为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情 况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图9描述根据本发明一些实施例所述烹饪器具。
如图1至图9所示,本发明提供的烹饪器具包括:箱体10、门体20、锁合组件30和按键组件40。
具体地,如图1至图2所示,箱体10具有用于容纳食物的烹饪腔11;门体20可转动地安装在箱体10上,用于密封或打开烹饪腔11;锁合组件30设置在门体20内,并能够与箱体10锁合或分离,以使门体20密封或打开烹饪腔11;按键组件40设置在门体20上,并与锁合组件30配合,以使锁合组件30与箱体10分离;其中,如图3至图6所示,按键组件40被触动,按键组件40触动锁合组件30,使锁合组件30与箱体10分离,拉动门体20,使门体20打开烹饪腔11。
本发明提供的烹饪器具,触动按键组件40后,按键组件40触动锁合组件30,使锁合组件30与箱体10分离,然后用户拉动门体20,使门体20打开烹饪腔11,该种开门方式,避免了自动开门机构在弹开门体20时烫伤用户的情况发生,从而提高了产品的使用舒适度,进而增加了产品的市场竞争力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,门体20的侧壁上设置有扣手槽50。
在该实施例中,扣手槽50代替了门拉手的作用,一方面,使门体20的外观为一平面,能够保证外观的美观性,另一方面,减少了产品的材料使用量,从而降低了产品的生产制造成本,增加了产品的市场竞争力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1所示,门体20包括:门面21和门封22。
具体地,门面21包括前板211和侧围板212,扣手槽50设置在侧围板212上。
在该实施例中,扣手槽50代替了门拉手的作用,一方面,使门体20的外观为一平面,能够保证外观的美观性,另一方面,减少了产品的材料使用量, 从而降低了产品的生产制造成本,增加了产品的市场竞争力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,扣手槽50由侧围板212凹陷形成。
在该实施例中,扣手槽50与侧围板212为一体式结构,一方面,增加了扣手槽50与侧围板212之间的连接强度,从而保证了扣手槽50的使用可靠性,进而延长了产品的使用寿命,另一方面,提高了产品的生产效率,从而降低了产品的生产制造成本。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图7至图8所示,锁合组件30包括:钩接部31和复位件。
具体地,钩接部31可转动地安装在门体20上,钩接部31上设置有卡钩314,卡钩314能够钩在箱体10上,以使门体20与箱体10锁合;复位件的一端与钩接部31连接,另一端与门体20连接。
在该实施例中,触动按键组件40后,按键组件40触动钩接部31,使钩接部31上的卡钩314与箱体10分离,然后用户拉动门体20,使门体20打开烹饪腔11,该种开门方式,避免了自动开门机构在弹开门体20时烫伤用户的情况发生,从而提高了产品的使用舒适度,进而增加了产品的市场竞争力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图7至图9所示,钩接部31包括:连接板311、触动板312和两个转接柱313。
具体地,连接板311的两端分别设置有卡钩314;触动板312与连接板311连接,并位于连接板311的中部;两个转接柱313设置在连接板311的两端,并与门体20可转动连接;其中,按键组件40被触动,按键组件40触动触动板312,使连接板311转动,以使卡钩314与箱体10分离。
在该实施例中,触动按键组件40后,按键组件40触动触动板312,使连接板311转动,以使卡钩314与箱体10分离,然后用户拉动门体20,使门体20打开烹饪腔11,该种开门方式,避免了自动开门机构在弹开门体20时烫伤用户的情况发生,从而提高了产品的使用舒适度,进而增加了产品的市场竞争力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,复位件为弹簧32,连接板311上设置有第一连接钩315,门体20上设置有第二连接钩23,弹簧32的一端钩在第一连接钩 315上,另一端钩在第二连接钩23上。
在该实施例中,弹簧32通过第一连接钩315和第二连接钩23分别与连接板311和门体20连接,该种连接方式简单,从而提高了产品的组装效率,进而降低了产品的生产制造成本。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图8所示,按键组件40包括:按键41和装饰圈42。
具体地,按键41可移动地安装在门体20上;装饰圈42设置在门体20上,并沿环绕按键41设置;其中,按键41被触动,按键41触动锁合组件30,使锁合组件30与箱体10分离,拉动门体20,使门体20打开烹饪腔11。
在该实施例中,触动按键41后,按键41触动锁合组件30,使锁合组件30与箱体10分离,然后用户拉动门体20,使门体20打开烹饪腔11,该种开门方式,避免了自动开门机构在弹开门体20时烫伤用户的情况发生,从而提高了产品的使用舒适度,进而增加了产品的市场竞争力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图8所示,按键41包括:本体411和触动柱412。
具体地,本体411可移动地安装在门体20上;触动柱412设置在本体411上;其中,本体411被触动,触动柱412触动锁合组件30,使锁合组件30与箱体10分离,拉动门体20,使门体20打开烹饪腔11。
在该实施例中,触动本体411后,本体411带动触动柱412运动,触动柱412触动锁合组件30,使锁合组件30与箱体10分离,然后用户拉动门体20,使门体20打开烹饪腔11,该种开门方式,避免了自动开门机构在弹开门体20时烫伤用户的情况发生,从而提高了产品的使用舒适度,进而增加了产品的市场竞争力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,烹饪器具为微波炉或蒸汽炉。
综上所述,本发明提供的烹饪器具,触动按键组件后,需要人为手动将门体打开,避免了自动开门机构在弹开门体时烫伤用户的情况发生,从而提高了产品的使用舒适度,进而增加了产品的市场竞争力。
具体而言,相关技术中烹饪器具的开门方式如果操作不当,易发生烫伤等安全隐患,而本发明提供的烹饪器具,触动按键组件后,按键组件触动锁合组 件,使锁合组件与箱体分离,然后用户拉动门体,使门体打开烹饪腔,该种开门方式,避免了自动开门机构在弹开门体时烫伤用户的情况发生,从而提高了产品的使用舒适度,进而增加了产品的市场竞争力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体具有用于容纳食物的烹饪腔;
    门体,所述门体可转动地安装在所述箱体上,用于密封或打开所述烹饪腔;
    锁合组件,所述锁合组件设置在所述门体内,并能够与所述箱体锁合或分离,以使所述门体密封或打开所述烹饪腔;和
    按键组件,所述按键组件设置在所述门体上,并与所述锁合组件配合,以使所述锁合组件与所述箱体分离;
    其中,所述按键组件被触动,所述按键组件触动所述锁合组件,使所述锁合组件与所述箱体分离,拉动所述门体,使所述门体打开所述烹饪腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述门体的侧壁上设置有扣手槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述门体包括:门面和门封,所述门面包括前板和侧围板,所述扣手槽设置在所述侧围板上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述扣手槽由所述侧围板凹陷形成。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述锁合组件包括:钩接部,所述钩接部可转动地安装在所述门体上,所述钩接部上设置有卡钩,所述卡钩能够钩在所述箱体上,以使所述门体与所述箱体锁合;和
    复位件,所述复位件的一端与所述钩接部连接,另一端与所述门体连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述钩接部包括:
    连接板,所述连接板的两端分别设置有所述卡钩;
    触动板,所述触动板与所述连接板连接,并位于所述连接板的中部;和
    两个转接柱,两个所述转接柱设置在所述连接板的两端,并与所述门体可转动连接;
    其中,所述按键组件被触动,所述按键组件触动所述触动板,并使所述连接板转动,以使所述卡钩与所述箱体分离。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述复位件为弹簧,所述连接板上设置有第一连接钩,所述门体上设置有第二连接钩,所述弹簧的一端钩在所述第一连接钩上,另一端钩在所述第二连接钩上。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述按键组件包括:按键,所述按键可移动地安装在所述门体上;和
    装饰圈,所述装饰圈设置在所述门体上,并沿环绕所述按键设置;
    其中,所述按键被触动,所述按键触动所述锁合组件,使所述锁合组件与所述箱体分离,拉动所述门体,使所述门体打开所述烹饪腔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述按键包括:本体,所述本体可移动地安装在所述门体上;和
    触动柱,所述触动柱设置在所述本体上;
    其中,所述本体被触动,所述触动柱触动所述锁合组件,使所述锁合组件与所述箱体分离,拉动所述门体,使所述门体打开所述烹饪腔。
  10. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述烹饪器具为微波炉或蒸汽炉。
