- LTE-A is one of the potential candidates for IMT-Advanced.
- D2D Device-to-Device
- D2D is drawing attention as a communication technology for a public safety network.
- Commercial communication networks are rapidly changing to LTE, but current public safety networks are mainly based on 2G technology in terms of cost and conflict with existing communication standards. This gap in technology and the need for improved services have led to efforts to improve public safety networks.
- Public safety networks have higher service requirements (reliability and security) than commercial communication networks, and require direct signal transmission and reception, or D2D operation, between devices, especially when cellular coverage is not available or available. .
- the D2D operation may have various advantages in that it transmits and receives signals between adjacent devices.
- the D2D user equipment has a high data rate and low delay and can perform data communication.
- the D2D operation may distribute traffic congested at the base station, and may also serve to extend the coverage of the base station if the D2D terminal serves as a relay.
- V2D communication can be extended and applied to signal transmission and reception between vehicles, and communication related to a vehicle (VEHICLE) is specifically called V2X (VEHICLE-TO-EVERYTHING) communication.
- V2X VEHICLE-TO-EVERYTHING
- V2X the term 'X' may be pedestrian (PEDESTRIAN), vehicle (VEHICLE), infrastructure (INFRASTRUCTURE / NETWORK), etc., in turn can be expressed as V2P, V2V, V2I / N.
- the wireless communication system may transmit a signal using semi-persistent scheduling (SPS).
- SPS semi-persistent scheduling
- the semi-static scheduling after specifying a period for transmitting a signal through a higher layer signal in advance, informing the specific resource while instructing the activation of the SPS through the control channel, the modulation and coding scheme indicated by the control channel during the period is indicated.
- the signal transmission according to the SPS can also be used for V2X communication.
- V2X communication since V2X communication has characteristics different from general uplink communication, it is not preferable to use the SPS scheme applied to the conventional uplink as it is.
- SPS When applying SPS to V2X communication, it is necessary to define how to perform SPS.
- the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method of operating a terminal according to the uplink SPS and a terminal using the method in a wireless communication system.
- a method of operating a terminal according to uplink semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) in a wireless communication system receives downlink control information (DCI) from a base station indicating activation or release of an uplink SPS, and receives the DCI as a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) or a first RNTI. 2 decode based on RNTI,
- DCI downlink control information
- RNTI radio network temporary identifier
- RNTI radio network temporary identifier
- the DCI When the DCI is a first DCI for an SPS for transmitting a signal to the base station, the DCI is decoded based on the first RNTI, and the DCI is used for an SPS for transmitting a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) signal.
- V2X vehicle-to-everything
- the first RNTI is decoded based on the second RNTI, and the second RNTI is characterized in that different RNTIs.
- the terminal may be a terminal installed in a vehicle.
- the first DCI and the second DCI may be received through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or an enhanced PDCCH (EPDCCH).
- PDCH physical downlink control channel
- EPDCCH enhanced PDCCH
- the first DCI and the second DCI may have the same bit size.
- the first DCI includes a DM-RS cyclic shift field, and the DM-RS cyclic shift field may inform information about a cyclic shift value of the DM-RS.
- the DM-RS cyclic shift field may be used for indicating an index of uplink SPS configuration.
- the terminal provided in another aspect includes a radio frequency (RF) unit for transmitting and receiving a radio signal and a processor operating in combination with the RF unit, wherein the processor is configured to activate or deactivate an uplink SPS ( Receive downlink control information (DCI) indicating a release from the base station, and decode the DCI based on a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) or a second RNTI, wherein the DCI, the base station In the case of the first DCI for the SPS for transmitting a signal to the decoded based on the first RNTI, and the DCI is the second DCI for the SPS for transmitting a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) signal The second RNTI is decoded based on the first RNTI and the second RNTI.
- DCI Receive downlink control information
- RNTI radio network temporary identifier
- V2X vehicle-to-everything
- the DCI of the same bit size as the existing uplink SPS activation / deactivation DCI is used, but the RNTI is provided to provide a DCI for activating / deactivating the V2X uplink SPS. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an excessive increase in the number of times of blind decoding that the terminal must perform.
- the V2X uplink SPS activation / deactivation DCI may use the DM-RS cyclic shift field as a field indicating a specific configuration among a plurality of V2X uplink SPS configurations.

- a physical layer (PHY) layer provides an information transfer service to a higher layer using a physical channel.
- the physical layer is connected to a medium access control (MAC) layer, which is an upper layer, through a transport channel. Data is moved between the MAC layer and the physical layer through the transport channel. Transport channels are classified according to how and with what characteristics data is transmitted over the air interface.
- MAC medium access control
- the physical channel may be modulated by an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) scheme and utilizes time and frequency as radio resources.
- OFDM orthogonal frequency division multiplexing
- the functions of the MAC layer include mapping between logical channels and transport channels and multiplexing / demultiplexing into transport blocks provided as physical channels on transport channels of MAC service data units (SDUs) belonging to the logical channels.
- the MAC layer provides a service to a Radio Link Control (RLC) layer through a logical channel.

- AM Three modes of operation (AM).
- AM RLC provides error correction through an automatic repeat request (ARQ).
- the RRC (Radio Resource Control) layer is defined only in the control plane.
- the RRC layer is responsible for the control of logical channels, transport channels, and physical channels in connection with configuration, re-configuration, and release of radio bearers.
- RB means a logical path provided by the first layer (PHY layer) and the second layer (MAC layer, RLC layer, PDCP layer) for data transmission between the terminal and the network.

- the establishment of the RB means a process of defining characteristics of a radio protocol layer and a channel to provide a specific service, and setting each specific parameter and operation method.
- RB can be further divided into SRB (Signaling RB) and DRB (Data RB).
- SRB is used as a path for transmitting RRC messages in the control plane
- DRB is used as a path for transmitting user data in the user plane.
- the UE If an RRC connection is established between the RRC layer of the UE and the RRC layer of the E-UTRAN, the UE is in an RRC connected state, otherwise it is in an RRC idle state.
- the downlink transmission channel for transmitting data from the network to the UE includes a BCH (Broadcast Channel) for transmitting system information and a downlink shared channel (SCH) for transmitting user traffic or control messages.
- Traffic or control messages of a downlink multicast or broadcast service may be transmitted through a downlink SCH or may be transmitted through a separate downlink multicast channel (MCH).

- Transmission Time Interval is a unit time of subframe transmission.
- the RRC state refers to whether or not the RRC layer of the UE is in a logical connection with the RRC layer of the E-UTRAN. If connected, the RRC connected state (RRC_CONNECTED), if not connected, the RRC idle state ( RRC_IDLE). Since the UE in the RRC connected state has an RRC connection, the E-UTRAN can grasp the existence of the corresponding UE in a cell unit, and thus can effectively control the UE. On the other hand, the UE of the RRC idle state cannot be understood by the E-UTRAN, and is managed by the CN (core network) in units of a tracking area, which is a larger area unit than the cell. That is, the UE in the RRC idle state is identified only in a large area unit, and must move to the RRC connected state in order to receive a normal mobile communication service such as voice or data.
- CN core network
- the terminal When the user first powers on the terminal, the terminal first searches for an appropriate cell and then stays in an RRC idle state in the cell.
- the UE in the RRC idle state needs to establish an RRC connection, it establishes an RRC connection with the E-UTRAN through an RRC connection procedure and transitions to the RRC connected state.
- RRC connection procedure There are several cases in which the UE in RRC idle state needs to establish an RRC connection. For example, an uplink data transmission is necessary due to a user's call attempt, or a paging message is sent from E-UTRAN. If received, a response message may be sent.
- the non-access stratum (NAS) layer located above the RRC layer performs functions such as session management and mobility management.
- EMM-REGISTERED EPS Mobility Management-REGISTERED
- EMM-DEREGISTERED EMM-DEREGISTERED

- relatively high priority 'sidelink and / or uplink SPS process (/ set) (set)' a relatively large value of '(OPEN-LOOP) transmit power parameter (s)' (eg 'P_O And / or 'ALPHA', etc. may be set (/ signaled).
- relatively high priority 'sidelink and / or uplink SPS process (/ set) (set)' means 'event triggered V2X message transmission (/ service type)' and / or 'relatively high'. It may be used (/ assigned) for a 'service type requiring reliability' (RELIABILITY).
- the first information, the second information, and the third information on the SPS process having a higher priority are the first information on the SPS process having a relatively low priority, and Larger values (or smaller values) than the second information and the third information may be set.
- the fourth information on the SPS process having a higher priority among the plurality of SPS processes is set to have a larger value (or a smaller value) than the fourth information on the SPS process having a relatively low priority. Can be.
- the SPS process having a higher priority may be used to transmit a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) message triggered by an event.
- V2X vehicle-to-everything
- a SPS process having a higher priority may be used for a service type requiring relatively high reliability.
- a speed / progression / position change over a predefined (/ signaled) threshold may occur.
- a 'Create / Send' V2X message eg 'CAM'
- the 'period' and / or 'size change pattern' and / or the interval between successive 'V2X message generation (/ transmission)') related to 'V2X message generation (/ transmission)', etc. may be changed (in time domain).
- the V2X UE is configured (/ signaled) by a specific period and / or time / frequency resource size and / or 'SINGLE SPS CONFIGURATION / PROCESS' of the MCS.
- the base station sets (/ signals) 'multiple SPS settings (/ processes)' (with different periods and / or (time / frequency) resource sizes (and / or MCS)) to the V2X terminals, and sends them to the V2X terminals. You may have them report the (some) information below.
- the information report may be performed through a channel (eg, 'PUSCH (/ PUCCH)', 'SR') previously defined (/ signaled).
- the base station that has received (or reported) this information can 'disable' (/ 'disable') the 'SPS setting (/ process)' which is not used by the corresponding V2X terminal (or (most) inappropriate for the corresponding V2X terminal) or Or cycles related to 'SPS setup (/ process)' (or (old) 'SPS setup (/ process)') and / or (time / frequency) resource size (and / or MCS) that are (most) appropriate for the corresponding V2X terminal. You can also set (/ signal) a new one.
- a base station receiving (/ reporting) such information may (finally) send a corresponding 'SPS setting (/ process)' to the corresponding V2X terminal (most likely) among the 'multiple SPS settings (/ process)'. It may also indicate switching.
- the switching indication may be performed through a channel (eg, '(E) PDCCH (/ PDSCH)') previously defined (/ signaled).
- this rule may be based on V2X communication based on 'Mode 1 (i.e., how the base station controls / signaling' V2X message transmission) related scheduling information and / or 'RRC_connection status (/ cell coverage'). May be applied only to the V2X terminal).
- the V2X terminal may report at least one of the following information.
- Example #A During the 'Multiple SPS Setup (/ Process)' settings (/ signaling) that you use (or (most likely) suit you) (and / or you do not use (or (most)) Inappropriate)) 'SPS settings (/ process) (index / identifier) information'.
- Example #B 'UTILIZATION information' and / or '(collision detection information with other V2 terminals)' and / or 'interference (/ Energy) measurement information 'and / or' TIMING MISALIGNMENT 'information (e.g.' your (current) ') with your (current)' V2X message transmission (/ creation) 'point of time (/ cycle). May be interpreted as '(estimated) period / offset information' appropriate for a V2X message transmission (/ generation) time point (/ cycle)).
- a V2X terminal configured (signaling) multiple SPS (/ process) having different periods and / or (time / frequency) resource sizes (and / or MCS) from a base station is most suitable for itself. It is also possible to select / use 'SPS setting (/ process)' and report the result (e.g., 'SPS setting (/ process) (index / identifier) information') selected / used by the V2X terminal to the base station. .
- the base station may set a plurality of (multiple) SPS settings in the terminal. SPS setting specific MCS and SPS setting specific period can be set.
- the base station may dynamically trigger / release different SPS settings using the PDCCH / EPDCCH.
- the terminal may inform the base station that it will not transmit data before a transmission time associated with the SPS configuration.
- Mode 1 may support cross-carrier scheduling and dynamic scheduling for sidelink SPS for V2V.
- the base station can set multiple SPS settings. Parameters in each SPS configuration may be predetermined by a higher layer signal. For example, the SPS offset may vary for each SPS configuration, and an accurate mapping between the index of each SPS configuration and the SPS offset value may be defined by an RRC signal.
- the terminal may request the desired SPS configuration, and the base station may activate the SPS configuration according to the request of the terminal.
- the setting index of the SPS setting can be delivered through an SPS trigger message, and the desired SPS setting can be confirmed through this. If the terminal can operate only one SPS configuration at a time, the configuration index of the SPS configuration may be converted into several bits. For example, if there are a total of eight SPS settings, it can indicate the configuration index to be activated or activated through 3 bits and can be delivered through an SPS trigger message.
- the indexes for the plurality of SPS settings may be represented by a bitmap. For example, if there are a total of eight SPS configurations, an 8-bit bitmap may indicate the configuration index to be activated or activated, which may be delivered through an SPS trigger message.
- the base station may not be sure whether the terminal actually transmits or stops transmitting the SPS message. Accordingly, the terminal may feed back an ACK / NACK as to whether the sidelink SPS trigger / release message is correctly received.
- DCI for sidelink SPS may be transmitted on PDCCH or EPDCCH. This DCI may be referred to as DCI format 5.
- DCI format 5 may include at least one of the following fields.
- Resource indication field for PSCCH This field may be set to 6 bits.
- TPC command for PSCCH and PSSCH This field may be set to 1 bit.
- Frequency hopping flag (1 bit), resource block allocation and hopping resource allocation fields (can be set to any one of 5 to 13 bits depending on the bandwidth).
- Time resource pattern (7 bits).
- the number of information bits included in DCI format 5 mapped to a given search space is smaller than the payload size of DCI format 0 scheduling the same serving cell, then zero values are appended to DCI format 5 to allow DCI
- the payload size equals to format 0 (zero padding).
- the number of bits of zero values added that is, the number of zero padding bits may be zero or various values other than zero.
- a specific RNTI may be assigned for each SPS configuration. For example, different RNTIs such as SL SPS C-RNTI 0, SL SPS C-RNTI 1, ... may be assigned to the SPS configuration. In this case, an excessively large number of RNTIs may be needed, and the terminal may also have to perform a lot of blind decoding to detect the SPS trigger / release message. Therefore, the method of 2) may be preferable to the method of 1). That is, each SPS configuration preferably uses a common RNTI and includes a field indicating which SPS configuration is triggered / released.
- the SPS configuration field may be expressed as an index of the SPS configuration. For example, if there are seven SPS configurations, the size of the SPS configuration field may be 3 bits.
- the SPS configuration field may be represented as a bitmap. In the above example, it may be represented by a 7-bit bitmap. In this case, simultaneous operation of a plurality of SPS settings may be suitable for indicating.
- the (E) PDCCH design for sidelink SPS is preferably compatible with sidelink dynamic scheduling.
- One way to do this is to have an indication field indicating whether it is for dynamic scheduling or SPS scheduling.
- a more resource saving method is to classify the scheduling mode by the SPS configuration field itself. For example, when the value of the SPS configuration field is '000', this indicates dynamic scheduling or single transmission (that is, one TB transmission). Other values may match each of the SPS settings 0-7.
- the sidelink resources allocated by the base station are automatically released after transmitting one transport block (TB).
- Other operations may be the same as sidelink SPS operations.
- Which value (state) of the SPS configuration field indicates the dynamic scheduling mode and / or the SPS scheduling mode may be signaled in advance through an upper layer signal from the base station or may be predetermined (may be defined in the standard specification).
- FIG. 16 illustrates an example of validating a DCI format or a V2X sidelink dynamic DCI for V2X sidelink SPS activation / deactivation.
- the DCI format for V2X sidelink SPS activation / deactivation and the V2X sidelink dynamic DCI may include at least one common field.
- the DCI format for V2X sidelink SPS activation / deactivation may further include a field (eg, an SPS configuration index field) not present in the V2X sidelink dynamic DCI.
- the UE may authenticate the DCI format as a DCI format for V2X sidelink SPS activation / deactivation when all of predetermined fields among the fields of the DCI format have a predetermined value (sequence).
- values related to the resource allocation may be set in a predetermined sequence (eg, all set to 0 values).
- the following table shows an example of mapping between the cyclic shift DM-RS field and the V2X uplink SPS configuration index.
- the base station may reduce the bit amount of the DCI field according to the correlation of the position between the SA and the data, for scheduling the indicated sidelink V2V (including the SPS).
- the SPS data is transmitted according to the T-RPT pattern, the T-RPT field, the frequency hopping flag field and / or the RV field may be used.
- these DCI fields may not be needed.
- the time indication field field indicating the timing offset between the SA and the data
- the resource block allocation field in the DCI may be sufficient to inform only the RB size of the data. Then, the resource block allocation field can be reduced to 3 to 7 bits.
- the resource block allocation field can be reduced to 4 bits.
- the following table shows an example of changing fields (DCI fields) included in DCI format 5 for sidelink SPS.
- DCIs containing different SP configurations may be associated with a common RNTI, which may be different from the RNTI for dynamic scheduling.
- DCI format 5 can be used for (E) PDCCH for sidelink SPS trigger / release with some minor changes.
- the resource block allocation field and the T-RPT field for DCI format 5 may be excluded or shortened depending on the relationship of time / frequency positions between SA and data.
- the UE may feed back the ACK / NACK after receiving the (E) PDCCH message for SPS trigger / release.
- DCIs having different SPS configurations may be associated with a common RNTI, and from the terminal perspective, the RNTI may be different from the RNTI used in dynamic scheduling.
- DCI format 5 can be used for (E) PDCCH for sidelink SPS trigger / release with some modifications.
- the resource block allocation field and the T-RPT field may be excluded or shortened depending on the relationship of time / frequency positions between SA and data.
- the uplink SPS and the sidelink SPS have something in common in terms of V2X message transmission and that resources are configured from a base station. Therefore, it is desirable to design the uplink SPS and the sidelink SPS in common.
- DCI eg, DCI format 0
- DCI format 0 DCI format 0
- the uplink SPS (E) PDCCH will have to distinguish between SPS trigger / release.
- multiple SPS configurations will need to be supported. For this purpose, it may be necessary to change some of the fields of the existing DCI format to introduce a new field (SPS configuration index).
- the SPS configuration field may be expressed as an index of the SPS configuration. For example, if there are seven SPS settings, the SPS setting field may consist of 3 bits.
- cyclic shift DM RS field is used as the SPS configuration index, values other than '000' may match SPS configuration 0 to 7, respectively.
- Authentication of the V2X uplink SPS trigger / release may be performed similarly to the LTE uplink SPS except for the cyclic shift DM RS field.
- the following table illustrates the mapping between the value of the cyclic shift DM RS field and the V2X uplink SPS configuration index.
- the SPS setting field may be represented as a bitmap (eg, an 8-bit bitmap). In this case, it is suitable for directing simultaneous operation of a plurality of SPS settings.
- the terminal can inform the base station so that the appropriate action can be taken.
- the terminal may inform the base station that it will not transmit data before the transmission time point associated with the SPS configuration.
- the UE may inform that it will not transmit data in one SPS transmission opportunity, or may inform SPS transmission opportunities according to the SPS setting, that is, it will not transmit data over a relatively long time.
- the terminal report can be regarded as a kind of SPS configuration change / release request. That is, when the message arrival pattern is changed because the terminal does not use a certain SPS setting for a while, the terminal may report this situation to the base station so that the base station activates another SPS setting suitable for the changed message arrival pattern.
- the report may be provided via a higher layer signal to prevent excessive uplink false beds.
- the terminal report may be a kind of 'confirmation of a single transmission opportunity'.
- the base station can know which SPS transmission opportunity is actually used by the terminal.
- the confirmation may be a positive confirmation or a negative confirmation.
- a positive acknowledgment when the terminal transmits data, the terminal reports the report, and if there is no positive acknowledgment, it may be interpreted as indicating that there is no data transmission. In this case, the resources can be used for other purposes.
- the terminal transmits the report when no data is transmitted.
- Positive confirmation of the two methods may be desirable. This is because the number of transmissions for such a report can be reduced.
- Positive acknowledgment has the advantage of not sending more acknowledgment messages than actual SPS data transmission.
- the terminal when a plurality of SPS settings are set in the terminal, this advantage becomes clearer. For example, to handle message size changes, using negative acknowledgments, the terminal will have to send negative acknowledgments before all unused SPS transmission opportunities.
- the positive acknowledgment can be generalized to selecting the SPS setting for each data transmission. For example, PUCCH resources may be allocated to the UE, and the index of the SPS configuration to be used for the next data transmission may be included in the PUCCH transmission.
- the UE may set three SPS settings to different periods, that is, 1000, 500, and 100 ms.
- the SPS configuration # 1 may be activated to the terminal. If the message generation period is changed to 100ms, the terminal reports the change request to the base station, the base station can release the SPS configuration # 1.
- SPS setting # 3 may be activated. Then, the message generation period is changed to 500 ms.
- the UE may not have data to transmit in some SPS transmission opportunities, at this time, do not transmit positive confirmation or data.
- the terminal may report the change request to the base station again, and the base station may activate the SPS configuration # 2.
- Reports related to sidelink transmission may have a lower priority than other uplink transmissions. For example, if the UE is scheduled for uplink ACK / NACK transmission or PUSCH transmission, confirmation of the SPS transmission may be dropped.
- the base station can know when the terminal transmits the confirmation, it can be prevented from dropping by the scheduling. If the transmission of the acknowledgment is dropped by the scheduling of the base station, the terminal may transmit data at the corresponding SPS transmission opportunity in order not to violate the delay requirement. If the base station finds that the acknowledgment transmission is dropped, the corresponding SPS resource may not be used for other purposes.
- a method of allowing a V2X transmitting terminal to determine (or independently) an MCS value (related to V2X data transmission) may be supported.
- an MCS field may be defined.
- the terminal implementation determines the MCS value (for V2X data transfer) (e.g., if the value of the MCS field on Mode1_DCI points to any other value, perform V2X data transfer according to that MCS value) have.
- a PSSCH (/ PSCCH) DM-RS (sequence) related "cyclic shift (CS) index” value (and / or a sequence generation related seed value (e.g., a sequence group) on a DCI format related to V2X mode 1 communication scheduling

- the PSSCH DM-RS (sequence) related "cyclic shift index" value (and / or the sequence generation related seed value) determined according to the above rules is determined on the SA (e.g., a role similar to (old) "SCI format 0"). It may also be signaled through a specific) field.
