Description

一种醇基液体燃料双相自雾化工业型燃烧器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业型燃料燃烧技术领域,具体涉及一种普遍适用于醇基液体燃料燃烧的工业型燃烧器。
背景技术
醇基燃料就是以醇类(如甲醇)物质为主体配置的燃料,在常温常压下以液体形式存在,是各国政府目前大力推广的环保洁净能源;面对石化能源的枯竭,醇基燃料是最有潜力的新型替代能源,深受各国企业组织的青睐;现有液体燃料雾化燃烧技术中,还没有适应醇基燃料特性的技术,要使醇基液体燃料燃烧效果达到工业领域的应用要求,让燃料充分雾化和减小雾化颗粒,就越容易与助燃空气充分混合,才能使液体燃料达到完全燃烧,目前的压力雾化技术、机械雾化技术、介质雾化技术用于醇基燃料效果均不理想,不能达到完全燃烧,尤其在工业大功率应用上,醇基液体燃料雾化燃烧存在燃烧不充分、燃烧强度低、火焰温度低,基本不能满足工业燃烧要求,而且设备复杂、故障多。虽然醇基燃料气化燃烧效果好,但在大功率应用时,大流量气化醇基燃料设备复杂,成本高,所以完全气化燃烧器一般只适用于300kW以下的燃烧器。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种醇基液体燃料双相自雾化燃烧器,拓展醇基燃料的应用范围,为醇基液体燃料在工业窑炉、锅炉的大功率应用奠定基础。
为达成上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种醇基液体燃料双相自雾化工业型燃烧器,包括相互配合的燃烧器本体、醇基液体燃料输送装置及醇基液体燃料气化输送装置,其中,燃烧器本体包括:燃烧器外壳,燃烧器外壳上设有风机入口,燃烧器外壳内设有雾化燃烧组件;所述的醇基液体燃料气化输送装置包括:相变器,相变器内设有电加热元件及气化管,气化管一端伸出相变器外形成气化管入口供醇基液体燃料输入,气化管另一端伸出相变器外形成气化输送管将气化后的醇基燃料气体输出至燃烧器本体内雾化燃烧组件形成雾化介质。
进一步,所述的相变器31中设有的气化管33为盘管结构,气化管33与电加热元件32一体浇铸在铸铝均热块内以使其气化管受热均匀
进一步,所述的气化管与电加热元件根据功率大小的要求设置为一支或多支,并联或串联,电加热元件32为单端或双端金属管状。
进一步,所述的雾化燃烧组件包括相互配合的空气旋流板、点火针、双相雾化喷头,所述的醇基液体燃料气化输送装置将气化后的醇基燃料气体输送至双相雾化喷头,点火针点火初始燃烧 ,初始燃烧火焰建立后,另一路醇基液体燃料输送装置输送醇基液体燃料至双相雾化喷头,被气化后的醇基燃料气体进行雾化后燃烧。
进一步,所述的电加热元件端头伸出铸铝均热块并安装有电极。
进一步,所述的燃烧器外壳上设有燃烧器安装法兰。
进一步,所述的相变器上设有温度检测器。
进一步,所述的空气旋流板空气旋流板上另设有探火针。
采用上述技术方案,本发明由于采用同种介质的双相雾化燃烧器,并通过铸铝均热块稳定可靠实现醇基燃料介质的气化,保证气化后的醇基燃料气相介质高效地对醇基液体燃料进行充分雾化,减小雾化颗粒,使其与助燃空气充分混合,保证醇基液体燃料达到完全燃烧,满足工业燃烧的要求,能够适应工业大功率燃烧的需求。

如图1所示,一种醇基液体燃料双相自雾化工业型燃烧器,包括相互配合的燃烧器本体1、醇基液体燃料输送装置2及醇基液体燃料气化输送装置3,其中,燃烧器本体1包括:燃烧器外壳11,燃烧器外壳11上设有风机入口12,燃烧器外壳11内设有雾化燃烧组件13;所述的醇基液体燃料气化输送装置3包括:相变器31,相变器31内设有电加热元件32及气化管33,气化管33一端伸出相变器31外形成气化管入口331供醇基液体燃料输入,气化管33另一端伸出相变器31外形成气化输送管332将气化后的醇基燃料气体输出至燃烧器本体1内与雾化燃烧组件13配合点火。
在具体实施例中,所述的相变器31中,设有气化管33,为盘管结构,气化管33与电加热元件32一体浇铸在铸铝均热块内以使其气化管受热均匀。
在具体的实践中,所述的气化管33与电加热元件32根据功率大小的要求设置为一支或多支,采取并联或串联,铸铝均热块外可依次包覆隔热保温层及保温外壳。
实施例中,所述的雾化燃烧组件13包括相互配合的空气旋流板131、点火针132、双相雾化喷头133,所述的醇基液体燃料气化输送装置3将适合燃烧的气化后的醇基液体燃料输送至双相雾化喷头133,点火针132点火初始燃烧 ,初始燃烧火焰建立后,醇基液体燃料输送装置2输送醇基液体燃料至双相雾化喷头133,被气化后的醇基燃料气体进行雾化后燃烧。
进一步的,如图1所示,所述的电加热元件32端头伸出铸铝均热块并安装有电极321。所述的燃烧器外壳11上设有燃烧器安装法兰111。所述的相变器31上设有温度检测器311以保证时时检测相变器的温度以及时由控制器调整相变温度。所述的空气旋流板空气旋流板131上另设有探火针134,所述的探火针134与点火针133的另一端头伸出燃烧器本体外并安装电极。
工作时,将铸铝均热块和电加热元件及气化管一体铸造成型,通过电极接通电加热元件使铸铝均热块受热升温至合适的气化温度(由温度检测器检测并控制),打开通往相变器的液体燃料入口控制阀,气化管入口流入少量醇基液体燃料(一般是燃烧流量总量的十分之一),醇基液体燃料通过气化管时受热气化相变后由气化输送管输送至双相雾化喷头,由点火针点燃进行初始燃烧,初始燃烧火焰建立后,打开另一路液体燃料阀,需要雾化的醇基液体燃料进入双相雾化头,气化后的醇基燃料气体介质对醇基液体燃料进行雾化后燃烧,燃烧过程中由风机鼓入助燃空气进入燃烧器本体内助燃,保证雾化后的醇基燃料充分燃烧。
本发明的发明点在于采用同种介质的双相雾化燃烧器,并通过铸铝均热块实现一路醇基液体燃料介质的气化相变,保证气化后的醇基燃料气体能有效地对另一路醇基液体燃料充分雾化,同时减小雾化颗粒,使其与助燃空气充分混合,保证醇基液体燃料达到完全燃烧,满足工业燃烧的要求,能够以简单可靠的方式实现醇基液体燃料的大功率燃烧,同时达到减少辅助设备,减小燃烧设备体积,实现节能、环保的目的。

  1. 一种醇基液体燃料双相自雾化工业型燃烧器,其特征在于:包括相互配合的燃烧器本体1、醇基液体燃料输入装置2及醇基液体燃料相变器及醇基燃料气输送装置3,其中,燃烧器本体1包括:燃烧器外壳11,燃烧器外壳11上设有风机接口12,燃烧器外壳11内设有雾化燃烧组件13;所述的醇基液体燃料相变器及醇基燃料气输送装置3包括:相变器31,相变器31内设有电加热元件32及气化管33,气化管33一端伸出相变器31外形成气化管入口331供醇基液体燃料输入,气化管33另一端伸出相变器31外形成气化输送管332将气化后的醇基燃料气体输出至燃烧器本体1内的雾化燃烧组件13,利用该路醇基燃料气体对另一路醇基液体燃料进行雾化并点火燃烧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种醇基液体燃料双相自雾化工业型燃烧器,其特征在于: 所述的相变器31中设有的气化管33为盘管结构,气化管33与电加热元件32一体浇铸在铸铝均热块内以使其气化管受热均匀。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种醇基液体燃料双相自雾化工业型燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的气化管33与电加热元件32根据功率大小的要求设置为一支或多支,并联或串联,电加热元件32为单端或双端金属管状。
  4. 如权利要求1、2或3所述的一种醇基液体燃料双相自雾化工业型燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的雾化燃烧组件13包括相互配合的空气旋流板131、点火针132、双相雾化喷头133,所述的醇基液体燃料气化输送装置3将醇基燃料气体输送至双相雾化喷头133,点火针132点火初始燃烧 ,初始燃烧火焰建立后,醇基液体燃料输送装置2输送醇基液体燃料至双相雾化喷头133,该路醇基液体燃料被气化后的醇基燃料气体进行雾化后燃烧。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种醇基液体燃料双相自雾化工业型燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的电加热元件32端头伸出铸铝均热块并安装有电极321。
