Abstract
一种双阶段钳,是一种手动工具,尤其是一种具有双阶段自动切换、具有大开口钳口和高夹持力的多功能扳手钳,包括:第一主体结构(1)、第二主体结构(2)、手柄(3)、棘爪(4)、第一销轴(5)、第二销轴(6)、第一连杆(7)、第二连杆(8)、第一限位螺母(9)、第二限位螺母(10)、第一预压弹簧(11)、第二预压弹簧(12)、支撑弹簧(13)、第一小销轴(15)、第二小销轴(14)、第三销轴(18)、第四销轴(16)、第五销轴(17)。该双阶段钳克服了现有手动工具种类繁多、携带不便、效率低下的问题。
Description
本发明涉及一种手动工具,钳,尤其是一种具有双阶段自动切换、具有大开口钳口和高夹持力的多功能扳手钳,为了便于称呼,姑且简称为双阶段钳。
在人们的日常生活、工作等情形中,需要使用种类繁多的手动工具。现有的手动工具,大多数功能单一,或者性能一般。比如老虎钳,开口较小,夹持力较小,使用范围受到很多限制。再比如蜗轮活动扳手,只适用于拧螺母,不能当做钳子使用。某些所谓的多功能工具,其实只是单功能工具的简单组合,使用效果不甚理想。
总之,现有的手动工具,尤其是日常使用的体积较小的单手操控的钳子类,功能比较单一,性能一般,有改革提高的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种多功能并且某些性能突出的手动工具钳,克服现有手动工具种类繁多、携带不便、效率低下的问题。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
1、双阶段钳,包括主体结构(1)、主体结构(2)和手柄(3),其特征是:
所述主体结构(1)上部为多功能钳口,中部安装有销轴(5)及销轴(6),销轴(5、6)在轴向中部开有径向贯通孔,连杆(7)、(8)可以在贯通孔内运动,销轴(5、6)可以转动,不能轴向运动,主体结构(1)尾部连接着弹簧(13),弹簧(13)另一端连接到主体结构(2),主体结构(1)尾端部开有孔,安装有销轴(18),销轴(18)铰接着两个主体结构(1、2).
2、主体结构(2)上部为多功能钳口,中部突出部位下端面开有棘齿,棘齿的基圆的圆心为销轴(18)的圆心,主体结构(2)的尾部为钳柄,钳柄可以采用中空结构,空腔里面可以安装实用小部件。
3、手柄(3)上部通过销轴(16)与主体结构(1)铰接,邻近处通过销轴(17)与棘爪(4)铰接,稍下部位通过小销轴(15)与连杆(8)连接,手柄(3)可以采用中空结构,空腔里面可以按需安装实用小零件。
4、棘爪(4)通过小销轴(14)与连杆(7)连接,连杆(7)支承着预压弹簧(11),弹簧(11)另一端压在销轴(5)上,连杆(7)端部有一个限位螺母(9)。
5、连杆(8)支承着预压弹簧(12),弹簧(12)另一端压在销轴(6)上,连杆(8)端部有一个限位螺母(10)。
本发明通过下文的详细描述并结合附图将能被完全理解,下述附图并不是对本发明的限定,而仅是为了便于解释和理解。
图1是本发明双阶段钳处于第一阶段状态示意图。

图3是主要部件(1、2、3、4、5、6)的直视和侧视示意图,构件的直视图和侧视图并排靠近,构件(5、6)图表示的是销轴(5、6)能转动,和销轴侧视能看到中部贯通孔。
图4是钳子处于闭合和打开状态的外观大致示意图,图中只包含了3个主要构件。
以下结合说明书附图对本发明做进一步说明。
1、双阶段钳,包括主体结构(1)、主体结构(2)和手柄(3),其特征是:
所述主体结构(1)上部为多功能钳口,中部安装有销轴(5)及销轴(6),销轴(5、6)在轴向中部开有径向贯通孔,连杆(7)、(8)可以在贯通孔内运动,销轴(5、6)可以转动,不能轴向运动,主体结构(1)尾部连接着弹簧(13),弹簧(13)另一端连接到主体结构(2),主体结构(1)尾端部开有孔,安装有销轴(18),销轴(18)铰接着两个主体结构(1、2)。

3、手柄(3)上部通过销轴(16)与主体结构(1)铰接,邻近处通过销轴(17)与棘爪(4)铰接,稍下部位通过小销轴(15)与连杆(8)连接,手柄(3)可以采用中空结构,空腔里面可以按需安装实用小零件。
4、棘爪(4)通过小销轴(14)与连杆(7)连接,连杆(7)支承着预压弹簧(11),弹簧(11)另一端压在销轴(5)上,连杆(7)端部有一个限位螺母(9).
5、连杆(8)支承着预压弹簧(12),弹簧(12)另一端压在销轴(6)上,连杆(8)端部有一个限位螺母(10)。
用钳子夹持或剪切工件时,首先会驱动钳柄(2、3),使钳口张开到大于工件相应的尺寸,以便能把工件放进去;预压弹簧(13)有助于张开钳口。当把工件放进钳口之后,便驱动钳柄(2、3)使之闭合;主体结构(1)和手柄(3)通过销轴(16)连接一处,通过小销轴(15)、连杆(8)、预压弹簧(12)、销轴(6)连接另一处,于是主体结构(1)和手柄(3)组成了一个联动体,手柄(3)运动时会通过预压缩弹簧(12)的弹力驱动主体结构(1)运动,进而使钳口闭合并且接触工件(19);在钳口接触到工件之前,闭合钳口所需要的驱动力是很微小的,此时预压缩弹簧(12)提供的预压力足够,弹簧(12)没有被进一步压缩,主体结构(1)和手柄(3)之间没有相对运动,仅靠弹簧力实现钳口闭合,此一阶段便是本发明名称由来之一,称为第一阶段;因为主体结构(1)的长度与主体结构(2)手柄部分的长度之比可以大于1,所以由图可以看出,钳口在第一阶段是能快速闭合的。
当钳口闭合接触到工件时,工件阻止了钳口的继续闭合,此时,操作者继续用力闭合主体结构(2)和手柄(3),于是手柄(3)绕支点销轴(16)转动,棘爪(4)被带动,在预压弹簧(11)的配合下,啮合主体结构(2),啮合完成之后,手柄(3)的继续运动,就会驱动棘爪(4),进而驱动主体结构(2)和主体结构(1)相对运动,实现钳口的闭合,夹持紧工件(19);此一阶段便是本发明名称由来之一,称为第二阶段;因为销轴(16、17)之间的距离较小,由图可以看出,棘爪、钳口的运动线速度相对于手柄(3)下端部的线速度而言是很低的,换言之,钳口具有很高的夹持力。
钳的第二阶段时钳口的行程较小,当需要夹持柔软的工件,或者剪断较粗的线状物体时,如果钳柄闭合到了尽头,钳口还没有达到所需行程时,可以用手握住两个钳头,阻止钳口开
启,然后松开钳柄,等钳柄张开后继续重复闭合钳柄的动作,以此类推,直至钳口达到所需的行程。
当夹持或剪切结束之后,松开钳柄,钳子主要运动部件便做逆运动,先经历第二阶段,然后进入第一阶段,运动过程不再赘述。限位螺母(9、10)可以调整配合间隙,保证钳子正常工作还有操控手感。在第一阶段中,螺母(9)切合并顶住销轴(5),使得棘爪与主体结构(2)不接触。
本发明巧妙的利用分阶段的方式,使得即使在单手操控的情况下,也能保证钳口的开度的很大,和夹持力的很大。所以可以用来当做扳手使用也可以当做大力钳、老虎钳、坚果钳、水管钳、水泵钳、拔钉钳等使用。在当做活动扳手使用时,无需调整蜗轮,可以快速贴合螺母,高效率的工作。拧动螺母时,稍加训练,控制好张开和闭合的节奏,就具备了棘轮扳手的功能。在拧动不是很紧的螺母时,钳口可以在几乎任何位置夹紧螺母,而不必考虑螺母边缘的角度,这样便可以在某些转动受限空间处使用,并且提高了工作效率。
本发明图示的钳子的结构,还可以是其他的结构形式,并不影响本发明根本构思的实现。

- 双阶段钳,包括主体结构(1)、主体结构(2)和手柄(3),其特征是:所述主体结构(1)上部为多功能钳口,中部安装有销轴(5)及销轴(6),销轴(5、6)在轴向中部开有径向贯通孔,连杆(7)、(8)可以在贯通孔内运动,销轴(5、6)可以转动,不能轴向运动,主体结构(1)尾部连接着弹簧(13),弹簧(13)另一端连接到主体结构(2),主体结构(1)尾端部开有孔,安装有销轴(18),销轴(18)铰接着两个主体结构(1、2)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双阶段钳,主体结构(2)上部为多功能钳口,中部突出部位下端面开有棘齿,棘齿的基圆的圆心为销轴(18)的圆心,主体结构(2)的尾部为钳柄,钳柄可以采用中空结构,空腔里面可以安装实用小部件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双阶段钳,手柄(3)上部通过销轴(16)与主体结构(1)铰接,邻近处通过销轴(17)与棘爪(4)铰接,稍下部位通过小销轴(15)与连杆(8)连接,手柄(3)可以采用中空结构,空腔里面可以按需安装实用小零件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双阶段钳,棘爪(4)通过小销轴(14)与连杆(7)连接,连杆(7)支承着预压弹簧(11),弹簧(11)另一端压在销轴(5)上,连杆(7)端部有一个限位螺母(9)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的双阶段钳,连杆(8)支承着预压弹簧(12),弹簧(12)另一端压在销轴(6)上,连杆(8)端部有一个限位螺母(10)。
