前記制御装置は、作業者の右及び左の大腿部を下げて作業者の立ち上がりを補助するように、前記右及び左の脚作用部を下側に作動させるように構成され、
前記右又は左の脚作用部が、前記支持部材である。
この構成によれば、右及び左の脚作用部を下側に作動させて、作業者の右及び左の大腿部を下側に操作することにより、作業者の立ち上がりを補助することができる。これにより、作業者がしゃがみ、荷物を手で持ち、立ち上がるという状態において、作業者が楽に立ち上がることができるようになって、作業の能率向上を図ることができる。
また、右及び左の脚作用部は、作業者の右及び左の大腿部に作用するので、作業者の腰部の右側及び左側(作業者の腰部の右側又は左側に近い位置)に位置する。これにより、設定値変更部を右又は左の脚作用部に備えることにより、右又は左の脚作用部を設定変更部の支持部材に兼用することができて、構造の簡素化の面で有利なものとなる。
作業者に取り付けられる本体部と、
前記本体部から前側に延出されたアーム部と、
前記アーム部から下側に延出されたワイヤと、
前記ワイヤに連結され、作業者が手で持つことにより荷物を保持するものように構成されたハンド部と、
前記ワイヤを巻き取ることにより前記ハンド部を上昇させ、且つ、前記ワイヤを繰り出すことにより前記ハンド部を下降させる回転体と、
前記回転体を巻き取り側及び繰り出し側に回転駆動する電動モータと、
前記回転体の回転速度を検出する回転速度センサと、
人為的に操作される手動操作部と、
前記手動操作部の操作信号に基づいて、前記電動モータを巻き取り側及び繰り出し側に作動させる制御装置と、を備え、
前記電動モータが繰り出し側に作動する状態において、前記回転速度センサの検出値が所定値よりも高速側に変動すると、前記制御装置は、前記電動モータに巻き取り側の駆動力を発生させ、前記回転体の繰り出し側への回転に抵抗を与えるように構成されているアシスト器具。
本構成によると、作業者が手動操作部を操作して、電動モータにより回転体が繰り出し側に回転駆動され始めた場合、ハンド部に荷物を保持していない状態や、ハンド部に軽い荷物を保持している状態であると、ハンド部に掛かる重量が小さなものであることにより、ハンド部の下降速度(回転体の繰り出し側の回転速度)は高速にはならないので、電動モータによる回転体の繰り出し側の回転駆動が続行される。
他方、ハンド部に重い荷物を保持している状態であると、ハンド部に掛かる重量は大きなものとなる。これにより、作業者が手動操作部を操作して、電動モータにより回転体が繰り出し側に回転駆動され始めた場合、ハンド部に重い荷物を保持している状態であると、ハンド部に掛かる大きな重量により、ハンド部が高速で下降しようとする。
本構成によると、回転体の回転速度が所定値を高速側に超えると、電動モータに繰り出し側とは逆の巻き取り側の小さな駆動力が発生するのであり、回転体の繰り出し側への回転に対して電動モータから抵抗が掛かる。これにより、ハンド部に重い荷物を保持している状態であっても、ハンド部(荷物)が適切な速度で下降するので、荷物を保持したハンド部を下降させて荷物を目的の位置に置くような作業が、正確に且つ楽に行えるようになる。
前記制御装置は、前記回転体が予め設定された設定回転速度で繰り出し側に回転するように、前記電動モータに巻き取り側の駆動力を発生させ、前記回転体の繰り出し側への回転に抵抗を与えるように構成されている。
この構成によれば、電動モータの巻き取り側の小さな駆動力が制御されて、回転体が予め設定された設定回転速度で繰り出し側に回転する。これにより、ハンド部が一定の速度で下降する状態となるので、荷物を保持したハンド部を下降させて荷物を目的の位置に置くような作業が、正確に且つ楽に行えるようになる。
前記制御装置は、前記負荷検出部の検出値が急減すると、前記電動モータを停止させるように構成されている。
この構成によれば、荷物を保持したハンド部を下降させて荷物を目的の位置に置くと、荷物の重量が電動モータに掛からなくなり、電動モータに掛かる負荷が急減するので、これに伴って電動モータが停止する。これにより、荷物を置いた(離した)ハンド部が停止しているのに、回転体がワイヤを繰り出して、ワイヤが弛んで絡まるとういう状態を避けることができる。
[2-1]課題[2-1]に対応する解決手段として、以下のようなアシスト器具が提案される。
作業者に取り付けられる本体部と、
前記本体部に支持されて作業者の右の大腿部に作用する右の脚作用部と、
前記右の脚作用部を駆動する右の駆動装置と、
前記本体部に支持されて作業者の左の大腿部に作用する左の脚作用部と、
前記左の脚作用部を駆動する左の駆動装置と、
制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記右の駆動装置及び前記左の駆動装置を互いに独立に作動させるように構成され、
前記制御装置によって前記右の駆動装置が作動すると、前記右の駆動装置は、前記右の脚作用部を下側に駆動して作業者の右の大腿部を下げるように構成され、且つ、
前記制御装置によって前記左の駆動装置が作動すると、前記左の駆動装置は、前記左の脚作用部を下側に駆動して作業者の左の大腿部を下げるように構成されているアシスト器具。
また、作業者がしゃがみ、荷物を手で持ち、立ち上がるという状態においては、例えば、作業者が右脚及び左脚を同じ位置に位置させて立ち上がる状態、右脚を前側に位置させ左脚を後側に位置させて立ち上がる状態、左脚を前側に位置させ右脚を後側に位置させて立ち上がる状態というように、各種の状態が想定される。本構成によると、右及び左の駆動装置を別々に独立して制御して作動させて、右及び左の脚作用部を別々に独立して下側に駆動している。これにより、作業者が立ち上がる際に右脚及び左脚がどのような位置関係になっていても、これに容易に対応して右及び左の大腿部を適切に下側に操作することができるのであり、作業者の立ち上がりを適切に補助することができる。
前記制御装置は、前記右の角度センサの検出値に基づいて、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度に前記右の脚作用部が達すると、前記右の駆動装置を停止させるように構成され、且つ、
前記制御装置は、前記左の角度センサの検出値に基づいて、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度に前記左の脚作用部が達すると、前記左の駆動装置を停止させるように構成されている。
本構成によると、作業者が立ち上がる際に、右及び左の脚作用部が別々に独立して下側に駆動されて、作業者の立ち上がりが補助される。この後、例えば左の脚作用部(左脚)よりも先に、右の脚作用部(右脚)が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度に達すると、右の駆動装置(右の脚作用部)が先に停止するのであり、次に左の脚作用部(左脚)が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度に達すると、左の駆動装置(左の脚作用部)が停止する。これにより、本発明の第2特徴によると、作業者が立ち上がる際に右及び左の脚作用部の停止に時間差が生じるように構成することによって、作業者が立ち上がる際の状態に適応した自然な立ち上がり状態を得ることができる。
前記制御装置は、前記右及び左の角度センサの検出値に基づいて、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度に前記右及び左の脚作用部の少なくとも一方が達すると、前記右及び左の駆動装置を停止させるように構成されている。
本構成発明の第3特徴によると、作業者が立ち上がる際に、右及び左の脚作用部が別々に独立して下側に駆動されて、作業者の立ち上がりが補助される。この後、例えば左の脚作用部(左脚)よりも先に、右の脚作用部(右脚)が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度に達すると、右及び左の駆動装置(右及び左の脚作用部)が同時に停止するのであり、例えば右の脚作用部(右脚)よりも先に、左の脚作用部(左脚)が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度に達すると、右及び左の駆動装置(右及び左の脚作用部)が同時に停止する。
これにより、作業者が立ち上がる際に右及び左の脚作用部が同時に停止するように構成することによって、作業者が立ち上がる際の状態に適応した自然な立ち上がり状態を得ることができる。
前記制御装置は、前記人為操作部が操作された際の前記右及び左の角度センサの検出値に基づいて、前記右及び左の脚作用部のうち上側に位置する脚作用部の駆動装置の駆動力が、前記右及び左の脚作用部のうち下側に位置する脚作用部の駆動装置の駆動力よりも大きくなるように、前記右及び左の駆動装置を作動させるように構成されている。
作業者がしゃがみ、荷物を手で持ち、立ち上がるという状態において、右脚を前側に位置させ左脚を後側に位置させて立ち上がる場合、作業者は、右脚に大きな力を入れて立ち上がると考えられ、左脚を前側に位置させ右脚を後側に位置させて立ち上がる場合、作業者は左脚に大きな力を入れて立ち上がると考えられる。本構成によると、右脚を前側に位置させ左脚を後側に位置させて立ち上がる場合、右の駆動装置(右の脚作用部)の駆動力が大きなものとなって、作業者の立ち上がりが適切に補助される。同様に、左脚を前側に位置させ右脚を後側に位置させて立ち上がる場合、左の駆動装置(左の脚作用部)の駆動力が大きなものとなって、作業者の立ち上がりが適切に補助され
る。
前記制御装置は、前記人為操作部が操作された際の前記右及び左の角度センサの検出値に基づいて、前記右及び左の脚作用部のうち上側に位置する脚作用部の駆動装置の作動速度が、前記右及び左の脚作用部のうち下側に位置する脚作用部の駆動装置の作動速度よりも高速になるように、前記右及び左の駆動装置を作動させるように構成されている。
作業者がしゃがみ、荷物を手で持ち、立ち上がるという状態において、右脚を前側に位置させ左脚を後側に位置させて立ち上がる場合、作業者は右脚を早めに立ち上がり側に動かすと考えられ、左脚を前側に位置させ右脚を後側に位置させて立ち上がる場合、作業者は左脚を早めに立ち上がり側に動かすと考えられる。本構成によると、右脚を前側に位置させ左脚を後側に位置させて立ち上がる場合、右の脚作用部が左の脚作用部よりも速く作動することにより、作業者の立ち上がりが適切に補助される。同様に、左脚を前側に位置させ右脚を後側に位置させて立ち上がる場合、左の脚作用部が右の脚作用部よりも速く作動することによって、作業者の立ち上がりが適切に補助される。
作業者に取り付けられる本体部と、
前記本体部に支持されて作業者の大腿部に作用する脚作用部と、
前記脚作用部の上側への作動に抵抗を与える抵抗装置と、を備えるアシスト器具。
前記抵抗装置が前記駆動装置であり、
前記制御装置によって前記駆動装置に前記脚作用部を下側に駆動する駆動力が発生すると、前記駆動装置は、前記脚作用部の上側への作動に抵抗を与えるように構成されている。
例えば、トラックの荷台等に置かれた荷物に対して、作業者が立ち上がって、荷物を手で持ち、しゃがんで荷物を床に置くという状態が想定された場合、この状態が繰り返されることがある。本構成によると、駆動装置により脚作用部を下側に駆動して作業者の大腿部を下側に操作することにより、作業者の立ち上がりを補助することができる。これにより、作業者が立ち上がって、荷物を手で持ち、しゃがんで荷物を床に置くという状態において、作業者が楽に立ち上がることができるようになって、作業の能率向上を図ることができる。
また、本構成によると、脚作用部を下側に駆動する小さな駆動力を駆動装置が発生することにより、脚作用部の上側への作動に抵抗を与えるようにしている。これにより、作業者の立ち上がりを補助する機能、並びに、作業者がゆっくりとしゃがむことができる機能の2つの機能に、駆動装置を兼用することができて、構造の簡素化及び軽量化の面で有利なものとなる。
前記制御装置は、前記速度検出装置の検出値が予め設定された設定値となるように、前記駆動装置を制御するように構成されている。
本構成によると、設定値を適切な値に設定しておくことにより、速くなく遅くない適切な速度(設定値)で作業者がしゃがむことができるので、重い荷物を持っていても楽に安定してしゃがんで、荷物を床に置くことができる。
作業者がしゃがむ際において、作業者が途中でしゃがむのを止めることがある(中腰の状態)。本構成によると、脚作用部が停止状態を維持するように制御装置が駆動装置を制御するので、作業者の大腿部が脚作用部に支持(保持)された状態となって、作業者は中腰の状態を楽に維持することができる。
前記角度センサの検出値が、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度から作業者がしゃがむ側に変化する状態において、前記制御装置は、前記速度検出装置の検出値が前記設定値よりも低速の値から徐々に増加して前記設定値となるように、前記駆動装置を制御するように構成されている。
本構成によると、作業者がしゃがむ際に、作業者が立ち上がった状態からゆっくりとしゃがみ始めながら、次に適切な速度(設定値)でしゃがむ状態となるので、重い荷物を持っていても楽に安定してしゃがんで、荷物を床に置くことができる。
前記角度センサの検出値が、作業者がしゃがむ状態に相当する角度の手前の角度から作業者がしゃがむ側に変化する状態において、前記制御装置は、前記速度検出装置の検出値が前記設定値から徐々に低速の値に低下するように、前記駆動装置を制御するように構成されている。
本構成によると、作業者がしゃがむ際に、適切な速度(設定値)でしゃがみながら、次に作業者がゆっくりとしゃがむ状態となるので、重い荷物を持っていても楽に安定してしゃがんで、荷物を床に置くことができる。
使用者に装着可能な本体部と、

前記制御装置は、前記ウインチの動作を予め設定された定常状態の動作形態で制御する定常動作モードと、前記定常動作モードとは異なる動作形態で前記ウインチを作動させる警告動作モードと、を択一的に出力する動作制御手段を備え、
前記動作制御手段は、前記検出センサによる前記検出対象項目での状態変化の検出値が所定範囲内であるときに前記ウインチに前記定常動作モードでの制御指令を出力し、前記検出値が前記所定範囲から外れると、前記ウインチに対する出力を前記警告動作モードでの制御指令に切り換えて出力するように構成されているアシスト器具。
前記動作制御手段は、前記検出センサによるバッテリ残量の検出値が所定値以上であると、前記ウインチに前記定常動作モードでの制御指令を出力し、前記検出センサによるバッテリ残量の検出値が所定値を下回ると、前記ウインチに対する出力を前記警告動作モードでの制御指令に切り換えるように構成されている。
本構成によれば、バッテリ残量の検出値が所定値以上であるときと、バッテリ残量の検出値が所定値を下回るときと、でウインチに対する制御指令を切り換える。これにより、バッテリにおけるバッテリ残量の度合いに応じたウインチの動作形態から、バッテリ残量が少なくなったことを的確に把握し易い。
前記動作制御手段は、前記検出センサによる発熱温度の検出値が所定値以下であると、前記ウインチに前記定常動作モードでの制御指令を出力し、 前記検出センサによる発熱温度の検出値が所定値を越えると、前記ウインチに対する出力を前記警告動作モードでの制御指令に切り換えるように構成されている。
本構成によれば、駆動出力系での発熱温度の検出値が所定値以下であるときと、駆動出力系での発熱温度の検出値が所定値を越えるときと、でウインチに対する制御指令を切り換える。これにより、駆動出力系での発熱温度の検出値に応じたウインチの動作形態から、駆動出力系での発熱温度の状態変化を的確に把握し易い。
本構成によれば、警告動作モードでウインチによる索状体の巻き上げ速度を、定常動作モードでの巻き上げ速度よりも減速させることで、検出対象項目における状態変化が生じたことを直感的に把握させ得る。
本構成によれば、警告動作モードでウインチによる索状体の巻き上げ速度を、間欠的に緩急に変化させるインチング作動させることで、検出対象項目における状態変化が生じたことを明確に把握させ易い。
本構成によれば、警告動作モードでは、ウインチによる索状体の巻き上げが停止されて、ウインチによる索状体の下げ側への動作のみが許容されるので、ウインチの動作が途中で停止してしまうような事態が生じることを避け易い。つまり、バッテリ残量が少なくなっている場合には、ウインチを駆動する際の消費電力が少ない下げ側への動作のみを許し、駆動出力系での発熱温度が高くなっている場合には、ウインチを駆動する際の駆動負荷が少ない下げ側への動作のみを許すことで、ウインチ動作の途中停止を回避し易い。
前記警告動作モードでは、前記ウインチに対する制御指令が出力される前に、もしくは出力されると同時に、前記注意喚起装置による報知作動が行われるように構成されている。
本構成によれば、警告動作モードでの制御指令とは別に注意喚起装置による報知作動が行われることで、より一層早く、あるいは、より確実に警告動作モードでのウインチ作動状態であることを把握し易くなる。
以下、第1実施形態を説明する。
特段の説明がない限り、前後方向及び左右方向は、作業者がアシスト器具を装着した状態において、作業者から視て前側が「前」であり、後側が「後」であり、右側が「右」であり、左側が「左」である。
先ず、アシスト器具の全体構成及び本体部1について説明する。
図1~3に示すように、作業者の背中部に取り付けられる本体部1、本体部1の上部から上側に延出された右及び左のアーム部2、本体部1の下部に備えられた右及び左の脚作用部3が備えられており、作業者への装着用の取付ベルト4、右及び左の肩ベルト5が備えられて、アシスト器具が構成されている。
次に、右及び左の脚作用部3について説明する。
図1~3に示すように、右及び左の脚作用部3は、基部10、伝動ケース11、操作アーム12及び脚ベルト13等を備えている。横フレーム9に左右方向にスライド自在に基部10が支持されており、基部10の外端部に伝動ケース11が前向きに連結されている。
これにより、取付ベルト4の腰部への巻き付け具合により、作業者の体格に合わせるように右及び左の脚作用部3の間隔が決まるのであり、取付ベルト4により右及び左の脚作用部3の位置が決められた状態となる。
作業者がアシスト器具を装着した状態において、作業者の腰部の右側に右の脚作用部3(伝動ケース11)が位置し、作業者の腰部の左側に左の脚作用部3(伝動ケース11)
が位置する。
次に、右及び左のアーム部2について説明する。
図1~3に示すように、右及び左の縦フレーム6の上部が、作業者の右及び左の肩部を越えて斜め前側の斜め上側に延出されて、右及び左のアーム部2が構成されており、右及び左のアーム部2の上端部に、案内プーリー33が回転自在に支持されている。
好適には、左右のワイヤ18は、それぞれ、インナー(inner cable)18a及びアウター(outer cable)18bを備えたボーデンワイヤ(Bowden cable)によって構成することができる。また、左右のワイヤ19も、それぞれ、インナー19a及びアウター19bを備えたボーデンワイヤによって構成することができる。
支持板7の上部に受け部材21が連結され、右及び左のアーム部2の上部に受け部材22が備えられており、ワイヤ18,19のアウター18b,19bが受け部材21,22に連結されて、ワイヤ18,19のインナー18a,19aが駆動装置17に接続されている。
前述の状態において、作業者は右手及び左手の親指により上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作する。この場合、上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24は復帰型に構成されており、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作していると、上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24から操作信号が出力されるのであり、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24の押し操作を止めると、上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24の操作信号は停止する。
次に、駆動装置17について説明する。
図4及び図5に示すように、駆動装置17は、左右方向の回転軸芯P2周りに回転自在に左右方向に配置された4個の回転体25,26,27,28と、4個の回転体25~28の下側に左右方向に配置された電動モータ29と、電動モータ29の出力軸29a側の端部と回転体25~28の左の端部(電動モータ29の出力軸29a側の端部)とに亘って上下方向に配置された伝動機構30とを備えている。
伝動ケース31と蓋部32の上部に、伝動軸34が回転自在に支持されており、伝動軸34が伝動ケース31と蓋部32から右及び左側に突出している。伝動軸34に第3ギヤ43が固定されており、第3ギヤ43が第2ギヤ42と咬合している。
電動モータ29に電磁ブレーキ(図示せず)が備えられている。電動モータ29の作動時に電磁ブレーキは解除状態となり、電動モータ29の停止時及び非通電時に電磁ブレーキは制動状態となる。
次に、駆動装置17とワイヤ18,19との接続について説明する。
図4及び図5に示すように、回転体25~28は合成樹脂により円柱状に構成されており、回転体25~28の外周面を複数周に亘って螺旋状(雄ネジ状)に回りながら、回転体25~28の外周面の全幅に亘って連続した1本の溝部が、回転体25~28の外周面に備えられている。
例えば、床に置かれた荷物を高い棚やトラックの荷台に置くような場合、作業者がしゃがんで床の荷物を手で持ち、次に手を下に延ばした状態で荷物を持ちながら立ち上がり、次に手で荷物を持ち上げて、荷物を高い棚やトラックの荷台に置くような状態が想定される。
前述の状態において、上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24の押し操作に基づいて、制御装置14により右及び左の脚作用部3、駆動装置17(電動モータ29)が作動する状態について説明する。
これにより、作業者が歩行する場合や、作業者が膝部を曲げて腰部を落とす場合(しゃがむ場合)、作業者の太腿部に追従するように操作アーム12が揺動するのであり、作業者の動作が妨げられることはない。
これにより、電動モータ29が停止した状態において、ワイヤ18,19のインナー18a,19aが繰り出されることはなく、後述するように右及び左のハンド部20に荷物の重量が掛かっても、右及び左のハンド部20が下降することはない。
前述のように作業者が立ち上がる際において、前述の電動モータ29のブレーキ機能により、右及び左のハンド部20(荷物)が下降することはない。
以上のようにして、荷物を高い棚やトラックの荷台等に置くと、最初の状態に戻り、次の荷物に対して同様な操作を行う。
前項[6]に記載の状態において、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作した状態(角度センサ35の検出に基づいて、制御装置14が電動モータ29を制御する状態)について説明する(その1)。
図6に示すように、回転体25~28の巻き取り側の回転速度に基づいて、回転体25~28の巻き取り側の回転速度が停止状態から徐々に増加するように、電動モータ29が巻き取り側に作動する(電動モータ29の駆動力(駆動トルク)が制御される)(時点T1参照)。
これにより、作業者が設定値変更スイッチ46を操作することによって、図6に示す設定回転速度VU1を少し低速側の設定回転速度VU2に変更したり、少し高速側の設定回転速度VU3に変更したりすることができる。
前項[6]に記載の状態において、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作した状態(角度センサ35の検出に基づいて、制御装置14が電動モータ29を制御する状態)について説明する(その2)。
この場合、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23の押し操作を止めた瞬間に電動モータ29が停止するのではなく、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23の押し操作を止めてから(時点T3参照)、回転体25~28の巻き取り側の回転速度が設定回転速度VU1(VU2,VU3)から徐々に低下して、電動モータ29が停止する(時点T4参照)。
これにより、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23の押し操作を止めた際、電動モータ29の停止時のショックが抑えられながら、電動モータ29の停止があまり遅くならないものとなる。
前項[6]に記載の状態において、作業者が下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作した状態(角度センサ35及び負荷検出部44の検出に基づいて、制御装置14が電動モータ29を制御する状態)について説明する。
次に作業者が下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作を止めると(時点T2参照)、電動モータ29が停止する。
図7に示すように、作業者が下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作して、回転体25~28が繰り出し側に回転駆動された場合(時点T3参照)、右及び左のハンド部20に重い荷
物を掛けている状態であれば、回転体25~28の繰り出し側の回転速度(右及び左のハンド部20の下降速度)は高速側に加速される。
本発明によるアシスト器具の構成は、上述の構成に限定されるものではない。以下、単独で又は組み合わせて採用可能な、代表的な別形態を列挙する。
前項[6]に記載のように、作業者が立ち上がることにより荷物を床から持ち上げる際に、右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)が下側に駆動され、作業者の太腿部が下側に操作されて、作業者の立ち上がりが補助される場合、以下に説明するように、前項[7][8]に記載の電動モータ29と同様に、右及び左の脚作用部3の電動モータの駆動力(駆動トルク)が制御されるように構成してもよい。
右及び左の脚作用部3の電動モータの回転速度(右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の揺動速度)を検出する回転速度センサ(図示せず)が備えられて、回転速度センサの検出値が制御装置14に入力される。
これにより、作業者が立ち上がる際、右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)が停止状態から下側に駆動される場合、右及び左の脚作用部3の電動モータの回転速度(右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の揺動速度)が、停止状態から徐々に増加し、この後に設定回転速度に維持される。
次に右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)が、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度A1に近くなると、右及び左の脚作用部3の電動モータの回転速度(右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の揺動速度)が徐々に低下して、右及び左の脚作用部3の電動モータ(右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12))が停止する。
右及び左の脚作用部3の電動モータ(右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12))の設定回転速度を、手動操作型式の設定値変更部により、高速側及び低速側に変更できるように構成される。
この場合、右の脚作用部3の電動モータ(右の脚作用部3(操作アーム12))の設定回転速度、及び、左の脚作用部3の電動モータ(左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12))の設定回転速度を、別々に独立して高速側及び低速側に変更できるように構成してもよい。
図8に示すように、設定値変更スイッチ46を右の脚作用部3(伝動ケース11)の横側面に横向きに備えるように構成してもよい。
設定値変更スイッチ46を左の脚作用部3(伝動ケース11)に備えてもよい。
右及び左の脚作用部3を備えないように構成してもよい。
前述のように右及び左の脚作用部3を備えない場合、アーム状の支持部材(図示せず)を本体部1から作業者の腰部の右側(左側)の位置に延出して、この支持部材に設定値変更スイッチ46を備えてもよい。
図7に示すように、回転体25~28の繰り出し側の回転速度(右及び左のハンド部20の下降速度)が設定回転速度V3に維持されるように、電動モータ29の巻き取り側の小さな駆動力を制御するのではなく、回転体25~28の繰り出し側の回転速度(右及び左のハンド部20の下降速度)が所定値V2を高速側に越えると(時点T4参照)、電動モータ29に巻き取り側の一定の小さな駆動力(一定の抵抗)(一定の制動)が発生する状態となるように構成してもよい。
この構成によると、電動モータ29に巻き取り側の一定の小さな駆動力(一定の抵抗)(一定の制動)が発生する状態において、右及び左のハンド部20に掛けられた荷物に重量に応じて、回転体25~28の繰り出し側の回転速度(右及び左のハンド部20の下降速度)が少し変化する。
図7に示す所定値V2と設定回転速度V3とを同じ値に設定してもよい。
この構成によると、作業者が下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作して、回転体25~28が繰り出し側に回転駆動され、回転体25~28の繰り出し側の回転速度(右及び左のハンド部20の下降速度)は高速側に加速される状態において、回転体25~28の繰り出し側の回転速度(右及び左のハンド部20の下降速度)が設定回転速度V3(所定値)に達すると、回転体25~28の繰り出し側の回転速度(右及び左のハンド部20の下降速度)が、直ちに設定回転速度V3に維持されるように、電動モータ29の巻き取り側の小さな駆動力が制御される。
人為的に操作可能な操作スイッチ等により、所定値V2及び設定回転速度V3を高速側及び低速側に、人為的に調節することができるように構成してもよい。
例えば、前述の[第5別形態]において、人為的に操作可能な操作スイッチ等により、所定値V2を高速側及び低速側に、人為的に調節することができるように構成してもよい。
あるいは、前述の[第6別形態]において、人為的に操作可能な操作スイッチ等により、設定回転速度V3(所定値)を高速側及び低速側に、人為的に調節することができるように構成してもよい。
図1~3に示す右及び左のハンド部20に荷物が掛けられているか否かを検出する存否センサ(図示せず)を、右及び左のハンド部20に備えて、右及び左のハンド部20に荷物が掛けられていないと、電動モータ29の電磁ブレーキが解除状態(又は軽い制動状態)に操作されるように構成してもよい。
これによって、例えば右及び左のハンド部20に荷物が掛けられていない状態で、右及び左のハンド部20が右及び左のアーム部2の案内プーリー33の付近に位置していた場合、作業者は下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作せずに、右(左)のハンド部20を右手(左点)で持ちながら下側に移動させることができる(ワイヤ18,19のインナー18a,19aを駆動装置17から引き出すことができる)。
図1~3に示す右のハンド部20に対して、1本のワイヤ18及び1個の回転体25を備え、左のハンド部20に対して、1本のワイヤ18及び1個の回転体28を備えるように構成してもよい。
右及び左のアーム部2を廃止して、1本のアーム部2を備えてもよい。
前述のように構成した場合、1本のアーム部2から2本のワイヤ18を延出して、2本のワイヤ18の一方に右のハンド部20を備え、2本のワイヤ18の他方に左のハンド部20を備える。
又は、1本のアーム部2から1本のワイヤ18を延出し、1本のワイヤ18の端部を二股状に分岐させて、分岐部分の一方に右のハンド部20を備え、分岐部分の他方に左のハンド部20を備える。
右及び左の脚作用部3を備えないように構成してもよい。バッテリ16を、支持板15ではなく横フレーム9の後面に取り付けるように構成してもよい。
以下、第2実施形態を説明する。
特段の説明がない限り、前後方向及び左右方向は、作業者がアシスト器具を装着した状態において、作業者から視て前側が「前」であり、後側が「後」であり、右側が「右」であり、左側が「左」である。
アシスト器具の全体構成及び本体部1について説明する。
図9~11に示すように、作業者の背中部に取り付けられる本体部101、本体部101の上部から上側に延出された右及び左のアーム部2、本体部101の下部に備えられた右及び左の脚作用部3が備えられており、作業者への装着用の取付ベルト4、右及び左の肩ベルト5が備えられて、アシスト器具が構成されている。
次に、右及び左の脚作用部3について説明する。
図9~11に示すように、右及び左の脚作用部3は、基部10、伝動ケース11、操作アーム12及び脚ベルト13等を備えている。横フレーム9に左右方向にスライド自在に基部10が支持されており、基部10の外端部に伝動ケース11が前向きに連結されている。伝動ケース11の前部の左右方向の横軸芯P1周りに、操作アーム12が揺動自在に支持されており、幅広のベルト状の脚ベルト13が操作アーム12に連結されている。
以上の構造によって、電動モータ139により操作アーム12が横軸芯P1周りに揺動駆動される。
これにより、取付ベルト4の腰部への巻き付け具合により、作業者の体格に合わせるように右及び左の脚作用部3の間隔が決まるのであり、取付ベルト4により右及び左の脚作用部3の位置が決められた状態となる。
次に、右及び左のアーム部2について説明する。
図9~11に示すように、右及び左の縦フレーム6の上部が、作業者の右及び左の肩部を越えて斜め前側の斜め上側に延出されて、右及び左のアーム部2が構成されており、右及び左のアーム部2の上端部に、案内プーリー33が回転自在に支持されている。
好適には、左右のワイヤ18は、それぞれ、インナー(inner cable)18a及びアウター(outer cable)18bを備えたボーデンワイヤ(Bowden cable)によって構成することができる。また、左右のワイヤ19も、それぞれ、インナー19a及びアウター19bを備えたボーデンワイヤによって構成することができる。
支持板7の上部に受け部材21が連結され、右及び左のアーム部2の上部に受け部材22が備えられており、ワイヤ18,19のアウター18b,19bが受け部材21,22に連結されて、ワイヤ18,19のインナー18a,19aが駆動装置17に接続されている。
前述の状態において、作業者は右手及び左手の親指により上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作する。この場合、上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24は復帰型に構成されており、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作していると、上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24から信号が出力されるのであり、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24の押し操作を止めると、上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24の信号は停止する。
次に、駆動装置17について説明する。
図12に示すように、駆動装置17は、左右方向の回転軸芯周りに回転自在に左右方向に配置された4個の回転体25,26,27,28、4個の回転体25~28の下側に左右方向に配置された電動モータ29、電動モータ29の出力軸側の端部と回転体25~28の左の端部(電動モータ29の出力軸側の端部)とに亘って上下方向に配置された伝動機構30を備えている。
電動モータ29により回転体25~28が繰り出し側に回転駆動されると、右及び左のワイヤ18,19のインナー18a,19aが回転体25~28から繰り出されて、右及び左のハンド部20が下降する。
電動モータ29に電磁ブレーキ(図示せず)が備えられている。電動モータ29の作動時に電磁ブレーキは解除状態となり、電動モータ29の停止時及び非通電時に電磁ブレーキは制動状態となる。
例えば、床に置かれた荷物を高い棚やトラックの荷台に置くような場合には、作業者がしゃがみ、次に床の荷物を手で持ち、次に手を下に延ばした状態で荷物を持ちながら立ち上がり、次に手で荷物を持ち上げて、荷物を高い棚やトラックの荷台に置くような状態が想定される(荷物移動の第1状態)。
この場合、図9に示すように、伝動ケース11に対して操作アーム12が斜め上側に向く上限角度U、及び、伝動ケース11に対して操作アーム12が下側の斜め後側に向く下限角度Dの範囲で、半円ギヤ150が回転する(操作アーム12が揺動する)。
前項[5]に記載の荷物移動の第1状態について説明する。
図9~11に示すように、作業者がアシスト器具を装着した状態において、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24の両方を押し操作していないと、駆動装置17は停止状態となり、電動モータ139は停止状態(自由回転状態)となる。これにより、作業者が歩行する場合、作業者の右及び左の太腿部に追従するように右及び左の操作アーム12が揺動するのであり、作業者の動作が妨げられることはない。
前述のように作業者が立ち上がる際において、駆動装置17のブレーキ機能(電動モータ29の電磁ブレーキ)により、右及び左のハンド部20(荷物)が下降することはない。
以上のようにして、荷物を高い棚やトラックの荷台等に置くと、最初の状態に戻り、次の荷物に対して同様な操作を行う。
前項[6]に記載の荷物移動の第1状態において、作業者が立ち上がる際に右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)が下側に駆動される状態ついて説明する。
作業者が右手(左手)で右(左)のハンド部20を持ち、右及び左のハンド部20を荷物に掛けた状態において、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作した場合、右及び左の角度センサ149により、右及び左の脚作用部3において、操作アーム12の角度が検出される。
この場合、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作した時、右の角度センサ149の検出値が左の角度センサ149の検出値よりも上限角度Uに近い状態であれば、右設定値R1が左設定値L1よりも大きな値に設定される。逆に、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作した時、左の角度センサ149の検出値が右の角度センサ149の検出値よりも上限角度Uに近い状態であれば、左設定値L1が右設定値R1よりも大きな値に設定される。
前項[5]に記載の荷物移動の第2状態について説明する。
図9~11に示すように、作業者がアシスト器具を装着した状態において作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23及び下降操作スイッチ24の両方を押し操作していないと、駆動装置17は停止し、右及び左の脚作用部3の電動モータ139は停止状態(自由回転状態)となる。これにより、作業者が歩行する場合、作業者の太腿に追従するように操作アーム12が揺動するのであり、作業者の動作が妨げられることはない。
この場合、作業者がしゃがむ際に、作業者の右及び左の大腿部の急激な上昇を抑えることにより、作業者の右及び左の大腿部が緩やかに上昇して、作業者がゆっくりとしゃがむことができるように、右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)が作業者の右及び左の大腿部に対して抵抗を与える(右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の上側への作動に対して抵抗が発生する)。
以上のようにして、荷物を床に置くと、最初の状態に戻り、次の荷物に対して同様な操作を行う。
前項[8]に記載の荷物移動の第2状態において、作業者がしゃがむ際に作業者の右及び左の大腿部の急激な上昇を抑える状態について説明する。
作業者が右手(左手)で右(左)のハンド部20を持ち、右及び左のハンド部20を荷物に掛けた状態において、作業者が下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作した場合、右及び左の角度センサ149の検出値は、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度A1又はその付近の角度である。
本発明によるアシスト器具の構成は、上述の構成に限定されるものではない。以下、単独で又は組み合わせて採用可能な、代表的な別形態を列挙する。
前項[6]に記載の荷物移動の第1状態において、前項[7]に記載の作業者が立ち上がる際に右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)が下側に駆動される状態に代えて、以下のように構成してもよい。
作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作した時、例えば、右脚を前側に位置させ左脚を後側に位置させた状態(右の角度センサ149の検出値が左の角度センサ149の検出値よりも上限角度Uに近い状態)であったとする。
前述の状態において、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作すると、図16に示すように、右及び左の電動モータ139が停止状態(自由回転状態)から回転し始めて、徐々に回転速度が高速になる。
この場合、右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)が下側に駆動され始めると、右及び左の角度センサ149の検出値に基づいて、右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の下側への作動速度が検出される。
図16に示すように、右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の下側への作動速度が徐々に高速になるのと同時に、右設定値VR1及び左設定値VL1が設定される。
この場合、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作した時、右の角度センサ149の検出値が左の角度センサ149の検出値よりも上限角度Uに近い状態であれば、右設定値VR1が左設定値VL1よりも大きな値に設定される。逆に、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作した時、左の角度センサ149の検出値が右の角度センサ149の検出値よりも上限角度Uに近い状態であれば、左設定値VL1が右設定値VR1よりも大きな値に設定される。
図16に示すように、右及び左の電動モータ139の回転速度が徐々に高速になってから、右の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の下側への作動速度が右設定値VR1に達すると、右の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の下側への作動速度が右設定値VR1に維持されるように、右の電動モータ139が制御される。
左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の下側への作動速度が左設定値VL1に達すると、左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の下側への作動速度が左設定値VL1に維持されるように、左の電動モータ139が制御される(右(左)の電動モータ139の回転速度(作動速度)が、左(右)の電動モータ139の回転速度(作動速度)よりも高速となる状態に相当)。
図16に示すように、右(左)の角度センサ149の検出値が、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度A1に近くなると、右(左)の電動モータ139の回転速度が徐々に低速になる。次に、右(左)の角度センサ149の検出値が、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度A1に達すると、右(左)の電動モータ139は停止状態(自由回転状態)となる。
この場合、図16に示すように、例えば左の角度センサ149の検出値が、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度A1に達すると、左の電動モータ139が先に停止状態(自由回転状態)となり、次に右の角度センサ149の検出値が、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度A1に達すると、右の電動モータ139が停止状態(自由回転状態)となる。 前述の状態において、右の電動モータ139が先に停止状態(自由回転状態)となり、次に左の電動モータ139が停止状態(自由回転状態)となることもある。
図17に示すように、右及び左の角度センサ149のうちの少なくとも一方の検出値が、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度A1に達すると、右及び左の電動モータ139の両方が同時に停止状態(自由回転状態)となるように構成してもよい。
図17では、左の角度センサ149の検出値が、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度A1に先に達して、右及び左の電動モータ139の両方が同時に停止状態(自由回転状態)となる状態が示されている。この場合、右の角度センサ149の検出値が、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度A1に先に達すると、前述と同様に右及び左の電動モータ139の両方が同時に停止状態(自由回転状態)となる。
作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作した場合、右及び左の電動モータ139の駆動力(トルク)が徐々に大きくなるのではなく、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作すると、右及び左の電動モータ139の駆動力(トルク)が、直ちに右設定値R1及び左設定値L1となるように構成してもよい。
作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作した場合、右及び左の電動モータ139の回転速度が徐々に高速になるのではなく、作業者が上昇操作スイッチ23を押し操作すると、右(左)の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の下側への作動速度が直ちに右設定値VR1(左設定値VL1)となるように、右及び左の電動モータ139を制御してもよい。
人為的に操作可能な操作スイッチ等により、右設定値R1及び左設定値L1を大側及び小側に、右設定値VR1及び左設定値VL1を高速側及び低速側に、人為的に調節することができるように構成してもよい。
このように構成すると、作業者が立ち上がる際に、意識してゆっくり立ち上がったり、意識して早く立ち上がったりすることができる。
右及び左の電動モータ139とは別に、右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の上側への作動に制動を掛ける右及び左のブレーキ(抵抗機構に相当)を備えて、前項[9]に記載の右及び左の電動モータ139のように、右及び左のブレーキの制動力を制御することにより、作業者がしゃがむ際に作業者の右及び左の大腿部の急激な上昇を抑えるようにしてもよい。
作業者が下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作した場合、右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の上側への作動速度が停止状態から徐々に増加するように構成するのではなく、作業者が下降操作スイッチ24を押し操作すると、右及び左の脚作用部3(操作アーム12)の上側への作動速度が直ちに設定値VD1となるように、右及び左の電動モータ139の小さな駆動力(トルク)を制御してもよい(右及び左のブレーキを制御してもよい)。
人為的に操作可能な操作スイッチ等により、設定値VD1を高速側及び低速側に人為的に調節することができるように構成してもよい。
又は、設定値VD1を廃止して、作業者がしゃがむ際に、右及び左の電動モータ139が一定の小さな駆動力を発生するように構成してもよい(右及び左のブレーキが一定の制動力を発生するように構成してもよい)。
このように構成すると、作業者がしゃがむ際に、意識してゆっくりしゃがんだり、意識して早くしゃがんだりすることができる。
右及び左のアーム部2、駆動装置17、ワイヤ18,19、右及び左のハンド部20を廃止して、本体部101、右及び左の脚作用部3等の作業者の右及び左の大腿部に作用する機能だけを備えたアシスト器具としてもよい。
以下、第3実施形態を説明する。
特段の説明がない限り、前後方向及び左右方向は、アシストスーツS(アシスト器具の一例)を背中に装着した使用者を起点として、使用者にとっての前方側(図20における矢印F参照)に相当する方向がアシストスーツSの「前」方向を示している。同様に、後方側(図21における矢印B参照)に相当する方向が「後」方向を示し、右方側(図20における矢印R参照)に相当する方向が「右」方向を示し、左方側(図20における矢印L参照)に相当する方向が「左」方向を示す。
また、図示はしていないが、アシストスーツSの適宜部分には、合成樹脂製や金属製のカバー部材が設けられ、可動部分や、保護の必要な部分を覆うように構成されている。
図18~図20は、本発明におけるアシストスーツSの一実施形態を示す。
アシストスーツSは、ベルト装着具207を用いて、使用者に背負わせた状態で装着可能な扁平形状の本体部201を備えている。
この本体部201に対して、後述する脚部操作装置202や、吊り上げアーム203が取り付けられているとともに、吊り上げアーム203に操作ワイヤ(control cable)206(索状体に相当する)を介して把持操作具204が装備されている。
また、その本体部201には、操作ワイヤ206を介して装備された把持操作具204を駆動するためのウインチ205、及び脚部操作装置202やウインチ205の作動を制御する制御装置C、ならびに電力供給用のバッテリVなどが設けられている。
本体部201は、所定間隔を隔てて上下方向に沿う状態で立設された左右一対の金属パイプ製の縦フレーム210と、その縦フレーム210の上下方向の中間部同士、及び下部同士を接続する上下一対の横フレーム211,212とを備えて、矩形枠状の一体物として構成されている。左右の縦フレーム210と上下の横フレーム211,212との一体化は、溶接による連結、もしくはボルト連結等の手段を採用することができる。
本体部201の上部には、使用者の肩部を越えて前方に延出された吊り上げアーム203が設けられている。この吊り上げアーム203は、後述する把持操作具204を吊り下げ状態に装着するものであり、縦フレーム210の上部から前方斜め上方に向けて延出されている金属パイプ部分によって構成されている。
リール装置250や第1電動モータM1は、それぞれの回転軸心が水平方向に沿い、かつリール装置250が第1電動モータM1の上方側に位置して横フレーム211の扁平な面に沿うように配置されている。これにより、本体部201の薄型設計が可能となり、本体部201から後方への突出寸法を可能な限り減少させてある。
この脚部操作装置202は、本体部201と使用者の脚部太腿部分とを連結して、各脚部操作装置202の作動によって、上半身に対して折り曲げ姿勢にある使用者の脚部を押し下げ方向に操作する。これによって、脚部を反力受け点として使用者の起立動作を補助するように構成されたものである。
この中間取付板213には、ウインチ205に備えた第1電動モータM1や脚部操作装置202に備えた第2電動モータM2の作動を制御するための制御装置C、及び第1電動モータM1や第2電動モータM2に駆動用の電力を供給するバッテリVが取り付けられている。つまり、中間取付板213に対して制御装置Cが固定され、制御装置CのカバーケースC1の背面側にバッテリVが固定されている。
また、当該アシストスーツSの中枢となる制御装置Cは、上方をウインチ205で、後方をバッテリVでそれぞれガードされているから、他物との衝突による損傷を回避し易く、正常な機器制御を維持し易い。
制御装置Cは、後述する把持操作具204に備えた操作スイッチ242や、後述する検出センサからの信号を受けて、それぞれに対応する装置の駆動制御を行えるように構成されている。
左右一対の脚部操作装置202は、次のように構成されている。
図18~図20に示すように、各脚部操作装置202は、平面視での形状が「L」字形状の腰部フレーム202Aと、腰部フレーム202Aの前端部に、横軸心x1周りで前後方向に揺動自在に支持された揺動アーム部202Bと、揺動アーム部202Bの先端側部分に設けられて使用者の太腿部分に当接自在な当接部202Cとを備えて構成されている。
脚部操作装置202のそれぞれは、左右の腰部フレーム202A同士の間隔を調整して、例えば、使用する使用者の腰幅や足間隔に合わせて、左右の脚部操作装置202を適切に配置することができるように、前記横フレーム212に対する取付位置を左右方向で変更して、位置調節可能に構成されている。
脚部操作装置202におけるアシスト操作は、操作スイッチ242の上昇側への操作と、その操作時点におけるポテンショメータ254,255による腰部フレーム202Aに対する揺動アーム部202Bの横軸心x1周りでの相対姿勢の検出結果が、所定角度以上であること、とが同時に検出された場合に行われる。
つまり、使用者が腰を落としたしゃがみ込み姿勢に相当する角度であるときに、操作スイッチ242の上昇側への操作が行われたことの検出信号が制御装置Cで検出された場合にアシスト操作が開始される。
そして腰部フレーム202Aに対する揺動アーム部202Bの横軸心x1周りでの相対姿勢が変化して、使用者の起立姿勢に相当する状態になったことが検出されると、前記リール装置250による操作ワイヤ206(索状体に相当する)の巻き取りが行われ、起立状態からの荷物の上方側への持ち上げ動作がアシストされる。
操作スイッチ242の上昇側及び下降側への操作が共に解除されると、リール装置250を駆動する第1電動モータM1にネガティブブレーキ284(図22参照)が作用して、操作ワイヤ206の巻き取り、繰り出し方向の移動がロックされた状態となる。
本体部201の上部から前方に延出された吊り上げアーム203は次のように構成されている。 吊り上げアーム203は、左右一対の縦フレーム210を構成する金属パイプの上部側を前方側へ曲げ加工することによって、縦フレーム210と一体の金属パイプによって構成されている。
つまり、縦フレーム210を構成する金属パイプのうち、上下に位置する横フレーム211,212を繋いで使用者の腰部から肩部程度の上下方向長さを有した範囲のものが縦フレーム210として用いられているが、使用者の肩部を越えて縦フレーム210の上部から前方斜め上方に向けて延出されている箇所の金属パイプ部分が、吊り上げアーム203として用いられる。
この吊り上げアーム203は、側面視で使用者の頭部を迂回するように上方側に高く延出されるのではなく、側面視で使用者の頭部の側方を横切って前方上方側に延出されている。これによって、吊り上げアーム203の上端部が、使用者の頭頂部を大きく越えない程度の比較的低い高さ位置に設定されている。
縦フレーム210の左右方向の間隔は、使用者の肩幅より狭く(例えば、肩幅の半分程度)設定してある。また、吊り上げアーム203の上端部における左右方向の間隔は、使用者の肩幅より広く(例えば、肩幅の2倍程度)設定してある。
平面視における吊り上げアーム203の上端部の前後方向位置は、使用者の肩の位置よりも前方に延出されていることにより、使用者の顔や胴部よりも前方側の位置(例えば、使用者のつま先の鉛直線上近く)に設定してある(図18参照)。
この2個の滑車231,231には、1個の把持操作具204に一端側を取り付けられた2本の操作ワイヤ206が掛けられている。したがって、左右の吊り上げアーム203の計4個の滑車231に、計4本の操作ワイヤ206が掛けられた状態となる。
各操作ワイヤ206の他端側はリール装置250に備えた4個の巻き取りドラム251(図19参照)に個々に係止されていて、リール装置250による巻き取り、あるいは繰り出しの作動に伴って4個の巻き取りドラム251が同時に作動し、4本の操作ワイヤ206が同時に同方向に巻き取り、あるいは繰り出し操作される。
操作ワイヤ206は、図21に示すように、アウターワイヤ(outer cable)260とインナーワイヤ(inner cable)261とを備えたボーデンワイヤ(Bowden cable)によって構成されている。このボーデンワイヤにおいて、前記把持操作具204とリール装置250とに連結されるのは、インナーワイヤ261であり、アウターワイヤ260はインナーワイヤ261の保護及び案内を行う。アウターワイヤ260は、吊り上げアーム203の上端部に近い位置でワイヤ止め部233に一端側が固定され、他端側がリール装置250に近い位置で背部ワイヤ止め253に固定される。
左右の吊り上げアーム203に掛けられた4本の操作ワイヤ206のうち、各吊り上げアーム203毎に掛けられた2本の操作ワイヤ206の端部が1個の把持操作具204に取り付けられている。 この2本の操作ワイヤ206は、それぞれが、許容吊り上げ荷重として予め設定されている荷重に単独で耐え得る強度を有している。これは、長期の使用のうちに、万一、1本の操作ワイヤ206が破断したとしても、残りの1本の操作ワイヤ206によって許容吊り上げ荷重の荷物を吊り上げ状態に維持し得るようにするためである。
つまり、リール装置250に備えられた4個の巻き取りドラム251のうち、左右方向での外側に位置する巻き取りドラム251に連結されたインナーワイヤ261に比べて、その巻き取りドラムよりも一つ内側に位置する巻き取りドラム251に連結されたインナーワイヤ261が少し長く形成されている。この2本のインナーワイヤ261,261同士の間における長さの差は、通常の使用状態で荷物の荷重が作用するところの、短い方のインナーワイヤ261が経年変化で生じると予測される伸び量と同程度、あるいはそれ以上であるのが望ましい。
上記の2本のインナーワイヤ261,261の下端部は、把持操作具204の上面側に設けた取付ブラケット243に連結固定してある。
このように、一方のインナーワイヤ261にのみ吊り上げ荷物の荷重が作用し、他方のインナーワイヤ261には吊り上げ荷物の荷重が作用しない場合は、吊り上げ対象荷物の重量に対する荷重分担率は、前者が100%で後者が0%となる。
フック部240は、金属製の板材を折り曲げてチャンネル状に形成されており、平板状の上側部240aと、上側部240aの外側部から下方に延出された上下向きの平板状の横側部240bと、横側部240bの下部から内方に延出された平板状の下側部240cとを備えている。
当該実施形態のアシストスーツSにおいては、右のグリップ部241の操作スイッチ242は、上昇操作用として構成され、左のグリップ部241の操作スイッチ242は、下降操作用として構成されている。
尚、操作スイッチ242は、図には示さないケーブルによって、制御装置Cに電気的に接続されており、各操作スイッチ242の操作信号を送信できるように構成されている。
フック部240の下側部240cを、例えば、荷物に引っ掛けた状態で、操作スイッチ242を操作することで、上昇(又は下降)させることができる。
このストッパー245は、図18及び図21に示すように、吊り上げアーム203と把持操作具204との間に位置する2本のインナーワイヤ261,261のうち、通常の使用状態で荷物の荷重が作用するところの、短い方のインナーワイヤ261に対して連結固定されている。
ベルト装着具207は、本体部201の下部側の横フレーム212に固定されて、使用者の腰部に巻き付け可能な腰ベルト270と、下部側の横フレーム212及び上部側の横フレーム211にわたって固定されて、使用者の肩部に掛けられる肩ベルト271とを備えたものである。この腰ベルト270及び肩ベルト271を介してアシストスーツSが使用者に背負われた状態に装着される(図18~図20参照)。
具体的には、腰ベルト270は、腰部分の後面部分から左右両側面部分に至る後周部270Aと、腰部分の左側面部分から全面部分に至る左周部270Bと、腰部分の右側面部分から全面部分に至る右周部270Cと、左周部270Bの前端と右周部270Cの前端とを着脱自在なバックル部270Dとを備えて構成してあり、バックル部270Dに備えたベルト長さ調整機構(図示せず)によって、使用者の腰回りに合わせてベルトの長さを調整できるように構成されている。
そして、後周部270Aと左周部270Bとの連結部、及び、後周部270Aと右周部270Cとの連結部には、それぞれバックル方式でベルトの長さを調整できるベルト長さ調整機構274(位置変更機構の一例)が備えられている。
このベルト長さ調整機構274を設けてあることで、左周部270Bと右周部270Cとにそれぞれ設けてあるパッド273を、装着対象の使用者の体格に合わせて、使用者の両脇腹部の最適な個所に位置させることができる。
これら腰ベルト270と肩ベルト271によって、アシストスーツSを使用者の背中に安定した状態に装着することができる。
アシストスーツS、及び、荷物の重量は、腰ベルト270を介して主に使用者の腰部に作用し、この腰部によって安定的に支持される。
脚部操作装置202やウインチ205の作動を制御する制御装置Cは次のように構成されている。
図22に示されるように、制御装置Cの入力側に、右のグリップ部241に取り付けられた上昇操作用の操作スイッチ242と、左のグリップ部241に取り付けられた下降操作用の操作スイッチ242と、が接続されている。
また、制御装置Cの入力側には、リール装置250の回転角を検出するポテンショメータ252や、揺動アーム部202Bの横軸心x1周りでの相対姿勢を検出するポテンショメータ254,255が電気的に接続されている。
そして、バッテリVからウインチ205の駆動用モータである第1電動モータM1に至る駆動出力系には、この駆動出力系での発熱温度を検出するための熱感知センサ257(状態変化を検出する検出センサに相当する)が備えられ、この熱感知センサ257も、制御装置Cの入力側に電気的に接続されている。
目視用表示装置287は、把持操作具204の上面側に設けられた押しボタン式の操作スイッチ242の内部に組み込まれたLEDランプによって構成され、押しボタンの上部が点灯するように構成されている。
警報装置288は、本体部201の上部に配設したブザーによって構成されている。
また、動作制御手段208では、バッテリVからウインチ205の駆動用モータである第1電動モータM1に至る駆動出力系での発熱温度を検出するための熱感知センサ257における検出結果が、予め設定された所定値以下であるときに、ウインチ205を定常動作モードで駆動するようにウインチドライバ280に対して制御指令を出力する。そして、熱感知センサ257での検出結果が前記所定値を越えると、ウインチ205を警告動作モードで駆動するように、ウインチドライバ280に対する制御指令を切り換えて出力するものである。
上記の所定値とは、適宜に設定することができるが、一応の目安としては、バッテリ残量に関しては、少なくとも、現在把持している荷物を、ウインチ205を使用して上限位置まで持ち上げ作動させるに支障の無い程度のバッテリ残量以上の値に設定すればよい。なるべくは、数回程度荷物の上げ降ろしが可能な程度のバッテリ残量を所定値として設定するのが望ましい。
駆動出力系での発熱温度に関しては、第1電動モータM1やその制御機器等に大きな悪影響を及ぼさない程度の温度範囲であるように所定値を設定するのが望ましい。
この注意喚起手段209では、注意喚起装置としての目視用表示装置287や、警報装置288に対して動作指令を出力するものである。この注意喚起手段209による動作指令は、動作制御手段208から出力される制御指令が警告動作モードである場合に、その制御指令が出力される前に、もしくは出力されると同時に出力される。したがって、ウインチ205が警告動作モードでの作動を開始する前に、もしくは警告動作モードでの作動を開始すると同時に、注意喚起装置としての目視用表示装置287や、警報装置288による報知作動が行われるものである。
図23に示すように、ウインチ205が定常動作モードで駆動されると、ウインチ205によって操作ワイヤ206が一定速度で巻き上げられる。したがって、下限開始位置o点にある把持操作具204が、実線及び一点鎖線で示すように、上限位置のau点まで一定速度で直線的に吊り上げられる。また、下降作動時には、下降開始位置cu点に存在する把持操作具204が、破線で示すように下限位置cd点まで直線的に下降する。
そして、例えば中間位置am点で、バッテリ残量が所定値以下であると認識されたとき、あるいは、駆動出力系での発熱温度が所定値以上であると認識されたとき、ウインチ205は警告動作モードで駆動される。このとき、ウインチ205による操作ワイヤ206の巻き上げ速度は急速に低下し、中間位置am点から別の上限位置buに至る実線で示されるように、ほぼ1/2程度の緩やかな一定速度で巻き上げられる。これによって、ウインチ205が警告動作モードで駆動されていることを、ウインチ205自体の動作状況から認識することができる。
このように警告動作モードでの注意喚起手段209による動作指令を、目視用表示装置287や、警報装置288の双方に対して同様に出力するのではなく、目視用表示装置287や、警報装置288に対して、各別に出力することもできる。
つまり、検出センサによって、バッテリ残量が所定値以下であると認識されたことによる警告動作モードでは、目視用表示装置287のみが作動して、警報装置288は作動しないようにする。あるいは、検出センサによって駆動出力系での発熱温度が所定値以上であると認識されたことによる警告動作モードでは、警報装置288のみが作動して、目視用表示装置287は作動しないようにすることもできる。
このように構成すれば、警告動作モードが、バッテリ残量の不足によるものか、駆動出力系での発熱によるものか、を判別し易くすることができる。
本発明のアシスト器具は、使用者が装着して使用するもので、使用者の作業(動作)を動力によって補助する各種のアシストスーツに適用できる。よって、本発明は、上記の実施形態に限定されるものではない。以下、代表的な別形態を列挙する。
〔第1別形態〕
上記の実施形態では、ウインチ205が定常動作モードで駆動されると、ウインチ205によって操作ワイヤ206が一定速度で巻き上げられ、警告動作モードでは、ウインチ205による操作ワイヤ206の巻き上げ速度が急速に低下した緩やかな一定速度で巻き上げられるようにした構造のものを例示したが、この構造に限定されるものではない。
例えば、図24に示すように、ウインチ205が定常動作モードで駆動されると、ウインチ205によって操作ワイヤ206が一定速度で巻き上げられる。したがって、下限開始位置o点にある把持操作具204が、実線及び一点鎖線で示すように、上限位置のau点まで一定速度で直線的に吊り上げられる。また、下降作動時には、下降開始位置cu点に存在する把持操作具204が、破線で示すように下限位置cd点まで直線的に下降する。
そして、例えば中間位置am点で、バッテリ残量が所定値以下であると認識されたとき、あるいは、駆動出力系での発熱温度が所定値以上であると認識されたとき、ウインチ205は警告動作モードで駆動される。このとき、ウインチ205による操作ワイヤ206の巻き上げは、間欠的な巻き上げ動作と巻き上げ停止動作とが交互に繰り返される、所謂インチング操作によって動作し、段階的に上昇して別の上限位置のbu点に到達する。これによって、ウインチ205が警告動作モードで駆動されていることを、ウインチ205自体の動作状況から、より明確に認識することができる。
その他の構成は、前述した実施形態と同様の構成を採用すればよい。
上記の実施形態では、ウインチ205が定常動作モードで駆動されると、ウインチ205によって操作ワイヤ206が一定速度で巻き上げられ、警告動作モードでは、ウインチ205による操作ワイヤ206の巻き上げ速度が急速に低下した緩やかな一定速度で巻き上げられる、あるいは段階的に巻き上げられるようにした構造のものを例示したが、この構造に限定されるものではない。
例えば、図25に示すように、ウインチ205が定常動作モードで駆動されると、ウインチ205によって操作ワイヤ206が一定速度で巻き上げられる。したがって、下限開始位置o点にある把持操作具204が、実線及び一点鎖線で示すように、上限位置のau点まで一定速度で直線的に吊り上げられる。また、下降作動時には、下降開始位置cu点に存在する把持操作具204が、破線で示すように下限位置cd点まで直線的に下降する。
そして、例えば中間位置am点で、バッテリ残量が所定値以下であると認識されたとき、あるいは、駆動出力系での発熱温度が所定値以上であると認識されたとき、ウインチ205は警告動作モードで駆動される。このとき、ウインチ205による操作ワイヤ206の巻き上げは、停止され、下降動作だけが許される。これによって、ウインチ205が警告動作モードで駆動されていることを、ウインチ205自体の動作状況から、明確に認識することができる。
その他の構成は、前述した実施形態と同様の構成を採用すればよい。
上記の「第2別形態」では、警告動作モードでは、ウインチ205による操作ワイヤ206の巻き上げは停止され、下降動作だけが許されるように構成したものであるが、上記の所定値とは別に、把持操作具204による荷物の吊り上げ状態であるか否かを判別する手段を設けて、把持操作具204による荷物の吊り上げが行われていない、所謂「空荷」状態であるときには、警告動作モードによる牽制を解除して、ウインチ205によって操作ワイヤ206が一定速度で巻き上げられるようにしてもよい。
この場合、荷物の吊り上げ状態であるか否かを判別する手段としては、操作ワイヤ206の重量と把持操作具204自体の重量との合算値程度の、きわめて軽い重量を検出可能な別の検出手段を設け、その検出結果に基づいて荷物の吊り上げ状態を判別できるようにすればよい。
その他の構成は、前述した実施形態と同様の構成を採用すればよい。
上記の実施形態では、ウインチ205が定常動作モードで駆動されると、ウインチ205によって操作ワイヤ206が一定速度で巻き上げられ、警告動作モードでは、ウインチ205による操作ワイヤ206の巻き上げ速度が急速に低下した緩やかな一定速度(ほぼ1/2程度)で巻き上げられる、あるいは段階的に巻き上げられるようにした構造のものを例示したが、この構造に限定されるものではない。
例えば、巻き上げ速度をさらに緩やかな1/3程度にしたり、1/1.5程度にしたりするなど、適宜の速度に設定すればよい。また、その設定速度を変更できるようにしてもよい。
その他の構成は、前述した実施形態と同様の構成を採用すればよい。
上記の実施形態では、2本のインナーワイヤ261,261の下端部を、把持操作具204の上面側に設けた取付ブラケット243に連結固定した構造のものを例示したが、この構造に限定されるものではない。
例えば、索状体を1本の操作ワイヤ206で構成したもの、あるいは3本以上の操作ワイヤ206を用いた構造のものであってもよい。また、操作ワイヤ206に限らず、帯状体などを用いてもよい。
その他の構成は、前述した実施形態と同様の構成を採用すればよい。
上記の実施形態では、注意喚起装置として、目視用表示装置287と、警報装置288との双方を用いた構造のものを例示したが、この目視用表示装置287と、警報装置288とのうちの何れか一方のみを用いた構造のものであってもよいし、双方ともに省略したものであってもよい。
その他の構成は、前述した実施形態と同様の構成を採用すればよい。
上記の実施形態では、ベルト装着具207として、腰ベルト270と肩ベルト271との双方を備えた構造のものを例示したが、この構造に限られるものではない。
例えば、ベルト装着具207を肩ベルト271だけ、あるいは腰ベルト270だけ、を備えた構造のもので構成してもよい。この場合、腰ベルト270だけの場合は、本体部201側に肩ベルト271に代わる固定の肩掛け部等を形成しておくのが望ましい。
その他の構成は、前述した実施形態と同様の構成を採用すればよい。
上記の実施形態では、本体部201にウインチ205と脚部操作装置202の双方を備えた構造のものを例示したが、脚部操作装置202を備えずに、ウインチ205だけを備えた構造のものであってもよい。

前記本体部から前側に延出されたアーム部と、
前記アーム部から下側に延出されたワイヤと、
前記ワイヤに連結され、作業者が手で持つことにより荷物を保持するものように構成されたハンド部と、
前記ワイヤを巻き取ることにより前記ハンド部を上昇させ、且つ、前記ワイヤを繰り出すことにより前記ハンド部を下降させる回転体と、
前記回転体を巻き取り側及び繰り出し側に回転駆動する電動モータと、
前記回転体の回転速度を検出する回転速度センサと、
人為的に操作される手動操作部と、
前記手動操作部の操作信号に基づいて、前記電動モータを巻き取り側及び繰り出し側に作動させる制御装置と、を備え、

前記制御装置は、前記人為操作部が操作された際の前記右及び左の角度センサの検出値に基づいて、前記右及び左の脚作用部のうち上側に位置する脚作用部の駆動装置の作動速度が、前記右及び左の脚作用部のうち下側に位置する脚作用部の駆動装置の作動速度よりも高速になるように、前記右及び左の駆動装置を作動させるように構成されている請求項8~10のいずれか一項に記載のアシスト器具。 - 作業者に取り付けられる本体部と、
前記本体部に支持されて作業者の大腿部に作用する脚作用部と、
前記脚作用部の上側への作動に抵抗を与える抵抗装置と、を備えるアシスト器具。 - 作業者の大腿部を下げるように前記脚作用部を下側に駆動する駆動装置と、
前記駆動装置を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記抵抗装置が前記駆動装置であり、
前記制御装置によって前記駆動装置に前記脚作用部を下側に駆動する駆動力が発生すると、前記駆動装置は、前記脚作用部の上側への作動に抵抗を与えるように構成されている請求項13に記載のアシスト器具。 - 前記脚作用部の上側への作動速度を検出する速度検出装置を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記速度検出装置の検出値が予め設定された設定値となるように、前記駆動装置を制御するように構成されている請求項14に記載のアシスト器具。 - 前記速度検出装置によって前記脚作用部が停止状態になったことが検出されると、前記制御装置は、前記脚作用部が停止状態を維持するように、前記駆動装置を制御するように構成されている請求項15に記載のアシスト器具。
- 前記本体部に対する前記脚作用部の角度を検出する角度センサを備え、
前記角度センサの検出値が、作業者が立ち上がった状態に相当する角度から作業者がしゃがむ側に変化する状態において、前記制御装置は、前記速度検出装置の検出値が前記設定値よりも低速の値から徐々に増加して前記設定値となるように、前記駆動装置を制御するように構成されている請求項15又は16に記載のアシスト器具。 - 前記本体部に対する前記脚作用部の角度を検出する角度センサを備え、
前記角度センサの検出値が、作業者がしゃがむ状態に相当する角度の手前の角度から作業者がしゃがむ側に変化する状態において、前記制御装置は、前記速度検出装置の検出値が前記設定値から徐々に低速の値に低下するように、前記駆動装置を制御するように構成されている請求項15~17のいずれか一項に記載のアシスト器具。 - 使用者に装着可能な本体部と、
前記本体部から装着状態における使用者の前方上方側へ延出された吊り上げアームと、
前記吊り上げアームの先端部から導出された吊り上げ用の索状体と、
前記索状体の導出側の端部に装着されて、吊り上げ対象の荷物に対して係脱可能な把持操作具と、を備え、
前記本体部は、
前記索状体を巻き取り巻き戻しするウインチと、
前記ウインチの駆動用モータに駆動用電力を供給するバッテリと、
前記ウインチの作動を制御する制御装置と、
前記バッテリから前記駆動用モータに至る駆動出力系において予め設定された検出対象項目の状態変化を検出する検出センサと、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記ウインチの動作を予め設定された定常状態の動作形態で制御する定常動作モードと、前記定常動作モードとは異なる動作形態で前記ウインチを作動させる警告動作モードと、を択一的に出力する動作制御手段を備え、
前記動作制御手段は、前記検出センサによる前記検出対象項目での状態変化の検出値が所定範囲内であるときに前記ウインチに前記定常動作モードでの制御指令を出力し、前記状態変化の検出値が前記所定範囲から外れると、前記ウインチに対する出力を前記警告動作モードでの制御指令に切り換えて出力するように構成されているアシスト器具。 - 前記検出センサによる前記検出対象項目が、前記バッテリにおけるバッテリ残量であり、
前記動作制御手段は、
前記検出センサによるバッテリ残量の検出値が所定値以上であると、前記ウインチに前記定常動作モードでの制御指令を出力し、
前記検出センサによるバッテリ残量の検出値が所定値を下回ると、前記ウインチに対する出力を前記警告動作モードでの制御指令に切り換えるように構成されている請求項19に記載のアシスト器具。 - 前記検出センサによる前記検出対象項目が、前記バッテリから前記駆動用モータに至る駆動出力系での発熱温度であり、
前記動作制御手段は、
前記検出センサによる発熱温度の検出値が所定値以下であると、前記ウインチに前記定常動作モードでの制御指令を出力し、
前記検出センサによる発熱温度の検出値が所定値を越えると、前記ウインチに対する出力を前記警告動作モードでの制御指令に切り換えるように構成されている請求項19に記載のアシスト器具。 - 前記警告動作モードでは、前記動作制御手段は、前記ウインチによる前記索状体の巻き上げ速度を、前記定常動作モードでの巻き上げ速度よりも減速させる低速作動指令を出力するように構成されている請求項19~21のいずれか一項に記載のアシスト器具。
- 前記警告動作モードでは、前記動作制御手段は、前記ウインチによる前記索状体の巻き上げ速度を、間欠的に緩急に変化させるインチング作動指令を出力するように構成されている請求項19~21のいずれか一項に記載のアシスト器具。
- 前記警告動作モードでは、前記動作制御手段は、前記ウインチによる前記索状体の巻き上げが停止されて、前記ウインチによる前記索状体の下げ側への動作のみが許容される上げ規制作動指令を出力するように構成されている請求項19~21のいずれか一項に記載のアシスト器具。
- 使用者に対して注意事項を報知するための注意喚起装置を備え、
前記警告動作モードでは、前記ウインチに対する制御指令が出力される前に、もしくは出力されると同時に、前記注意喚起装置による報知作動が行われるように構成されている請求項19~24のいずれか一項に記載のアシスト器具。
