一种大密电池扣盖机,机架上安装有万向滚珠台面和扣盖装置并与链板输送机配接;万向滚珠台面上放置有可移动的电池盖定位治具,电池盖定位治具放置电池盖;电池抱紧装置安装于旋转框上可张合地与抱紧气缸连接,夹紧旋转装置安装架可上下移动地与升降气缸连接,升降气缸安装于承板上,承板支承于滑轨上可移动地与横移气缸连接,滑轨固定于机架上;夹紧旋转装置安装架上安装有压紧气缸,压紧板可上下移动地与压紧气缸连接。其优点是省人工、生产效率提高、安全有保障、操作简单、可生产多种类型产品,只需更换治具。

Description

大密电池扣盖机 技术领域
本发明涉及非活性部件的结构零件,涉及盖或端盖,尤指一种大密电池扣盖机。
背景技术
随着电子设备的广泛使用,大密电池的应用也愈来愈广,因此对大密电池的全方面性能尤其是安全性方面的要求越来越高。扣盖是将电池盖体与电池本体连接,是电池生产过程中非常重要的一个中间环节。目前采用的扣盖方法主要是由人工扣盖,产品太重,人力付出较多,生产效率低。并且人工扣盖有不规则的操作会给电池性能带来无形的质量隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种大密电池扣盖机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种大密电池扣盖机,包括机架,其特征在于:机架上安装有万向滚珠台面和扣盖装置并与链板输送机配接;万向滚珠台面上放置有可移动的电池盖定位治具,电池盖定位治具放置电池盖;在所述扣盖装置中,电池抱紧装置安装于旋转框上可张合地与抱紧气缸连接,所述旋转框可转动地与蜗杆蜗轮减速机连接,蜗杆蜗轮减速机与施转电机连接,所述旋转框、蜗杆蜗轮减速机与施转电机装于夹紧旋转装置安装架上组成电池本体的夹紧旋转装置,夹紧旋转装置安装架可上下移动地与升降气缸连接,升降气缸安装于承板上,承板支承于滑轨上可移动地与横移气缸连接,滑轨固定于机架上;夹紧旋转装置安装架上安装有压紧气 缸,压紧板可上下移动地与压紧气缸连接。
1,待扣盖电池通过链板输送机,经过导向装置,进入到指定位置;
2,升降气缸下降,电池抱紧装置抱紧待扣盖电池;
3,升降气缸上升,夹紧旋转装置旋转180°同时将待扣盖电池翻转180°;
4,横移气缸动作将待扣盖电池移动到扣盖位置;
5,在检测到下方电池盖定位治具相应位置有电池盖的情况下,升降气缸下降扣盖;
6,扣好盖后压紧气缸动作,将电池盖压紧,完成后回归原点;
7,搬走扣好盖的产品后,设备重复1-6的动作。
本发明的有益效果是:
1,省人工,(原先为人工合盖,参与人员多,现在只需按启动按钮即可完成所有动作)。
2,生产效率提高(相对于人工合盖,效率提高1倍以上)。
3,安全有保障(一些类型产品重达50KG以上,人工合盖有受伤的风险)。
4,操作简单(人工放盖,按启动即可)。
5,可生产多种类型产品,只需更换治具。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本发明一种大密电池扣盖机,包括机架15,其特征在于:机架15上安装有万向滚珠台面14和扣盖装置并与链板输送机4配接;万向滚珠台面14上放置有可移动的电池盖定位治具12,电池盖定位治具12放置电池盖;在所述扣盖装置中,电池抱紧装置18安装于旋转框26上可张合地与抱紧气缸24连接,所述旋转框26可转动地与蜗杆蜗轮减速机20连接,蜗杆蜗轮减速机20与施转电机19连接,所述旋转框26、蜗杆蜗轮减速机20与施转电机19装于夹紧旋转装置安装架1上组成电池本体的夹紧旋转装置5,夹紧旋转装置安装架1可上下移动地与升降气缸7连接,升降气缸7安装于承板8上,承板8支承于滑轨10上可移动地与横移气缸11连接,滑轨10固定于机架15上;夹紧旋转装置安装架1上安装有压紧气缸3,压紧板2可上下移动地与压紧气缸3连接。
工作过程如下:
1,待扣盖电池通过链板输送机4,经过导向装置,进入到指定位置;
2,升降气缸7下降,电池抱紧装置18抱紧待扣盖电池;
3,升降气缸7上升,夹紧旋转装置5旋转180°同时待扣盖电池随之翻转180°;
4,横移气缸11动作将待扣盖电池移动到扣盖位置;
5,在检测到下方电池盖定位治具相应位置有电池盖的情况下,升降气缸7下降扣盖;
6,扣好盖后压紧气缸3动作,将电池盖压紧,完成后回归原点;
7,搬走扣好盖的产品后,设备重复1-6的动作。
在本发明的实施例中:
所述承板8上安装有直线轴承9,所述夹紧旋转装置安装架1可移动地与直线轴承9连接。
所述施转电机19为带刹车的电机。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种大密电池扣盖机,包括机架,其特征在于:机架上安装有万向滚珠台面和扣盖装置并与链板输送机配接;万向滚珠台面上放置有可移动的电池盖定位治具,电池盖定位治具放置电池盖;在所述扣盖装置中,电池抱紧装置安装于旋转框上可张合地与抱紧气缸连接,所述旋转框可转动地与蜗杆蜗轮减速机连接,蜗杆蜗轮减速机与施转电机连接,所述旋转框、蜗杆蜗轮减速机与施转电机装于夹紧旋转装置安装架上组成电池本体的夹紧旋转装置,夹紧旋转装置安装架可上下移动地与升降气缸连接,升降气缸安装于承板上,承板支承于滑轨上可移动地与横移气缸连接,滑轨固定于机架上;夹紧旋转装置安装架上安装有压紧气缸,压紧板可上下移动地与压紧气缸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的大密电池扣盖机,其特征在于:所述承板上安装有直线轴承,所述夹紧旋转装置安装架可移动地与直线轴承连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的大密电池扣盖机,其特征在于:所述施转电机为带刹车的电机。
