现有的带抽屉的家用电器,如抽屉式微波炉、抽屉式烤箱、抽屉式消毒柜、抽屉式洗碗机等,安装在房车、火车等移动的环境中时,因惯性的作用,或者因地理条件、路面不平整等原因,抽屉会被打开,导致内部的所装物被甩出,存在安全隐患,而且儿童容易打开抽屉,存在被抽屉夹到手或烫伤等风险。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种抽屉能够被锁定的带抽屉的厨房电器。

优选地,如图8所示,第一连接部411和第二连接部422通过铆钉43连接,铆钉43与第一连接部411之间设置有弹性垫片44,增强了第一连接部411相对于第二连接部422的可活动性,缓解了第一连接部411与第二连接部422之间的摩擦力。
优选地,如图8、图10至图13所示,第一连接部411上与第二连接部422相对的表面凸出形成凸起4111,第二连接部422上开设有与凸起4111相配合的第一限位孔4221和第二限位孔4222,延伸部412转动至门体3前方时,凸起4111插入第一限位孔4221内,延伸部412转动至门体3的侧面时,凸起4111插入第二限位孔4222内。
上述实施例中,延伸部412转动至门体3的前方和侧面时,凸起4111分别插入第一限位孔4221和第二限位孔4222内,实现锁扣41的定位,防止用户过度转动锁扣41或转动锁扣41不到位的情况,使得门体3锁定时,锁扣41对门体3的锁定效果最佳,门体3解锁后,保证用户能够自由的抽出抽屉2。当然,也可以在第一连接部411上设置限位孔,第二连接部422上与第一连接部411相对的端面上设置第一凸起和第二凸起,门体3解锁或锁定状态下,第一凸起和第二凸起分别插入限位孔内。
优选地,如图10至图12所示,凸起4111与延伸部412位于铆钉43的两侧,即凸起4111位于第一连接部411的自由端,由于自由端具有较佳的弹性变形能力,因此将凸起4111设在自由端,既能实现对第一连接部411的定位,又不降低锁扣41相对于固定座42的转动能力。
进一步地,如图13所示,第一限位孔4221和第二限位孔4222均呈椭圆形,两椭圆形的长轴所在的直线相互垂直。
上述实施例中,优选地,椭圆形的长轴位于第一连接部411转动的径向上,从而增强第一限位孔4221和第二限位孔4222对凸起4111的定位能力;两椭圆形的长轴所在的直线相互垂直,使得门体3从锁定状态到解锁状态时,第一连接部411转过的角度为90°,操作方便,且使得门体3锁定状态下,延伸部412位于门体3的正前方,锁定效果最佳,门体3处于解锁状态下,延伸部412完全位于门体3的侧面,与门体3的抽出动作不发生干涉,保证门体3的自由抽出和推入。
进一步地,如图8、图10至图13所示,第二连接部422上与第一连接部411相对的表面凸出形成第一限位挡块4223和第二限位挡块4224,第一连接部411在第一限位挡块4223和第二限位挡块4224形成的限位空间内转动,延伸部412转动至门体3前方时,第一连接部411的一侧壁与第一限位挡块4223相抵接,延伸部412转动至门体3侧面时,第一连接部411的另一侧壁与第二限位挡块4224相抵接。
上述实施例中,延伸部412在第一限位挡块4223和第二限位挡块4224之间转动,当门体3锁定时,第一连接部411的一侧壁抵接在第一限位挡块4223上,门体3解锁时,第一连接部411的另一侧壁抵接在第二限位挡块4224上,从而限定锁扣41转动的角度范围,用户使用过程中,转动延伸部412,转至第一连接部411的侧壁与第一限位挡块4223或第二限位挡块4224相抵接处即可停止转动,使得门体3处于完全锁定或解锁的状态;优选地,第二连接部422上同时设置第一限位孔4221、第二限位孔4222和第一限位挡块4223和第二限位挡块4224,当用户转动锁扣41时用力过大,使得凸起4111从第一限位孔4221或第二限位孔4222中脱出时,第一限位挡块4223和第二限位挡块4224可继续发挥限位和定位作用,从而增强限位锁扣组件4使用的可靠性和稳定性。
优选地,如图1和图2所示,带抽屉的微波炉100上设有两个限位锁扣组件4,两个限位锁扣组件4分别位于控制面板12的左右两端,将右端的锁扣41向右转动至门体3的右侧面,左端的锁扣41向左转动至门体3的左侧面,实现门体3的解锁;将右端的锁扣41向左转动,转至门体3的前方,将左端的锁扣41向右转动,转至门体3的前方,实现门体3的锁定。
本发明的第二个实施例中,限位锁扣组件4位于本体1的前端面上,锁扣41的一端通过转动轴与本体1可转动连接,转动轴沿水平方向设置,以使锁扣41在竖直面内转动,并可转至门体3的前方和门体3的上方。
上述实施例中,限位锁扣组件4位于本体1的前端面上,并位于容纳腔11的上方,锁扣41的一端通过转动轴与本体1可转动连接,另一端凸出容纳腔11的前端开口,锁扣41在竖直平面内转动,锁扣41向下转动,实现锁扣41的另一端位于门体3的前方,将门体3锁定;将锁扣41向上转动,使锁扣 41的另一端位于门体3的上方,实现门体3的解锁。
优选地,如图1所示,带抽屉的微波炉100可安装在橱柜6中。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的带抽屉的厨房电器,锁扣41的一端与本体1可转动连接,且锁扣41的另一端凸出本体1的前端开口,使得锁扣41的另一端可转动至门体3的前方,将门体3锁定,使得抽屉2无法从容纳腔11内抽出,这样,该带抽屉的厨房电器应用在火车等移动的环境中时,不会出现因为惯性或路面不平等外在原因而使抽屉2打开的情况,避免了抽屉2内的所装物被甩出,且避免了儿童打开抽屉2被夹到手或烫伤等安全隐患的发生,增强了带抽屉的厨房电器的使用安全性。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有规定或说明,术语“连接”、“固定”等均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接,或电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
本说明书的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或单元必须具有特定的方向、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此,不能理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带抽屉的厨房电器,其特征在于,包括:
    本体,所述本体具有前端开口的容纳腔;
    抽屉,所述抽屉位于所述容纳腔内,且所述抽屉的前端固定连接有门体,所述门体可带动所述抽屉相对于所述本体运动,以将所述抽屉抽出或推入所述容纳腔;和
    限位锁扣组件,安装在所述容纳腔的上方,所述限位锁扣组件包括锁扣,所述锁扣的一端与所述本体可转动连接,所述锁扣的另一端凸出所述本体的前端开口,所述锁扣的所述另一端可转动至所述门体的前方的位置,限制所述抽屉从所述容纳腔内抽出,且所述锁扣的所述另一端可转动至脱离所述门体的前方的位置,使所述抽屉能够从所述容纳腔内抽出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带抽屉的厨房电器,其特征在于,
    所述限位锁扣组件位于靠近所述本体侧壁的位置处,所述锁扣的所述一端通过转动轴与所述本体可转动连接,所述转动轴沿竖直方向设置,以使所述锁扣在水平面内转动,并可转动至所述门体的前方和所述门体的侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带抽屉的厨房电器,其特征在于,
    所述锁扣呈L型,所述锁扣包括第一连接部及所述第一连接部向下延伸形成的延伸部,所述第一连接部与所述本体通过所述转动轴可转动连接,所述延伸部可转动至所述门体的前方和所述门体的侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带抽屉的厨房电器,其特征在于,
    所述本体的前端设有控制面板,且所述控制面板位于所述门体的上方,所述第一连接部位于所述门体与所述控制面板之间,并与所述控制面板的下端面通过所述转动轴可转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带抽屉的厨房电器,其特征在于,
    所述限位锁扣组件还包括固定座,所述固定座包括固定部及与所述固定部相连接的第二连接部,所述固定部固定在所述控制面板的背面,所述第二连接部位于所述控制面板与所述门体之间,且所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部通过所述转动轴可转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的带抽屉的厨房电器,其特征在于,
    所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部通过铆钉连接,所述铆钉与所述第一连接部之间设置有弹性垫片。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的带抽屉的厨房电器,其特征在于,
    所述第一连接部上与所述第二连接部相对的表面凸出形成凸起,所述第二连接部上开设有与所述凸起相配合的第一限位孔和第二限位孔,所述延伸部转动至所述门体前方时,所述凸起插入所述第一限位孔内,所述延伸部转动至所述门体的侧面时,所述凸起插入所述第二限位孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带抽屉的厨房电器,其特征在于,
    所述第一限位孔和所述第二限位孔均呈椭圆形,两所述椭圆形的长轴所在的直线相互垂直。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的带抽屉的厨房电器,其特征在于,
    所述第二连接部上与所述第一连接部相对的表面凸出形成第一限位挡块和第二限位挡块,所述第一连接部在所述第一限位挡块和所述第二限位挡块形成的限位空间内转动,所述延伸部转动至所述门体前方时,所述第一连接部的一侧壁与所述第一限位挡块相抵接,所述延伸部转动至所述门体侧面时,所述第一连接部的另一侧壁与所述第二限位挡块相抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的带抽屉的厨房电器,其特征在于,
    所述限位锁扣组件位于所述本体的前端面上,所述锁扣的所述一端通过转动轴与所述本体可转动连接,所述转动轴沿水平方向设置,以使所述锁扣在竖直面内转动,并可转至所述门体的前方和所述门体的上方。
