背景技术
烹饪器具在烹饪结束后,用户可直接打开门体组件,而此时刚刚烹饪好的食物往往温度较高,存在烫伤用户的可能。特别是在儿童使用烹饪器具烹饪食物后,更加容易出现意外。
相关技术中,采用按键式的锁结构来限制门体组件的开闭,但在门体组件开启的情况下存在用户误触发按键式结构的情况,此时用户无法将按键式的锁结构关闭,造成用户无法关闭门体组件。

第一方面,本申请提出了一种锁结构,包括:固定件;以及锁止组件,锁止组件包括:承载件,承载件能够与待安装面可拆卸地连接;安装件,与承载件相连接;驱动件,驱动件的至少一部分设置于安装件内;第一弹性件,第一弹性件的第一端连接于驱动件;以及锁止件,连接于第一弹性件的第二端,锁止件能够在驱动件和第一弹性件的驱动下相对安装件运动,并与固定件相锁合或相分离。
本申请提供的锁结构包括固定件和锁止组件。其中,锁止组件与固定件可配合使用以起到锁合限位的作用。具体地,本申请提出的锁结构可应用于烹饪器具,并作为烹饪器具的童锁使用。
特别地,锁止组件包括安装件、驱动件、第一弹性件和锁止件。其中,安装件安装至外部物体(例如烹饪器具的门体组件或腔体组件);驱动件的至少一部分设置于安装件内,第一弹性件的第一端连接于驱动件;第一弹性件的第二端连接于锁止件。这样,驱动件可通过第一弹性件施加给锁止件一个推力,以使得锁止件在驱动件和第一弹性件的驱动下相对安装件运动,进而使得锁止件穿过安装件与固定件相锁合。
特别地,在本申请提出的锁结构中,第一弹性件抵接在驱动件与锁止件之间,进而实现了锁止件与驱动件之间的柔性连接。这样,在锁止组件处于锁合位置的情况下,由于第一弹性件的存在使得锁止件仍可朝向驱动件一侧运动。
具体地,固定件和锁止组件可分别安装到腔体组件和门体组件,因此,在门体组件开启的情况下,一旦用户无意中关闭锁止组件,在不切换锁止件工位的情况下,用户关闭门体组件的过程中固定件会与锁止件相接触,进而迫使锁止件朝向驱动件一侧运动。这样,一方面可保证锁止件与固定件能够连接限位,另一方面锁止件与固定件的连接限位并不需要用户操作,极大程度上提升了锁止组件的使用便捷性。
在门体组件处于关闭状态时,锁止件处于锁合工位;此时锁止件与固定件连接限位,用户无法开启门体组件。在开启门体组件之前,先解除锁止与固定件之间的连接限位;此时,锁止件处于解锁工位,锁止件与固定件相分离。
在开启门体组件的过程中,可直接驱动门体组件与腔体组件相分离,以完成开门操作;此时,锁止件依旧处于解锁工位。在关闭门体组件的过程中,可直接将门体组件关闭后再次切换锁止件的工位,使得锁止件与固定件锁合限位即可。并且,在门体组件开启时用户一旦将锁止件切换到锁合工位,由于第一弹性件抵接在锁止件与驱动件之间,使得锁止件与驱动件之间弹性连接。这样用户并不需要提前切换锁止件的工位,即可保证锁止件在门体组件关闭过程中仍然能够与固定件锁合限位。
具体地,本申请提出的锁结构可应用于烹饪器具。在烹饪器具结束烹饪进程后,烹饪腔内的食物的温度较高,此时用户直接开启门体取出食物存在烫伤的风险。因此,本申请通过上述锁止组件和固定件的配合,使得用户想要开启门体组件,就必须在开启门体组件的同时抽拉锁止件。这样,一方面可对用户起到一定的提示作用,另一方面可阻止儿童误开启门体组件的情况发生,极大程度上提升了该烹饪器具的使用安全性。
因此,本申请提出的锁结构通过锁止组件与固定件相配合,提升锁结构的解锁难度,避免用户特别是儿童误开启门体组件,提升应用该锁结构的烹饪器具的使用安全性。并且,驱动件与锁止件之间柔性连接,在门体组件开启时即使用户误将锁止件切换至锁合位置,也可在不驱动锁止件的情况下关闭门体组件并保证锁止件与固定件之间的连接限位。
承载件对安装件起到承载作用,安装件安装于承载件。锁结构能够安装于烹饪器具,具体地,承载件能够与烹饪器具的待安装面可拆卸地连接,即承载件能够拆卸于烹饪器具。当锁结构发生损坏时,可以将锁结构拆卸于待安装面,避免因锁结构损坏而无法开关或关闭烹饪器具的情况发生,提高用户对锁结构的使用便利性。而且,当锁结构发生损坏时,可以单独对锁结构进行拆卸、更换和维护,而不需要对烹饪器具的壳体等部件进行拆除,降低维护难度,节约维护成本。
在一种可能的设计中,承载件包括:安装部,设置有第一开口,安装部设有第一侧面,第一侧面用于与待安装面可拆卸地连接;承载部,承载部的第一端与第一侧面相连接,承载部设置有相连通的第二开口和容纳部,第二开口位于承载部的第二端,安装件经由第一开口伸入容纳部,锁止件 能够相对第二开口运动,并与固定件相锁合或相分离。

当锁结构发生损坏时,可以将锁结构拆卸于腔体组件或门体组件,避免因锁结构损坏而无法开关或关闭烹饪器具的情况发生,提高用户对锁结构的使用便利性。而且,当锁结构发生损坏时,可以单独对锁结构进行拆卸、更换和维护,而不需要对烹饪器具的壳体等部件进行拆除,降低维护难度,节约维护成本。
在一种可能的设计中,腔体组件包括:腔本体;罩体,围设于至少一部分腔本体。
在该设计中,腔体组件包括腔本体和罩体。其中,腔本体内设置有烹饪腔,烹饪腔用来放置待烹饪的食物;罩体围设于至少一部分腔本体,进而对腔本体起到良好的保护作用。此外,腔本体与罩体之间存在一定的安装腔,进而将烹饪器具的相关部件安装在腔本体与罩体之间的安装腔内。
在一种可能的设计中,门体组件还包括:门本体;门封,与门本体相连接;锁扣,设置于门本体或门封,用于与腔体组件开合连接。
在该设计中,门体组件包括门本体、门封和锁扣。其中,门本体与腔体组件开合连接,并可用于开启或关闭烹饪腔;门封与门本体相连接,并可在门本体关闭烹饪腔时起到良好的密封功能,以保证烹饪腔在工作过程中良好的密封效果。此外,锁扣设置门本体或门封,与腔体组件开合连接。在门本体关闭烹饪腔时,锁扣与腔体组件相连接,以保证门体组件与腔体组件之间的连接。
具体地,本申请提出的烹饪器具中门体组件包括锁扣,锁扣用于与腔体组件相连接,进而保证门体组件与腔体组件之间的稳定连接。也即,本申请提出的烹饪器具首先可通过锁扣保证门体组件与腔体组件之间的连接,而后可将锁止组件作为童锁使用,使得锁止组件与固定件相配合,进一步限制用户开启门体组件。
在一种可能的设计中,基于锁止组件设置于腔体组件,安装件中的安装部与罩体的外表面相连,罩体上设有安装孔,安装件中的承载部可穿过安装孔。
在该设计中,安装部与罩体的外表面可拆卸地连接,当锁结构发生损坏而无法开启烹饪器具的门体组件时,可以在罩体的外部对将安装部拆卸于罩体的外表面。在烹饪器具的外部对锁结构进行拆卸的方式,即使锁结构发生损坏,也能够通过拆卸锁结构而开启烹饪器具的门体组件,提升用户对烹饪器具的使用便利性。
在一些可能的设计中,基于固定件设置于门体组件,固定件与门本体相连接。
在该设计中,固定件可以设置在门体组件。其中,在固定件设置在门体组件时,可以是固定件与门本体相连接。此时,锁止组件设置在腔体组件,进而保证锁止组件与固定件的位置相对应。具体地,固定件与门本体之间可采用螺钉等紧固件进行连接,也可采用卡扣相卡接。
此外,门本体自身具有良好的强度和硬度,将固定件与门本体相连接,可进一步保证固定件的连接牢固性,提升锁止组件与固定件的配合稳定性,以延长固定件以及整个烹饪器具的使用寿命。
在一些可能的设计中,基于固定件设置于门体组件,固定件与门封相连接。
在该设计中,固定件可以设置在门体组件。其中,在固定件设置在门体组件时,可以是固定件与门封相连接。此时,锁止组件设置在腔体组件,进而保证锁止组件与固定件的位置相对应。具体地,固定件与门封之间可采用螺钉等紧固件进行连接,也可采用卡扣相卡接。
此外,在烹饪器具使用过程中,门封直接与腔体组件相接触,并且相较于门本体更加靠近腔体组件。因此,将固定件安装在门封,可降低对固定件的尺寸要求,可简化固定件以及整个烹饪器具的结构。
在一些可能的设计中,基于固定件设置于门体组件,固定件与门本体为一体式结构。
在该设计中,固定件可以设置在门体组件。其中,在固定件设置在门 体组件时,可以是固定件与门本体为一体式结构。特别地,固定件与门本体为一体式结构,一方面可减少固定件与门本体之间连接件的使用,另一方面可极大程度上提升固定件与门本体之间连接强度,进而保证固定件与锁止件的连接稳定性,以延长固定件以及整个烹饪器具的使用寿命。

在该设计中,固定件可以设置在门体组件。其中,在固定件设置在门体组件时,可以是固定件与门封为一体式结构。特别地,固定件与门封为一体式结构,一方面可减少固定件与门封之间连接件的使用,另一方面可极大程度上提升固定件与门封间连接强度,进而保证固定件与锁止件的连接稳定性,以延长固定件以及整个烹饪器具的使用寿命。

此外,罩体的结构相对简单,固定件与罩体相连接,可降低固定件的安装难度,进而提升锁止组件和烹饪器具的装配效率。并且,固定件与罩体相连接,可降低对腔本体的结构和制造要求,进一步提升腔本体的制造 效率。
在一种可能的设计中,基于锁止组件设置于门体组件,安装件中的安装部与门本体的外表面相连,门本体上设有安装孔,安装件中的承载部可穿过安装孔。
在该设计中,安装部与门本体的外表面可拆卸地连接,当锁结构发生损坏而无法开启烹饪器具的门体组件时,可以在门本体的外部对将安装部拆卸于门本体的外表面。在烹饪器具的外部对锁结构进行拆卸的方式,即使锁结构发生损坏,也能够通过拆卸锁结构而开启烹饪器具的门体组件,提升用户对烹饪器具的使用便利性。

为了能够更清楚地理解本申请的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请,但是,本申请还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本申请的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图25描述根据本申请的一些实施例提供的锁结构和烹饪器具。
结合图1、图2、图3和图4所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,提出了一种锁结构,包括:固定件106以及锁止组件108,其中,锁止组件108包括:承载件180、第一安装件110、第一驱动件112、第一弹性件114和锁止件116,承载件180能够与待安装面可拆卸地连接;第一安装件110与承载件180相连接;第一驱动件112的至少一部分设置于第一安装件110内;第一弹性件114的第一端连接于第一驱动件112;锁止件116连接于第一弹性件114的第二端,锁止件116能够在第一驱动件112和第一弹性件114的驱动下相对第一安装件110运动,并与固定件106相锁合或相分离。
本实施例提供的锁结构包括固定件106和锁止组件108。其中,锁止组件108与固定件106可配合使用以起到锁合限位的作用。具体地,本申请提出的锁结构可应用于烹饪器具,并作为烹饪器具的童锁使用。
特别地,锁止组件108包括第一安装件110、第一驱动件112、第一弹性件114和锁止件116。其中,第一安装件110安装至外部物体例如烹饪器具的门体组件104或腔体组件102;第一驱动件112的至少一部分设置于第一安装件110内,第一弹性件114的第一端连接于第一驱动件112;第一弹性件114的第二端连接于锁止件116。这样,第一驱动件112可通过第一弹性件114施加给锁止件116一个推力,以使得锁止件116在第一驱动件112和第一弹性件114的驱动下相对第一安装件110运动,进而使 得锁止件116穿过第一安装件110与固定件106相锁合。
特别地,在本申请提出的锁结构中,第一弹性件114抵接在第一驱动件112与锁止件116之间,进而实现了锁止件116与第一驱动件112之间的柔性连接。这样,在锁止组件108处于锁合位置的情况下,由于第一弹性件114的存在使得锁止件116仍可朝向第一驱动件112一侧运动。
具体地,固定件106和锁止组件108可分别安装到腔体组件102和门体组件104,因此,在门体组件104开启的情况下,一旦用户无意中关闭锁止组件108,在不切换锁止件116工位的情况下,用户关闭门体组件104的过程中固定件106会与锁止件116相接触,进而迫使锁止件116朝向第一驱动件112一侧运动。这样,一方面可保证锁止件116与固定件106能够连接限位,另一方面锁止件116与固定件106的连接限位并不需要用户操作,极大程度上提升了锁止组件108的使用便捷性。
在门体组件104处于关闭状态时,锁止件116处于锁合工位;此时锁止件116与固定件106连接限位,用户无法开启门体组件104。在开启门体组件104之前,先解除锁止与固定件106之间的连接限位;此时,锁止件116处于解锁工位,锁止件116与固定件106相分离。
图2中示出了锁止组件108与固定件106相分离的状态,图3中示出了锁止组件108与固定件106相锁合的状态。
在开启门体组件104的过程中,可直接驱动门体组件104与腔体组件102相分离,以完成开门操作;此时,锁止件116依旧处于解锁工位。在关闭门体组件104的过程中,可直接将门体组件104关闭后再次切换锁止件116的工位,使得锁止件116与固定件106锁合限位即可。并且,在门体组件104开启时用户一旦将锁止件116切换到锁合工位,由于第一弹性件114抵接在锁止件116与第一驱动件112之间,使得锁止件116与第一驱动件112之间弹性连接。这样用户并不需要提前切换锁止件116的工位,即可保证锁止件116在门体组件104关闭过程中仍然能够与固定件106锁合限位。
具体地,本申请提出的锁结构可应用于烹饪器具。在烹饪器具结束烹饪进程后,烹饪腔内的食物的温度较高,此时用户直接开启门体取出食物 存在烫伤的风险。因此,本申请通过上述锁止组件108和固定件106的配合,使得用户想要开启门体组件104,就必须在开启门体组件104的同时抽拉锁止件116。这样,一方面可对用户起到一定的提示作用,另一方面可阻止儿童误开启门体组件104的情况发生,极大程度上提升了该烹饪器具的使用安全性。
因此,本申请提出的锁结构通过锁止组件108与固定件106相配合,提升锁结构的解锁难度,避免用户特别是儿童误开启门体组件104,提升应用该锁结构的烹饪器具的使用安全性。并且,第一驱动件112与锁止件116之间柔性连接,在门体组件104开启时即使用户误将锁止件116切换至锁合位置,也可在不驱动锁止件116的情况下关闭门体组件104并保证锁止件116与固定件106之间的连接限位。
承载件180对第一安装件110起到承载作用,第一安装件110安装于承载件180。锁结构能够安装于烹饪器具,具体地,承载件180能够与烹饪器具的待安装面可拆卸地连接,即承载件180能够拆卸于烹饪器具。当锁结构发生损坏时,可以将锁结构拆卸于待安装面,避免因锁结构损坏而无法开关或关闭烹饪器具的情况发生,提高用户对锁结构的使用便利性。而且,当锁结构发生损坏时,可以单独对锁结构进行拆卸、更换和维护,而不需要对烹饪器具的壳体等部件进行拆除,降低维护难度,节约维护成本。
结合图1和图14所示,在一种可能的实施例中,承载件180包括:第一安装部182和第一承载部186,第一安装部182设置有第一开口184,第一安装部182设有第一侧面,第一侧面用于与待安装面可拆卸地连接;第一承载部186的第一端与第一侧面相连接,第一承载部186设置有相连通的第二开口188和容纳部190,第二开口188位于第一承载部186的第二端,第一安装件110经由第一开口184伸入容纳部190,锁止件116能够相对第二开口188运动,并与固定件106相锁合或相分离。
在该实施例中,锁止件116相对第二开口188运动,并与固定件106相锁合或相分离,锁止件116向第二开口188外伸出时,锁止件116与固定件106相锁合,锁止件116向第二开口188内伸进时,锁止件116与固 定件106相分离。第一承载部186的第一端与第一安装部182连接,第一承载部186的第二端设置有第二开口188,所以用户需要经由第一开口184对锁止件116进行按动。而且,由于第一安装部182的第一侧面能与待安装面连接,所以第一安装部182是安装在烹饪器具的外表面上的。第一安装部182与烹饪器具的外表面可拆卸地连接,当锁结构发生损坏而无法开启烹饪器具的门体时,可以在烹饪器具的外部对将第一安装部182拆卸于烹饪器具的外表面。在烹饪器具的外部对锁结构进行拆卸的方式,即使锁结构发生损坏,也能够通过拆卸锁结构而开启烹饪器具的门体,进一步提升用户对锁结构的使用便利性。
结合图1和图14所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第一安装部182伸出第一承载部186的周向边缘,伸出第一承载部186的周向边缘的第一安装部182用于与待安装面相抵靠。
在该实施例中,第一安装部182中朝向第一承载部186的端部为第一侧面,第一承载部186中朝向第一安装部182的端部为第二侧面,第一侧面的面积大于第二侧面的面积,使得第一安装部182可以伸出第一承载部186的周向边缘。由于第一安装部182的第一侧面用于与待安装面连接,所以第一安装部182中伸出第一承载部186周向边缘的部分能够与待安装面相接触,第一安装部182与待安装面具有较大的接触面积,提高锁结构与烹饪器具的外表面的连接稳定性。
在一种可能的实施例中,第一安装件110可拆卸地连接于第一承载部186。
在该实施例中,在第一安装件110和承载件180中的一个损坏时,可以将第一安装件110拆卸于承载件180,从而可以对第一安装件110和承载件180中的一个进行维护或更换,进一步降低锁结构的维护成本。
结合图1和图14所示,在一种可能的实施例中,承载件180还包括:挡板192,挡板192与第一承载部186相连接,挡板192能够在容纳部190内滑动,以推动锁止件116。
在该实施例中,挡板192能够在容纳部190内滑动,用户可以对挡板192进行按动,使得挡板192对锁止件116进行推动,挡板192的待推动 面的面积较大,挡板192与用户手部的接触面积较大,能够提高用户对锁止件116的驱动便利性。而且,挡板192能够对第一开口184起到遮挡作用,避免杂质进入到容纳部190内,锁结构的内部不易因杂质而发生卡顿的问题,有利于提高锁结构的功能稳定性。
结合图1、图4和图8所示,在一种可能的实施例中,锁止组件108还包括:导向结构118,导向结构118设置于第一安装件110,第一驱动件112的至少一部分能够沿导向结构118移动,并被限位于导向结构118的端部。
在该实施例中,锁止组件108还包括导向结构118。其中,导向结构118设置在第一安装件110的内部,并且第一驱动件112的至少一部分与导向结构118滑动连接,并且能够限位在导向结构118的端部,进而使得锁止件116停留在锁合工位。
具体地,导向结构118的端部设置有限位部,第一驱动件112的至少一部分能够沿导向结构118移动;当第一驱动件112的至少一部分移动到导向结构118的端部时,第一驱动件112的至少一部分与导向结构118端部的限位部相抵接,进而将锁止件116限位在锁合位置。
具体地,导向结构118包括导向筋,导向筋的延伸方向与锁止件116的移动方向一致;第一驱动件112的至少一部分能够沿导向筋移动,第一驱动件112的至少一部分能够与导向筋的端部相抵接,进而将锁止件116限位在锁合位置。
结合图4、图5、图6、图7、图8和图9所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第一驱动件112包括:按压件120和运动件122,按压件120穿设于第一安装件110,并与第一安装件110活动连接,按压件120包括第一斜面124;运动件122与导向结构118滑动连接,运动件122连接于第一弹性件114的第一端,运动件122能够被限位于导向结构118的端部;其中,运动件122包括第二斜面126,第一斜面124能够抵接于第二斜面126,以驱动运动件122带动锁止件116切换工位。
在该实施例中,第一驱动件112包括按压件120和运动件122。其中,按压件120与第一安装件110活动连接,并穿设于第一安装件110;并且,按压件120的至少一部分位于整个烹饪器具的外表面;在烹饪器具使用过 程中,可通过按压按压件120来切换锁止件116的工位。运动件122设置在第一安装件110的内部,并且与导向结构118滑动连接。此外,运动件122连接于第一弹性件114的第一端,以使得第一弹性件114位于运动件122与锁止件116之间。因此,在烹饪器具使用过程中,用户可按压按压件120,按压件120带动运动件122运行,运动件122通过第一弹性件114驱动锁止件116切换工位。
结合图10和图11所示,具体地,按压件120包括有第一斜面124,运动件122包括有第二斜面126。在用户按压按压件120时,按压件120的第一斜面124与运动件122的第二斜面126相接触。在第一次按压按压件120时,运动件122会沿导向结构118移动;在运动件122移动到导向结构118的端部时,第二斜面126与第一斜面124配合驱动运动件122转动,此时运动件122即可与限位部相抵接,锁止件116并被限位在锁合位置。在第二次按压按压件120时,第二斜面126与第一斜面124配合再次驱动运动件122转动,此时运动件122沿导向结构118反向移动,进而使得运动件122与限位部相分离,锁止件116并由锁合位置切换至解锁位置。
在一些可能的实施例中,按压件120包括按键柱,按键柱的侧壁设置有第三凸部166,第三凸部166用于按键柱的限位。
在该实施例中,按压件120包括按键柱。其中,按键柱的侧壁设置有第三凸部166,第三凸部166可与第一安装件110的端部相抵接,进而保证安装柱的至少一部分始终处于第一安装件110的内部,进而保证按键柱与第一安装件110相连接。
具体地,在使用过程中,由于第一弹性件114抵接在锁止件116与运动件122之间。这样,通过上述第三凸部166与第一安装件110抵接限位,可保证按键柱不会在第一弹性件114的弹力作用下脱离第一安装件110。
结合图9、图10和图11所示,在一种可能的实施例中,运动件122包括滑爪套,滑爪套的侧壁设置有第一凸部128,第一凸部128与导向结构118滑动连接,并能够抵接于导向结构118的端部,第二斜面126设置于第一凸部128。
在该实施例中,运动件122包括滑爪套。其中,滑爪套的侧壁设置有 第一凸部128,第一凸部128与导向结构118滑动连接,并且第一凸部128能够与导向结构118的端部相抵接,进而将锁止件116限位在锁合位置。
具体地,按键柱的内部中空,并且滑爪套的至少部分能够伸入到按键柱的内部。此外,第一斜面124设置在按键柱的开口端,第二斜面126设置于第一凸部128。在第一次按压按压件120时,第一凸部128带动运动件122沿导向结构118移动;在运动件122移动到导向结构118的端部时,第二斜面126与第一斜面124配合驱动运动件122转动,此时第一凸部128即可与限位部相抵接,锁止件116并被限位在锁合位置。在第二次按压按压件120时,第二斜面126与第一斜面124配合再次驱动运动件122转动,此时运动件122会在第一弹性件114的作用下沿导向结构118反向移动,进而使得第一凸部128与限位部相分离,锁止件116并由锁合位置切换至解锁位置。
结合图9、图10和图11所示,在一种可能的实施例中,运动件122的内部中空,运动件122的侧壁设置有导向槽170,导向槽170的延伸方向与锁止件116的运动方向一致;锁止件116的至少一部分位于运动件122内,锁止件116的侧壁设置有第二凸部130,第二凸部130与导向槽170滑动连接。
在该实施例中,运动件122的内部中空,并且锁止件116的至少一部分位于运动件122的内部。此外,运动件122的侧壁设置有导向槽170,导向槽170的延伸方向与锁止件116的运动方向一致;锁止件116上设置有第二凸部130,第二凸部130的位于导向槽170内,以并且第二凸部130与导向槽170滑动连接。这样,在使用过程中,锁止件116在外力的作用下可相对运动件122移动,进而保证即使用户无意中关闭锁止组件108的情况下,锁止件116仍可缩回到第一安装件110内,以保证锁止件116与固定件106能够连接限位。
具体地,在门体组件104开启的情况下,第一弹性件114抵接到运动件122与锁止件116之间。此时,第二凸部130处于导向槽170的中部、或者处于导向槽170靠近第一安装件110底部的第一端,以保证锁止件116可在外力驱动下缩回第一安装件110的内部,进而保证即使用户无意中关 闭锁止组件108,锁止件116仍然能够与固定件106相锁合。
此外,在锁止件116移动活动,第二凸部130沿导向槽170移动,进而通过第二凸部130与导向槽170的配合起到一定的限位和导向作用,进而提升锁止件116的运行平稳定。
如图4所示,在一种可能的实施例中,锁止件116还包括:第一驱动斜面132,固定件106能够与第一驱动斜面132相抵接,以驱动锁止件116相对第一安装件110移动。
在该实施例中,锁止件116还包括第一驱动斜面132。其中,在门体组件104开启后,如果用户误触发锁止组件108,锁止件116会伸出第一安装件110。此时,用户在关闭门体组件104的过程中,可直接驱动关闭门体组件104而不必再次按压按压件120,更加便于用户操作。

结合图4和图9所示,在一种可能的实施例中,锁止组件108还包括:第二弹性件134,第二弹性件134设置于第一安装件110内,并连接于第一驱动件112和第一安装件110,用于锁止件116的复位;其中,第一弹性件114的至少一部分位于锁止件116的内部,第二弹性件134套设于锁止件116。
在该实施例中,锁止组件108还包括第二弹性件134。其中,第二弹性件134设置在第一安装件110内,并且抵接于第一驱动件112的运动件122和第一安装件110的盖板140。这样,通过第一弹性件114与第二弹性件134配合,更进一步提升了锁止件116的稳定性。
特别地,在按压按压件120的过程中,在按压件120与运动件122接触之前,按压件120会挤压第二弹性件134,此时第二弹性件134处于压缩状态;在按压件120与运动件122相接触后,按压件120会同时挤压第 一弹性件114和第二弹性件134,此时第一弹性件114和第二弹性件134均处于压缩状态。
具体地,在运动件122限位于导向结构118的端部时,处于压缩状态的第一弹性件114与第二弹性件134均会施加给运动件122一个推力,进而使得运动件122稳定地被限位在导向结构118的端部。在再次按压按压件120后,运动件122转动并脱离导向结构118的端部;此时,处于压缩状态第一弹性件114和第二弹性件134相互配合,进而将运动件122复位到之前的位置。在该过程在,由于上述第一弹性件114和第二弹性件134的配合,可极大程度上提升了对第一驱动件112的推力,进而进一步提升锁止件116的稳定性。
结合图4、图9和图12所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第一安装件110包括:固定支架136、第三开口138、盖板140和第四开口142,第三开口138设置于固定支架136,第一驱动件112穿设于第三开口138;盖板140与固定支架136相连接;第四开口142设置于盖板140,锁止件116能够穿设于第四开口142。
在该实施例中,第一安装件110包括固定支架136、第一开口184、盖板140和第二开口188。其中,固定支架136可以保证整个锁止组件108的稳定安装;盖板140与固定支架136相连接,使得盖板140与固定支架136配合以保证锁止件116和第一弹性件114等部件。
此外,固定支架136设置有第一开口184,盖板140设置有第二开口188,第一开口184与第二开口188对应设置。锁止件116的按压部穿设于第一开口184,并位于烹饪器具的表面;锁止件116能够在运动件122和第一弹性件114的驱动下穿过第二开口188,并伸入到固定件106的固定口内,以完成对门体组件104的限位。
固定支架136的内壁沿周向设置有限位槽,在运动件122移动到导向结构118的端部时,在第一斜面124和第二斜面126配合作用下,运动件上设置有第二斜面126的结构被推入至限位槽内,限位槽对设置有第二斜面126的结构进行限位,运动件122不再继续移动,锁止件116并被限位在锁合位置。当第二次按压按压件120时,第二斜面126与第一斜面124 配合再次驱动运动件122转动,设置有第二斜面126的结构被推出限位槽,进而使得运动件122与限位部相分离,锁止件116并由锁合位置切换至解锁位置。
结合图1、图13、图14、图15和图16所示,第二方面,本申请提出了一种烹饪器具,包括:腔体组件102、门体组件104以及如上述任一实施例中的锁结构,门体组件104与腔体组件102开合连接;其中,固定件106设置于腔体组件102和门体组件104中的一者,锁止组件108设置于腔体组件102和门体组件104中的另一者。
本实施例提供的烹饪器具具有上述任一实施例中所提供的锁结构的全部效益。
本实施例提出的烹饪器具包括腔体组件102、门体组件104和上述任一实施例中的锁结构。其中,腔体组件102包括有烹饪腔,烹饪腔内用于放置待烹饪的食物;门体组件104与腔体组件102开合连接,并用于开启或关闭烹饪腔。具体地,门体组件104可以与腔体组件102转动连接,也可与腔体组件102滑动连接。腔体组件102和门体组件104中的一者设置有固定件106,腔体组件102和门体组件104中的另一者锁止组件108,锁止组件108与固定件106配合,可将门体组件104锁紧在腔体组件102上。具体地,上述锁止组件108为童锁,并起到辅助连接的作用。
在门体组件104处于关闭状态时,锁止件116处于锁合工位;此时锁止件116与固定件106连接限位,用户无法开启门体组件104。在开启门体组件104之前,先解除锁止与固定件106之间的连接限位;此时,锁止件116处于解锁工位,锁止件116与固定件106相分离。
在开启门体组件104的过程中,可直接驱动门体组件104与腔体组件102相分离,以完成开门操作;此时,锁止件116依旧处于解锁工位。在关闭门体组件104的过程中,可直接将门体组件104关闭后再次切换锁止件116的工位,使得锁止件116与固定件106连接限位即可。
锁止组件108包括第一安装件110、第一驱动件112、第一弹性件114和锁止件116。其中,第一安装件110安装至外部物体例如烹饪器具的门体组件104或腔体组件102;第一驱动件112的至少一部分设置于第一安 装件110内,第一弹性件114的第一端连接于第一驱动件112;第一弹性件114的第二端连接于锁止件116。这样,第一驱动件112可通过第一弹性件114施加给锁止件116一个推力,以使得锁止件116在第一驱动件112和第一弹性件114的驱动下相对第一安装件110运动,进而使得锁止件116穿过第一安装件110与固定件106相锁合。
特别地,在本申请提出的锁结构中,第一弹性件114抵接在第一驱动件112与锁止件116之间,进而实现了锁止件116与第一驱动件112之间的柔性连接。这样,在锁止组件108处于锁合位置的情况下,由于第一弹性件114的存在使得锁止件116仍可朝向第一驱动件112一侧运动。
具体地,固定件106和锁止组件108可分别安装到腔体组件102和门体组件104,因此,在门体组件104开启的情况下,一旦用户无意中关闭锁止组件108,在不切换锁止件116工位的情况下,用户关闭门体组件104的过程中固定件106会与锁止件116相接触,进而迫使锁止件116朝向第一驱动件112一侧运动。这样,一方面可保证锁止件116与固定件106能够连接限位,另一方面锁止件116与固定件106的连接限位并不需要用户操作,极大程度上提升了锁止组件108的使用便捷性。
在门体组件104处于关闭状态时,锁止件116处于锁合工位;此时锁止件116与固定件106连接限位,用户无法开启门体组件104。在开启门体组件104之前,先解除锁止与固定件106之间的连接限位;此时,锁止件116处于解锁工位,锁止件116与固定件106相分离。
图2中示出了锁止组件108与固定件106相分离的状态,图3中示出了锁止组件108与固定件106相锁合的状态。
在开启门体组件104的过程中,可直接驱动门体组件104与腔体组件102相分离,以完成开门操作;此时,锁止件116依旧处于解锁工位。在关闭门体组件104的过程中,可直接将门体组件104关闭后再次切换锁止件116的工位,使得锁止件116与固定件106锁合限位即可。并且,在门体组件104开启时用户一旦将锁止件116切换到锁合工位,由于第一弹性件114抵接在锁止件116与第一驱动件112之间,使得锁止件116与第一驱动件112之间弹性连接。这样用户并不需要提前切换锁止件116的工位, 即可保证锁止件116在门体组件104关闭过程中仍然能够与固定件106锁合限位。
具体地,本申请提出的锁结构可应用于烹饪器具。在烹饪器具结束烹饪进程后,烹饪腔内的食物的温度较高,此时用户直接开启门体取出食物存在烫伤的风险。因此,本申请通过上述锁止组件108和固定件106的配合,使得用户想要开启门体组件104,就必须在开启门体组件104的同时抽拉锁止件116。这样,一方面可对用户起到一定的提示作用,另一方面可阻止儿童误开启门体组件104的情况发生,极大程度上提升了该烹饪器具的使用安全性。
因此,本申请提出的锁结构通过锁止组件108与固定件106相配合,提升锁结构的解锁难度,避免用户特别是儿童误开启门体组件104,提升应用该锁结构的烹饪器具的使用安全性。并且,第一驱动件112与锁止件116之间柔性连接,在门体组件104开启时即使用户误将锁止件116切换至锁合位置,也可在不驱动锁止件116的情况下关闭门体组件104并保证锁止件116与固定件106之间的连接限位。
承载件180对第一安装件110起到承载作用,第一安装件110安装于承载件180。锁结构能够安装于烹饪器具,具体地,承载件180能够与烹饪器具的待安装面可拆卸地连接,即承载件180能够拆卸于烹饪器具。当锁结构发生损坏时,可以将锁结构拆卸于待安装面,避免因锁结构损坏而无法开关或关闭烹饪器具的情况发生,提高用户对锁结构的使用便利性。而且,当锁结构发生损坏时,可以单独对锁结构进行拆卸、更换和维护,而不需要对烹饪器具的壳体等部件进行拆除,降低维护难度,节约维护成本。
在一种可能的实施例中,腔体组件102包括:腔本体144和罩体146,罩体146围设于至少一部分腔本体144。
在该实施例中,腔体组件102包括腔本体144和罩体146。其中,腔本体144内设置有烹饪腔,烹饪腔用来放置待烹饪的食物;罩体146围设于至少一部分腔本体144,进而对腔本体144起到良好的保护作用。此外,腔本体144与罩体146之间存在一定的安装腔,进而将烹饪器具的相关部 件安装在腔本体144与罩体146之间的安装腔内。
在一种可能的实施例中,门体组件104还包括:门本体148、门封150和锁扣152,门封150与门本体148相连接;锁扣152设置于门本体148或门封150,用于与腔体组件102开合连接。

具体地,本申请提出的烹饪器具中门体组件104包括锁扣152,锁扣152用于与腔体组件102相连接,进而保证门体组件104与腔体组件102之间的稳定连接。也即,本申请提出的烹饪器具首先可通过锁扣152保证门体组件104与腔体组件102之间的连接,而后可将锁止组件108作为童锁使用,使得锁止组件108与固定件106相配合,进一步限制用户开启门体组件104。
在一种可能的实施例中,基于锁止组件108设置于腔体组件102,承载件180中的第一安装部182与罩体146的外表面相连,罩体146上设有安装孔,承载件180中的第一承载部186可穿过安装孔。
在该实施例中,第一安装部182与罩体146的外表面可拆卸地连接,当锁结构发生损坏而无法开启烹饪器具的门体组件104时,可以在罩体146的外部对将第一安装部182拆卸于罩体146的外表面。在烹饪器具的外部对锁结构进行拆卸的方式,即使锁结构发生损坏,也能够通过拆卸锁结构而开启烹饪器具的门体组件104,提升用户对烹饪器具的使用便利性。
在一些可能的实施例中,基于固定件106设置于门体组件104,固定件106与门本体148相连接。

在该实施例中,第一安装部182与门本体148的外表面可拆卸地连接,当锁结构发生损坏而无法开启烹饪器具的门体组件104时,可以在门本体148的外部对将第一安装部182拆卸于门本体148的外表面。在烹饪器具的外部对锁结构进行拆卸的方式,即使锁结构发生损坏,也能够通过拆卸锁结构而开启烹饪器具的门体组件104,提升用户对烹饪器具的使用便利性。
在一种可能的实施例中,烹饪器具包括波炉、烤箱、蒸箱或蒸烤一体机。
结合图17、图18、图19和图20所示,本申请的实施例中,提出了一种锁结构,包括:固定件106以及锁止组件108,其中,锁止组件108包括:第二安装件206、转动件218、第三弹性件226、锁止件116和第二驱动件230,转动件218的至少一部分设置于第二安装件206内,转动件218能在第二安装件206内转动;第三弹性件226的第二端连接于第二安装件206;锁止件116连接于第三弹性件226的第一端,锁止件116的第一端与转动件218相抵靠,转动件218转动至第一位置时,第三弹性件226处于弹性形变状态,锁止件116的第二端与固定件106相锁定,转动件218转动至第二位置时,第三弹性件226处于原始状态,锁止件116的第二端与固定件106相分离;第二驱动件230设于第二安装件206,第二驱动件230用于驱动转动件218由第二位置向第一位置运动。
本实施例提供的锁结构包括固定件106和锁止组件108。其中,锁止组件108与固定件106可配合使用以起到锁合限位的作用。具体地,本申请提出的锁结构可应用于烹饪器具,并作为烹饪器具的童锁使用。
特别地,锁止组件108包括第二安装件206、转动件218、第三弹性件226和锁止件116。其中,第二安装件206安装于外部物体(例如烹饪器具的门体组件104或腔体组件102);转动件218的至少一部分设置于第二安装件206内,第三弹性件226的第二端连接于锁止件116,第三弹性件226的第二端连接于第二安装件206。这样,转动件218可施加给锁止件116一个推力,此时第三弹性件226发生弹性形变,当转动件218停止推动锁止件116时,第三弹性件226带动锁止件116移动复位。使得锁止件 116在转动件218和第三弹性件226的驱动下相对第二安装件206运动,进而使得锁止件116穿过第二安装件206与固定件106相锁合或与固定件106相分离。
图19中示出了锁止组件108与固定件106相分离的状态,图20中示出了锁止组件108与固定件106相锁合的状态。
特别地,在本申请提出的锁结构中,第三弹性件226抵接在第二安装件206与锁止件116之间,进而实现了锁止件116与第二安装件206之间的柔性连接。这样,在锁止组件108处于锁合位置的情况下,由于第三弹性件226的存在使得锁止件116仍可朝向转动件218一侧运动。

第二驱动件230能够驱动转动件218由第二位置向第一位置运动,在用户停止按动转动件218时,第二驱动件230驱动转动件218移动至第一位置,此时转动件218将锁止件116推动至锁合位置。通过在第二安装件206内设置第二驱动件230,确保转动件218能够自动移动至第二位置。
当锁结构发生损坏时,可以将锁结构拆卸于腔体组件102或门体组件104,避免因锁结构损坏而无法开关或关闭烹饪器具的情况发生,提高用户对锁结构的使用便利性。而且,当锁结构发生损坏时,可以单独对锁结构进行拆卸、更换和维护,而不需要对烹饪器具的壳体等部件进行拆除,降低维护难度,节约维护成本。
在一种可能的应用中,固定件106设置有凹槽,当锁止件116位于锁合位置时,锁止件116的一部分插接至凹槽内,锁止件116和凹槽相互配合,从而限制锁止件116与固定件106相分离。或者,还可以在固定件106上设置通孔,当锁止件116位于锁合位置时,锁止件116的一部分插接至通孔内,锁止件116与通孔相互配合,从而限制锁止件116与固定件106相分离。
结合图17和图20所示,在一种可能的实施例中,锁止件116包括:第二驱动斜面228,固定件106能够与第二驱动斜面228相抵接,以驱动锁止件116相对第二安装件206移动。

结合图16和图20所示,在一种可能的实施例中,固定件106包括:第三驱动斜面204,第三驱动斜面204能够与锁止件116相抵接,以驱动锁止件116相对第二安装件206移动。

在该实施例中,固定件106设置有第三驱动斜面204,第三驱动斜面204可以作为导向面。具体地,在烹饪器具的门体组件104处于开启状态时,锁止件116处于锁合位置,用户可以通过按动转动件218而驱动锁止件116移动至解锁位置,然而,由于固定件106设置第三驱动斜面204,用户想要关闭门体组件104时,第三驱动斜面204能够与锁止件116接触,固定件106对锁止件116的推力具有将锁止件116向转动件218推动的分力,因此锁止件116能够朝向转动件218移动,使得锁止件116脱离锁合位置。当门体组件104移动至关闭位置时,固定件106不再对锁止件116进行推动,此时在第三弹性件226的弹力作用下,锁止件116移动至与固定件106相锁合的位置。通过在固定件106上设置第三驱动斜面204,在关闭门体组件104的过程中,不需要用户主动将锁止件116切换至解锁位置,锁止件116能够自动切换位置,简化用户的操作,进一步提高用户对锁止件116的使用便利性。
结合图17、图18和图21所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第二驱动件230包括:第二弹性件,第二弹性件的第一端与转动件218相抵靠,第二弹性件的第二端连接于第二安装件206,转动件218位于第一位置时,第二弹性件处于原始状态,转动件218位于第二位置时,第二弹性件处于弹性形变状态。
在该实施例中,限定了第二驱动件230为第二弹性件。其中,第二弹性件设置在第二安装件206内,并且抵接于转动件218和第二安装件206之间。这样,通过第三弹性件226与第二弹性件配合,更进一步提升了锁止件116的稳定性。
特别地,用户未按动转动件218之前,第二弹性件会将转动件218推动至第一位置,此时第二弹性件处于原始状态,而第三弹性件226处于压缩状态;用户在按动转动时,第二弹性件处于压缩状态,而第三弹性件226处于原始状态。
用户在停止按动转动时,第二弹性件能够自动推动转动件218转动至 对锁止件116进行推动的位置,确保锁止件116能够稳定地处于锁定位置。
在其它实施例中,第二驱动件230还可以为电驱动结构,例如通过电机或气缸驱动转动件218转动。
在一种可能的应用中,第三弹性件226和第二弹性件均为压缩弹簧。
在一种可能的实施例中,第二弹性件的弹性系数大于第三弹性件226的弹性系数。
在该实施例中,由于第二弹性件的弹性系数大于第三弹性件226的弹性系数,在第三弹性件226和第二弹性件的形变量相同或相近时,第二弹性件的弹力大于第三弹性件226的弹力。在用户停止按动转动件218时,确保第二弹性件能够克服第三弹性件226的弹力,并将转动件218推动至第一位置。
结合图17、图18和图21所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第二安装件206包括:第一导向槽208和第二导向槽210,第一导向槽208和第二导向槽210设于第二安装件206相对的两个侧壁;转动件218包括:转动板220、第一滑动部222和第二滑动部224;第一滑动部222设于转动板220的第一侧,第一滑动部222能够在第一导向槽208内滑动;第二滑动部224设于转动板220的第二侧,第一滑动部222和第二滑动部224能够绕转动板220的转动中心在第一导向槽208和第二导向槽210内反向滑动。
在该实施例中,第二安装件206中的相对两个侧壁上分别设置第一导向槽208和第二导向槽210,第一滑动部222设置在转动板220的第一侧,第一滑动部222伸入至第一导向槽208内并可在第一导向槽208内滑动。第二滑动部224设置在转动板220的第二侧,第二滑动部224伸入至第二导向槽210内并可在第二导向槽210内滑动。当转动板220的第一侧被按动时,转动板220的第二侧翘起,此时锁止件116在第三弹性件226的弹力作用下移动至解锁位置。用户停止按动转动板220时,第二弹性件推动转动板220转动复位,转动板220推动锁止件116移动至锁定位置。
第一导向槽208对第一滑动部222起到导向作用,第二导向槽210对第二滑动部224起到导向作用,使得转动板220能够沿固定的方向转动,提高转动板220转动时的稳定性。
在一种可能的应用中,第一导向槽208低于第二导向槽210,如此设置可以避免转动件218发生过度翻转。
结合图17、图18和图21所示,在一种可能的实施例中,锁止组件108还包括:按动部232,按动部232能够在第二安装件206内滑动,并与转动件218相抵靠,按动部232位于原始位置时,转动件218位于第一位置,按动部232位于按动位置时,转动件218位于第二位置。
在该实施例中,按动部232能够在容纳部内滑动,用户可以对按动部232进行按动,使得按动部232对转动件218进行推动,按动部232的待推动面的面积较大,按动部232与用户手部的接触面积较大,能够提高用户对锁止件116的驱动便利性。而且,按动部232能够对第二安装件206的开口起到遮挡作用,避免杂质进入到第二安装件206内,锁结构的内部不易因杂质而发生卡顿的问题,有利于提高锁结构的功能稳定性。
结合图17、图18、图21和图25所示,所示,在一种可能的实施例中,按动部232包括:按动板234和推动部236,按动板234与第二安装件206滑动连接;推动部236设于按动板234,推动部236与转动件218相抵靠,推动部236和锁止件116位于转动件218的转动中心的两侧。
在该实施例中,按动板234滑动连接于第二安装件206,确保按动件能够沿预设方向稳定地滑动,从而使得推动部236能够稳定地对转动件218进行推动。推动部236和锁止件116位于转动件218转动中心的两侧,当用户对按动板234进行按动时,推动部236与转动件218的转动中心的一侧相抵接,此时推动部236对转动件218进行推动。当用户停止对按动板234进行按动时,转动件218的转动中心的另一侧推动锁止件116移动至锁定位置。通过将推动部236和锁止件116设置在转动件218的转动中心的两侧,能够有效提高对转动件218的驱动便利性。
在一种可能的实施例中,第二安装件206能够与待安装面可拆卸地连接。
在该实施例中,第二安装件206能够与烹饪器具的待安装面可拆卸地连接,即第二安装件206能够拆卸于烹饪器具。当锁结构发生损坏时,可以将锁结构拆卸于待安装面,避免因锁结构损坏而无法开关或关闭烹饪器 具的情况发生,提高用户对锁结构的使用便利性。而且,当锁结构发生损坏时,可以单独对锁结构进行拆卸、更换和维护,而不需要对烹饪器具的壳体等部件进行拆除,降低维护难度,节约维护成本。
结合图17、图21、图22、图23和图24所示,在一种可能的实施例中,第二安装件206包括:第二安装部212和第二承载部216,第二安装部212设置有第五开口214,第二安装部212设有第一侧面,第一侧面用于与待安装面可拆卸地连接;第二承载部216的第一端与第一侧面相连接,第二承载部216设置有相连通的第六开口和容纳部,第六开口位于第二承载部216的第二端,锁止件116经由第五开口214伸入容纳部,锁止件116能够相对第六开口运动,并与固定件106相锁合或相分离。
在该实施例中,锁止件116相对第六开口运动,并与固定件106相锁合或相分离,锁止件116向第六开口外伸出时,锁止件116与固定件106相锁合,锁止件116向第六开口内伸进时,锁止件116与固定件106相分离。第二承载部216的第一端与第二安装部212连接,第二承载部216的第二端设置有第六开口,所以用户需要经由第五开口214对锁止件116进行按动。而且,由于第二安装部212的第一侧面能与待安装面连接,所以第二安装部212是安装在烹饪器具的外表面上的。第二安装部212与烹饪器具的外表面可拆卸地连接,当锁结构发生损坏而无法开启烹饪器具的门体时,可以在烹饪器具的外部对将第二安装部212拆卸于烹饪器具的外表面。在烹饪器具的外部对锁结构进行拆卸的方式,即使锁结构发生损坏,也能够通过拆卸锁结构而开启烹饪器具的门体,进一步提升用户对锁结构的使用便利性。
在一种可能的实施例中,第二安装部212伸出第二承载部216的周向边缘,伸出第二承载部216的周向边缘的第二安装部212用于与待安装面相抵靠。
在该实施例中,第二安装部212中朝向第二承载部216的端部为第一侧面,第二承载部216中朝向第二安装部212的端部为第二侧面,第一侧面的面积大于第二侧面的面积,使得第二安装部212可以伸出第二承载部216的周向边缘。由于第二安装部212的第一侧面用于与待安装面连接, 所以第二安装部212中伸出第二承载部216周向边缘的部分能够与待安装面相接触,第二安装部212与待安装面具有较大的接触面积,提高锁结构与烹饪器具的外表面的连接稳定性。
结合图13、图14、图15、图19和图20所示,在申请的一些实施例中,提出了一种烹饪器具,包括:腔体组件102、门体组件104以及如上述任一实施例中的锁结构。门体组件104与腔体组件102开合连接;其中,固定件106设置于腔体组件102和门体组件104中的一者,锁止组件108设置于腔体组件102和门体组件104中的另一者。
本实施例提供的烹饪器具具有上述任一实施例中所提供的锁结构的全部效益。
本实施例提出的烹饪器具包括腔体组件102、门体组件104和上述任一设计的锁结构。其中,腔体组件102包括有烹饪腔,烹饪腔内用于放置待烹饪的食物;门体组件104与腔体组件102开合连接,并用于开启或关闭烹饪腔。具体地,门体组件104可以与腔体组件102转动连接,也可与腔体组件102滑动连接。腔体组件102和门体组件104中的一者设置有固定件106,腔体组件102和门体组件104中的另一者设置有锁止组件108,锁止组件108与固定件106配合,可将门体组件104锁紧在腔体组件102上。具体地,上述锁止组件108为童锁,并起到辅助连接的作用。
在门体组件104处于关闭状态时,锁止件116处于锁合工位;此时锁止件116与固定件106连接限位,用户无法开启门体组件104。在开启门体组件104之前,先解除锁止件116与固定件106之间的连接限位;此时,锁止件116处于解锁工位,锁止件116与固定件106相分离。
在开启门体组件104的过程中,可直接驱动门体组件104与腔体组件102相分离,以完成开门操作;此时,锁止件116依旧处于解锁工位。在关闭门体组件104的过程中,可直接将门体组件104关闭后再次切换锁止件116的工位,使得锁止件116与固定件106连接限位即可。
在一种可能的实施例中,腔体组件102包括:腔本体144和罩体146,罩体146围设于至少一部分腔本体144。
在该实施例中,腔体组件102包括腔本体144和罩体146。其中,腔本 体144内设置有烹饪腔,烹饪腔用来放置待烹饪的食物;罩体146围设于至少一部分腔本体144,进而对腔本体144起到良好的保护作用。此外,腔本体144与罩体146之间存在一定的安装腔,进而将烹饪器具的相关部件安装在腔本体144与罩体146之间的安装腔内。
在一种可能的实施例中,门体组件104还包括:门本体148、门封150和锁扣152,门封150与门本体148相连接;锁扣152设置于门本体148或门封150,用于与腔体组件102开合连接。
在该实施例中,门体组件104包括门本体148、门封150和锁扣152。其中,门本体148与腔体组件102开合连接,并可用于开启或关闭烹饪腔;门封150与门本体148相连接,并可在门本体148关闭烹饪腔时起到良好的密封功能,以保证烹饪腔在工作过程中良好的密封效果。此外,锁扣152设置门本体148或门封150,与腔体组件102开合连接。在门本体148关闭烹饪腔时,锁扣152与腔体组件102相连接,以保证门体组件104与腔体组件102之间的连接。
具体地,本申请提出的烹饪器具中门体组件104包括锁扣152,锁扣152用于与腔体组件102相连接,进而保证门体组件104与腔体组件102之间的稳定连接。也即,本申请提出的烹饪器具首先可通过锁扣152保证门体组件104与腔体组件102之间的连接,而后可将锁止组件108作为童锁使用,使得锁止组件108与固定件106相配合,进一步限制用户开启门体组件104。
在一种可能的实施例中,基于锁止组件108设置于腔体组件102,第二安装件206中的第二安装部212与罩体146的外表面相连,罩体146上设有安装孔,第二安装件206中的第二承载部216可穿过安装孔。
在该实施例中,第二安装部212与罩体146的外表面可拆卸地连接,当锁结构发生损坏而无法开启烹饪器具的门体组件104时,可以在罩体146的外部对将第二安装部212拆卸于罩体146的外表面。在烹饪器具的外部对锁结构进行拆卸的方式,即使锁结构发生损坏,也能够通过拆卸锁结构而开启烹饪器具的门体组件104,提升用户对烹饪器具的使用便利性。
在一种可能的应用中,锁止组件108设置于罩体146的顶壁,如此设 置便于用户对锁止组件108进行操作。
在一种可能的应用中,第二安装部212上设置有通孔,罩体146上设置有螺纹孔,通过一螺钉穿过第二安装部212上的通孔,并将螺钉锁定于螺纹孔,从而将第二安装部212固定于罩体146。
在一些可能的实施例中,基于固定件106设置于门体组件104,固定件106与门本体148相连接。
在该实施例中,固定件106可以设置在门体组件104。其中,在固定件106设置在门体组件104时,可以是固定件106与门本体148相连接。此时,锁止组件108设置在腔体组件102,进而保证锁止组件108与固定件106的位置相对应。具体地,固定件106与门本体148之间可采用螺钉等紧固件进行连接,也可采用卡扣相卡接。
此外,门本体148自身具有良好的强度和硬度,将固定件106与门本体148相连接,可进一步保证固定件106的连接牢固性,提升锁止组件108与固定件106的配合稳定性,以延长固定件106以及整个烹饪器具的使用寿命。
在一些可能的实施例中,基于固定件106设置于门体组件104,固定件106与门封150相连接。
在该实施例中,固定件106可以设置在门体组件104。其中,在固定件106设置在门体组件104时,可以是固定件106与门封150相连接。此时,锁止组件108设置在腔体组件102,进而保证锁止组件108与固定件106的位置相对应。具体地,固定件106与门封150之间可采用螺钉等紧固件进行连接,也可采用卡扣相卡接。
此外,在烹饪器具使用过程中,门封150直接与腔体组件102相接触,并且相较于门本体148更加靠近腔体组件102。因此,将固定件106安装在门封150,可降低对固定件106的尺寸要求,可简化固定件106以及整个烹饪器具的结构。
在一些可能的实施例中,基于固定件106设置于门体组件104,固定件106与门本体148为一体式结构。
在该实施例中,固定件106可以设置在门体组件104。其中,在固定 件106设置在门体组件104时,可以是固定件106与门本体148为一体式结构。特别地,固定件106与门本体148为一体式结构,一方面可减少固定件106与门本体148之间连接件的使用,另一方面可极大程度上提升固定件106与门本体148之间连接强度,进而保证固定件106与锁止件116的连接稳定性,以延长固定件106以及整个烹饪器具的使用寿命。

在一种可能的实施例中,基于锁止组件108设置于门体组件104,第二安装件206中的第二安装部212与门本体148的外表面相连,门本体148上设有安装孔,第二安装件206中的第二承载部216可穿过安装孔。
在该实施例中,第二安装部212与门本体148的外表面可拆卸地连接,当锁结构发生损坏而无法开启烹饪器具的门体组件104时,可以在门本体148的外部对将第二安装部212拆卸于门本体148的外表面。在烹饪器具的外部对锁结构进行拆卸的方式,即使锁结构发生损坏,也能够通过拆卸锁结构而开启烹饪器具的门体组件104,提升用户对烹饪器具的使用便利性。
在一种可能的应用中,第二安装部212上设置有通孔,门本体148上设置有螺纹孔,通过一螺钉穿过第二安装部212上的通孔,并将螺钉锁定于螺纹孔,从而将第二安装部212固定于门本体148。
在一种可能的应用中,锁止组件108设置于门本体148的顶壁,如此设置便于用户对锁止组件108进行操作。

  1. 一种锁结构,其中,包括:
    固定件;以及
    锁止组件,所述锁止组件包括:
    承载件,所述承载件能够与待安装面可拆卸地连接;
    安装件,与所述承载件相连接;
    驱动件,所述驱动件的至少一部分设置于所述安装件内;
    第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件的第一端连接于所述驱动件;以及
    锁止件,连接于所述第一弹性件的第二端,所述锁止件能够在所述驱动件和所述第一弹性件的驱动下相对所述安装件运动,并与所述固定件相锁合或相分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锁结构,其中,所述承载件包括:
    安装部,设置有第一开口,所述安装部设有第一侧面,所述第一侧面用于与所述待安装面可拆卸地连接;
    承载部,所述承载部的第一端与所述第一侧面相连接,所述承载部设置有相连通的第二开口和容纳部,所述第二开口位于所述承载部的第二端,所述安装件经由所述第一开口伸入所述容纳部,所述锁止件能够相对所述第二开口运动,并与所述固定件相锁合或相分离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的锁结构,其中,
    所述安装部伸出所述承载部的周向边缘,伸出所述承载部的周向边缘的所述安装部用于与所述待安装面相抵靠。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的锁结构,其中,
    所述安装件可拆卸地连接于所述承载部。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的锁结构,其中,所述承载件还包括:
    挡板,与所述承载部相连接,所述挡板能够在所述容纳部内滑动,以推动所述锁止件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的锁结构,其中,所述锁止组件还包括:
    导向结构,设置于所述安装件,所述驱动件的至少一部分能够沿所述 导向结构移动,并被限位于所述导向结构的端部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的锁结构,其中,所述驱动件包括:
    按压件,穿设于所述安装件,并与所述安装件活动连接,所述按压件包括第一斜面;
    运动件,与所述导向结构滑动连接,所述运动件连接于所述第一弹性件的第一端,所述运动件能够被限位于所述导向结构的端部;
    其中,所述运动件包括第二斜面,所述第一斜面能够抵接于所述第二斜面,以驱动所述运动件带动所述锁止件切换工位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的锁结构,其中,
    所述运动件包括滑爪套,所述滑爪套的侧壁设置有第一凸部,所述第一凸部与所述导向结构滑动连接,并能够抵接于所述导向结构的端部,所述第二斜面设置于所述第一凸部。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的锁结构,其中,所述锁止件还包括:
    驱动斜面,所述固定件能够与所述驱动斜面相抵接,以驱动所述锁止件相对所述安装件移动。
  10. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的锁结构,其中,所述锁止组件还包括:
    第二弹性件,设置于所述安装件内,并连接于所述驱动件和所述安装件,用于所述锁止件的复位;
    其中,所述第一弹性件的至少一部分位于所述锁止件的内部,所述第二弹性件套设于所述锁止件。
  11. 一种烹饪器具,其中,包括:
    腔体组件;
    门体组件,所述门体组件与所述腔体组件开合连接;
    如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的锁结构;
    其中,所述固定件设置于所述腔体组件和所述门体组件中的一者,所述锁止组件设置于所述腔体组件和所述门体组件中的另一者。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述腔体组件包括:
    腔本体;
    罩体,围设于至少一部分所述腔本体。

    安装件;
    转动件,所述转动件的至少一部分设置于所述安装件内,所述转动件能在所述安装件内转动;
    第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件的第二端连接于所述安装件;
    锁止件,连接于所述第一弹性件的第一端,所述锁止件的第一端与所述转动件相抵靠,所述转动件转动至第一位置时,所述第一弹性件处于弹性形变状态,所述锁止件的第二端与所述固定件相锁定,所述转动件转动至第二位置时,所述第一弹性件处于原始状态,所述锁止件的第二端与所述固定件相分离;以及
    驱动件,设于所述安装件,所述驱动件用于驱动所述转动件由所述第二位置向所述第一位置运动。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的锁结构,其中,所述锁止件包括:

  24. 根据权利要求21所述的锁结构,其中,
    所述驱动件包括:第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件的第一端与所述转动件相抵靠,所述第二弹性件的第二端连接于所述安装件,所述转动件位于所述第一位置时,所述第二弹性件处于原始状态,所述转动件位于所述第二位置时,所述第二弹性件处于弹性形变状态。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的锁结构,其中,
    所述第二弹性件的弹性系数大于所述第一弹性件的弹性系数。
  26. 根据权利要求21所述的锁结构,其中,所述安装件包括:
    第一导向槽和第二导向槽,所述第一导向槽和所述第二导向槽设于所述安装件相对的两个侧壁;
    所述转动件包括:
    转动板;
    第一滑动部,设于所述转动板的第一侧;
    第二滑动部,设于所述转动板的第二侧;
    所述第一滑动部和所述第二滑动部能够绕所述转动板的转动中心在所述第一导向槽和所述第二导向槽内反向滑动。
  27. 根据权利要求21至26中任一项所述的锁结构,其中,所述锁止组件还包括:
    按动部,所述按动部能够在所述安装件内滑动,并与所述转动件相抵靠,所述按动部位于原始位置时,所述转动件位于所述第一位置,所述按动部位于按动位置时,所述转动件位于所述第二位置。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的锁结构,其中,所述按动部包括:
    按动板,与所述安装件滑动连接;
    推动部,设于所述按动板,所述推动部与所述转动件相抵靠,所述推动部和所述锁止件位于所述转动件的转动中心的两侧。
  29. 根据权利要求21至26中任一项所述的锁结构,其中,
    所述安装件能够与待安装面可拆卸地连接。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的锁结构,其中,所述安装件包括:
    安装部,设置有第一开口,所述安装部设有第一侧面,所述第一侧面用于与所述待安装面可拆卸地连接;
    承载部,所述承载部的第一端与所述第一侧面相连接,所述承载部设置有相连通的第二开口和容纳部,所述第二开口位于所述承载部的第二端,所述锁止件经由所述第一开口伸入所述容纳部,所述锁止件能够相对所述第二开口运动,并与所述固定件相锁合或相分离。
  31. 一种烹饪器具,其中,包括:
    腔体组件;
    门体组件,所述门体组件与所述腔体组件开合连接;
    如权利要求21至30中任一项所述的锁结构;
    其中,所述固定件设置于所述腔体组件和所述门体组件中的一者,所述锁止组件设置于所述腔体组件和所述门体组件中的另一者。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述腔体组件包括:
    腔本体;
    罩体,围设于至少一部分所述腔本体。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述门体组件还包括:
    门本体;
    门封,与所述门本体相连接;
    锁扣,设置于所述门本体或所述门封,用于与所述腔体组件开合连接。
  34. 根据权利要求32所述的烹饪器具,其中,
    基于所述锁止组件设置于所述腔体组件,所述安装件中的安装部与所述罩体的外表面相连,所述罩体上设有安装孔,所述安装件中的承载部可穿过所述安装孔。
  35. 根据权利要求33所述的烹饪器具,其中,
    基于所述固定件设置于所述门体组件,所述固定件与所述门本体相连接、或与所述门封相连接。
  36. 根据权利要求33所述的烹饪器具,其中,
    基于所述固定件设置于所述门体组件,所述固定件与所述门本体为一体式结构、或与所述门封为一体式结构。
  37. 根据权利要求33所述的烹饪器具,其中,
    基于所述锁止组件设置于所述门体组件,所述安装件中的安装部与所述门本体的外表面相连,所述门本体上设有安装孔,所述安装件中的承载部可穿过所述安装孔。
  38. 根据权利要求32所述的烹饪器具,其中,
    基于所述固定件设置于所述腔体组件,所述固定件与所述腔本体相连接。
  39. 根据权利要求32所述的烹饪器具,其中,
    基于所述固定件设置于所述腔体组件,所述固定件与所述罩体相连接。
  40. 根据权利要求31至39中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,
    所述烹饪器具包括波炉、烤箱、蒸箱或蒸烤一体机。
