Abstract

L'invention a pour objet de fournir une nouvelle composition pour amélioration de l'environnement de la cavité buccale. Plus précisément, l'invention fournit une composition pour amélioration de l'environnement de la cavité buccale qui contient en tant que principe actif un produit de fermentation de bactéries propioniques. La composition de l'invention peut servir de composition alimentaire. De préférence, les bactéries propioniques sont des Propionibacterium freudenreichii, et leur produit de fermentation est un produit de fermentation de lactoserum.
