优选地,所述蜂蜜为精炼蜂蜜。
本发明还提出一种能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液的制备方法,其包括:
S10,选定符合要求的植物叶片,清洗干净后浸泡0.5—2小时;
S20,将经步骤S10处理过的植物叶片置于-18~-25℃条件下速冻1-2小时;
S30,将经步骤S20处理之后的植物叶片置于-6℃真空条件下粉碎并静置过滤,取滤液作为植物原液,备用;
S40,取设定比例范围内的植物原液、葡萄酒酒基、辅料加入纯净水至配置量,混合均匀并瞬时杀菌,制得保健液;
S50,经步骤S40制得的保健液进行灌装、灭菌和包装,得到出厂产品。
优选地,步骤S30中所述植物原液为蓝莓叶提取物或质量比为1:1的蓝莓叶提取物、银杏叶提取物。
本发明的保健液口感良好,制备工艺简单。经常食用无任何副作用,并显著提高人体免疫力,增加人体营养,强身健体,延缓衰老。
具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
本发明提出一种能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计算,包括30%-60%的植物原液、3%-8%的葡萄酒酒基、0%-15%的辅料,其余为水。
优选地,按照质量百分比计算,包括40%的植物原液、5%的葡萄酒酒基、12%的辅料,其余为水。
本实施例中,所述辅料为质量比为5:3的糖浆、蜂蜜。可根据不同口味的需要,酌情添加。其中,糖浆可为质量比为1:1:1的蔗糖糖浆、果糖糖浆、木糖醇糖浆或蔗糖糖浆、果糖糖浆和木糖醇糖浆中的任意一种;蜂蜜为精炼蜂蜜。
本实施例中,上述植物原液为蓝莓叶提取物。在其它实施方式中,植物原液可以为质量比为1:1的蓝莓叶提取物、银杏叶提取物。
蓝莓学名越桔,杜鹃花科越桔属植物。果实营养丰富,叶片同样含有多种对人体有益的成分,具有很高的保健作用。研究发现,蓝莓叶中除含有常规的糖、酸、维生素C、矿物元素外,还含有黄酮、儿茶素、原花青素等特殊成分,具有良好的防脑神经老化、强心等保健作用。其中,黄酮具有多种功效,是一种很强的抗氧剂,可有效清除体内的氧自由基,同时阻止细胞的退化、衰老,有效防止癌症的发生;改善血液循环,降低心脑血管疾病的发病率,改善心脑血管疾病的症状;儿茶素是一类具有高活性的类黄酮的总称,具有细胞调节作用以及抗氧化功能;花青素是羟基供体,同时也是一种自由基清除剂。已有证据表明自由基可导致脂肪、蛋白质和核酸的氧化损害,是一些疾病如癌症、心 血管疾病和神经性疾病的重要病因。花青素能和蛋白质结合防止过氧化,因而对这些疾病的预防起到非常重要的作用。同时增强系统免疫能力,并通过防止应激反应和吸烟引起的血小板凝集来减少心脏病和中风的发生。
银杏叶:为银杏科植物银杏(又称白果树)的叶子,因含有银杏内酯、白果内酯、芸香素、黄酮甙及维生素E等多种药物成分而具有重要的药物价值。银杏叶的提取物是治疗心血管疾病和抗衰老、抗痴呆特效药,其中黄酮类化合物有效地去除体内存在的自由基,抑制过氧化脂质的形成。
葡萄酒:由各种优质葡萄(一般为酿酒葡萄)经过破碎、除梗、发酵、陈酿、装瓶等过程酿制而成,酒精度一般在8.5°到16.2°之间。葡萄堪称抗氧化明星,葡萄肉中富含丰富的维生素、矿物质和类黄酮。类黄酮也是一种强力抗氧化剂,可抗衰老,并可清除体内自由基。葡萄皮和葡萄籽富含的花青素,抗氧化的功效比维生素C高出18倍之多。而以葡萄为原料的葡萄酒也蕴藏多种氨基酸、矿物质和维生素,长期饮用能够预防心脏病,尤其对心血管疾病有突出的功效。同时,抗衰老功效明显,对人体器官、皮肤和代谢能力均有保护和不同程度的改善作用。
制备方法:
本发明提出的上述能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健品通过下述方法制成:
S10,选定符合要求的植物叶片,清洗干净后浸泡0.5—2小时;
在实际操作中,采摘新鲜、生长90天以上植物叶片。采摘后,清洗干净并立刻置于符合饮用水标准的无菌水浸泡0.5—2小时。由于新鲜植物叶片含水率在50%以上,浸泡0.5—2小时后,就可以让新鲜植物叶片含水率在75%以上。
S20,将经步骤S10处理过的植物叶片置于-18~-25℃条件下速冻1-2小时;
实际操作中,浸泡吸水完后的植物叶片迅速送入速冻间进行速冻,-25℃条件下速冻2小时。
S30,将经步骤S20处理之后的植物叶片置于-6℃真空条件下粉碎并静置过滤,取滤液作为植物原液,备用;
将经步骤S20处理之后的植物叶片置于真空度0.092MPa,温度-6℃下彻底粉碎,保护植物速冻叶不解冻氧化,最大程度保护活性成分不损失;静置24小时后,先用板框压滤机粗滤,过滤面积为0.3㎡,滤板尺寸为φ200mm,滤板数量为11片,滤材为孔径200目的滤布,再用微孔滤膜过滤器精滤,滤板为微孔滤膜,滤膜直径0.45μm,取滤液作为植物原液。
S40,取设定比例范围内的植物原液、葡萄酒酒基、辅料加入纯净水至配置量,混合均匀并瞬时杀菌,制得保健液;
具体操作中,配置好的保健液经高压匀质化,并在真空脱气后,在98至99℃的温度条件下,快速瞬时杀菌,杀菌时间控制在10秒钟左右,制得成品保健液。
S50,经步骤S40制得的保健液进行灌装、灭菌和包装,得到出厂产品。
保持料液温度在50至65℃时,用灌装机按每支25ml灌装。灌装后灭菌,灭菌条件为70-75℃,20-30min,配合灌装前过滤孔径0.45μm除菌,可达到控制微生物指标的效果;最后包装得到出厂产品。
其中,本实施例中,真空脱气、灌装、灭菌工艺为现有技术,故不赘述。
为了更为具体地说明本发明泡制虫草参的方法,请结合下面的几个具体实施例进行理解。
实施例1
S10,选定符合要求的蓝莓叶片,清洗干净后浸泡2小时;
S20,将经步骤S10处理过的蓝莓叶片置于-25℃条件下速冻1小时;
S30,将经步骤S20处理之后的蓝莓叶片置于-6℃真空条件下粉碎并静置过 滤,取滤液作为植物原液(蓝莓原液),备用;
S40,按以下重量取下述各组分:30g植物原液、8g葡萄酒酒基、3.1g蔗糖糖浆、3.1g果糖糖浆、3.1g木糖醇糖浆、5.7g精炼蜂蜜,然后加入纯净水至100g,混合均匀并瞬时杀菌,制得保健液;
S50,经步骤S40制得的保健液进行灌装、灭菌和包装,得到出厂产品。
实施例2
S10,选定符合要求的蓝莓叶片,清洗干净后浸泡0.5小时;
S20,将经步骤S10处理过的蓝莓叶片置于-20℃条件下速冻2小时;
S30,将经步骤S20处理之后的蓝莓叶片置于-6℃真空条件下粉碎并静置过滤,取滤液作为植物原液(蓝莓原液),备用;
S40,按以下重量取下述各组分:40g植物原液、5g葡萄酒酒基、7.5g蔗糖糖浆、4.5g精炼蜂蜜,然后加入纯净水至100g,混合均匀并瞬时杀菌,制得保健液;
S50,经步骤S40制得的保健液进行灌装、灭菌和包装,得到出厂产品。
实施例3
S10,选定符合要求的蓝莓叶片和银杏叶片,清洗干净后浸泡1.5小时;
S20,将经步骤S10处理过的蓝莓叶片和银杏叶片分别置于-18℃条件下速冻1.2小时;
S30,将经步骤S20处理之后的蓝莓叶片和银杏叶片分别置于-6℃真空条件下粉碎并分别静置过滤,分别取滤液作为植物原液(蓝莓原液和银杏原液),备用;
S40,按以下重量取下述各组分:30g蓝莓原液、30g银杏原液、3g葡萄酒酒基,然后加入纯净水至100g,混合均匀并瞬时杀菌,制得保健液;
S50,经步骤S40制得的保健液进行灌装、灭菌和包装,得到出厂产品。
功效与用途:抗疲劳、增强免疫力
使用人群:成年人
用法和用量:每日两次,每次一支(25ml),饭前、饭后均可服用,无禁忌。
现将本发明实施案例1-3中制备的能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液在小白鼠身上进行试验。
取生长状态一致的小白鼠80只,雌雄各半。80只小白鼠随机平均分成4组,每一组包括10只雌性小白鼠和10只雄性小白鼠。上述4组小白鼠随机被标记为第一组、第二组、第三组及对照组;其中,第一组、第二组、第三组小白鼠同等剂量分别注射上述实施例1-3制成的能增强免疫力、抗衰老的保健液。每天两次,每次0.25ml。持续试验60天。
实验结果如下表所示(表1)
由上述表格数据可知:本发明的增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液通过蓝莓叶提取物、银杏叶提取物、葡萄酒酒基及糖浆、蜂蜜的特性及功效,对人体 的抗氧化能力、血糖血清及免疫力均有改善明显改善。
本发明保健液,由植物叶片提取液为主要原料,配以葡萄酒酒基、糖浆、蜂蜜及水组成。经过原料处理,调配、匀质、真空脱气、杀菌等传统工序完成,工艺简单合理,经常食用无任何副作用,并显著提高人体免疫力,增加人体营养,强身健体,延缓衰老。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液,其特征在于,按质量百分比计算,包括30%-60%的植物原液、3%-8%的葡萄酒酒基、0%-15%的辅料,其余为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液,其特征在于,按质量百分比计算,包括40%的植物原液、5%的葡萄酒酒基、12%的辅料,其余为水。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液,其特征在于,所述植物原液为蓝莓叶提取物或质量比为1:1的蓝莓叶提取物、银杏叶提取物。
4.如权利要求1所述的能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液,其特征在于,所述辅料为质量比为5:3的糖浆、蜂蜜。
5.如权利要求4所述的能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液,其特征在于,所述糖浆为质量比为1:1:1的蔗糖糖浆、果糖糖浆、木糖醇糖浆或蔗糖糖浆、果糖糖浆和木糖醇糖浆中的任意一种。
6.如权利要求4所述的能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液,其特征在于,所述蜂蜜为精炼蜂蜜。
7.一种能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液的制备方法,用于制备上述权利要求1至6中任一项所述的保健液,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S10,选定符合要求的植物叶片,清洗干净后浸泡0.5—2小时;
S20,将经步骤S10处理过的植物叶片置于-18~-25℃条件下速冻1-2小时;
S30,将经步骤S20处理之后的植物叶片置于-6℃真空条件下粉碎并静置过滤,取滤液作为植物原液,备用;
S40,取设定比例范围内的植物原液、葡萄酒酒基、辅料加入纯净水至配置量,混合均匀并瞬时杀菌,制得保健液;
S50,经步骤S40制得的保健液进行灌装、灭菌和包装,得到出厂产品。
8.如权利要求7所述的能增强人体免疫力、抗衰老的保健液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S30中所述植物原液为蓝莓叶提取物或质量比为1:1的蓝莓叶提取物、银杏叶提取物。
