背景技术
折叠式交通工具具有可便于携带的优点,在折叠的使用过程中也不需要借助外来工具,通过手动自行将车折
叠或展开,折叠后,能够较方便的存放和移动,避免室外存放的不安全隐患。
当前多数折叠式交通工具外观同自行车相似或由自行车改装而成,其车架是通过两节车架管之间设置折叠机构
与快拆紧固件实现车架的折叠,车架折叠为横向对折,折叠工序复杂,折叠后外观不美观,而且体积较大,占
用空间较大,张牙舞爪,无法存放于汽车后备箱远距离携带。
如何设计一种折叠便捷,结构简单,成本低,折叠后体积小的折叠式交通工具成为本领域技术人员面临的技术
难题。
发明内容
针对上述的技术缺陷确定的技术问题是:设计一种折叠式交通工具的轮架折叠机构,折叠度高,折叠后体
积下,折叠速度快,过程方便快捷。
要解决其技术问题,所采用的技术方案为:设计一种折叠式交通工具的轮架折叠机构,前把架与踏板活动连接
,座椅支撑杆与踏板活动连接,后轮架活动连接于踏板底面,其特征在于,后轮架包括左轮架和右轮架,左右
轮架的折叠轴呈倾斜夹角,所述踏板底面设置限位收紧槽,所述轮架与踏板底面的贴合位置设置磁铁,所述左
右轮架折叠后呈V型。
本实用新型的有益效果为:折叠度高,折叠后体积小,折叠速度快,过程方便快捷。
左右轮架的折叠轴呈倾斜夹角,后轮架、后轮一分为二,在正常行驶中左右轮架合并在一起,形成一个整体的
后轮,需要折叠时,左右后轮分开,折叠在踏板下面,当踏板与前把架贴合时左右后轮分立在前轮两侧,这样
就节约了空间,缩小了折叠体积。
所述踏板底面设置限位收紧槽,用于在正常行驶状态把左右轮架卡紧,保证其形成一个整体后轮,不会因颠簸
等分离。
所述轮架与踏板底面的贴合位置设置磁铁,用于吸合轮架和踏板底面,保证在折叠状态时二者紧密贴合,不会
因自动等原因分离,增强折叠的稳定性和牢固度。
所述左右轮架折叠后呈V型,分立在前轮两侧,折叠度高,整车折叠体积小,在折叠状态时能够保证站立的稳
定性,使用者折叠完毕放手后不会倾倒。

折叠时先把左右轮架向着踏板2底面折叠,左右轮架从限位收紧槽8脱出,因为左右轮架的折叠轴7呈倾斜夹角
,左右轮架贴合到踏板2底面时自动左右分开,被磁铁9吸附折叠锁定,再向着车把架1折叠,此时左右后轮分
立在前轮两侧,操作者放手后整车折叠站立。后轮10包括左后轮和右后轮。
展开时,按照先前顺序,扳动左右后轮,克服磁铁9的吸附力,左右后轮与踏板2底面脱离,伸展进入限位收紧
槽8卡住,左右轮架与踏板2在同一平面上,左右轮合并为一个整体后轮10,使用者可以上车骑行。

左右轮架的折叠轴7呈倾斜夹角,后轮架4、后轮10一分为二,在正常行驶中左右轮架合并在一起,形成一个整
体的后轮10,需要折叠时,左右后轮分开,折叠在踏板2下面,当踏板2与前把架1贴合时左右后轮分立在前轮
两侧,这样就节约了空间,缩小了折叠体积。
所述踏板2底面设置限位收紧槽8,用于在正常行驶状态把左右轮架卡紧,保证其形成一个整体后轮10,不会因
颠簸等分离。
所述轮架与踏板2底面的贴合位置设置磁铁9,用于吸合轮架和踏板2底面,保证在折叠状态时二者紧密贴合,
不会因自动等原因分离,增强折叠的稳定性和牢固度。
所述左右轮架折叠后呈V型,分立在前轮两侧,折叠度高,整车折叠体积小,在折叠状态时能够保证站立的稳
定性,使用者折叠完毕放手后不会倾倒。
