本申请涉及家用电器技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种门锁装置及烹饪电器。
烹饪电器(例如微波炉)主要是通过用户直接拉门或按开门按键来开启,开门力的大小在25N以内,儿童很容易误触开门按键或拉手,轻按或轻拉即可打开烹饪电器,如此儿童很容易被烹饪电器内加热后的食物烫伤,存在很大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本申请实施方式提供一种门锁装置及烹饪电器。
本申请实施方式提供一种烹饪电器的门锁装置。烹饪电器包括箱体,箱体设有锁止部。所述门锁装置包括卡接件及限定组件。所述卡接件可移动地设在门体上,所述卡接件包括卡钩,所述卡钩与所述锁止部配合或脱离。所述限定组件设于门体,所述限定组件包括转动件,所述转动件能够相对所述卡接件转动而在锁定状态及解锁状态之间切换。其中,所述转动件切换至所述解锁状态时避让所述卡接件,所述卡接件能够在第一方向上移动以与所述锁止部脱离或配合;所述转动件切换至所述锁定状态时,所述转动件用于限定所述卡接件在所述第一方向的移动位移,使所述卡钩保持与所述锁止部配合。
在某些实施例中,所述转动件处于所述锁定状态时,所述转动件的至少部分结构位于所述卡接件在所述第一方向上的运动路径之内,所述转动件与所述卡接件在第一方向上的间隔小于预定距离;所述转动件处于所述解锁状态时,所述转动件位于所述卡接件在所述第一方向上的运动路径之外。
在某些实施例中,所述转动件位于所述锁定状态时,所述转动件的至少一部分止抵于所述卡接件以限制所述卡接件的移动。
在某些实施例中,所述限定组件还包括传动件及施力件。所述施力件通过所述传动件与所述转动件连接,所述施力件能够相对所述门体转动,以带动所述转动件转动。在某些实施例中,所述限定组件还包括支座及第一弹性件。所述支座设在所述门体上。所述第一弹性件的两端分别与所述支座和所述转动件连接,在所述转动件处于所述解锁状态时,所述第一弹性件用于对所述转动件提供朝向所述锁止状态转动的回复力。
在某些实施例中,所述门锁装置还包括限位组件,限位组件设于所述门体,所述限位组件具有限制状态和避让状态,所述卡钩与所述锁止部分离且所述转动件位于解锁状态时,所述限位组件切换至所述限制状态以限制所述转动件由所述解锁状态转动至所述锁定状态;所述限位组件切换至所述避让状态时,所述限位组件避让所述转动件的转动。
在某些实施例中,所述限位组件包括限位块。所述限位块能够相对所述门体移动以在第一位置与第二位置之间切换,所述第一位置相较于所述第二位置更靠近所述卡接件。在 所述限制状态,所述限位块位于所述第一位置,且所述限位块与所述转动件抵触;在所述避让状态,所述限位块位于所述第二位置以避让所述转动件的转动。
在某些实施例中,所述限位块位于所述卡接件的一侧,所述卡接件移动时推动所述限位块移动以使得所述限位块在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间切换。
在某些实施例中,所述限位组件还包括固定件及第二弹性件。所述固定件与所述门体固定连接,并设于所述限位块远离所述卡接件的一侧。所述第二弹性件用于弹性连接所述限位块及所述固定件,在所述限位块位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述第二弹性件能够发生弹性形变,以对所述限位块提供朝向所述第一位置移动的回复力。
在某些实施例中,所述限位组件还包括连接件,所述连接件连接所述固定件和所述限位块。所述固定件包括支撑部及导引部。所述支撑部与所述连接件配合或脱离。所述导引部设有连通的第一导槽和第二导槽。其中:在所述卡钩与所述锁止部脱离的过程中,所述连接件脱离所述支撑部,并在所述第二弹性件的驱动下沿所述第一导槽朝接近所述卡接件的方向运动,以带动所述限位块移动至所述第一位置;在所述卡钩与所述锁止部进行配合的过程中,所述卡接件推动所述限位块和所述连接件沿所述第二导槽朝远离所述卡接件的方向运动后,所述限位块在所述第二弹性件的回复力作用下带动所述连接件下落,以重新被所述支撑部支撑。
在某些实施例中,所述支撑部设有支撑槽,所述支撑槽分别与所述第一导槽和所述第二导槽连通,所述限位块位于所述第二位置时,所述连接件支撑在所述支撑槽内。
在某些实施例中,所述第二导槽设有朝向所述支撑槽倾斜延伸的导引面以将所述连接件导引至所述支撑槽。
在某些实施例中,所述门锁装置还包括第三弹性件。所述第三弹性件分别与所述卡接件和所述门体相连,所述第三弹性件朝向所述卡接件施加回复力使得所述卡接件朝向锁门位置移动,在所述锁门位置所述卡钩与所述锁止部配合。
本申请实施方式提供一种烹饪电器,烹饪电器包括上述任意一项实施例中所述的门锁装置。所述门锁装置设在所述门体,所述箱体设有锁止部。
在某些实施例中,所述门体包括主体、门封及门窗。所述限定组件设于所述主体。所述门封设于所述主体靠近所述箱体的一侧,所述门锁装置的固定件设于所述门封。所述门窗设于所述主体远离所述箱体的一侧,所述门锁装置的施力件位于所述门窗远离所述主体的一侧,所述施力件与所述转动件相连。
在某些实施例中,所述烹饪电器还包括阻挡件。所述阻挡件设于所述门窗远离所述主体的一侧,并位于所述施力件的转动路径上,所述阻挡件用于限制所述施力件的转动角度以将所述转动件限制于所述解锁状态。
本申请的门锁装置及烹饪电器,通过在门体设置限定组件,在限定组件中的转动件处于锁定状态的情况下,转动件能够限定卡接件在第一方向上移动位移,使卡接件保持与锁止部配合,从而保持门体合在箱体上,避免用户,尤其是没有成人陪同的孩童误操作而轻易打开门体,从而能够提高用户使用烹饪电器的安全性。

为了解决上述问题,请参阅图1至图4,本申请实施方式提供一种烹饪电器1000的门锁装置100。烹饪电器1000包括箱体300,箱体300设有锁止部301。门锁装置100包括卡接件10及限定组件20。卡接件10可移动地设在门体200上,卡接件10包括卡钩11,卡钩11与锁止部301配合或脱离。限定组件20设于门体200,限定组件20包括转动件21,转动件21能够相对卡接件10转动而在锁定状态及解锁状态之间切换。其中,转动件21切换至解锁状态时避让卡接件10,卡接件10能够在第一方向D1上移动以与锁止部301脱离或配合;转动件21切换至锁定状态时,转动件21用于限定卡接件21在第一方向D1的移动位移,使卡钩11保持与锁止部301配合。
本申请的门锁装置100通过在门体200设置限定组件20,转动限定组件20中的转动件21能够使转动件21在锁定状态及解锁状态之间切换,在转动件21处于锁定状态的情况下,转动件21能够限定卡接件10在第一方向D1上移动位移,使卡钩11保持与锁止部301配合,从而保持门体200合在箱体300上,避免用户,尤其是没有成人陪同的孩童误操作而轻易打开门体200。当用户需要打开门体200时,需要先转动转动件21,以使转动件21处于解锁状态;卡接件10失去转动件21的限定作用后,此时再正常打开门体200(例如直接拽拉门体200或按开门按键),卡接件10能够在第一方向D1上移动,以与锁止部301脱离,从而使得门体200从箱体300上打开。由于用户在打开门体200之前,需要先转动转动件21,即增加了打开门体200的步骤,能够避免由于误操作而轻易打开门体200,从而能够提高用户使用烹饪电器1000的安全性。
具体地,卡接件10可移动地设在门体200上。卡接件10包括相背的第一侧及第二侧,第一侧相较于第二侧更靠近转动件21。其中,第一方向D1是指自第二侧向第一侧的方向,第一方向D1的反方向是指自第一侧向第二侧的方向。下文中所提及的第一方向D1及第一方向D1的反方向也是如此,不再赘述。
在卡接件10包括卡钩11,卡钩11能够与锁止部301配合或脱离,以使卡接件10能够与锁止部301配合或脱离。其中,在卡接件10与锁止部301配合的情况下,卡钩11与锁止部301配合,能够保持门体200合在箱体300上;在卡接件10与锁止部301脱离的情况下,卡钩11与锁止部301脱离,能够将门体200从箱体300上打开。
需要说明的是,在卡接件10与锁止部301配合的过程中,或在卡接件10与锁止部301脱离的过程中,卡接件10均需要在第一方向D1上移动一定距离。具体地,如图2所示,锁止部301设有收容空间及挡片302,挡片302包括向靠近卡接件10一侧倾斜的斜面。在卡接件10与锁止部301配合的过程中,卡接件10中的卡钩11沿挡片302的斜面朝向收容空间移动,当卡钩11移动超过斜面靠近收容空间方向的尽头时,卡钩11落入收容空间中,以使卡钩11勾在挡片302上,从而实现卡钩11与锁止部301的配合,也即实现卡接件10与锁止部301的配合。可以理解,在卡钩11沿挡片302的斜面朝向收容空间移动的过程中,卡钩11在第一方向D1上移动了一定距离,也即卡接件10在第一方向D1也移动了一定距离;在卡钩11落入收容空间的过程中,卡钩11在第一方向D1的反方向上移动了一定距离,也即卡接件10在第一方向D1的方向也移动了一定距离。同样地,在卡接件10与锁止部301脱离的过程中,卡钩11需要先在第一方向D1上移动一定距离,即背离挡片302的方向移动,以脱离挡片302,随后卡钩11沿挡片302的斜面朝远离收容空间的方向移动,以使卡钩11脱离与锁止部301的锁合。可以理解,在这过程中,卡接件10也需要先向第一方向D1移动移动位移,才能够实现卡接件10与锁止部301脱离。
在一些实施例中,卡接件10可以包括两个卡钩11,此时锁止部301设有两个挡片302,分别与两个卡钩11配合,以将卡钩11与锁止部301锁合上。
在一些实施方式中,卡钩11的端部具有能够与挡片302配合的挂钩面。当用户对门体200施加拉力将门体200打开时,卡钩11的挂钩面沿着挡片302的端部滑动,直至卡钩11的端部高于挡片302的端部。
如图5及图6所示,图5及图6中的转动件21处于锁定状态。在一些实施例中,在转动件21处于锁定状态的情况下,转动件21的至少部分结构位于卡接件10在第一方向D1上的运动路径之内,且转动件21与卡接件10在第一方向D1上的间隔小于预定距离。其中,在卡接件10与锁止部301脱离的过程中,卡接件10在第一方向D1上移动的距离为预定距离。
由于转动件21的至少部分结构位于卡接件10在第一方向D1上的运动路径之内,转动件21能够限制卡接件10在第一方向D1上的移动位移,即卡接件10在第一方向D1上移动至转动件21抵触出后就不能够再继续移动。此外,由于转动件21与卡接件10在第一方向D1上的间隔小于预定距离,如此卡接件10在第一方向D1上移动的位移,不足以使卡接件10与锁止部301脱离,从而不能将门体200从箱体300上打开。
在一些实施例中,在转动件21位于锁定状态时,转动件21的至少一部分止抵卡 接件10以限制卡接件10的移动。示例地,在一些实施例中,转动件21包括抵触部211,在转动件21处于锁定状态的情况下,抵触部211位于卡接件10的上方,并且抵触部211与卡接件10止抵以限制卡接件10的移动。
特别地,在一些实施例中,在转动件21处于锁定状态的情况下,抵触部211位于卡接件10的上方,即抵触部211位于卡接件10在第一方向D1上的运动路径之内,在第一方向D1上抵触部211与卡接件10之间存在间隔,且间隔小于预定距离。如此,一方面能够使卡接件10保持与锁止部301配合;另一方面,由于抵触部211与卡接件10之间存在间隔,相较于抵触部211直接与卡接件10抵触,在转动转动件21时抵触部211与卡接件10之间不会产生摩擦,有利于用户更轻易的转动转动件21,从而以提升用户使用门锁装置100的体验感。
如图2、图3、图7及图8所示,图2、图3、图7及图8中的转动件21处于解锁状态。在一些实施例中,在转动件21处于解锁状态的情况下,转动件21位于卡接件10在第一方向D1上的运动路径之外。如此,在转动件21处于解锁状态的情况下,转动件21不能限制卡接件10在第一方向D1上的移动位移,即卡接件10能够在第一方向D1上移动,从而能够使卡接件10与锁止部301配合或脱离。
请参阅图3及图4,在一些实施例中,限定组件20还可以包括传动件22及施力件23,施力件23通过传动件22与转动连接,并且施力件23能够相对门体200转动,以带动转动件21转动。如此用户可以通过转动施力件23来间接转动转动件21,以使转动件21在解锁状态及锁定状态之间切换。
具体地,请参阅图3及图4,在一些实施例中,传动件22的一端与转动件21固定连接,另一端与施力件23固定连接。其中,传动件22与转动件21及施力件23的连接方式包括但不限于卡接、螺纹锁合、粘胶连接等,在此不作限制。例如,在一个例子中,传动件22的一端伸入转动件21的安装孔212内,并且与转动件21的安装孔212过盈配合,以使传动件22能够与转动件21固定连接;传动件22的另一端伸入施力件23的安装孔(图未示)内,并与施力件23的安装孔过盈配合,以使传动件22能够与施力件23固定连接。
请参阅图3及图4,在一些实施例中,限定组件20还可以包括支座24及第一弹性件25。支座24设在门体200上,第一弹性件25的两端分别与支座24和转动件21连接。在转动件21处于解锁状态时,第一弹性件25用于对转动件21提供朝向锁定状态转动的回复力。
具体地,支座24位于施力件23靠近转动件21的一侧,传动件22的一端与转动件21连接,另一端穿过支座24与施力件23连接。第一弹性件25套设于传动件22,且第一弹性件25的第一弹臂与支座24连接,第一弹性件25的第二弹臂与转动件21连接。在转动件21处于解锁状态的情况下,第一弹性件25发射弹性形变,第一弹性件25用于对转动件21提供朝向锁定状态转动的回复力。如此在转动件21转动至解锁状态后,第一弹性件25能够对转动件21提供回复力,以使转动件21自动转动至锁定状态,从而能够避免用户在使用后忘记将转动件21转动回锁定状态,有利于进一步地提高用户使用门锁装置100的安全性。
请参阅图3及图4,在一些实施例中,门锁装置100还包括限位组件30。限位组 件30设于门体200。限位组件30具有限制状态和避让状态,卡钩10与锁止部301(如图2所示)分离且转动件21位于解锁状态时,限位组件切换至限制状态以限制转动件21由解锁状态转动至锁定状态;限位组件30切换至避让状态时,限位组件30避让转动件21的转动。
由于在关门的过程中,即在卡接件10与锁止部301配合的过程中,卡接件10需要在第一方向D1移动才能够正常完成卡接件10与锁止部301的配合。在卡接件10与锁止部301分离时,若转动件21在第一弹性件25的回复力的作用下转动至锁定状态,那么用户需要先将转动件21转动至解锁状态后,再关门才能够使卡接件10与锁止部301配合。然而,在本实施例中,一方面,由于在卡钩10与锁止部301分离且转动件21位于解锁状态时,限位组件30切换至限制状态以限制转动件21由解锁状态转动至锁定状态,如此用户可以直接关门,无需再转动转动件21,从而有利于提高用户使用门锁装置100的便捷性;另一方面在限位组件30切换至避让状态时,限位组件30避让转动件21的转动,如此转动件21能够在锁定转动及解锁状态之间自由切换。
具体地,在一些实施例中,请参阅图3及图4,限位组件30包括限位块31。限位块31能够相对门体200移动以在第一位置及第二位置之间切换,第一位置相较于第二位置更靠近卡接件10。如图2及图3所示,在限制状态,限位块31位于第一位置,且限位块31与转动件21抵触;如图5至图8所示,在避让状态,限位块31处于第二位置以避让转动件21的转动。需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,当限位块31位于第二位置时,限位块31位于转动件21的转动路径之外。如此在限位块31位于第二位置时,不会阻挡转动件21转动,以使转动件21能够在解锁状态及锁定状态之间切换。
在一些实施例中,门体200开设有导向槽,限位块31靠近门体200的一侧设有能够与导向槽配合的结合件314,限位块31在第一位置及第二位置之间切换时,结合件314能够在导向槽内移动。
在一些实施例中,限位块31位于卡接件10的一侧,卡接件10移动时推动限位块31移动以使得限位块31在第一位置和第二位置之间切换。具体地,如图7及图8所示。图7及图8为门体200合在箱体300,且转动件21处于解锁状态时,门锁装置100个构件的示意图。此时,卡接件10与锁止部301配合且转动件21处于解锁状时,卡接件10能够在第一方向D1上的移动。限位组件30处于避让状态,即限位块31处于第二位置。若此时拉动门体100,卡接件10能够在第一方向D1上的移动,以与锁止部301脱离,同时卡接件10在移动时能够推动限位块31移动,限位块31能够从第二位置移动至第一位置。如图2及图3所示,图2及图3为打开门体200的情况下,门锁装置100个构件的示意图。此时,卡接件10与锁止部301分离且转动件21处于解锁状时,卡接件10能够在第一方向D1上的移动。限位组件30处于限制状态,即限位块31处于第一位置,限位块31限制转动件21向锁定状态转动。在关门的过程中,卡接件10需要在第一方向D1上的移动,才能与锁止部301配合,同时卡接件10在移动时能够推动限位块31移动,限位块31能够从第一位置移动至第二位置。
请参阅图3及图4,在一些实施例中,限位组件30还可以包括固定件32及第二弹性件33。固定件32与门体200固定连接,并设于限位块31远离卡接件10的一侧。第二弹性件33用于弹性连接限位块31及固定件32,在限位块31位于第二位置的情况下, 第二弹性件33能够发生弹性形变,以对限位块31提供朝向第一位置移动的回复力。
具体地,固定件32固定在门体200上,并位于限位块31远离卡接件10的一侧。限位块31包括第一面311、第二面312及第三面313。第二面312连接第一面311及第三面313,且第一面311相较于第三面313更靠近转动件21,第二面靠近固定件32。第二面312上设有第一配合件315,第三面313上设有第二配合件316。第二弹性件33的一端与固定件32靠近限位块31的一侧抵接,另一端与第一配合件315配合,以使限位块31弹性与固定件32弹性连接。
请结合图2及图3,图2及图3为打开门体200的情况下,门锁装置100中各构件的示意图,此时限位组件30处于限制状态,即限位块31位于第一位置时,限位块31的第一面211与转动件21抵触,以限制转动件21转动至锁定状态。若此时用户关闭门体200,在卡接件10与锁止部301配合的过程中,卡接件10在第一方向D1上移动,与位于第一位置的限位块31抵触后,能够推动限位块31,即给限位块31施加一个朝向固定件32的作用力,以使限位块31移动至第二位置(如图7及图8所示)。当限位块31移动至第二位置时,设于限位块31与固定件32之间的第二弹性件33被压缩,第二弹性件33能够对限位块31提供朝向第一位置移动的弹性回复力。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,请参阅图3、图4及图9,限位组件30还可以包括用于连接固定件32和限位块31的连接件34。固定件32包括支撑部321及导引部322,支撑部321与连接件34配合或脱离。导引部322设有连通的第一导槽3221和第二导槽3222。其中,在卡钩10与锁止部301脱离的过程中,连接件34脱离支撑部321,并在第二弹性件33的驱动下沿第一导槽3221朝接近卡接件10的方向运动,以带动限位块31移动至所述第一位置;在卡钩10与锁止部301进行配合的过程中,卡接件10推动限位块31和连接件34沿第二导槽3222朝远离卡接件10的方向运动后,限位块31在第二弹性件33的回复力作用下带动连接件34下落,以重新被支撑部321支撑。
在一些实施例中,支撑部321设有支撑槽3211,导引部322中的第一导槽3221及第二导槽3222分别位于支撑部321的两侧,并与支撑槽3211连通。在限位块31位于第二位置时,连接件34支撑在支撑槽3211内。
具体地,在一些实施例中,连接件34包括相背的第一端及第二端,第一端设有第三配合件343,第二端设有凸起部344。其中,第三配合件343与限位块31的第二配合件316配合,以使连接件34的第一端固定连接在限位块31上,从而连接件34与限位块31能够联动。连接件34的凸起部344能够在第一导槽3221及第二导槽3222内移动,在限位块31位于第二位置时,凸起部344能够被支撑在支撑槽3211内。
示例地,如图2、图3、及图5至图9所示,其中,图5及图6为在卡接件10与锁止部301配合且转动件21处于锁定状态的情况下,门锁装置100中各构件的示意图;图7及图8为在卡接件10与锁止部301配合且转动件21处于解锁状态的情况下,门锁装置100中各构件的示意图;图2及图3为在卡接件10与锁止部301脱离的情况下,门锁装置100中各构件的示意图。在卡接件10与锁止部301配合且转动件21处于锁定状态的情况下,转动件21处于锁定状态,连接部34的凸起部344被支撑在支撑槽3211内,且限位块31处于第二位置,第二弹性件33对限位块31施加朝向第一位置移动的回复力。此时若用户拉动门体200,由于转动件21处于锁定状态,即转动件21 至少部分位于卡接件10在第一方向D1上运动路径之内,转动件21限制了卡接件10在第一方向D1上的移动位移,因此卡接件10不能够与锁止部301脱离,也无法将门体200从箱体300上打开。当用户通过旋转施力件23以间接转动转动件21,以使转动件21能够转动至解锁状态,也即转动转动件21至卡接件10在第一方向D1上运动路径之外,此时再拉动门体200,卡接件10能够正常在第一方向D1上运动,在卡接件10移动时能够推动限位块31移动,限位块31能够带动连接件34朝远离卡接件10的方向移动,如此凸起部344能够离开支撑槽3211,在第二弹性件33回复力的作用下,限位块31能够给凸起部344施加朝向卡接件10的作用力,在该作用力的作用下凸起部344能够沿第一导槽3221朝接近卡接件10的方向运动,以带动限位块31移动至第一位置,即使限位组件30切换至限定状态。处于第一位置的限位块31能够与转动件21抵触,以阻挡转动件21回到锁定状态。当用户关闭门体200,卡接件10与锁止部301配合的过程中,卡接件10在第一方向D1上运动,在卡接件10移动时能够推动限位块31移动,限位块31能够给凸起部344施加远离卡接件10的作用力,在该作用力的作用下凸起部344能够沿第二导槽3222朝远离卡接件10的方向运动,以重新被支撑部321的支撑槽3211支撑,同时带动限位块31回到第二位置,即使限位组件30切换至避让状态。此时限位块31位于转动件21转动的路径之外,转动件21在第一弹性件25回复力的作用下,能够转动回到锁定状态。如此在能够打开门体200时,必须要先转动转动件21才能够使卡接件10与锁止部301的脱离,能够避免由于误操作而轻易打开门体200,从而能够提高用户使用烹饪电器1000的安全性;并且在关闭门体200时无需再次转动转动件21,转动件21也能够在卡接件10与锁止部301再次配合时,自动恢复至锁定状态,从而有利于提升用户使用门锁装置100的便捷性。
请参阅图9,在一些实施例中,第二导槽3222设有朝向支撑槽3211倾斜延伸的导引面3212以将连接件34导引至支撑槽3211。如此有利于在卡钩11与锁止部301进行配合的过程中,连接件34能够顺利沿从第二导槽3222移动至支撑槽3211内。
请参阅图10,在一些实施例中,门锁装置100还包括第三弹性件40,第三弹性件40分别与卡接件10和门体200相连,第三弹性件40朝向卡接件10施加回复力使得卡接件10朝向锁门位置移动,在锁门位置卡钩11与锁止部301配合。具体地,如图2所示,在卡接件10与锁止部301配合的过程中,卡接件10中的卡钩11沿挡片302的斜面朝向收容空间移动,当卡钩11移动超过斜面靠近收容空间方向的尽头时,第三弹性件40朝向卡接件10施加回复力使得卡接件10朝向锁门位置移动,即使卡钩11落入收容空间中,以使卡钩11勾在挡片302上,从而实现卡钩11与锁止部301的配合。
请参阅图1至图3,本申请实施方式还提供一种烹饪电器1000。烹饪电器1000包括门体200、箱体300及上述任意一项实施例中所述的门锁装置100。门体200安装于所述箱体300,门锁装置100中的设于门体200,箱体300设有锁止部301。
本申请的烹饪电器1000,通过在门体200设置门锁装置100,在门锁装置100中的转动件21处于锁定状态的情况下,转动件21能够限定卡接件10在第一方向D1上移动位移,使卡接件10保持与锁止部301配合,从而保持门体200合在箱体300上,避免用户,尤其是没有成人陪同的孩童误操作而轻易打开门体200,从而能够提高用户使用烹饪电器1000的安全性。
具体地,请结合图10,在一些实施例中,门体200包括主体201、门封202及门窗203,限定组件20设于主体201。门封202设于主体201靠近箱体300的一侧,门锁装置100的固定件32设于门封202,门窗203设于主体201远离箱体300的一侧,门锁装置100的施力件23位于门窗203远离主体201的一侧,施力件23与转动件21相连。需要说明的是,在烹饪电器1000的使用过程中,用户能够对设于门窗203远离主体201一侧的机构进行操作。由于在本实施例中,施力件23位于门窗203远离主体201的一侧,用户可以直接对施力件23进行操作。
请参阅图1及图11,在一些实施例中,烹饪电器1000还可以包括阻挡件400。阻挡件400设于门窗203远离主体201的一侧,并位于施力件23的转动路径上,阻挡件400用于限制施力件23的转动角度以将转动件21限制于所述解锁状态。具体地,在用户不想使用限定组件20时,即用户想在卡接件10与锁止部301锁合的情况下,转动件21始终保持在解锁状态时,用户可以先通过转动施力件23将转动件21转动至解锁状态后,将阻挡件400插入门窗203的安装槽中,使阻挡件400位于施力件23的转动路径上,以阻挡施力件23转动,从而阻挡转动件21转动。当用户想使用限定组件20时,用户只需要将阻挡件400从安装槽中取下,限定组件20即可正常使用。如此只需要简单的操作,用户即可根据自身需求选择是否需要限定组件20正常使用,有利于提升用户使用门锁装置100的便捷性。

Claims (16)
- 一种烹饪电器的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述烹饪电器包括箱体,所述箱体设有锁止部,所述门锁装置包括:卡接件,所述卡接件可移动地设在门体上,所述卡接件包括卡钩,所述卡钩与所述锁止部配合或脱离;限定组件,设于所述门体,所述限定组件包括转动件,所述转动件能够相对所述卡接件转动而在锁定状态及解锁状态之间切换;其中,所述转动件切换至所述解锁状态时避让所述卡接件,所述卡接件能够在第一方向上移动以与所述锁止部脱离或配合;所述转动件切换至所述锁定状态时,所述转动件用于限定所述卡接件在所述第一方向的移动位移,使所述卡钩保持与所述锁止部配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述转动件处于所述锁定状态时,所述转动件的至少部分结构位于所述卡接件在所述第一方向上的运动路径之内,所述转动件与所述卡接件在第一方向上的间隔小于预定距离;所述转动件处于所述解锁状态时,所述转动件位于所述卡接件在所述第一方向上的运动路径之外。
- 根据权利要求1所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述转动件位于所述锁定状态时,所述转动件的至少一部分止抵于所述卡接件以限制所述卡接件的移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述限定组件还包括:传动件;及施力件,所述施力件通过所述传动件与所述转动件连接,所述施力件能够相对所述门体转动,以带动所述转动件转动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述限定组件还包括:支座,所述支座设在所述门体上;及第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件的两端分别与所述支座和所述转动件连接,在所述转动件处于所述解锁状态时,所述第一弹性件用于对所述转动件提供朝向所述锁定状态转动的回复力。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,还包括:限位组件,设于所述门体,所述限位组件具有限制状态和避让状态,所述卡钩与所述锁止部分离且所述转动件位于解锁状态时,所述限位组件切换至所述限制状态以限制所述转动件由所述解锁状态转动至所述锁定状态;所述限位组件切换至所述避让状态时,所述限位组件避让所述转动件的转动。
- 根据权利要求6所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述限位组件包括:限位块,所述限位块能够相对所述门体移动以在第一位置与第二位置之间切换,所述第一位置相较于所述第二位置更靠近所述卡接件;在所述限制状态,所述限位块位于所述第一位置,且所述限位块与所述转动件抵触;在所述避让状态,所述限位块位于所述第二位置以避让所述转动件的转动。
- 根据权利要求7所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述限位块位于所述卡接件的一侧,所述卡接件移动时推动所述限位块移动以使得所述限位块在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间切换。
- 根据权利要求7-8中任一项所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述限位组件还包括:固定件,与所述门体固定连接,并设于所述限位块远离所述卡接件的一侧;及第二弹性件,用于弹性连接所述限位块及所述固定件,在所述限位块位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述第二弹性件能够发生弹性形变,以对所述限位块提供朝向所述第一位置移动的回复力。
- 根据权利要求9所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述限位组件还包括连接件,所述连接件连接所述固定件和所述限位块;所述固定件包括:支撑部,所述支撑部与所述连接件配合或脱离;导引部,设有连通的第一导槽和第二导槽;其中:在所述卡钩与所述锁止部脱离的过程中,所述连接件脱离所述支撑部,并在所述第二弹性件的驱动下沿所述第一导槽朝接近所述卡接件的方向运动,以带动所述限位块移动至所述第一位置;在所述卡钩与所述锁止部进行配合的过程中,所述卡接件推动所述限位块和所述连接件沿所述第二导槽朝远离所述卡接件的方向运动后,所述限位块在所述第二弹性件的回复力作用下带动所述连接件下落,以重新被所述支撑部支撑。
- 根据权利要求10所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述支撑部设有支撑槽,所述支撑槽分别与所述第一导槽和所述第二导槽连通,所述限位块位于所述第二位置时,所述连接件支撑在所述支撑槽内。
- 根据权利要求11所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述第二导槽设有朝向所述支撑槽倾斜延伸的导引面以将所述连接件导引至所述支撑槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,还包括第三弹性件,所述第三弹性件分别与所述卡接件和所述门体相连,所述第三弹性件朝向所述卡接件施加回复力使得所述卡接件朝向锁门位置移动,在所述锁门位置所述卡钩与所述锁止部配合。
- 一种烹饪电器,其特征在于,包括门体、箱体及权利要求1至13任意一项所述的门锁装置,所述门锁装置设在所述门体,所述箱体设有锁止部。
- 根据权利要求14所述的烹饪电器,其特征在于,所述门体包括:主体,所述限定组件设于所述主体;门封,所述门封设于所述主体靠近所述箱体的一侧,所述门锁装置的固定件设于所述门封;及门窗,所述门窗设于所述主体远离所述箱体的一侧,所述门锁装置的施力件位于所述门窗远离所述主体的一侧,所述施力件与所述转动件相连。
- 根据权利要求14所述的烹饪电器,其特征在于,还包括:阻挡件,所述阻挡件设于所述门窗远离所述主体的一侧,并位于所述施力件的转动路径上,所述阻挡件用于限制所述施力件的转动角度以将所述转动件限制于所述解锁状态。
