一种醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置,包括机壳(1),机壳(1)内设有相互连接的空气输送管道(11)和燃烧口(12),燃烧口(12)处设有燃烧嘴(2),燃烧嘴(2)连接有蒸发管道(3),蒸发管道(3)连接有高温气体供应管道(4),蒸发管道(3)内设有雾化喷嘴(5),雾化喷嘴(5)连接有燃料管(6)。该燃烧装置避免了燃烧不完全产物的产生,减少污染物排放,同时提高了燃烧效率和燃料利用率,还可以提高火焰稳定性。

Description

一种醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置 技术领域
本发明属于燃烧装置领域,特别涉及一种醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置。
背景技术
醇基燃料是以醇类(甲醇、乙醇等)为主要原料,按特定工艺配方,经化学勾兑合成的一种液体燃料,是一种清洁的燃料,可以被广泛应用于锅炉、窑炉、熔铝炉等行业。
技术问题
目前燃烧醇基燃料的燃烧器普遍采用喷雾燃烧模式,但是由于醇类,特别是甲醇的汽化潜热比较大,例如甲醇的汽化潜热大约是柴油的4倍,这就会导致炉膛或燃烧室内会出现局部低温区域,造成燃烧不完全以及排放甲醛等污染物。为了解决这一问题,可以采用将燃料预先蒸发成气体的方式,目前通常采用的是电或烟气加热燃料容器的方式,例如专利CN201410223125.0,CN201620300450.7,CN201611102615.0,CN201520498520.X等。但是,这些方法存在系统复杂,燃料控制困难,调节不灵活等问题,并且有气体泄漏或者容器爆炸等安全隐患。
技术解决方案
为克服现有技术的不足及存在的问题,本发明提供一种醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置,使用安全可靠,控制方便。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置,包括机壳,所述机壳内设有相互连接的空气输送管道和燃烧口,燃烧口处设有燃烧嘴,燃烧嘴连接有蒸发管道,蒸发管道连接有高温气体供应管道,蒸发管道内设有雾化喷嘴,雾化喷嘴连接有燃料管。
所述蒸发管道位于空气输送管道的中心,蒸发管道与空气输送管道同轴布置。
所述雾化喷嘴位于蒸发管道上背向燃烧嘴一端的中心处。
所述空气输送管道和燃烧口之间设有旋流器。
所述燃烧嘴固定于旋流器的中心轴处,且延伸至燃烧口中。
所述高温气体供应管道连接于高温烟气管。
有益效果
本发明设置有蒸发管道,高温气体供应管道将高温气体通入蒸发管道,雾化喷嘴将醇基燃料喷入蒸发管道,雾化的醇基燃料遇高温气体后汽化,汽化燃料混合高温气体通过燃烧嘴喷入燃烧口中与空气输送管道输送的空气混合燃烧,醇基燃料经过汽化后再燃烧,一方面消除了炉膛或者燃烧室内的局部低温区,避免了燃烧不完全产物的产生,减少污染物排放,同时提高了燃烧效率和燃料利用率;另一方面,醇基燃料汽化后与高温气体混合后燃烧可以降低炉膛或者燃烧室内的火焰最高温度,这可起到降低氮氧化物排放的作用。醇基燃料汽化后与高温气体混合后再燃烧还有利于缩短火焰,同时由于混合气的温度高于常温空气,还可以提高火焰稳定性。

本发明的实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1,一种醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置,包括机壳1,机壳1内设有相互连接的空气输送管道11和燃烧口12,空气输送管道11将空气输送至燃烧口12处,燃烧口12位于炉膛或者燃烧室内。燃烧口12处设有燃烧嘴2,燃烧嘴2连接有蒸发管道3,蒸发管道3连接有高温气体供应管道4,高温气体供应管道4将高温气体通入蒸发管道3内。蒸发管道3内设有雾化喷嘴5,雾化喷嘴5连接有燃料管6,醇基燃料通过燃料管道6输送至雾化喷嘴5,雾化喷嘴5将醇基燃料雾化喷出。空气输送管道11和燃烧口12之间设有旋流器7,空气经过旋流器7后会形成中心回流区,起到稳定火焰的作用。燃烧嘴2固定于旋流器7的中心轴处,且延伸至燃烧口12中,这可使得燃烧嘴2的喷出点位置最优,提升燃烧效果。
蒸发管道3位于空气输送管道11的中心,蒸发管道3与空气输送管道11同轴布置。这使得蒸发管道3输送的醇基燃料气体和高温气体的混气体的输送方向与空气输送管道11输送的空气的输送方向一致,提升燃烧的稳定性。
雾化喷嘴5位于蒸发管道3上背向燃烧嘴2一端的中心处,雾化喷嘴5喷出的雾化的醇基燃料可充分与高温气体混合汽化,汽化更为彻底、可靠。
高温气体供应管道4连接于高温烟气管,这可起到回收烟气热能的作用,进一步提高了能源利用效率。
本实施例的工作过程:首先,高温气体供应管道4将高温气体通入蒸发管道3,高温气体即可以是锅炉排烟,或者用锅炉排烟经过换热器加热后的空气,燃料管6将醇基燃料输送至雾化喷嘴5,雾化喷嘴5将醇基燃料喷入蒸发管道3,雾化的醇基燃料遇高温气体后汽化,汽化燃料混合高温气体通过燃烧嘴2喷入燃烧口12中与空气输送管道11输送的空气混合燃烧。
上述实施例为本发明的较佳的实现方式,并非是对本发明的限定,在不脱离本发明的发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置,包括机壳(1),其特征在于:所述机壳内设有相互连接的空气输送管道(11)和燃烧口(12),燃烧口处设有燃烧嘴(2),燃烧嘴连接有蒸发管道(3),蒸发管道连接有高温气体供应管道(4),蒸发管道内设有雾化喷嘴(5),雾化喷嘴连接有燃料管(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置,其特征在于:所述蒸发管道(3)位于空气输送管道(11)的中心,蒸发管道与空气输送管道同轴布置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置,其特征在于:所述雾化喷嘴(5)位于蒸发管道(3)上背向燃烧嘴(2)一端的中心处。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置,其特征在于:所述空气输送管道(11)和燃烧口(12)之间设有旋流器(7)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置,其特征在于:所述燃烧嘴(5)固定于旋流器(7)的中心轴处,且延伸至燃烧口(12)中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的醇基燃料汽化燃烧装置,其特征在于:所述高温气体供应管道(4)连接于高温烟气管。
