Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种与水分解合成燃料配合使用的燃烧装置。该装置包括炉体、炉膛,其特征是炉体的炉膛内环绕有预热管群,预热管群的入口位于炉体的侧面,其末端与催化多孔器的进口相接;风机的风筒位于炉体的侧面并与炉膛相通,风筒内的电加热螺旋管的一端与风筒内进口处的喷射器连接,其另一端与催化多孔器连接,催化多孔器的盘面位于风筒出口的扩口处。本实用新型采用上述技术方案,可使由水和醇混合后制成的水分解合成燃料在该装置内经催化、分解得到充分燃烧,与煤、油做燃料相比,热值高,燃料成本可下降30—50%。本实用新型可用于取暖锅炉、发电干气锅炉、冶炼炉等。本实用新型的研制成功,必将使水分解合成燃料成为一种无污染的新能源。

Description

水分解合成燃料用燃烧装置
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种与水分解合成燃料配合使用的燃烧装置。
二、背景技术
能源是人类的宝贵资源。特别是化石能源(煤、油等)没有再生的可能,加之它做为燃料,对大气污染也较严重。因此,近年来科学界都在攻关一种水与填加剂合成的燃料,使之做为能源以此取代煤、油等燃料,这样即能节省能源,又可避免大气污染。但是,由于没有与该合成燃料配合使用的燃烧装置,致使该项课题至今尚未攻克。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是研制一种用水分解合成燃料做燃料的燃烧装置。该燃料装置包括炉体、炉膛。其特点是炉体的炉膛内环绕有预热管群,预热管群的入口位于炉体的侧面,预热管群的末端与催化多孔器的进口相接;风机的风筒位于炉体的侧面并与炉膛相通,风筒内的电加热螺旋管的一端与风筒内进口处的喷射器连接,其另一端与催化多孔器连接,催化多孔器的盘面位于风筒出口的扩口处。本实用新型的催化多孔器为一侧有进口、另一侧有出口的空腔园盘状结构,并有上、下贯通的若干个通孔,其空腔内装有金属锰颗粒。本实用新型采用上述结构,使用由水和醇混合后制成的水分解合成燃料做燃料,先由电加热预热,经预热管群进入催化多孔器进一步得到分解,再经电加热螺旋管使水分解合成燃料汽化后由喷射器喷出的已是火焰,在风机的作用下,喷射器喷出的燃烧火焰吹向电加热螺旋管以及催化多孔器,经催化多孔器盘面上、下贯通的通孔喷至炉膛内,使炉膛内得到高温火焰。如此往复循环,当炉膛内温度达到催化温度时,将电加热螺旋管断电,水分解合成燃料在高温下继续催化分解,使炉膛内燃烧温度可高达1700℃,燃烧时间越长,水分解合成燃料分解的越彻底,炉温越高。本实用新型设计合理,是专门与水分解合成燃料配合使用的燃烧装置。

五、具体实施方式
图1中,本实用新型的炉体10由耐火保温材料制成,炉体上有炉门。预热管群4用不锈钢材料制作。预热管群4的首端从炉体的侧面进入,环绕布置在炉膛11的内壁上,这样可使其合成燃料通过该燃烧装置自体预热。预热管群4的未端接催化多孔器5的进口,催化多孔器5的出口接电加热螺旋管6。风机9可选用CZR80型号的风机,安装在炉体外侧,其风筒12与炉膛相通,风筒12为带扩口13的结构,电加热螺旋管6和喷射器位于风筒12内,催化多孔器5位于风筒12出口的扩口13处,且催化多孔器5的盘面形状与扩口13相吻合。图2、图3中给出的催化多孔器5的盘面直径可选为170mm左右,其上的通孔14至少在70个以上。催化多孔器5的园盘状的空腔内装金属颗粒15。图4中给出的喷射器由多孔喷咀7罩有热红罩8构成;热红罩8的罩体上均匀分布若干个喷孔。当炉膛内温度达1100℃时,被预热、汽化的水分解合成燃料经催化多孔器5进一步催化分解后经喷射器喷出的已是火焰,而且炉内温度越高,合成燃料的燃烧越充分。
本实用新型使用的水分解合成燃料是由水和醇混合后构成的。醇包括甲醇、乙醇、正丁醇、异丙醇、正丙醇等。盛装水分解合成燃料的储液缸1设在炉体外,用支架固定。储液缸1的排液口处设有阀门,并与压缩泵3的进口连接,压缩泵3的出口与炉膛内壁环绕的予热管群4的入口连接。根据生产成本考虑,水分解合成燃料可做成二种配比溶液,一种是由50%的水和50%的醇混合均匀制得;一种是由80%的水和20%醇混合均匀制得。因此,设在炉体外的储液缸(1)为2个,其排液口通过三通阀2与压缩泵3的进口相接。将二种不同配比的合成燃料分别盛装在二个储液罐1内。开始时选使用含有50%醇的水分解合成燃料,炉内温度随预热时间增加,预热20分钟后,当炉内温度达1300℃时,使用水含量为80%的合成燃料即可。本实用新型使用水分解合成燃料与烧柴油、煤等相比,燃料成本可降30——50%,燃烧充分时热值可达57.8千卡/克分子。采用本实用新型制成的试验炉用水分解合成燃料与用柴油进行燃烧对比,测得的试验数据如下(每间隔5分钟一测):

本实用新型应用范围广,可用于取暖锅炉、发电干气锅炉、冶炼炉等。本实用新型的研制成功,必将使水分解合成燃料成为一种无污染的新能源。

Claims (5)

1、一种水分解合成燃料用燃烧装置,包括炉体、炉膛,其特征是炉体的炉膛内环绕有预热管群(4),预热管群(4)的入口位于炉体的侧面,预热管群(4)的末端与催化多孔器的进口相接;风机(9)的风筒位于炉体的侧面并与炉膛相通,风筒内的电加热螺旋管(6)的一端与风筒内进口处的喷射器连接,其另一端与催化多孔器(5)连接,催化多孔器(5)的盘面位于风筒出口的扩口处。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水分解合成燃料用燃烧装置,其特征是所述的催化多孔器(5)为一侧有进口、另一侧有出口的空腔园盘状结构,并有上、下贯通的若干个通孔(14),其空腔内装有金属锰颗粒(15)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的水分解合成燃料用燃烧装置,其特征是所述的喷射器由多孔喷咀(7)上罩有热红罩(8)构成。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的水分解合成燃料用燃烧装置,其特征是储液缸(1)设有炉体外储液缸(1)的排液口与压缩泵(3)的进口连接,压缩泵(3)的出口与炉膛内壁环绕的予热管群(4)的入口连接。
5、根据权利要求4所述的水分解合成燃料用燃烧装置,其特征是设在炉体外的储液缸为2个,其排液口通过三通阀(2)与压缩泵(3)的进口连接。
