[0025] 蓝莓学名越桔, 杜鹃花科越桔属植物。 果实营养丰富, 叶片同样含有多种对人 体有益的成分, 具有很高的保健作用。 研究发现, 蓝莓叶中除含有常规的糖、 酸、 维生素 c、 矿物元素外, 还含有黄酮、 儿茶素、 原花青素等特殊成分, 具有 良好的防脑神经老化、 强心等保健作用。 其中, 黄酮具有多种功效, 是一种很 强的抗氧剂, 可有效清除体内的氧自由基, 同吋阻止细胞的退化、 衰老, 有效 防止癌症的发生; 改善血液循环, 降低心脑血管疾病的发病率, 改善心脑血管 疾病的症状; 儿茶素是一类具有高活性的类黄酮的总称, 具有细胞调节作用以 及抗氧化功能; 花青素是羟基供体, 同吋也是一种自由基清除剂。 已有证据表 明自由基可导致脂肪、 蛋白质和核酸的氧化损害, 是一些疾病如癌症、 心血管 疾病和神经性疾病的重要病因。 花青素能和蛋白质结合防止过氧化, 因而对这 些疾病的预防起到非常重要的作用。 同吋增强系统免疫能力, 并通过防止应激 反应和吸烟引起的血小板凝集来减少心脏病和中风的发生。

[0030] 本发明提出的上述能增强人体免疫力、 抗衰老的保健品通过下述方法制成: [0031] S10, 选定符合要求的植物叶片, 清洗干净后浸泡 0.5_2小吋;
[0032] 在实际操作中, 采摘新鲜、 生长 90天以上植物叶片。 采摘后, 清洗干净并立刻 置于符合饮用水标准的无菌水浸泡 0.5_2小吋。 由于新鲜植物叶片含水率在 50% 以上, 浸泡 0.5— 2小吋后, 就可以让新鲜植物叶片含水率在 75%以上。
[0033] S20, 将经步骤 S10处理过的植物叶片置于 -18~ -25°C条件下速冻 1-2小吋;
[0034] 实际操作中, 浸泡吸水完后的植物叶片迅速送入速冻间进行速冻, -25°C条件 下速冻 2小吋。

, 先用板框压滤机粗滤, 过滤面积为 0.3m2, 滤板尺寸为 cp200mm, 滤板数量为 11 片, 滤材为孔径 200目的滤布, 再用微孔滤膜过滤器精滤, 滤板为微孔滤膜, 滤 膜直径 0.45μηι, 取滤液作为植物原液。
[0037] S40, 取设定比例范围内的植物原液、 葡萄酒酒基、 辅料加入纯净水至配置量
, 混合均匀并瞬吋杀菌, 制得保健液;
[0038] 具体操作中, 配置好的保健液经高压匀质化, 并在真空脱气后, 在 98至 99°C的 温度条件下, 快速瞬吋杀菌, 杀菌吋间控制在 10秒钟左右, 制得成品保健液。 [0039] S50, 经步骤 S40制得的保健液进行灌装、 灭菌和包装, 得到出厂产品。
[0040] 保持料液温度在 50至 65°C吋, 用灌装机按每支 25ml灌装。 灌装后灭菌, 灭菌条 件为 70-75°C, 20-30min, 配合灌装前过滤孔径 0.45μηι除菌, 可达到控制微生物 指标的效果; 最后包装得到出厂产品。
