工作时,钞把通过传送带110输送至盖章区域,第二驱动机构122驱动章121向钞把移动,并在钞把的捆扎带上盖章,章121上可以为钞把中钞票的信息或清分员的信息等;盖完章的钞把随传送带110移动至托钞平台220,第一驱动机构212驱动推钞板211由进钞口221一侧向出钞口222一侧移动,在钞把经过喷码机230时,喷码机230在钞把的捆扎带上喷印标识,该标识 包括冠字号等信息;喷码完成后,推钞板211将钞把推送至托钞平台220的出钞口222,进入下一步清分工序。通过钞把盖章喷码设备实现对钞把的自动盖章和喷码,工作效率高,每把钞把上都有盖章标识和喷码标识,在流转过程中能够精确追踪纸币信息,便于ATM加钞,使用该钞把盖章喷码设备的清分流水线不会因为出现故障而在重启后冠字号记录与包装好的纸币出现不匹配的情况,提高工作稳定性和工作效率。
在本实施例中,钞把盖章喷码设备还包括与第一驱动机构212和第二驱动机构122电性连接的控制器(附图未标识),盖章机构120包括与控制器电性连接盖章定位传感器(附图未标识)。钞把输送至盖章区域后,盖章定位传感器将收集的信息发送至控制器,控制器控制第二驱动机构122动作对钞把进行盖章,使控制更精准,工作效率更高。
如图1、图4至图6所示,钞把盖章装置10还包括位于传送带110下方的阻挡机构130,阻挡机构130包括挡块131以及驱动挡块131伸出传送带110的第三驱动机构132,传送带110设有与挡块131配合的开口111。钞把进入传送带110时,第三驱动机构132驱动挡块131伸出传送带110,当钞把输送到挡块131位置后停止前进,对钞把进行定位,提高盖章精度。
如图1和图7所示,钞把盖章装置10还包括分别位于传送带110传输方向两侧的拨钞挡板140和拨钞机构150,拨钞机构150包括拨钞板151以及驱动拨钞板151向拨钞挡板140移动的第四驱动机构152。阻挡机构130对钞把进行第一次定位后,传送带110停止运动,之后第三驱动机构132驱动挡块131向下移动至传送带110下方;挡块131收回后第四驱动机构152驱动拨钞板151将钞把推到与拨钞挡板140接触,使钞把对正,对钞把进行第二次定位,进一步提高盖章精度。
在本实施例中,如图7所示,拨钞板151由一块钣金弯折而成,加工呈7字型,第四驱动机构152固定在拨钞板151上,使第四驱动机构152固定在传送带110的上方,从而减小整个设备的宽度。拨钞板151还可以根据实际需要设置为其他形状。
如图1和图8所示,钞把盖章装置10还包括位于传送带110上方的压钞 机构160,压钞机构160包括压板161以及驱动压板161上下移动的第五驱动机构162。钞把在盖章前,第五驱动机构162驱动压板161向下移动并将钞把压紧,之后第二驱动机构122驱动章121对钞把进行盖章,防止钞把在盖章过程中发生移动导致印章模糊,进一步提高盖章精确度。
如图1和图8所示,第五驱动机构162的活动端固定有盖章机构120和压板161,盖章机构120包括对称设置的两个章121,章121在钞把盖章装置10的移动轨迹与传送带110的传输方向平行布置。盖章时,第五驱动机构162同时带动盖章机构120和压板161向下移动,压板161将钞把压紧后,盖章机构120驱动两个章121向内收回,并在钞把的捆扎带两侧进行盖章,盖章完成后,盖章机构120驱动两个章121向外伸出,盖章机构120收回。盖章机构120还可以根据钞把需要盖章的位置驱动章121进行其他方向的移动。
如图8所示,第二驱动机构122包括与章121一一对应的驱动杆1221、章固定件1222和压紧旋钮1223,章121通过对应的章固定件1222和压紧旋钮1223与对应的驱动杆1221可拆卸连接。便于章121的安装拆卸,日常使用方便,也可以根据实际需要使用一个章121或两个章121,使用更方便灵活。章121还可以根据实际需要采用其他方式与第二驱动机构122连接。
钞把盖章装置10还包括与控制器电性连接的入钞传感器(附图未标识),入钞传感器设置于传送带110的入口处。钞把盖章装置10工作时,入钞传感器感应到钞把进入传送带110后,并将收集的信息发送至控制器,控制器控制第三驱动机构132动作使钞把靠近挡块131,使钞把对正,对钞把进行第一次定位,挡块131收回后第四驱动机构152驱动拨钞板151将钞把推到与拨钞板151接触,使钞把对正,对钞把进行第二次定位。钞把对正后,盖章定位传感器将收集的信息发送至控制器,控制器控制第五驱动机构162动作对钞把进行压紧,压紧后控制器控制第第二驱动机构122对钞把进行盖章,使控制更精准,保证每一运动步骤的精确性,工作效率更高。
如图10和图11所示,推钞板211设有向托钞平台220一侧凸起的至少一个突起部2111,托钞平台220设有与突起部2111配合的缺口223。突起部2111和缺口223配合防止推钞板211与托钞平台220之间存在间隙,保证能 将钞把完整地推向喷码机230。
在本实施例中,推钞板211设有三个突起部2111,托钞平台220设有三个缺口223,推钞板211还可以根据实际需要设置一个以上的突起部2111,托钞平台220的缺口223数量则不少于突起部2111数量。
如图1至图4、图9所示,钞把喷码装置20还包括位于托钞平台220正上方的安装支架250、位于托钞平台220正下方的安装平台260、驱动托钞平台220上下移动的第七驱动机构270,安装支架250上设有推钞机构210和喷码机230,安装平台260上设有传送带110和档杆241,托钞平台220设有与档杆241配合的开孔224。托钞平台220位于安装平台260上时,档杆241恰好从开孔224中伸出,传送带110将钞把送入托钞平台220,钞把随传送带110移动至挡块131位置,档杆241对钞把进行对正,保证钞把喷码位置的精确性;传送带110停止运动,第七驱动机构270驱动托钞平台220向上移动,当托钞平台220移动至推钞板211的突起部2111插入托钞平台220的缺口223时,托钞平台220停止移动,第一驱动机构212驱动推板将钞把向出钞口222一侧移动,整个结构设计灵活巧妙,充分利用托钞平台220的缺口223与传送带110、推钞板211的配合,避免传送带110和推钞板211工作过程中发生干涉。
在本实施例中,托钞平台220上设有四个开孔224,挡钞机构240设有四个挡杆241,开孔224和挡杆241的数量还可以根据实际需要设置一个。
如图1至图3所示,第七驱动机构270包括与托钞平台220滑动连接的升降导杆271、竖向设置的升降皮带272以及驱动升降皮带272转动的驱动轮273,托钞平台220与升降皮带272连接。通过升降皮带272带动托钞平台220上下移动,升降导杆271与托钞平台220滑动连接。使托钞平台220在上下移动过程中更稳定。
如图1和图10所示,钞把喷码装置20还包括与控制器电性连接的托钞平台上限位传感器280、托钞平台下限位传感器(附图未标识),托钞平台上限位传感器280固定于安装支架250上,控制器还与第六驱动机构和第七驱动机构270电性连接,喷码机230设有喷码传感器(附图未标识)。当托钞平 台下限位传感器检测到托钞平台220时,托钞平台220位于安装平台260上,控制器控制第六驱动机构使挡杆241伸出托钞平台220,当钞把随传送带110进入托钞平台220,钞把对正后挡杆241收回,控制器控制第七驱动机构270驱动托钞平台220向上移动;当托钞平台上限位传感器280检测到托钞平台220时,推钞板211的突起部2111插入托钞平台220的缺口223,控制器控制第一驱动机构212使推钞板211推动钞把向出钞口222一侧移动,钞把经过喷码机230过程中,喷码传感器检测到钞把时,喷码机230自动向钞把喷印标识,使钞把喷码装置20的控制更精确,保证每一运动步骤的精确性,进一步提高工作效率。
在本实施例中,喷码机230的喷印标识为条形码或二维码。喷码机230的喷印标识还可以根据实际需要采用其他方式。
该钞把盖章喷码设备的工作流程为:入钞传感器检测到钞把进入传输通道,传送带110启动,阻挡机构130伸出;在预定时间后,钞把到达挡块131,传送带110停止转动个,挡块131收回;拨钞机构150动作,将钞把推向拨钞挡板140,使钞把对正;拨钞机构150收回,压钞机构160动作,压紧钞把,盖章机构120动作,在钞把捆扎带两侧盖章;盖章机构120收回,压钞机构160收回,传送带110启动,将钞把运送至托钞平台220至与挡杆241对正;托钞平台220向上移动,托钞平台上限位传感器280触发后,托钞平台220停止移动;推钞机构210动作,将钞把推向出钞口222,在经过喷码机230时,喷码机230在钞把的捆扎带上喷印条形码或二维码信息。
在本实施例中,第一驱动机构212、第二驱动机构122、第三驱动机构132、第四驱动机构152、第五驱动机构162、第六驱动机构和第七驱动机构270均采用气缸进行驱动,第一驱动机构212、第二驱动机构122、第三驱动机构132、第四驱动机构152、第五驱动机构162、第六驱动机构和第七驱动机构270还可以根据实际需要采用其他驱动方式。
如图12所示,本发明还提供一种纸币清分流水线,包括依次配合连接的清分扎把一体机30、钞把盖章喷码设备、传送主线体40、码垛机50、塑封机60,传送主线体40设有识别盖章喷印标识的第一扫码机构(附图未标识), 塑封机60设有打印机构和识别盖章喷印标识的第二扫码机构(附图未标识)。
清分扎把一体机30将纸币清分,分成残损钞、ATM钞、流通钞、可疑币等类型,并根据设置将指定数量的钞票扎把,扎把后的钞把送至传送带110,钞把盖章喷码设备对钞把进行盖章和喷码后,将钞把送至传送主线体40,在传送主线体40的输送过程中,第一扫码机构将喷码机230喷印的标识扫描输入系统,系统将喷印的条形码或二维码与该钞把的冠字号关联;之后传送主线体40将钞把运输至码垛机50,码垛机50将指定数量的钞把码垛,并将钞把送至塑封机60,塑封机60塑封一捆钞时,塑封机60的第二扫码机构扫描该捆钞的每一把钞票上的喷印标识,并根据扫描结果生成一个标识打印于钞捆的标识上。最终就可以通过识别钞捆上的标识,能够查询到整捆钞或某一张纸币的冠字号等信息,查询该纸币由哪位清分员清分,实现纸币的冠字号等信息的精确追踪,便于ATM加钞。
在本实施例中,清分扎把一体机30将指定数量的钞票扎成一百张一把,码垛机50将十把钞把码垛,其中五把钞把旋转180°,清分扎把一体机30和码垛机50还可以根据实际需要设置成其他参数,且第一扫码机构还可以根据实际需要设置在码垛机50上,码垛机50对钞把上的标识进行扫描后,再对钞把进行码垛。
如图12所示,清分扎把一体机30和钞把盖章喷码设备之间还连接有出钞线体70,钞把盖章喷码设备通过机架100固定在纸币清分流水线的底座上80。
如图12所示,纸币清分流水线在沿传送主线体40输送方向的一侧还布置有环保工作台90,环保工作台90是清分员的操作平台,具有吸尘的功能,能够将纸币产生的粉尘通过吸尘孔吸入桌子内部并过滤。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本 领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出如果干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种钞把盖章喷码设备,其特征在于,包括钞把盖章装置、钞把喷码装置和设有进钞口和出钞口的托钞平台,所述钞把盖章装置包括传送带、位于所述传送带上方的盖章机构,所述钞把喷码装置包括推钞机构、位于所述托钞平台上方的喷码机,所述托钞平台靠近所述进钞口一侧设有与所述传送带形状匹配的缺口,所述传送带的出口端伸入所述缺口,所述推钞机构包括推钞板以及驱动所述推钞板由所述进钞口一侧向所述出钞口一侧作往返运动的第一驱动机构,所述盖章机构包括章以及驱动所述章移动的第二驱动机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钞把盖章喷码设备,其特征在于,所述钞把盖章装置还包括位于所述传送带下方的阻挡机构,所述阻挡机构包括挡块以及驱动所述挡块伸出所述传送带的第三驱动机构,所述传送带设有与所述挡块配合的开口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的钞把盖章喷码设备,其特征在于,所述钞把盖章装置还包括分别位于所述传送通道传输方向两侧的拨钞挡板和拨钞机构,所述拨钞机构包括拨钞板以及驱动所述拨钞板向所述拨钞挡板移动的第四驱动机构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的钞把盖章喷码设备,其特征在于,所述钞把盖章装置还包括位于所述传送通道上方的压钞机构,所述压钞机构包括压板以及驱动所述压板上下移动的第五驱动机构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的钞把盖章喷码设备,其特征在于,所述第五驱动机构的活动端固定有所述盖章机构和所述压板,所述盖章机构包括对称设置的两个所述章,所述章在所述钞把盖章装置上的移动轨迹与所述传送带的传输方向平行布置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的钞把盖章喷码设备,其特征在于,所述推钞板设有向所述托钞平台一侧凸起的至少一个突起部,所述突起部与所述缺口配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的钞把盖章喷码设备,其特征在于,还包括位于所述托钞平台正上方的安装支架、位于所述托钞平台正下方的安装平台、驱 动所述托钞平台上下移动的第七驱动机构,所述安装支架上设有所述推钞机构和喷码机,所述安装平台上设有所述传送带。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的钞把盖章喷码设备,其特征在于,所述安装平台上设有档杆,所述托钞平台设有与所述挡杆配合的开孔。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的钞把盖章喷码设备,其特征在于,所述第七驱动机构包括与所述托钞平台滑动连接的升降导杆、竖向设置的升降皮带以及驱动所述升降皮带转动的驱动轮,所述托钞平台与所述升降皮带连接。
  10. 一种纸币清分流水线,其特征在于,包括依次配合连接的清分扎把一体机、如权利要求1至9任一项所述的钞把盖章喷码设备、传送主线体、码垛机、塑封机,所述传送主线体设有识别盖章喷印标识的第一扫码机构,所述塑封机设有打印机构和识别盖章喷印标识的第二扫码机构。
