本发明实施例涉及机器学习领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法及装置。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,汽车也变得日益精密复杂。如今的汽车不仅拥有出色的动力性、乘坐舒适性,同时还可以为乘客提供多媒体娱乐服务及信息交互功能。为此许多车辆如今都配有车载信息系统。
车载信息系统可以联网,与网络服务端建立连接,以获取网络服务端提供的交互信息,从而给用户提供所述交互信息。
现有技术中,网络服务端预先为不同的地理位置设置对应的交互信息。车载信息系统请求获取交互信息时,首先定位当前汽车位置,然后再从网络服务端请求获取当前车辆位置对应的交互信息。网络服务端预先设置的交互信息可以包括地理位置对应的景点信息、路段信息以及商家信息等,这些交互信息可以是文字、语音或视频等多媒体方式存储。
由以上描述可知,在实现本发明过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:网络服务端的交互信息都是由运维人员根据不同地理位置预先设置好的,无法进行更新,使得用户无法获得及时、有效的交互信息。

本发明实施例提供一种信息处理方法及装置,用以解决现有技术中无 法获得及时、有效的交互信息的技术问题。
本发明的第一方面,提供一种信息处理方法,该方法包括:
接收至少一个车载信息系统发送的在任一地理位置采集的交互信息和所述地理位置的地理位置信息;
将所述地理位置信息作为所述交互信息的类别标签,将所述交互信息与所述类别标签对应存储;
接收目标车载信息系统的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求携带所述目标车载信息系统的当前地理位置信息;
从所述交互信息中查找与所述当前地理位置信息对应的目标交互信息并发送至所述目标车载信息系统。

本发明实施例提供的信息处理方法及装置,通过使用车载信息系统与网络服务端通过网络能够完成进行交互信息的保存与使用,使用户能够实时获取与位置有关的交互信息。使得驾驶过程中用户能够通过网络完成信息交互。解决了现有技术中网络服务端的交互信息都是由运维人员根据不同地理位置预先设置好的,无法进行更新,使得用户无法获得及时、有效 的交互信息的缺陷。

本发明的技术方案主要应用于车联网技术领域。现有的车联网技术中,用户可以通过车载信息系统完成车辆定位,并通过车辆的定位信息查询互联网中与此定位信息有关的消息。例如,用户可以查询与某一地点有关的路段信息、景点信息、商铺信息等。这些信息都是由运维人员在后台 根据不同的位置信息预先设置好的。这些信息具有一定的延时性。例如:如果某一段道路发生车祸,而此信息未及时发布到网络服务端,这时,如果用户再次从此道路上驾驶时可能会造成用户驾驶时间延长,甚至严重时还可能造成驾驶失误。现有技术无法达到信息交互与获得实时信息的目的。
为了解决这一问题,发明人经过一系列的研究提出本发明的技术方案。在本发明实施例中,由网络服务端将车载信息系统获取的用户输入信息作为交互信息,为所述交互信息并添加标签并存储,以便在车载信息系统发送信息获取请求时将所述目标交互信息发送至目标车载信息系统端,以进行播放。本发明实施例中,通过保存用户输入信息到网络服务端,并在保存时添加至少含有位置信息的标签信息,实现了信息的交互与分享,提高了信息的实效性。
下面将结合附图对本发明技术方案进行详细描述。
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种故障处理方法一个实施例的流程图,该方法可以包括以下几个步骤:

该预设关键词可以是网络服务端预先配置,并通知用户的,从而如果车载信息系统需要向网络服务端提供交互信息,需要在交互信息中包含该预设关键词。
作为一种可能的实现方式,为了获取准确的交互信息,作为一个实施例,可以识别所述交互信息中是否包含预设关键词;所述关键词可以是包含位置信息的关键词,此时,识别所述交互信息中包括位置信息关键词之后,还可以判断该位置信息是否与车载信息系统的当前地理位置匹配,若匹配,将所述关键词中的位置信息即车载信息系统的当前地理位置作为类别标签。
所述交互信息每一条都有对应的类别标签,存储时需要将二者对应存储。
为了提高查找效率,作为一个实施例,如果所述类别标签包含地理位置信息,可以将所述交互信息存储至有相同地理位置信息的其他交互信息的存储位置或者存储器中去。
为了提高查找效率,作为又一个实施例,如果网络服务端在同一个地理位置获得多个车载信息系统上传的交互信息,在保存时可以安照一定的优先级别进行存储;作为一种可能的实现方式,所述优先级别可以是按照时间的先后顺序进行划分的。
103:接收目标车载信息系统的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求携带所述目标车载信息系统的当前地理位置信息;

当前,还可以是按照采集时间由近及远的顺序,选择采集时间最近的一个目标交互信息发送至所述目标车载信息系统。
本实施例中的标签信息添加了采集时间,可以方便用户获得最新的交互信息,在用户播放信息时也可以获得更具实时性的消息。
作为又一个实施例,为了方便用户获得详细的信息,所述类型标签可以包括内容类型、地理位置信息,所述内容类型可以是网络服务端通过识别所述交互信息中是否包含类型关键词;所述类型关键词例如可以:新闻、故事、音乐等,因此可以将所述类型关键词作为交互信息的标签关键词。
在该实施例中,网络服务端接收到的任一车载信息系统的信息获取请求时,所述请求中可以携带想要获取的信息的内容类型。
从所述交互信息中查找与所述当前地理位置信息对应的目标交互信息并发送至所述目标车载信息系统可以包括:

作为又一个实施例,网络服务端可以将采集时间信息、地理位置信息作为类别标签,在将交互信息发送至网络服务端进行存储时,可以根据交互信息的时间信息判断发送的先后顺序,例如:A位置在2016年3月23日分别于12:01、12:02、12:03有三条信息发出至网络服务端,分别为B、C、D三条消息。网络服务端在保存消息时先发送B消息,再发送C消息,再发送D消息。
作为有一个实施例,车载信息系统获取的所述网络服务端发送的与所述任一地理位置对应的目标交互信息包括多条时,将所述目标交互信息输出可以包括:
按照所述目标交互信息对应的类别标签中的采集时间由近及远的顺 序依次输出。例如:查询到A位置在A位置在在2016年3月23日分别于12:01、12:02、12:03有三条信息,分别为B、C、D三条消息。那么在接收时可以按照时间顺序由近至远的排列,车载信息系统可以先接收D消息,再接收C消息,再接收B消息。播放时可以先播放D消息,再播放C消息,再播放B消息。
本实施例中,可以通过所述车载信息系统获得所述地理位置处最新发出的目标交互信息,保证了目标交互信息的时效性。
作为又一个实施例,网络服务端为交互信息设置的类别标签可以包括内容类别与地理位置信息。
此时,所述信息获取请求中可以携带所述内容类型,从而可以获取网络服务端发送的与所述任一地理位置以及所述内容类型对应的目标交互信息,并将所述目标交互信息输出。
上述实施例中,所述标签可以包含内容类型,方便用户获取不同类型的交互信息,可以获得更高的用户体验度。
作为又一个实施例,所述类型标签可以包括:采集时间标签、内容类型、地理位置。
此时,所述信息获取请求中可以携带所述内容类型,从而如果获得的网络服务端发送的与所述任一地理位置以及所述内容类型对应的目标交互信息包括多条时,所述将所述目标交互信息输出可以是:

当前,还可以是按照采集时间由远及近的顺序,将目标交互信息发送至目标车载信息系统。
本实施例中的标签信息添加了时间信息,可以方便用户获得最新的交互信息,在用户播放信息时也可以获得更具实时性的消息。
作为又一个实施例,为了方便用户获得详细的信息,如图6所示,区别于图3,所述类型标签可以包括内容类型、地理位置,所述存储模块可以包括:
第二识别单元601,网络服务端通过识别所述交互信息中是否包含类型关键词;所述类型关键词可以是:新闻、故事、音乐等,可以将所述类型关键词作为交互信息的内容类型。

本实施例中,车载信息系统接收到用户的采集请求时,获取交互信息,并将交互信息及定位信息发送至网络服务端,实现了用户可以在车内随时发布基于位置的信息的功能;所述车载信息系统还可以向网络服务端发送信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求包含当前地理位置信息,以获得与当前 地理位置信息有关的目标交互信息,实现了用户可以随时获取与当前位置相关的信息的功能。可以让用户获得很好的交互体验。

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收至少一个车载信息系统发送的在任一地理位置采集的交互信息和所述地理位置的地理位置信息;
    将所述地理位置信息作为所述交互信息的类别标签,将所述交互信息与所述类别标签对应存储;
    接收目标车载信息系统的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求携带所述目标车载信息系统的当前地理位置信息;
    从所述交互信息中查找与所述当前地理位置信息对应的目标交互信息并发送至所述目标车载信息系统。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,所述采集的交互信息为所述目标车载信息系统在任一地理位置获取的用户输入的信息;
    所述将所述地理位置信息作为所述交互信息的类别标签,并将所述交互信息与所述类别标签对应存储包括:
    识别所述采集的交互信息中是否包含预设关键词;
    在采集的交互信息包含预设关键词时,为所述交互信息设置类别标签;
    将所述交互信息与所述类别标签对应存储。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,所述从所述交互信息中查找与所述当前地理位置信息对应的目标交互信息并发送至所述目标车载信息系统包括:
    查找与所述当前地理位置信息对应的多个交互信息,并将所述多个交互信息按照所述多个交互信息的类别标签中的采集时间由近至远的顺序,依次发送至所述目标车载信息系统,以使得所述目标车载信息系统依次输出。
  4. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收到用户采集请求时,采集交互信息;
    获取所述车载信息系统的当前地理位置信息;
    将所述交互信息以及所述当前地理位置信息发送至网络服务端;
    当所述车载信息系统在当前地理位置向所述网络服务端发送信息获取请求时,接收所述网络服务端发送的与所述当前地理位置对应的目标交互信息,输出所述目标交互信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述方法,其特征在于,接收到用户采集请求时,获取交互信息包括:
    接收到用户采集请求时,获取用户输入的交互信息;
    或者,接收到用户采集请求时,获取用户通过用户设备发送的交互信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述方法,其特征在于,包括:
    所述接收所述网络服务端发送的与所述当前地理位置对应的目标交互信息包括多个时,所述输出所述目标交互信息包括:
    按照所述目标交互信息对应的类别标签中的采集时间由近及远的顺序依次输出。
  7. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一信息接收模块,用于接收至少一个车载信息系统发送的在任一地理位置采集的交互信息和所述地理位置的地理位置信息;
    存储模块,用于将所述地理位置信息作为所述交互信息的类别标签,将所述交互信息与所述类别标签对应存储;
    第二信息接收模块,用于接收目标车载信息系统的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求携带所述目标车载信息系统的当前地理位置信息;
    第一信息发送模块,用于从所述交互信息中查找与所述当前地理位置信息对应的目标交互信息并发送至所述目标车载信息系统。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述装置,其特征在于,所述第一信息接收模块包括:
    第一识别单元,用于识别所述采集的交互信息中是否包含预设关键 词;
    第一设置单元,用于在采集的交互信息包含预设关键词时,并为所述交互信息设置类别标签;
    第一存储单元,用于将所述交互信息与所述类别标签对应存储。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述装置,其特征在于,所述第一信息发送模块包括:
    排列子单元,用于在查找与所述当前地理位置信息对应的多个交互信息时,按照所述多个交互信息的类别标签中的采集时间,按照时间由近至远的顺序,依次输出。
  10. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    信息采集模块,用于接收到用户采集请求时,采集交互信息;
    定位模块,用于获取所述车载信息系统的当前地理位置信息;
    第二信息发送模块,将所述交互信息以及所述当前地理位置信息发送至网络服务端;
    信息收发模块,用于当所述车载信息系统在当前地理位置向所述网络服务端发送信息获取请求时,接收所述网络服务端发送的与所述当前地理位置对应的目标交互信息,输出所述目标交互信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述装置,其特征在于,所述信息采集模块包括:
    第一采集单元,用于在接收到用户采集请求时,获取用户输入的交互信息;
    或者,第二采集单元,用于在接收到用户采集请求时,获取用户通过用户设备发送的交互信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述装置,其特征在于,所述信息收发模块包括:
    信息输出单元,用于将接收的交互信息按照所述交互信息对应的类别标签中的采集时间由近及远的顺序依次输出。
  13. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个第一处理器;
    与所述至少一个第一处理器通信连接的第一存储器;其中,
    所述第一存储器存储有可被所述第一处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个第一处理器执行,以使所述至少一个第一处理器能够执行权利要求1-3任一所述的方法。
  14. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行如权利要求1至3任一所述的方法。
