Abstract

一种通风阀,包括圆筒状的阀体(1)、齿轮盒(2)、多块扇面状的叶片(3)以及驱动装置(4),阀体(1)的中心设置有齿轮盒(2),齿轮盒(2)内设置有齿轮机构;驱动装置(4)通过驱动齿轮机构从而驱动叶片(3)绕各自的中心轴进行同向转动;叶片(3)均布设置于阀体(1)内,齿轮机构包括套设于同一支撑轴(25)上的第一中心齿轮(23)和第二中心齿轮(24),第一中心齿轮(23)和第二中心齿轮(24)之间设置有多个设置于各中心轴伸入齿轮盒(2)内的一端的齿轮,各齿轮均同时与第一中心齿轮(23)和第二中心齿轮(24)相啮合;阀体(1)内还设有一个或多个风量仪(6),一个或多个风量仪的轴线到阀体的轴线的距离不相等。该通风阀可精确控制通风量,安全可靠,提高了齿轮机构的安全性,有效减小了使用损耗,延长了使用寿命。
