Description

一种工业型醇基燃料气化燃烧器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业型燃料燃烧技术领域,具体涉及一种普遍适用于醇基液体燃料气化燃烧的工业燃烧器。
背景技术
醇基燃料就是以醇类(如甲醇、乙醇、丁醇等)物质为主体配置的燃料,在常温常压下以液体形式存在,是各国政府目前大力推广的环保洁净能源;面对石化能源的枯竭,醇基燃料是最有潜力的新型替代能源,深受各国企业组织的青睐;现有液体燃料雾化燃烧技术中,还没有适应醇基燃料特性的技术,要使醇基液体燃料燃烧效果达到工业领域的应用要求,需要采用新的气化燃烧技术。目前的醇基燃料气化燃烧技术还存在起动预热困难、气化效果差、气化装置易堵塞、燃烧功率小等缺点。所以,使用醇基燃料用于工业生产的热力燃烧技术极待开发。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种工业型醇基燃料气化燃烧器,拓展醇基燃料的应用范围,为醇基燃料在工业窑炉的普及应用奠定基础。
为达成上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种工业型醇基燃料气化燃烧器,包括燃烧器本体、燃烧器本体内腔于出火口的一侧安装有中空的均热气化器,中空的均热气化器外侧安装有燃烧组件,燃烧组件将气化后的醇基燃料点火燃烧,火焰穿过中空的均热气化器从出火口喷出;中空的均热气化器内设有电加热元件及气化管,气化管一端伸出中空的均热气化器及燃烧器本体外形成气化管入口供醇基液体燃料输入,气化管另一端伸出中空的均热气化器外形成气化输送管将气化后的醇基液体燃料输出至燃烧器本体内的燃烧组件处点火,燃烧器本体上另设有风机接口。
进一步,所述的中空的均热气化器为中空的铸铝均热块,中空的铸铝均热块外包覆隔热保温层,气化管为螺旋盘管结构旋绕在所述的中空的铸铝均热块内,气化管与电加热元件一体铸造成型在铸铝均热块内以保障气化均匀。
进一步,所述的燃烧组件包括:设置在燃烧器本体内与气化输送管对接的气体燃料喷嘴,气体燃料喷嘴连接大气式引射器,大气式引射器外端连接空气旋流板及火孔板,火孔板上设有点火针,所述的火孔板及点火针位于中空的铸铝均热块外侧端面位置,所述的气化输送管将适合燃烧的气化后的醇基液体燃料输送至气体燃料喷嘴并喷出至大气式引射器内与空气混合并在火孔板点燃,燃烧后的火焰穿过中空的铸铝均热块并由出火口喷出。
进一步,所述的电加热元件端头伸出铸铝均热块及燃烧器本体并安装有电极。
进一步,所述的燃烧器本体上设有燃烧器安装法兰。
进一步,所述的均热气化器上设有温度检测器。
采用上述技术方案,本发明由于将初始气化后的醇基燃料燃烧后,火焰穿过铸铝均热块,使燃烧产生的热量保证维持铸铝均热块的持续气化温度,进而保证醇基燃料气化均匀且充分,使其与助燃空气充分混合,保证醇基液体燃料达到完全稳定燃烧,满足工业燃烧的要求。

如图1所示,一种工业型醇基燃料气化燃烧器,包括燃烧器本体1、燃烧器本体1内腔于出火口2的一侧安装有中空的均热气化器3,中空的均热气化器3外侧安装有燃烧组件4,燃烧组件4将气化后的醇基燃料点火燃烧,火焰穿过中空的均热气化器3从出火口2喷出;中空的均热气化器3内设有电加热元件5及气化管6,气化管6一端伸出中空的均热气化器3及燃烧器本体1外形成气化管入口61供醇基液体燃料输入,气化管6另一端伸出中空的均热气化器3外形成气化输送管62将气化后的醇基液体燃料输出至燃烧器本体1内的燃烧组件4处点火,燃烧器本体1上另设有风机接口7。
在具体的实施例中,所述的中空的均热气化器3为中空的铸铝均热块,中空的铸铝均热块外包覆隔热保温层31,气化管6为螺旋盘式结构旋绕在所述的中空的铸铝均热块内,气化管6与电加热元件5一体铸造成型在铸铝均热块内以保障气化均匀。所述的燃烧组件4包括:设置在燃烧器本体1内与气化输送管62对接的气体燃料喷嘴41,气体燃料喷嘴41连接大气式引射器42,大气式引射器42外端连接空气旋流板43 及火孔板44,火孔板44上设有点火针45,所述的火孔板44及点火针(5位于中空的铸铝均热块外侧端面位置,所述的气化输送管62将适合燃烧的气化后的醇基液体燃料输送至气体燃料喷嘴41并喷出至大气式引射器42内与空气混合并在火孔板44点燃,燃烧后的火焰穿过中空的铸铝均热块并由出火口喷出。
进一步的,如图1,所述的电加热元件5端头伸出铸铝均热块及燃烧器本体1并安装有电极51。所述的燃烧器本体1 上设有燃烧器安装法兰8。
所述的均热气化器3上设有温度检测器9。
工作时,初始起动时,将铸铝均热块通过电极接通电加热元件使铸铝均热块受热升温至合适的气化温度(由温度检测器检测并控制)时,控制系统打开气化管入口输入阀输入醇基液体燃料,醇基液体燃料通过气化管时受热气化后由气化输送管输送至气体燃料喷嘴,由气体燃料喷嘴喷出后经与大气式引射器引入的空气充分混合至火孔板处,由点火针点燃进行燃烧,燃烧后的火焰穿过铸铝均热块从出火口喷出。当燃烧火焰建立后,铸铝均热块吸收燃烧火焰幅射热就能维持给气化管供热,当均热块达到正常温度后,电加热元件就停止加热,仅利用燃料火焰的幅射热就能使燃料气化和燃烧持续进行。
本发明的发明点在于醇基液体燃料气化并燃烧后。火焰穿过中空铸铝均热块,能够利用燃烧火焰的幅射热加热铸铝均热块,使均热块保持在合适的气化温度范围内,提供适宜醇基液体燃料气化的温度,进而保证醇基燃料气化均匀且充分,不积碳,不带液,使其气化后的燃料气能与助燃空气充分混合,保证醇基液体燃料达到完全燃烧,满足工业燃烧的要求,能够适应工业大功率的需求且达到减小燃烧器体积的目的。

  1. 一种工业型醇基燃料气化燃烧器,其特征在于:包括燃烧器本体(1)、燃烧器本体(1)内腔于出火口(2)的一侧安装有中空的均热气化器(3),中空的均热气化器(3)外侧安装有燃烧组件(4),燃烧组件(4)将气化后的醇基燃料点火燃烧,火焰穿过中空的均热气化器(3)从出火口(2)喷出;中空的均热气化器(3)内设有电加热元件(5)及气化管(6),气化管(6)一端伸出中空的均热气化器(3)及燃烧器本体(1)外形成气化管入口(61)供醇基液体燃料输入,气化管(6)另一端伸出中空的均热气化器(3)外形成气化输送管(62)将气化后的醇基液体燃料输出至燃烧器本体(1)内的燃烧组件(4)处点火,燃烧器本体(1)上另设有风机接口(7)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种工业型醇基燃料气化燃烧器,其特征在于: 所述的中空的均热气化器(3)为中空的铸铝均热块,中空的铸铝均热块外包覆隔热保温层(31),气化管(6)为螺旋盘管式结构旋绕在所述的中空的铸铝均热块内,气化管(6)与电加热元件(5)一体铸造成型在浇在铸铝均热块内以保障气化管受热均匀,不会出现局部过热。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种工业型醇基燃料气化燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的燃烧组件(4)包括:设置在燃烧器本体(1)内与气化输送管(62)对接的气体燃料喷嘴(41),气体燃料喷嘴(41)连接大气式引射器(42),大气式引射器(42)外端连接空气旋流板(43) 及火孔板(44),火孔板(44)上设有点火针(45),所述的火孔板(44)及点火针(45)位于中空的铸铝均热块外侧端面位置,所述的气化输送管(62)将适合燃烧的气化后的醇基燃料气输送至气体燃料喷嘴(41)并喷入至大气式引射器(42)内与空气混合并在火孔板(44)点燃,燃烧后的火焰穿过中空的铸铝均热块并由出火口喷出。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种工业型醇基燃料气化燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的电加热元件(5)端头伸出铸铝均热块及燃烧器本体(1)并安装有电极(51)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种工业型醇基燃料气化燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的燃烧器本体(1 )上设有燃烧器安装法兰(8)。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种工业型醇基燃料气化燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的均热气化器(3)上设有温度检测器(9)。
