刷UV胶水;
步骤6,在烘干座上将片材通过UV灯使UV胶水半固化;
步骤7,经由烫金座使电化铝箔与片材上的UV胶贴合,再使用UV灯将UV胶水完全固化后,将多余的电化铝箔与片材分离;
步骤8,完成浮雕冷烫。
本发明利用丝网印刷时,將版的厚度增加,使UV胶水印刷时的图文増加厚度,UV胶水半固化与电化铝箔贴合,经由UV灯在次完全固化,分离电化铝箔,所冷烫的效果即为全自动丝网印浮雕冷烫。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的网版调机时间极短,产能速度大为提升。这个制程可以广泛的运用在全自动丝网印帯冷烫机,全轮转凸版帯丝网印刷机,间竭式凸版帯丝网印商标机,凹版印刷帯冷烫机。卫星式凸版全轮转带丝网印机可一次完成2种工艺,单底单面三维立体图像及浮雕冷烫。
本发明可运用于纸张、胶片包装盒、马口铁或铝片、铁罐及铝罐包装、精美海报挂历、防伪标签、各种有价证券等产品。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种丝网印浮雕冷烫方法,其特征在于,包括:
    步骤1,通过出料分离器将片材以吸风吸取的方式吸取后,单张逐一送出;
    步骤2,将片材通过吸风皮带传送至色座,将UV油墨压印在片材上,在压印时,采用UV灯将UV油墨固化;
    步骤3,通过网纹辊座在片材的至少一部分上涂布UV光油;
    步骤4,将片材传送到烘干座处进行UV光油固化;
    步骤5,将片材传送至圆网丝印座,并在浮雕冷烫部件印刷UV胶水;
    步骤6,在烘干座上将片材通过UV灯使UV胶水半固化;
    步骤7,经由烫金座使电化铝箔与片材上的UV胶贴合,再使用UV灯将UV胶水完全固化后,将多余的电化铝箔与片材分离;
    步骤8,完成浮雕冷烫。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的丝网印浮雕冷烫方法,其特征在于,所述片材可以是银卡纸、铁板材、纸张等。
