目前,外出旅游、骑行购物、上下班等都会自带自行车代步,现在都是使用对折结构的自行车,这样不方便拖行,而且在外出的时候即使折叠后依然需要双手一直对折叠后的自行车操控,如在需要携带箱包、购物袋等其他物品的时候,又要带上自行车,这样就会非常麻烦;对折后的自行车占用的空间大,在乘坐公交、地铁、轮船等携带不方便,以上这些都会降低自行车的使用性能。
因此,必须针对上述缺陷做出改进。
发明内容
本发明提出一种便携式双折叠自行车,解决了现有技术中自行车的使用性能差的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:

参照图 1 至图 4 ,本发明提供的一种便携式双折叠自行车,包括依次连接的前轮 4 、车架组件和后轮 12 ,车架包括车把 1 、前车架 3 、横杆组件、后车架 11 和车座 14 ,前轮 4 连接在前车架 3 上,车把 1 可拆卸连接在前车架 3 上端,后轮 12 连接在后车架 11 上,横杆组件包括从前到后依次连接的前横杆 5 、中横杆 7 和后横杆 9 ,前横杆 5 前端与前车架 3 固定连接,前横杆 5 后端与中横杆 7 前端通过第一折叠器 6 连接,中横杆 7 后端与后横杆 9 前端通过第二折叠器 8 连接,后横杆 9 后端与后车架 11 固定连接,车座 14 可拆卸连接在后横杆 9 上,第一折叠器 6 的倾斜角度为 A , A 的大小为: 58 °≤ A ≤ 62 °,第二折叠器 8 的倾斜角度为 B , B 的大小为: 89 °≤ B ≤ 94 °。本技术方案的横杆组件为双折叠结构,且第一折叠器 6 的倾斜角度设为 58 ° ~62 °,将第二折叠器 8 的倾斜角度设为 89 ° ~94 °,第一折叠器 6 和第二折叠器 8 都为向后倾斜,当第二折叠器 8 的向后倾斜角度设为 90 ° ~94 °时,即是相当于第二折叠器 8 的向前倾斜角度设为 86 ° ~90 °,这样使车把 1 在折叠后可以向后倾斜,方便拖行;本技术方案的前轮 4 和后轮 12 在折叠后,前轮 4 和后轮 12 处于同一轴线上,在使用过程中前轮 4 向后折叠,后轮 12 向前折叠,节省自行车占用的空间,而且前轮 4 和后轮 12 的直径相同,再把车座 14 拆卸插接到插孔上,这样就可以平稳的拖行;在需要放到背包的时候再把车把 1 拆卸下来插接到插孔上,折叠后的自行车呈长方形结构,方便放置到背包里背着行走,第一折叠器 6 和第二折叠器 8 都为双向折叠器,这样可以满足不同使用的折叠习惯,这样的结构折叠和拆卸都简单,方便出行。
更具体的, A=60 °, B=93 °,前轮 4 和后轮 12 的直径为 25cm ,折叠后放到背包里的高度不高于 60cm ,而且前轮和后轮作为底部,不会损坏背包底部。
车把 1 通过车把杆 2 与前车架 3 可拆卸连接,车把杆 2 为伸缩杆,这样可以调整车把的高度,车把 1 上的左右两个握手为可折叠或可拆卸结构,这样就能够更加充分的减少折叠后自行车所占用的空间。
车座 14 通过车座杆 13 与后横杆 9 可拆卸连接,车座杆 13 为伸缩杆,这样可以调整车座的高度,通过伸缩杆可以充分的减少折叠后自行车所占用的空间。
横杆组件上设有至少一个插孔。本具体实施例中优选为两个插孔,一个用于插接车把杆 2 ,另一个用于插接车座杆 13 ,通过插孔可以放置车把 1 和车座 14 ,节省折叠后车把 1 和车座 14 占用的空间。
后车架 11 上设有脚踏 10 ,后车架 11 上设有电机驱动装置。通过脚踏 10 来实现自行车踩车的功能。通过驱动装置可以实现助力骑行,减少人的体力输出,使外出更加的便捷。驱动装置包括驱动电源和驱动电机,在使用的过程中,驱动电源可以根据实际的安装要求也可以安装在后横杆内,这样可以更加节省空间。
本发明在使用中的几种结构形式如下:
1 、不折叠的结构:即自行车骑行的结构,可供人骑行等,具体参照图 1 。
2 、拖行结构:通过旋转第一折叠器 6 和第二折叠器 8 使前轮 4 和后轮 12 同轴,并将车座 14 拆卸下来插接在插孔上,达到缩小空间并用车把拖行,具体参照图 3 。
3 、便携结构:在拖行结构的基础上将车把 1 拆卸下来插接在插孔上放到双肩背包里面,具体参照图 4 。
综上所述,本发明通过在横杆组件上设置有第一折叠器 6 和第二折叠器 8 ,并且将第一折叠器 6 的倾斜角度设为 58 ° ~62 °,将第二折叠器 8 的倾斜角度设为 89 ° ~94 °,这样使车把 1 在折叠后可以向后倾斜,方便拖行,并且能够使前轮 4 和后轮 12 同轴,方便平行的拖行,还可以将车把 1 和车座 14 拆卸下来跟折叠后的自行车一起放到背包里面,这样更加的方便出行,从而在整体上提高自行车的使用性能。
