Description
本発明の第3の態様に係る防振構造体は、第1の態様又は第2の態様に係る防振構造体において、前記貫通穴及び前記内側弾性体の少なくとも一方が、前記積層方向の一端側が小径となるテーパー状であること、を特徴としている。
上記構成によれば、貫通穴へ内側弾性体を挿入しやすくなり、作業性を向上させることができる。
本発明の請求項2に係る防振構造体は、請求項1に記載の防振構造体において、前記複合積層材には、前記制限部材により予備圧縮が加えられていることを特徴としている。
本発明の請求項5に係る防振構造体は、複数の剛性を有する硬質板と粘弾性的性質を有する軟質板とが交互に積層された複合積層材と、前記複合積層材の積層方向の両側に各々積層された上板及び下板と、前記複合積層材と別体とされて前記複合積層材を前記積層方向に貫通する貫通穴に配置された内側弾性体と、少なくとも一部が前記内側弾性体に埋設され、一端が前記上板に連結されると共に他端が前記下板に連結され、前記上板と前記下板の離間を制限する制限部材と、を備え、前記複合積層材には、前記制限部材により予備圧縮が加えられ、前記内側弾性体の外周面と前記複合積層材の内周面とが、前記予備圧縮により隙間なく当接している。
本発明の請求項6に係る防振構造体は、請求項5に記載の防振構造体において、前記貫通穴及び前記内側弾性体の少なくとも一方が、前記積層方向の一端側が小径となるテーパー状であることを特徴としている。

Claims (6)
- 複数の剛性を有する硬質板と粘弾性的性質を有する軟質板とが交互に積層された複合積層材と、
前記複合積層材の積層方向の両側に各々積層された上板及び下板と、
前記複合積層材と別体とされて前記複合積層材を前記積層方向に貫通する貫通穴に配置された内側弾性体と、
少なくとも一部が前記内側弾性体に埋設され、一端が前記上板に連結されると共に他端が前記下板に連結され、前記上板と前記下板の離間を制限する制限部材と、を備え、
前記内側弾性体には、前記制限部材により予備圧縮が加えられている防振構造体。 - 前記複合積層材には、前記制限部材により予備圧縮が加えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の防振構造体。
- 前記内側弾性体の外周面と前記複合積層材の内周面とが、前記予備圧縮により隙間なく当接していることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の防振構造体。
- 前記貫通穴及び前記内側弾性体の少なくとも一方は、前記積層方向の一端側が小径となるテーパー状であること、を特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の防振構造体。
- 複数の剛性を有する硬質板と粘弾性的性質を有する軟質板とが交互に積層された複合積層材と、
前記複合積層材の積層方向の両側に各々積層された上板及び下板と、
前記複合積層材と別体とされて前記複合積層材を前記積層方向に貫通する貫通穴に配置された内側弾性体と、
少なくとも一部が前記内側弾性体に埋設され、一端が前記上板に連結されると共に他端が前記下板に連結され、前記上板と前記下板の離間を制限する制限部材と、を備え、
前記複合積層材には、前記制限部材により予備圧縮が加えられ、
前記内側弾性体の外周面と前記複合積層材の内周面とが、前記予備圧縮により隙間なく当接している防振構造体。 - 前記貫通穴及び前記内側弾性体の少なくとも一方は、前記積層方向の一端側が小径となるテーパー状であること、を特徴とする、請求項5に記載の防振構造体。
