Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和機の室外機を示す斜視図である。図1には、筐体の一部を取り外した室外機100の内部構成が示される。空気調和機の室外機100には、外枠を構成する筐体内に、電動機を備えた圧縮機11と、冷媒流路を切り替える四方弁と、減圧装置と、圧縮機11から提供された冷媒を流す室外熱交換器12と、室外熱交換器12に送風する送風機13と、圧縮機11を制御する電気品を備えた電気品箱5等が配置されている。また、室外機100に設置される圧縮機11、四方弁、室外熱交換器12及び減圧装置と、室内機に設置される室内熱交換器とは冷媒配管を介して接続され冷凍サイクルを構成する。
Claims (7)
- 筐体と、
前記筐体内に配置される圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機に冷媒配管を介して接続された室外熱交換器と、
前記室外熱交換器に送風する送風機と、
前記圧縮機を制御する電気品を備えた電気品箱と、
前記筐体内を前記圧縮機が配置される機械室と、前記送風機を設置する送風室とに仕切る仕切板と、
前記圧縮機の上方に配置され、前記機械室と前記電気品箱が設置される電気品室とを区画する電気品台座と、
前記電気品台座の外周形状に沿って前記筐体の内壁から内部に突出して設けられ、前記電気品台座を支持する支持部と、を備える
空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記電気品台座は、外周端に緩衝材を備え、
前記支持部は、前記電気品台座の緩衝材を支持する請求項1に記載の空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記緩衝材は、前記電気品台座の前記筐体の内壁に対向する側面、前記支持部に接触する下面部分、及び上面にわたり連続して設けられている請求項2に記載の空気調和機の室外機。
- 前記仕切板の上端には、引っ掛け穴が形成されており、
前記電気品箱は、前記電気品台座の上面に設置され、前記引っ掛け穴に上方から引っ掛かる引っ掛け部を有する請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記電気品台座の外周端には、前記電気品室と前記機械室とを貫通し配線を通す切欠きが形成された請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和機の室外機。
- 前記仕切板は、前記圧縮機と前記室外熱交換器とを隔てる、前記機械室に屈曲した熱交換器カバーをさらに備え、
前記熱交換器カバーには冷媒配管を通す配管口が形成されており、前記配管口には配管口緩衝材が備えられた請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記熱交換器カバーは、上端部に前記電気品台座の下面に接触して前記電気品箱を支持する折り曲げ部を有する請求項6に記載の空気調和機の室外機。
