技术领域
本申请涉及家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种童锁保护装置及具有其的食物加热设备。
背景技术
目前,市面上的童锁保护装置功能简单,操作不方便,且安全性较差,当儿童误触发时容易解锁童锁保护装置,无法起到较好的童锁作用。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种童锁保护装置,所述童锁保护装置操作简单,能够避免儿童误操作解锁,提高安全性。
本申请还旨在提出一种食物加热设备,以应用上述童锁保护装置。
根据本申请实施例的童锁保护装置,包括:座体件;锁止件,所述锁止件设在所述座体件上,所述锁止件常保持在锁止位置;触发件,所述触发件可伸缩地设在所述座体件上,所述触发件运动联动所述锁止件,其中,所述触发件被触发时所述触发件缩入所述座体件并驱动所述锁止件向解锁位置的方向移动,所述触发件被释放时所述触发件伸出所述座体件且所述锁止件复位;增阻件,所述增阻件连接或止抵所述锁止件,所述增阻件可向所述锁止件施加与所述锁止件向所述解锁位置移动的方向相反的阻力。
根据本申请实施例的童锁保护装置,设置有锁止件、触发件以及增阻件。且锁止件常保持在锁止位置,触发件运动联动锁止件,触发件被触发时驱动锁止件朝向解锁位置的方向移动,触发件被释放时锁止件复位,从而具有自动复位锁紧功能。而且通过设置增阻件连接锁止件,增阻件可向锁止件施加与锁止件向解锁位置移动的方向相反的阻力,在具备童锁功能的前提下,还可以提高童锁保护装置的安全性,使得只有在较大作用力的触发下触发件才能解锁锁止件,可以有效避免儿童误触发解锁的情况发生。
一些实施例中,所述增阻件为弹性件,所述弹性件设在所述座体件上且止抵所述锁止件, 以使所述锁止件常保持在锁止位置。
一些实施例中,所述锁止件可水平移动地设在所述座体件上,所述触发件可上下移动地设在所述座体件上;其中,所述触发件被触发时,所述触发件向下移动并驱使所述锁止件向所述解锁位置移动。
一些实施例中,所述童锁保护装置还包括连接件,所述连接件的一端可枢转地连接所述锁止件且另一端可枢转地连接所述触发件。
一些实施例中,所述锁止件上设有凹槽,所述连接件的一端位于所述凹槽内。

一些实施例中,所述锁止件包括:主体部,所述主体部可移动地设在所述座体件上;止抵部,所述止抵部设在主体部上,所述缓冲件设在所述主体部的靠近所述止抵部的一侧,所述缓冲件止抵或连接所述止抵部。
根据本申请实施例的食物加热设备,包括:壳体;门体,所述门体可开合地设在所述壳体上;童锁保护装置,所述童锁保护装置为根据前文所述的童锁保护装置,所述座体件设在所述门体上,所述触发件伸出所述壳体,所述锁止件锁止在所述门体上。
根据本申请实施例的食物加热设备,通过设置童锁保护装置使得食物加热设备进行按门或拉门动作之前,必须解除童锁保护装置才能完成整个开门动作,有效避免儿童误触开门按键或拉手,而且童锁保护装置只有在较大力作用下才能实现解锁,从而可以显著提高食物加热设备整体的安全性。
一些实施例中,所述锁止件具有锁舌端,所述锁舌端锁止在所述门体上,所述锁舌端的靠近所述壳体外的一侧具有回推面,所述回推面与所述锁舌端的靠近所述壳体内的另一侧之间的距离沿远离所述座体件的方向逐渐减小。

下面结合附图,描述本申请实施例的童锁保护装置100。
如图1和图2所示,根据本申请实施例的童锁保护装置100,包括:座体件10、锁止件20、触发件30、增阻件50。
锁止件20设在座体件10上,锁止件20常保持在锁止位置,即锁止件20在自然状态下处于锁止位置,以起到锁止被锁部件的作用。
触发件30可伸缩地设在座体件10上,触发件30运动联动锁止件20,触发件30被触发时触发件30缩入座体件10并驱动锁止件20向解锁位置的方向移动,其中,触发件30被释放时触发件30伸出座体件10且锁止件20复位。也就是说,当触发件30被触发时带动锁止件20由锁止位置向解锁位置移动,释放被锁止部件80,当触发件30失去作用力而不被触发时,锁止件20又可由解锁位置回到锁止位置,重新锁止被锁止部件80。
增阻件50连接或止抵锁止件20,增阻件50可以向锁止件20施加与锁止件20向解锁位置移动的方向相反的阻力。通过增阻件50向锁止件20施加一定的阻力,使得触发件30只有在受到较大作用力时才能驱使锁止件20向解锁位置移动,而轻触发或较小力触发却不会起到引起触发件30运动,从而能有效避免儿童引起的误触发。
根据本申请实施例的童锁保护装置100,设置有锁止件20、触发件30以及增阻件50。且锁止件20常保持在锁止位置,触发件30运动联动锁止件20,触发件30被触发时驱动锁止件20朝向解锁位置的方向移动,触发件30被释放时锁止件20复位,从而具有自动复位锁紧功能。而且通过设置增阻件50连接锁止件20,增阻件50可向锁止件20施加与锁止件20向解锁位置移动的方向相反的阻力,在具备童锁功能的前提下, 还可以提高童锁保护装置100整体的安全性,使得只有在较大作用力的触发下触发件30才能解锁锁止件20,可以有效避免儿童误触发解锁的情况发生。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,增阻件50可以为弹性件,弹性件设在座体件10上且止抵锁止件20,以使锁止件20常保持在锁止位置。可以理解为,弹性件产生的弹性作用力不仅能向锁止件20施加与解锁方向相反的阻力,同时该弹性作用力还能使锁止件20保持在锁止位置,紧紧锁住被锁止部件80,保证锁止件20的锁止作用稳定且可靠。
具体而言,如图1、图3所示,弹性件在初始状态时被压缩将锁止件20推向锁止位置,锁紧被锁止部件80。当触发件30被触发时锁止件20由锁止位置向解锁位置移动,此时弹性件继续被压缩,弹性件的弹性作用力使得锁止件20和触发件30的移动受阻,触发件30想要带动锁止件20移动就要施加较大的作用力,增加触发解锁的难度,这样就使得儿童不容易触发锁止件20解锁。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图4所示,增阻件50也可以为配重件,配重件设在锁止件20上,以使锁止件20保持在锁止位置。
可以理解为,如图4所示,锁止件20可以为可上下移动地设在座体件10上,在重力作用下,锁止件20处于自然状态时向下伸出座体件10,锁止被锁止部件80,触发件30可以通过拨块联动锁止件20,触发件30被触发时拨块转动,驱使锁止件20克服自身重力上移到解锁位置,解锁被锁止部件80;而当触发件30失去作用力而不被触发时,锁止件20在重力作用下重新回到锁止位置,锁止被锁止部件80。在该方案中,配重件能够增加锁止件20的重量,进而增加触发件30带动锁止件20上移所需的作用力,增加触发件30解锁锁止件20的难度,同样可以使得儿童不容易触发锁止件20解锁。
一些实施例中,如图2所示,增阻件50为弹性件时,锁止件20可水平移动地设在座体件10上,触发件30可上下移动地设在座体件10上;其中,触发件30被触发时,触发件30可以向下移动并驱使锁止件20向解锁位置移动。
也就是说,如图2所示,锁止件20可以沿水平方向移动由锁止位置向解锁位置移动,触发件30被触发时可以做上下运动,例如,按下触发件30,触发件30向下运动并带动锁止件20朝向水平方向另一端的解锁位置移动,解锁被锁止部件80。采用这种锁止件20在座体件10上水平移动锁止或解锁,触发件30在座体件10上上下移动触发的方式,整体结构简单,方便布置在需要锁止开关门的设备上。
在本申请的其他实施例中,如图2所示,童锁保护装置100可以包括连接件60,连接件60的一端可枢转地连接锁止件20且另一端可枢转地连接触发件30。也就是说,触发件30和锁止件20之间通过连接件60实现运动联动,例如连接件60可以为连杆, 触发件30触发下移时,连接件60的下端相对触发件30转动,从而驱使锁止件20沿水平方向由锁止位置向解锁位置移动。采用上述这种方式,触发件30和锁止件20之间动力传递稳定且可靠,而且结构简单。
可选地,如图2所示,锁止件20上可以设有凹槽201,连接件60的一端位于凹槽201内。凹槽201能够提供连接件60的安装空间,将连接件60部分安装在凹槽201内,有利于减小锁止件20与触发件30在上下方向上的距离,使得整个装置在上下方向上的尺寸可以做的更小,鸡儿使内部结构更加紧凑,有利于实现童锁保护装置100的体积小型化。
具体地,如图2所示,连接件60的下端可以设有第一销孔601,连接件60的下端设在凹槽201内,凹槽201上设有第一配合孔2011,通过第一销钉701穿设在第一销孔601和第一配合孔2011内实现连接件60和锁止件20的连接。连接件60的上端设有第二销孔602,触发件30的下端设有第二配合孔301,通过第二销钉702穿设在第二销孔602和第二配合孔301内实现连接件60和触发件30的连接。
在本申请的另一实施例中,锁止件20的一侧可以设有驱动斜面,且驱动斜面与锁止件20的另一侧之间距离沿朝向锁止位置移动的方向逐渐减小,触发件30止抵在驱动斜面上,以驱动锁止件20移动。当触发件30被触发时,触发件30向座体件10内移动,触发件30的底端挤压驱动斜面,从而使锁止件20向解锁位置移动,使得锁止件20脱离被锁止实现解锁。
例如,锁止件20沿水平方向由锁止位置向解锁位置移动,其中,锁止件20在最左侧处于锁止位置,锁止件20在最右侧处于解锁位置,则驱动斜面的右侧端高于左侧端;触发件30沿上下方向移动触发锁止件20解锁,触发件30的底部在初始位置时止抵在驱动斜面的右侧端。当触发件30被触发向下运动时,触发件30的底部挤压驱动斜面,沿着驱动斜面移动,从而使锁止件20向右移动,进而使锁止件20到达解锁位置解锁被锁止部件80。
可选地,如图2所示,触发件30的形状可以为圆柱状,触发件30的顶部设置有倒圆角,可以避免膈伤手部,增加美观性。当然,上述只是举例说明,触发件30还可以为其他形状,例如棱柱状,且不限于此。
可选地,如图2所示,弹性件可以为弹簧,锁止件20上设有定位柱202,弹簧套设在定位柱202上。通过设置定位柱202安装弹簧,简单且方便,有利于弹性件后期的维护或更换。
在本申请的再一实施例中,如图1、图2所示,童锁保护装置100还包括缓冲件40,缓冲件40设在座体件10上,缓冲件40连接或止抵在锁止件20上,缓冲件40使锁止 件20复位时在预设时间后回到锁止位置。可以理解为,缓冲件40通过连接或止抵的方式能够给锁止件20施加一个阻挡力,延长锁止件20由解锁位置回到锁止位置的时间,该延长的时间即为预设时间,由于锁止件20经历预设时间后才能重新回到锁止位置,方便被锁止部件80在被锁止前进行打开或关闭操作。而且用户无需持续按下触发件30,只需触发触发件30带动锁止件20向解锁位置移动后释放即可,可节省人力,操作方便且简单。
可选地,缓冲件40可以为阻尼器,阻尼器可以为锁止件20提供阻尼力,阻尼器的活塞杆止抵在锁止件20上,使得锁止件20逐渐复位,复位过程更平稳。例如当增阻件50为弹性件时,触发件30失去触发后,在弹性件的弹性作用力下,锁止件20向锁止位置移动的过程中受到的弹性作用力逐渐减小,移动速度逐渐减小,阻尼器通过提供阻尼力使得锁止件20减速的趋势更明显且更平稳。
可选地,缓冲件40也可以为弹性部件,例如弹簧,锁止件20向锁止位置移动的过程中,可以通过压缩缓冲件40使缓冲件40产生的弹性阻力,同样可使得锁止件20减速的趋势明显且平稳。而且将缓冲件40设置成弹簧的方案简单,可节省成本。
在本申请的又一实施例中,如图1、图2、图5所示,座体件10可以包括固定架110和侧盖板120。
如图2所示,固定架110具有容纳槽1101、第一槽口1102以及第二槽口1103,第一槽口1102和第二槽口1103连通容纳槽1101,也就是说,固定架110构成一盒体结构,容纳槽1101可用容纳各部件。锁止件20设在容纳槽1101内且部分穿设于第一槽口1102,锁止件20通过第一槽口1102可实现在容纳槽1101内移动。触发件30穿设于第二槽口1103,触发件30通过第二槽口1103可实现在容纳槽1101内移动。增阻件50和缓冲件40设在容纳槽1101内。侧盖板120设在固定架110上以封闭容纳槽1101。
可以理解为,通过将座体件10设置成包括固定架110和侧盖板120,固定架110可以为盒体结构,其内部具有容纳槽1101,可以容纳部件,锁止件20、触发件30、增阻件50和缓冲件40设在容纳槽1101内,既能起到对各部件的保护作用,又能有利于延长使用寿命。
可选地,如图2所示,容纳槽1101可以包括第一容槽101、第二容槽102、第三容槽103。第一槽口1102和第二槽口1103设在第一容槽101上,锁止件20和触发件30设在第一容槽101内;第二容槽102与第一容槽101并排设置且连通,缓冲件40设在第二容槽102内,锁止件20部分延伸至第二容槽102内;第三容槽103连通第一容槽101和第二容槽102,增阻件50设在第三容槽103内。
也就是说,如图1所示,通过将锁止件20和触发件30设在第一容槽101内、缓冲 件40设在第二容槽102内、增阻件50设在第三容槽103内能够将不同的部件分别放置在不同的容槽内,以避免各部件安装时出现错装。第一容槽101、第二容槽102、第三容槽103能够分别用于安装不同的部件,也能为各部件的移动提供导向作用,提高各部件运动的可靠性。
在具体示例中,如图2所示,第一容槽101可以设在固定架110的左侧,第一槽口1102设在固定架110的左端,第二槽口1103设在固定架110的顶部。第二容槽102设在第一容槽101的下方,第二容槽102的右端和第一容槽101的右端连通。第三容槽103设在固定架110的右侧,第三容槽103的左端与第一容槽101和第二容槽102连通。
在一些示例中,如图2所示,侧盖板120上设有凸起部1201,凸起部1201配合在第二槽口1103上,通过第二槽口1103方便安装触发件30,而通过凸起部1201配合在第二槽口1103上则可以止抵住触发件30,可以保证触发件30在座体件10上稳定且可靠,不会晃动。
另一实施例中,侧盖板120可拆卸地设在固定架110上,方便后期维修或更换锁止件20、触发件30、增阻件50和缓冲件40时拆卸下侧盖板120。
具体地,如图2所示,侧盖板120上可以设有安装孔1202,固定座110上可以设有螺纹孔1104,通过螺钉穿设在安装孔1202上并配合在螺纹孔1104上,实现侧盖板120和固定座110的可拆卸安装,采用这种方式结构简单,连接可靠,而且可以降低成本。
可选地,如图2所示,安装孔1202在侧盖板120上设有多个,螺纹孔1104在固定座110上设有多个,多个安装孔1202与多个螺纹孔1104一一对应配合。也就是说,通过设置多个安装孔1202与多个螺纹孔1104可以提高安装可靠性。例如,安装孔1202的数量可以为四个,螺纹孔1104的数量也可以为四个。
更进一步地,侧盖板120上可以设有卡凸,固定座110上可以设有卡孔,通过卡凸和卡孔配合同样可实现侧盖板120和固定座110的可拆卸安装,采用该方式安装或拆卸简单,操作也方便。
可选地,卡凸可以设有多个,卡孔也可以设有多个,多个卡凸与多个卡孔一一对应配合,也就是说,通过设置多个卡凸和多个卡孔可以提高安装可靠性。
一些实施例中,如图2所示,锁止件20可以包括主体部210和止抵部220。主体部210可移动地设在座体件10上;止抵部220设在主体部210上,缓冲件40设在主体部210的靠近止抵部220的一侧,缓冲件40止抵或连接止抵部220。通过设置止抵部220用于接收来自缓冲件40的缓冲力,而通过将缓冲件40设在主体部210的靠近止抵部220的一侧使得缓冲件40与主体部210之间布置紧凑,可以减少缓冲件40和锁止件20占据较多的空间,从而节省空间,有利于实现童锁保护装置100整体的体积小型化。
其中,如图1所示,缓冲件40可以是止抵在止抵部220上以向锁止件20提供缓冲作用力,这样两者之间无需连接,装配比较简单。缓冲件40也可以是连接在止抵部220上,这样能保证两者之间安装可靠性较高。
具体地,如图2所示,主体部210为横板,止抵部220为板状且连接在主体部210的下端,而缓冲件40则设在主体部210的下侧,在该方案中缓冲件40与主体部210之间布置紧凑。
可选地,如图2所示,根据前文所述,定位柱202可以设在主体部210的右端,弹性件为弹簧并套设在定位柱202上,弹簧的另一端则止抵在第三容槽103上。
下面描述本申请童锁保护装置100的一个具体实施例。
如图1至图5所示,一种童锁保护装置100,包括:座体件10、锁止件20、触发件30、缓冲件40、增阻件50、连接件60。
座体件10包括固定架110和侧盖板120。
固定架110可以为盒体,具有容纳槽1101、第一槽口1102以及第二槽口1103,第一槽口1102和第二槽口1103连通容纳槽1101。锁止件20设在容纳槽1101内且部分穿设于第一槽口1102,触发件30穿设于第二槽口1103,增阻件50和缓冲件40设在容纳槽1101内;侧盖板120设在固定架110上以封闭容纳槽1101。
容纳槽1101包括第一容槽101、第二容槽102、第三容槽103。第一槽口1102和第二槽口1103设在第一容槽101上,锁止件20和触发件30设在第一容槽101内;第二容槽102与第一容槽101并排设置且连通,缓冲件40设在第二容槽102内,锁止件20部分延伸至第二容槽102内;第三容槽103连通第一容槽101和第二容槽102,增阻件50设在第三容槽103内。
侧盖板120上设有凸起部1201,凸起部1201配合在第二槽口1103上。
侧盖板120可拆卸地设在固定架110上,侧盖板120上设有安装孔1202,固定座110上设有螺纹孔1104,通过螺钉穿设在安装孔1202上并配合在螺纹孔1104上。
安装孔1202的数量为四个,螺纹孔1104的数量为四个。
锁止件20为锁舌,常保持在锁止位置,锁止件20包括主体部210和止抵部220。
主体部210可移动地设在座体件10上;止抵部220设在主体部210上,缓冲件40设在主体部210的靠近止抵部220的一侧,缓冲件40止抵止抵部220。
主体部210为横板,止抵部220为板状且连接在主体部210的下端,而缓冲件40则设在主体部210的下侧。
锁止件20可水平移动地设在座体件10上,触发件30可上下移动地设在座体件10 上;触发件30被触发时,触发件30可以向下移动并驱使锁止件20向解锁位置移动。
触发件30为按键柱且运动联动锁止件20,触发件30被触发时驱动锁止件20朝向解锁位置的方向移动,触发件30被释放时锁止件20复位。
增阻件50连接锁止件20,增阻件50可向锁止件20施加与锁止件20向解锁位置移动的方向相反的阻力。
增阻件50为弹性件,弹性件设在座体件10上且止抵锁止件20,使锁止件20常保持在锁止位置。
弹性件为弹簧,主体部210上设有定位柱202,弹簧套设在定位柱202上。
缓冲件40设在座体件10上,缓冲件40为阻尼器,阻尼器连接或止抵在锁止件20上,阻尼器使锁止件20复位时在预设时间后回到锁止位置。
连接件60为连杆,连杆的一端可枢转地连接锁止件20且另一端可枢转地连接触发件30。
锁止件20具有凹槽201,连接件60的一端位于凹槽201内。连接件60的下端可以设有第一销孔601,连接件60的下端设在凹槽201内,凹槽201上设有第一配合孔2011,通过第一销钉701穿设在第一销孔601和第一配合孔2011内实现连接件60和锁止件20的连接。
连接件60的上端设有第二销孔602,触发件30的下端设有第二配合孔301,通过第二销钉702穿设在第二销孔602和第二配合孔301内实现连接件60和触发件30的连接。
下面描述本申请童锁保护装置100的使用方法。
以被锁止部件80为开关门为例进行说明:
开关门处于关闭状态时,锁舌处于自然状态,锁舌的端部露出固定架110,顶部开关门,此时只拉动门把手或只按下开门按键不能实现开门。
当向下按压按键柱时,按键柱进入固定架110内,在连接件60的带动下锁舌退入固定架110内,此时再拉动门把手或按下开门按键能够实现开门。
若未完成开门动作,则增阻件50会使得锁舌逐渐复位,从而再次完成上锁。其中,弹簧力在使锁舌复位的过程中,阻尼器会抵消一部分弹簧力,使得锁舌在经过预设时间后才能完成上锁,在该预设时间内,用户可实现拉动门把手或按下开门按键完成开门,而无需持续按压按键柱,可节省人力,操作起来更简单。
综上所述,本申请的童锁保护装置100结构简单,成本低廉,操作方便快捷,安全可靠性较高。
下面结合附图,描述本申请食物加热设备1000。
如图6至图8所示,根据本申请实施例的食物加热设备1000,包括:壳体200、门体300、童锁保护装置100。
门体300可开合地设在壳体200上,壳体200为食物加热设备1000的炉体,门体300即为食物加热设备1000的炉门,通过开合炉门用于放置食物。童锁保护装置100为根据前文所述的童锁保护装置100,座体件10设在门体300上,触发件30伸出壳体200,锁止件20锁止在门体300上,以起到童锁功能,避免因儿童误操作而开启食物加热设备1000的炉门。
可以理解为,童锁保护装置100在初始位置时锁止件20锁止在门体300,触发件30伸出壳体200,这样能够避免儿童误操作打开门体300,被加热后的食物烫伤,而且即便儿童碰触到触发件30,童锁保护装置100的触发件30只有在较大作用力下才能触发解锁锁止件20,因此可以有效避免儿童触发童锁保护装置100。
需要说明的是,食物加热设备1000可以是微波炉或烤箱。其中,物加热设备1000为微波炉时,壳体200为微波炉的炉体,门体300为炉门,而微波炉的其他组件如磁控管、风扇电机、同步电机以及定时器等部件均包括在壳体200内。同样,当食物加热设备1000为烤箱时,壳体200为烤箱的箱体,门体300为箱门,烤箱的其他组件例如电热元件、控温元件、定时元件等也均包括在壳体200内,这里不再赘述。
根据本申请实施例的食物加热设备1000,通过设置童锁保护装置100使得食物加热设备1000进行按门或拉门动作之前,必须解除童锁保护装置100才能完成整个开门动作,有效避免儿童误触开门按键或拉手,而且童锁保护装置100只有在较大力作用下才能实现解锁,从而可以显著提高食物加热设备1000整体的安全性。
一些实施例中,如图5所示,锁止件20可以具有锁舌端203,锁舌端203锁止在门体300上,锁舌端203的靠近壳体200外的一侧具有回推面(图未示出),回推面与锁舌端203的靠近壳体200内的另一侧之间的距离沿远离座体件10的方向逐渐减小。也就是说,锁舌端203上的回推面构造成斜面,当按下门体300关门时,门体300在关门过程中会挤压回推面,使得锁止件20可以向解锁位置移动,从而使得用户无需按压触发件30就能关门门体300,然后在门体300关闭到位后,锁止件20自动复位锁紧门体300,可提高操作便捷性,省时省力。
其他示例中,如图8所示,童锁保护装置100设在壳体200内,以隐藏起童锁保护装置100,增强美观性。具体地,童锁保护装置100可设在壳体200的食物加热设备1000的控制面板的后侧,方便进行操作。
根据本申请实施例的食物加热设备1000的其他构成等以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种童锁保护装置,其中,包括:
    座体件;
    锁止件,所述锁止件设在所述座体件上,所述锁止件常保持在锁止位置;
    触发件,所述触发件可伸缩地设在所述座体件上,所述触发件运动联动所述锁止件,其中,所述触发件被触发时所述触发件缩入所述座体件并驱动所述锁止件向解锁位置的方向移动,所述触发件被释放时所述触发件伸出所述座体件且所述锁止件复位;
    增阻件,所述增阻件连接或止抵所述锁止件,所述增阻件可向所述锁止件施加与所述锁止件向所述解锁位置移动的方向相反的阻力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的童锁保护装置,其中,所述增阻件为弹性件,所述弹性件设在所述座体件上且止抵所述锁止件,以使所述锁止件常保持在锁止位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的童锁保护装置,其中,所述锁止件可水平移动地设在所述座体件上,所述触发件可上下移动地设在所述座体件上;其中,
    所述触发件被触发时,所述触发件向下移动并驱使所述锁止件向所述解锁位置移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的童锁保护装置,其中,还包括连接件,所述连接件的一端可枢转地连接所述锁止件且另一端可枢转地连接所述触发件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的童锁保护装置,其中,所述锁止件上设有凹槽,所述连接件的一端位于所述凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的童锁保护装置,其中,还包括缓冲件,所述缓冲件设在所述座体件上,所述缓冲件连接或止抵在所述锁止件上,所述缓冲件使所述锁止件复位时在预设时间后回到所述锁止位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的童锁保护装置,其中,所述座体件包括:
    固定架,所述固定架具有容纳槽、第一槽口以及第二槽口,所述第一槽口和所述第二槽口连通所述容纳槽,所述锁止件设在所述容纳槽内且部分穿设于所述第一槽口,所述触发件穿设于所述第二槽口,所述增阻件和所述缓冲件设在所述容纳槽内;
    侧盖板,所述侧盖板设在所述固定架上以封闭所述容纳槽。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的童锁保护装置,其中,所述锁止件包括:
    主体部,所述主体部可移动地设在所述座体件上;
    止抵部,所述止抵部设在主体部上,所述缓冲件设在所述主体部的靠近所述止抵部的一侧,所述缓冲件止抵或连接所述止抵部。
  9. 一种食物加热设备,其中,包括:
    壳体;
    门体,所述门体可开合地设在所述壳体上;
    童锁保护装置,所述童锁保护装置为根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的童锁保护装置,所述座体件设在所述门体上,所述触发件伸出所述壳体,所述锁止件锁止在所述门体上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的食物加热设备,其中,所述锁止件具有锁舌端,所述锁舌端锁止在所述门体上,所述锁舌端的靠近所述壳体外的一侧具有回推面,所述回推面与所述锁舌端的靠近所述壳体内的另一侧之间的距离沿远离所述座体件的方向逐渐减小。
