医療用バッグユニット
 本発明は、薬液が収容されたバッグ本体と、バッグ本体に一体的に設けられた移送ラインとを備える医療用バッグユニットに関する。
 従来、バッグ本体内の薬液を移送ラインの薬液流路に流通させて生体内に投与する医療用バッグユニットが利用されている。例えば、特許第4658570号公報には、バッグ本体に移送ラインが一体的に設けられた医療用バッグユニットが開示されている。
 上述した医療用バッグユニットは、バッグ本体に移送ラインが一体的に設けられているため、ユニット自体が比較的大きい上、未使用時にバッグ本体と移送ラインとを別々に保管しておくことができない。このような医療用バッグユニットは、未使用時にはコンパクトにすることができるのが望ましい。
 本発明は、このような課題を考慮してなされたものであり、未使用時にコンパクトにすることができる医療用バッグユニットを提供することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成するために、本発明に係る医療用バッグユニットは、薬液が収容された収容部を有するバッグ本体と、バッグ本体に一体的に設けられ、薬液が流通する移送ラインと、を備え、バッグ本体には、未使用時に移送ラインが収納される収納空間を有するライン収納部が設けられていることを特徴とする。

 バッグ本体14は、可撓性を有するフィルム部を互いに重ね且つ接合(融着又は接着)することにより一体的に成形されている。ここで、融着は、例えば、熱融着及び高周波融着等を含み、以下同様である。フィルム部は、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリオレフィンのような軟質な樹脂材料又はアルミニウム等を用いることができる。バッグ本体14の幅寸法(X方向に沿った寸法)は、100mm~500mmであり、バッグ本体14の長さ寸法(Y方向に沿った寸法)は、100mm~500mmである。
 収容部12は、バッグ本体14の厚み方向(X方向とY方向に直交する方向)に互いに対向するように設けられた一組の収容部本体22、24と、これら収容部本体22、24の側部同士を互いに繋ぐ一組の側面部(外面部)26、28とを含んでいる。バッグ本体14は、収容部12の一端側に設けられた第1端部シール部30と、収容部12の他端側に設けられた第2端部シール部32と、収容部12の側方に設けられた一組の側方延出部34、36とを有している。
 第1端部シール部30の幅方向(X方向)の中央には、医療用バッグユニット10Aを図示しないスタンドに吊るすための孔部38が貫通形成されている。側方延出部34は、環状に形成されており、第1端部シール部30及び第2端部シール部32を互いに連結するように各収容部本体22、24からX1方向に延出している。
 換言すれば、側方延出部34は、側面部26の周縁部から延出するように形成されている。側方延出部36は、側方延出部34と同様に構成されているので、その詳細な説明は省略する。側面部26及び側方延出部34は、移送ライン16を収納可能な収納空間S1を形成するライン収納部40として構成されている。すなわち、収容空間S1は、収容部12に向かって凹状に形成されている。そのため、バッグ本体14をコンパクトに構成することができる。
 移送ライン16は、側面部26から延出したチューブ部材(管状部材)であって、その内孔は、収容部12内の薬液が流通する薬液流路として機能する。本実施形態では、移送ライン16の一端部は、側面部26の他端部(Y2方向の端部)に接合(融着又は接着)されている。ただし、移送ライン16の一端部は、側面部26の任意の位置に接合されていてもよい。移送ライン16の延出長は、収容部12内の薬液を生体内に導入可能な落差を生じさせることができるような長さに設定されている。具体的には、移送ライン16の長さ寸法(Y方向に沿った寸法)は、10mm~1000mmである。また、移送ライン16の内径は、10mm~50mmである。
 コネクタ18は、生体内に挿入される図示しないチューブに設けられたチューブ側コネクタに接続可能な構成を有する中空部材であって、移送ライン16の他端部に接合されている。コネクタ18は、移送ライン16の延在方向に延在している。キャップ20は、薬液を収容部12内及び移送ライン16内に封止するための封止部である。
 本実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Aは、基本的には以上のように構成されるものであり、次に、医療用バッグユニット10Aの作用効果について説明する。
 医療用バッグユニット10Aは、バッグ本体14に移送ライン16が一体的に設けられているため、ユニット自体が比較的長くなる。そのため、未使用時では、図2に示すように、移送ライン16は、側方延出部34の内面に沿って周方向に巻きながらライン収納部40の収納空間S1に収納される。このとき、移送ライン16は、その復元力によって側方延出部34の内面に押圧されるため、収納空間S1内に収納された状態で保持される。これにより、未使用時に医療用バッグユニット10Aをコンパクトにすることができる。
 医療用バッグユニット10Aを使用する際には、まず、バッグ本体14の鉛直下方に移送ライン16が位置するように、図示しないスタンドのフック等を孔部38に通して医療用バッグユニット10Aをスタンドに掛ける。
 このとき、移送ライン16がバッグ本体14に対して一体的に設けられているため、落差発生用のチューブ等を医療用バッグに対して接続する必要はない。よって、薬液投与の準備に係る工程及び工数を削減することができる。
 続いて、キャップ20を開封し、生体内に挿入された図示しないチューブのチューブコネクタに対してコネクタ18を接続し、生体内への薬液の投与を開始する。そうすると、移送ライン16の落差によって収容部12内の薬液は、移送ライン16の内孔及び図示しないチューブの内孔を介して生体内に導入される。
 本実施形態によれば、移送ライン16が収納空間S1に巻かれた状態で収納されているので、移送ライン16を収納空間S1にコンパクトに収納することができる。
 本実施形態は、上述した構成に限定されない。移送ライン16は、第2端部シール部32に接合されていてもよい。この場合、移送ライン16をライン収納部40の収納空間S1に収納することができる。また、移送ライン16は、側面部28に接合されていてもよい。この場合、移送ライン16は、側面部28及び側方延出部36によって形成される収納空間に収納されることとなる。
(第2実施形態)
 次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Bについて説明する。なお、第2実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Bにおいて、第1実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Aと同一の構成要素には同一の参照符号を付し、詳細な説明は省略する。
 図3に示すように、本実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Bは、薬液が収容された収容部42を有するバッグ本体44と、バッグ本体44に一体的に設けられた移送ライン16とを備えている。バッグ本体44の幅寸法及び長さ寸法は、上述したバッグ本体14の幅寸法及び長さ寸法と同様に設定される。
 収容部42は、一組の収容部本体46、48と、これら収容部本体46、48の底部同士を互いに繋ぐ底面部(外面部)50とを含んでいる。バッグ本体44は、収容部42の一端側に設けられた端部シール部52と、収容部42の側方に設けられた一組の側方シール部54、56と、収容部42の他端側に設けられた底部延出部58とを有している。
 端部シール部52は、各側方シール部54、56の一端部同士を連結している。各側方シール部54、56は、端部シール部52から直線状に延出している。
 底部延出部58は、環状に形成されており、各側方シール部54、56を互いに連結するように収容部本体46、48からY2方向に延出している。換言すれば、底部延出部58は、底面部50の周縁部から延出するように形成されている。底面部50及び底部延出部58は、移送ライン16を収納可能な収納空間S2を形成するライン収納部60として構成されている。すなわち、収納空間S2は、収容部42に向かって凹状に形成されている。そのため、バッグ本体44をコンパクトに構成することができる。
 移送ライン16の一端部は、底面部50の中央に一体的に設けられている。ただし、移送ライン16の一端部は、底面部50の任意の位置に接合されていてもよい。このように、移送ライン16の一端部を底面部50に一体的に設けているため、医療用バッグユニット10Bの使用時にバッグ本体44の鉛直下方に移送ライン16を容易に配置することができる。これにより、収容部42内の薬液を移送ライン16内に確実に流通させることができる。
 本実施形態では、図4A及び図4Bに示すように、未使用時において、移送ライン16は、底部延出部58の内面に沿って周方向に巻きながらライン収納部60の収納空間S2に収納される。このとき、移送ライン16は、その復元力によって底部延出部58の内面に押圧されるため、収容空間S2に収納された状態で保持される。これにより、未使用時に医療用バッグユニット10Bをコンパクトにすることができる。
 また、バッグ本体44は、移送ライン16が収納空間S2に収納された状態で自立可能になっている。そのため、未使用時にバッグ本体44を自立させた状態で保管することができる。さらに、バッグ本体44を自立させた状態で、バッグ本体44の底面側の収納空間S2に移送ライン16が収納されているため、移送ライン16が収納空間S2から外側に出てしまうことを効果的に抑えることができる。
(第3実施形態)
 次に、本発明の第3実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Cについて説明する。なお、第3実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Cにおいて、第2実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Bと同一の構成要素には同一の参照符号を付し、詳細な説明は省略する。
 図5に示すように、本実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Cは、収容部62を有するバッグ本体64と、バッグ本体64に一体的に設けられた移送ライン66とを備えている。なお、バッグ本体64の幅寸法及び長さ寸法は、上述したバッグ本体14の幅寸法及び長さ寸法と同様に設定され、移送ライン66の長さ寸法及び内径は、上述した移送ライン16の長さ寸法及び内径と同様に設定される。バッグ本体64の底面部65は、収容部本体46、48に設けられた底面部本体68、70と、底面部本体68、70の側方に設けられた一組の底部シール部72、74とを有している。
 一組の底部シール部72、74は、移送ライン66に向かって互いに近接する方向に傾斜している。つまり、底面部65は、移送ライン66に向かって幅狭に形成されている。底面部65及び底部延出部58は、移送ライン66を収容可能な収納空間S3を形成するライン収容部76として構成されている。すなわち、収納空間S3は、収容部62に向かって凹状に形成されている。そのため、バッグ本体64をコンパクトに構成することができる。
 移送ライン66は、可撓性を有するフィルム部を互いに重ね且つ接合(融着又は接着)することにより一体的に成形されている。このフィルム部は、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリオレフィンのような軟質な樹脂材料又はアルミニウム等を用いることができる。
 移送ライン66は、薬液が流通する薬液流路を形成するラインフィルム部78、80と、ラインフィルム部78、80の側方に設けられた一組のラインシール部82、84と、ラインシール部82、84同士を繋ぐ端部シール部86とを有している。ラインフィルム部78、80は、底面部本体68、70に連なり、ラインシール部82、84は、底部シール部72、74に連なっている。コネクタ18は、移送ライン66の他端部に幅方向に延在した状態で接合されている。つまり、図5の例では、移送ライン66の延在方向(Y方向)とコネクタ18の軸線とのなす角度が90度に設定されている。ただし、移送ライン66の延在方向とコネクタ18の軸線とのなす角度は、特に限定されず、例えば、0度以上90度以下の範囲に設定可能である。
 このように、移送ライン66を底面部65に一体的に設けているため、医療用バッグユニット10Cの使用時にバッグ本体64の鉛直下方に移送ライン66を容易に配置することができる。これにより、収容部62内の薬液を移送ライン66内に確実に流通させることができる。
 本実施形態では、図6に示すように、未使用時において、移送ライン66は、コネクタ18及びキャップ20を軸にして筒状に巻かれた状態でライン収容部76の収納空間S3に収納され、テープ等の貼着部材88によってバッグ本体64に係止されている。これにより、未使用時に医療用バッグユニット10Cをコンパクトにすることができる。
 また、バッグ本体64は、移送ライン66が収納空間S3に収納された状態で自立可能になっている。そのため、未使用時にバッグ本体64を自立させた状態で保管することができる。さらに、バッグ本体64を自立させた状態で、バッグ本体64の底面側の収納空間S3に移送ライン66が収納されているため、移送ライン66が収納空間S3から外側に出てしまうことを効果的に抑えることができる。
 本実施形態は、上述した構成に限定されない。コネクタ18及びキャップ20は、移送ライン66の延在方向に沿って延在するように移送ライン66の他端部に接合されていてもよい。
 本発明に係る医療用バッグユニットは、上述の実施形態に限らず、本発明の要旨を逸脱することなく、種々の構成乃至方法を採り得ることはもちろんである。

Claims (7)

  1.  薬液が収容された収容部(12、42、62)を有するバッグ本体(14、44、64)と、
     前記バッグ本体(14、44、64)に一体的に設けられ、前記薬液が流通する移送ライン(16、66)と、を備え、
     前記バッグ本体(14、44、64)には、未使用時に前記移送ライン(16、66)が収納される収納空間(S1~S3)を有するライン収納部(40、60、76)が設けられていることを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)。
  2.  請求項1記載の医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)において、
     前記移送ライン(16、66)は、巻かれた状態で前記収納空間(S1~S3)に収納されていることを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)。
  3.  請求項1又は2に記載の医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)において、
     前記収納空間(S1~S3)は、前記収容部(12、42、62)に向かって凹状に形成されていることを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)。
  4.  請求項3記載の医療用バッグユニット(10A、10B)において、
     前記ライン収納部(40、60)は、
     前記収容部(12、42)を構成する外面部(26、28、50)と、
     前記外面部(26、28、50)の周縁部から延出した延出部(34、36、58)と、を有し、
     前記収納空間(S1、S2)は、前記外面部(26、28、50)及び前記延出部(34、36、58)によって形成されていることを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A、10B)。
  5.  請求項4記載の医療用バッグユニット(10A、10B)において、
     前記移送ライン(16)は、前記外面部(26、28、50)に一体的に設けられていることを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A、10B)。
  6.  請求項4又は5に記載の医療用バッグユニット(10B)において、
     前記外面部(50)は、前記収容部(42)の底面部(50)であり、
     前記バッグ本体(44)は、前記移送ライン(16)が前記収納空間(S2)に収納された状態で自立可能であることを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10B)。
  7.  請求項4又は5に記載の医療用バッグユニット(10A)において、
     前記外面部(26、28)は、前記収容部(12)の側面部(26、28)であることを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A)。
