Claims (17)
- 交互に積層された弾性層及び剛性層を有する積層体と、この積層体の内部に密閉されて設けられていると共に積層方向に伸びた中空部と、この中空部に密に充填されていると共に積層体の剪断方向の振動エネルギを吸収して積層体の剪断方向の振動を減衰させる振動減衰体と、積層体の剪断方向の振動での振動減衰体の変形において中空部の積層方向の一端部における振動減衰体の塑性流動を案内補助するべく、振動減衰体の積層方向の一端部に接触する流動案内凹面を有していると共に中空部の積層方向の一端を閉塞する閉塞部材とを具備しており、中空部は、弾性層及び剛性層の内周面と流動案内凹面とで規定されている免震装置。
- 中空部は、弾性層及び剛性層の内周面で規定された円柱状中空部と、流動案内凹面で規定された半球状中空部とを具備しており、流動案内凹面は、半凹球面を具備している請求項1に記載の免震装置。
- 中空部は、弾性層及び剛性層の内周面で規定された円柱状中空部と、流動案内凹面で規定された円錐台状中空部とを具備しており、流動案内凹面は、半凹球面と、この半凹球面に連接された平坦面とを具備している請求項1に記載の免震装置。
- 中空部は、弾性層及び剛性層の内周面で規定された四角柱状中空部と、流動案内凹面で規定された半円柱状中空部とを具備しており、流動案内凹面は、半円筒凹面を具備している請求項1に記載の免震装置。
- 中空部は、弾性層及び剛性層の内周面で規定された四角柱状中空部と、流動案内凹面で規定された方形台状中空部とを具備しており、流動案内凹面は、一対の半円筒凹面と、この一対の半円筒凹面の夫々に連接された平坦面とを具備している請求項1に記載の免震装置。
- 積層体の剪断方向の振動での振動減衰体の変形において中空部の積層方向の他端部における振動減衰体の塑性流動を案内補助するべく、振動減衰体の積層方向の他端部に接触する他の流動案内凹面を有していると共に中空部の積層方向の他端を閉塞する他の閉塞部材とを更に具備しており、中空部は、更に他の流動案内凹面で規定されている請求項1に記載の免震装置。
- 中空部は、弾性層及び剛性層の内周面で規定された円柱状中空部と、他の流動案内凹面で規定された半球状中空部とを具備しており、他の流動案内凹面は、半凹球面を具備している請求項6に記載の免震装置。
- 中空部は、弾性層及び剛性層の内周面で規定された円柱状中空部と、他の流動案内凹面で規定された円錐台状中空部とを具備しており、他の流動案内凹面は、半凹球面と、この半凹球面に連接された平坦面とを具備している請求項6に記載の免震装置。
- 中空部は、弾性層及び剛性層の内周面で規定された四角柱状中空部と、他の流動案内凹面で規定された半円柱状中空部とを具備しており、他の流動案内凹面は、半円筒凹面を具備している請求項6に記載の免震装置。
- 中空部は、弾性層及び剛性層の内周面で規定された四角柱状中空部と、他の流動案内凹面で規定された方形台状中空部とを具備しており、他の流動案内凹面は、一対の半円筒凹面と、この一対の半円筒凹面の夫々に連接された平坦面とを具備している請求項6に記載の免震装置。
- 振動減衰体は、振動エネルギの吸収を変形で行う減衰材料からなる請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の免震装置。
- 減衰材料は、鉛、錫、亜鉛、アルミニウム、銅、ニッケル又はこれらの合金からなる請求項11に記載の免震装置。
- 減衰材料は、鉛、錫、非鉛系低融点合金からなる請求項11に記載の免震装置。
- 減衰材料は、亜鉛・アルミニウム合金等の超塑性合金からなる請求項11に記載の免震装置。
- 振動減衰体は、振動エネルギの吸収を塑性流動で行う減衰材料からなる請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の免震装置。
- 減衰材料は、熱可塑性樹脂と、ゴム粉とを含んでいる請求項15に記載の免震装置。
- 減衰材料は、熱硬化性樹脂と、ゴム粉とを含んでいる請求項15に記載の免震装置。
