Abstract
Description
本願は、2016年3月7日に、日本に出願された特願2016-43811号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
キーシステムを管体に取り付ける際には、キーポストを管体に固定した後に、キーシャフトやキーをキーポストに取り付けるため、管体に対するキーポスト、キーシャフト及びキーの位置決め等の調整が面倒である。具体的には、キーやキーシャフトを管体に固定されたキーポストに取り付けるためには、キーシャフトを保持するキーポストの部位(軸)の位置や向きを高い精度で調整する必要がある。また、二つのキーポストの間にキーやキーシャフトを取り付ける場合には、二つのキーポストの軸を互いに一致させるように調整したり、二つのキーポストの間隔にあわせてキーパイプの長さを高い精度で調整したりする必要がある。さらに、キーを取り付けた後には、音孔に対するキーの位置を高い精度で調整する必要もある。
キーやキーシャフトをキーポストから取り外す際には、特にキーポストにダメージを与えないように慎重に作業する必要がある。
図1に示すように、本実施形態の管楽器1は、楽器本体2と、キーユニット3、とを備える。楽器本体2は、管体4を備える。
管体4は、例えば木材材料、金属材料、樹脂材料のいずれか一つの材料によって形成されてもよいし、例えばこれらの材料を適宜組み合わせた材料によって形成されてもよい。
第一音孔7Aは、例えば一つだけでもよいが、本実施形態では複数(図示例では四つ)である。本実施形態において、複数の第一音孔7Aは、管体4の長手方向(X軸方向)に連続して並べられている。
本実施形態において、管体4の長手方向は、管楽器1を演奏する演奏者から見てマウスピース8から管体4の第二端に向かう真っ直ぐな方向に対応している。
台座部10は、管体4の外周面から突出している。本実施形態において、台座部10は、管体4における音孔7の貫通方向(Z軸方向)に直交する方向(Y軸方向)、又は、直交する方向に近い方向に突出している。
台座部10は、例えば管体4と別個に形成されて管体4に対して着脱自在に固定されてもよいが、本実施形態では管体4に一体に形成されている。
ベース部21は、楽器本体2に固定された状態で楽器本体2に面接触する被載置面21aを有する。本実施形態において、ベース部21は、台座部10の載置面10aに配される。このため、ベース部21の被載置面21aは、台座部10の載置面10aに面接触する。本実施形態において、被載置面21aは、平面視した台座部10の載置面10aと同じ外形形状を有する。すなわち、ベース部21は、台座部10と同様に、複数の第一音孔7Aの配列方向に延びて形成されている。

図2に示す台座部10の第一ベース係止部12、及び、これに対応するベース部21の第一本体係止部26は、互いに間隔をあけて複数設けられている。図示例において、複数の第一ベース係止部12及び複数の第一本体係止部26は、それぞれ複数の第一音孔7Aの配列方向に配列されているが、これに限ることはない。
このように、第一ベース係止部12および第一本体係止部26からなる位置決め部を複数(複数組)設けることによって、楽器本体2に対するキーユニット3のより正確な位置決めが可能となる。
本実施形態において、第二ベース係止部13は、管体4の外周面から窪むと共に管体4の長手方向に延びる係止溝である。第二本体係止部27は、管体4の長手方向に延びると共に係止溝に挿入される突出部である。係止溝の一部の内面は、台座部10の載置面10aと同一平面をなすように形成されている。
キーポスト23は、ベース部21から任意の方向に突出してよいが、本実施形態ではベース部21の載置面10aが向く方向と逆の方向(Z軸正方向)に突出している。これにより、ベース部21が台座部10の載置面10aに配された状態では、キーポスト23がベース部21から第一音孔7Aが開口する方向(Z軸正方向)に突出している。
キーポスト23には、キーシャフト24を挿入する挿入孔28が形成されている。本実施形態において、挿入孔28はキーポスト23を貫通している。挿入孔28の軸方向は任意の方向に向いていてよいが、本実施形態では複数の第一音孔7Aの配列方向に向いている。
本実施形態において、キーシャフト24は、キーポスト23に取り付けられた状態で、キーポスト23に対してキーシャフト24の軸線を中心に回転可能となっている。
キー25は、キーシャフト24に取り付けられる取付部31と、取付部31から延びる腕部32と、腕部32の先端に設けられて第一音孔7Aを閉じる蓋部33と、を備える。

また、図6にキーユニットの第一変形例として示されるように、キーシャフト241は、例えばキーポスト23に一体に形成されたり、固定されたりしてもよい。この場合、取付部311には、その回転軸と平行に形成され、キーシャフト241を挿入するための直線状の切欠きが設けられ、キーシャフト241にはめ込まれてキーシャフト241に回転可能に取り付けられる。または、取付け部311は、半円筒形になるように回転軸に沿って2分割されて、キーシャフト241に組込まれ、その後に結合されてキーシャフト241に回転可能に取り付けられるようにしてもよい。
すなわち、図7にキーユニットの第二変形例として示されているように、キーシャフト242がキーポスト232に対して回転可能に取り付けられている場合、取付部312は、例えばキーシャフト242に一体に形成されたり、固定されたりしてよい。この場合、キー25は、キーシャフト242と共にキーポスト232に対して回転可能となる。また、この場合、キーポスト232には、キーシャフト242の回転軸方向に切込みが形成されて、キーシャフト242がはめ込まれることによって、キー25がキーポスト232に対して回転可能に取り付けられるようにすればよい。
さらに、上記実施形態において、取付部31は、隣り合う二つのキーポスト23の間に配されている。
しかしながら、図3において、ベース部21の両端に配置されたキーポスト23に挟まれた3つのキーポストを省略し、その分キー25の取付部31の幅を長くして取付部31の回転軸方向の端部が互いに接触して直接隣り合うように構成してもよい。
付勢部材29は、例えば蓋部33が第一音孔7Aに近づくように(第一音孔7Aを閉じるように)キー25を付勢してもよいが、本実施形態では、蓋部33が第一音孔7Aから離れるように(第一音孔7Aを開くように)キー25を付勢している。付勢部材29は、図示例のようなトーションばねであってもよいし、例えばゴム等の弾性部材などであってもよい。
図4,5では、キー25が演奏者の手指によって付勢部材29の付勢力に抗って回転方向の他方側に押されている状態を示している。
キー25の数は、キーシステム22によって開閉される第一音孔7Aの数に対応している。すなわち、本実施形態のキーシステム22は、複数(図示例では四つ)のキー25を備える。
具体的には、第一キー25Aの操作子35が第二キー25Bの蓋部33の上側に重なるように配されている。これにより、第一キー25Aの操作子35を操作すると、第一キー25Aの蓋部33がこれに対応する第一音孔7Aを閉じると共に、第二キー25Bの蓋部33がこれに対応する第一音孔7Aを閉じる。図示例では、同様にして、第三キー25Cの操作子35が第四キー25Dの蓋部33の上側に重なるように配されている。
また、キーシステム22を楽器本体2に取り付ける際には、ベース部21を楽器本体2に対して位置決めするだけで、キーポスト23、キーシャフト24及びキー25を楽器本体2に対して簡単に位置決めすることができる。言い換えれば、従来のようにキーポスト23、キーシャフト24、キー25及び楽器本体2の相互の位置決めを行うことなく、キーポスト23、キーシャフト24及びキー25を簡単に楽器本体2に取り付けることができる。

Claims (12)
- 管体を含む楽器本体に固定可能なベース部と、前記ベース部から突出するキーポストと、前記キーポストに取り付けられたキーシャフトと、前記キーシャフトに取り付けられたキーとを備えるキーユニット。
- 前記ベース部が、前記楽器本体に対して位置決めするための位置決め部を有する請求項1に記載のキーユニット。
- 前記ベース部に、前記位置決め部が複数形成される請求項2に記載のキーユニット。
- 前記キーシャフトは前記キーと一体に形成される請求項1~3項のいずれか1項に記載のキーユニット。
- 前記キーシャフトは前記キーポストと一体に形成される請求項1~3項のいずれか1項に記載のキーユニット。
- 管体を含む楽器本体と、前記楽器本体に取り付けられたキーユニットとを備え、
前記キーユニットが、前記楽器本体に固定されたベース部と、前記ベース部から突出するキーポストと、前記キーポストに取り付けられたキーシャフトと、前記キーシャフトに取り付けられたキーとを備える管楽器。 - 前記楽器本体は、前記管体の外周面から突出し前記ベース部を固定するための台座部を有する請求項6に記載の管楽器。
- 前記キーユニットは、前記楽器本体に対して着脱可能に取り付けられる請求項6または7に記載の管楽器。
- 前記ベース部が、前記楽器本体に対して位置決めするための位置決め部を有する請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載の管楽器。
- 前記ベース部に、前記位置決め部が複数形成される請求項9に記載の管楽器。
- 前記キーシャフトは前記キーと一体に形成される請求項6~10のいずれか1項に記載の管楽器。
- 前記キーシャフトは前記キーポストと一体に形成される請求項6~10のいずれか1項に記載の管楽器。
