背景技术
目前,国内食品企业使用的是已制作加工完成的立体包装成品袋,通过人工投装物料及封口的方式完成此类型包装,此过程中会产生密封器压物料、封口不牢、封口不整齐等一系列问题,导致生产效率及自动化程度偏低的同时增加了包装材料及人工成本,且并不符合国家食品安全生产的相关要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种立体袋自动成型包装机械,以解决现有技术存在的在包装过程中会产生密封器压物料、封口不牢、封口不整齐、生产效率及自动化程度偏低、包装材料及人工成本高,以及存在食品安全隐患的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种立体袋自动成型包装机,其特征在于,包括箱体以及安装在箱体上的袋膜固定总成、折痕成型总成、袋膜驱动总成、制袋总成、纵封总成和横封总成,折痕成型总成置于袋膜固定总成和袋膜驱动总成之间,所述的袋膜固定总成用于对袋膜进行固定;所述的折痕成型总成用于对袋膜进行折痕;所述的袋膜驱动总成用于拉动固定在袋膜固定总成上的袋膜在折痕成型总成上进行折痕;所述的纵封总成用于使袋膜纵边封合;横封总成用于使袋膜横边封合;所述的制袋总成用于将包装物装入袋膜内。
本发明的有益成果:可实现立体袋成型与物料包装同步进行,不仅增加了包装美观度,同时也提高了生产效率、降低包装成本、也减少了人力劳动。

参见图1,本发明一种立体袋自动成型包装机,其特征在于,包括箱体7,在该箱体7内的前部下面安装袋膜固定总成1,在该袋膜固定总成1的上方装有折痕成型总成2和袋膜驱动总成3,折痕成型总成2置于袋膜驱动总成3的后面;在该箱体7内的前部最上方装有制袋总成4和纵封总成5;在该箱体7内的后部装有横封总成6;所述的袋膜固定总成1用于对袋膜进行固定,所述的折痕成型总成2用于对袋膜进行折痕,所述的袋膜驱动总成3用于拉动固定在袋膜固定总成上1的袋膜在折痕成型总成2上进行折痕,所述的纵封总成5用于使袋膜纵边封合,横封总成6用于使袋膜横边封合,所述的制袋总成4用于将包装物装入袋膜内。

折痕成型总成2的工作原理是:袋膜分别穿过一道压痕成型轮29、二道压痕成型轮33、三道压痕成型轮37之间,设备启动时,一道压痕开合机构27、二道压痕开合机构31、三道压痕开合机构35分别闭合,袋膜分别通过三组压痕加热块和三组压痕成型轮的作用会压出立体袋成型所需压痕,通过调节三组压痕尺寸调节机构可以分别改变三组压痕之间的距离尺寸以满足立体袋成型要求。

本发明工作时,袋膜驱动总成3拉动固定在袋膜固定总成1上的袋膜经过折痕总成2后,袋膜上会压制出立体袋成型所需的折痕,通过一道压痕尺寸调节结构17、二道压痕尺寸调节机构21、三道压痕尺寸调节机构25可以调节折痕尺寸,通过纵封总成5可以拉动袋膜驱动总成3输出的袋膜经过制袋总成4,通过制袋总成4可使包装物进入袋膜内,通过纵封总成5可使袋膜纵边封合,通过横封总成6可使袋膜横边封合。

  1. 一种立体袋自动成型包装机,其特征在于,包括箱体7,在该箱体7内的前部下面安装袋膜固定总成1,在该袋膜固定总成1的上方装有折痕成型总成2和袋膜驱动总成3,折痕成型总成2置于袋膜驱动总成3的后面;在该箱体7内的前部最上方装有制袋总成4和纵封总成5;在该箱体7内的后部装有横封总成6;所述的袋膜固定总成1用于对袋膜进行固定,所述的折痕成型总成2用于对袋膜进行折痕,所述的袋膜驱动总成3用于拉动固定在袋膜固定总成上1的袋膜在折痕成型总成2上进行折痕,所述的纵封总成5用于使袋膜纵边封合,横封总成6用于使袋膜横边封合,所述的制袋总成4用于将包装物装入袋膜内。

    所述的纵封角度调节机构94包括纵封转动杆125、纵封角度连接板126、纵封角度调节下顶杆127、纵封角度调节上顶杆128、纵封角度固定轴187,纵封角度固定轴187的两端转动连接在该纵封升降固定板124与纵封角度连接板126之间,纵封角度固定轴187外套有纵封转动杆125,在纵封角度连接板126远离纵封转动杆125的一边的上、下部分别相对安装纵封角度调节上顶杆128和纵封角度调节下顶杆127;该纵封角度调节上顶杆128和纵封角度调节下顶杆127分别螺接在设在纵封角度连接板126一侧的螺母块的螺孔内,在该纵封角度调节上顶杆128的顶端和纵封角度调节下顶杆127的底端各装有调节旋钮,纵封角度调节上顶杆128的底端与纵封角度调节下顶杆127的顶端分别顶紧设在纵封转动杆125上的圆柱上,同时旋转纵封角度调节上顶杆128、纵封角度调节下顶杆127可实现纵封转动杆125转动;
    所述的纵封开合机构95包括纵封开合固定座129、纵封开合气缸130、纵封开合齿条131、纵封开合齿轮132和纵封开合座133,纵封开合固定座129连接在纵封转动杆125上,纵封开合气缸130的缸体固定在该纵封开合固定座129上,纵封开合气缸130的活塞杆与纵封开合齿条131连接,纵封开合齿轮132设在纵封开合座133的一端,并与该纵封开合齿条131相互啮合;该纵封开合座133的另一端转动连接在所述的纵封传动机构96的纵封主动传动轴138上;
    所述的纵封传动机构96包括主动太阳齿轮134、从动太阳齿轮135、主动行星齿轮136、从动行星齿轮137、纵封主动传动轴138、纵封从动传动轴139和纵封驱动轴140,主动太阳齿轮134通过纵封驱动轴140与纵封驱动马达97的输出轴连接,主动太阳齿轮134与安装在纵封主动传动轴138上的主动行星齿轮136啮合;从动太阳齿轮135的轴转动连接在所述的纵封开合固定座129上,并与从动行星齿轮137相互啮合;从动行星齿轮137安装在纵封从动传动轴139上;在该纵封从动传动轴139的底端安装所述的纵封轮99。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的立体袋自动成型包装机,其特征在于,所述的横封总成6包括横封固定座141、横封密封切断机构142、输入皮带143、输出皮带144、横封驱动马达145、横封升降调节机构146、插脚机构147、输送驱动马达148、横封传动机构149和输送传动机构150,所述的输入皮带143、输出皮带144、横封驱动马达145、横封升降调节机构146和输送线驱动马达148固定在横封固定座141上,横封密封切断机构142固定在横封升降调节机构146上,横封驱动马达145通过横封传动机构149驱动横封密封切断机构142转动,输送驱动马达148通过输送传动机构150驱动输入皮带机构143、输出皮带机构144转动,插脚机构147共有4个固定在横封固定座141上、分别置于横封密封切断机构142的两侧;所述的输入皮带143的输入端与所述的制袋总成4的输出端相对应。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的立体袋自动成型包装机,其特征在于,所述的横封升降机调节机构146包括横封升降手轮160、横封升降驱动带轮161、横封升降皮带162、横封升降从动带轮163、横封升降丝杆164、横封升降螺套165和横封升降固定墙板166,横封升降丝杆164转动垂直穿过底板,横封升降丝杆164的顶端通过横封升降螺套165与U形的横封升降固定墙板166的底面连接,该横封升降丝杆164的底端安装横封升降从动带轮163,在该底板的一端转动安装横封升降手轮160的轴杆,在该轴杆上安装横封升降驱动带轮161,横封升降驱动带轮161通过横封升降皮带162与横封升降从动带轮163传动连接;
    所述的横封密封切断机构142包括上密封器固定座151、上密封器152、下密封器153、下密封器固定座154、密封导轨155、密封滑动轴承156、密封摇臂158和密封摇臂固定套159,在所述的横封升降固定墙板166的底面上垂直连接两根密封导轨155,上密封器固定座151和下密封器固定座154均通过密封滑动轴承156滑动连接在密封导轨155上;在上密封器固定座151的下面连接上密封器152,在下密封器固定座154的上面连接下密封器153;上密封器固定座151与下密封器固定座154的两端各通过一个密封摇臂158和密封摇臂固定套159与横封升降固定墙板166的两个立面连接;
    所述的插脚机构147包括插脚固定座167、插脚气缸168和插脚插板169,插脚固定座167固定在所述的横封固定座141上,插脚气缸168固定在插脚固定座167上并驱动插脚插板169伸缩;
    所述的横封传动机构149包括横封驱动带轮171、横封张紧带轮172、横封下密封驱动带轮173、横封上密封驱动带轮174、横封过度带轮175和横封驱动皮带176;所述的输送传动机构150包括输送驱动带轮177、下夹运传动轴178、输送张紧带轮179、输出传动带轮180和输出传动轴181;
    所述的上密封器固定座151一端的密封摇臂158的一端转动穿出密封摇臂固定套159,并安装横封上密封驱动带轮174;在该横封上密封驱动带轮174下方的两旁分别安装所述的横封驱动马达145和输送驱动马达148,在该横封驱动马达145和输送驱动马达148的输出轴上分别安装横封驱动带轮171和输送驱动带轮177;在该横封上密封驱动带轮174下方转动安装输出传动轴181,在该输出传动轴181上安装输出传动带轮180,在该输出传动轴181的另一端连接输出皮带驱动辊186,输出皮带驱动辊186驱动输出皮带144转动;在输送驱动带轮177与输出传动带轮180之间连接同步带183,并装有输送张紧带轮179;在该输送驱动马达148的输出轴顶端同轴连接下夹运传动轴178;在该下夹运传动轴178的另一端连接输入皮带驱动辊185,输入皮带驱动辊185驱动输入皮带143转动;
    在该横封驱动带轮171和输送驱动带轮177之间的下方装有横封张紧带轮172,在该横封张紧带轮172的上方的装有横封下密封驱动带轮173,在该横封下密封驱动带轮173的上方的装有横封过度带轮175,横封驱动皮带176依次顺时针绕过该横封张紧带轮172、横封驱动带轮171、横封下密封驱动带轮173、横封过度带轮175和横封上密封驱动带轮174。
