Description

食器
　本発明は、スプーンとフォークの機能を兼ね備えた食器に関する。
　先割れスプーンは、フォークの役も兼ねるように先の方に割れ目を入れたスプーンのことであり、スポークの愛称で知られている（例えば、意匠登録第１４８６９２６号公報参照）。このような先割れスプーンは、多機能の食器であることから、キャンプ、ハイキング、登山などのアウトドアで重宝されている。
　この他に、多機能の食器には以下のものが存在する。
　１つ目として、スプーンとフォークの各々の柄を分離可能に接続することで、スプーン、フォーク及びトングの機能を持たせている食器がある（例えば、実用新案登録第３００１５１１号公報、実用新案登録第３１５２０５５号公報、実用新案登録第３１９５２３７号公報、特開平０７－２７５１０４号公報、特開２０００－３４２４２１号公報、及び特開２００３－１４４２９２号公報参照）。

　実用新案登録第３００１５１１号公報、実用新案登録第３１５２０５５号公報、実用新案登録第３１９５２３７号公報、特開平０７－２７５１０４号公報、特開２０００－３４２４２１号公報、及び特開２００３－１４４２９２号公報に記載されている食器（スプーン＋フォーク＋トング）は、単体で機能するスプーンと、単体で機能するフォークと、を組み合わせた嵩張るものであり、アウトドアで持ち運ぶことを前提にした場合に使い勝手が悪いものである。
　特開２００７－３０１３１２号公報に記載されている食器（スプーン＋箸）は、箸を使う習慣の無い人にとっては箸としての機能を発揮させることができないものであり、また、スプーンとしては２本の柄があるため、使い勝手が悪いものである。さらに、当該食器は、フォークとして機能できないものである。
　特表２０１１－５１９６７５号公報に記載されている食器（フォーク＋箸）は、箸を使う習慣の無い人にとっては箸としての機能を発揮させることができないものであり、また、フォークとしては２本の柄があるため、使い勝手が悪いものである。さらに、当該食器は、スプーンとして機能できないものである。
　実用新案登録第３０８９３６６号公報、及び特開２００３－０５２５１２号公報に記載されている食器（スプーン＋トング）は、フォークとして機能できないものである。
　特開２００３－０５２５１２号公報に記載されている食器（フォーク＋トング）は、スプーンとして機能できないものである。
　特開２００３－０５２５１２号公報に記載されている食器（スプーン＋フォーク＋トング）は、スポーク同様、フォークの機能は簡易的なものであり、フォークとしては使い勝手が悪いものである。
　柄の一端にスプーンの掬う部分を設け、柄の他端にフォークの歯を設けている食器（スプーン＋フォーク）は、スプーン及びフォークの一方として使った後に続けて他方として使う場合、食品で汚れた部分を基端側にしてつかむ必要があり、手が汚れて使い勝手が悪いものである。
　本発明は、上記課題を鑑みてなされたものであり、スプーンとフォークの機能を兼ね備え、使い勝手を向上させた食器を提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の食器は、第１の柄の先端に第１の食器本体を有する第１部材と、第２の柄の先端に第２の食器本体を有する第２部材であって、前記第１部材に対して相対回転可能に支点で接続され、前記第１部材と一体となって、基端から先端に向かって前記支点、持ち手となる力点、食品をつかむ作用点の順に設けられている第３種てこを利用したトングを構成する第２部材と、第３の柄の先端に第３の食器本体を有する部材であって、前記第１部材及び前記第２部材に対して退避可能に前記支点で接続されることで、前記第３の食器本体が前記第１の食器本体及び前記第２の食器本体の間に位置し、前記第１の食器本体、前記第２の食器本体及び前記第３の食器本体の互いの間に隙間を設けた場合に前記第１部材及び前記第２部材と一体となってフォークを構成すると共に、前記第１の食器本体、前記第２の食器本体及び前記第３の食器本体の互いの間に隙間を設けない場合に前記第１部材及び前記第２部材と一体となってスプーンを構成する第３部材と、を備えていることを特徴とする。
　本発明の食器によれば、スプーンとフォークの機能を兼ね備えているだけでなく、トングの機能も備えており、使い勝手を向上させることができる。また、当該食器は、変形させることで、スプーン、フォーク及びトングの機能を選択的に単体で発揮させることができる嵩張らないものであり、アウトドアで持ち運ぶことを前提にした場合であっても使い勝手がよいものである。さらに、柄の一端にスプーンの掬う部分を設け、柄の他端にフォークの歯を設けている食器とは異なり、当該食器は、食品で汚れた部分を基端側にしてつかむ必要がなく、手が汚れることはなく使い勝手がよいものである。
　本発明はまた、上記手段の食器において、前記第３部材は、前記第１部材及び前記第２部材から退避させた場合にナイフ又は串を構成することを特徴とする。

　図１～図４に示す食器１は、スプーン、フォーク、ナイフ及びトングの機能を兼ね備えたものであり、各機能を切り替えて使用することができる。具体的に、食器１は、プラスチック等の樹脂、又は鉄やステンレス等の金属など、種々の材料から製造することができるものであり、トング１０とナイフ２０とから構成されている。この食器１は、一般的なスプーンやフォークと同程度の大きさであり、嵩張らないものである。
　トング１０は、基端から先端に向かって、すなわち図１～図３における上方から下方に向かって支点Ｐ１、持ち手となる力点Ｅ１、食品をつかむ作用点Ｌ１の順に設けられている第３種てこを利用したものであり、左右対称の形状を有する。具体的に、トング１０は、相対回転可能に支点Ｐ１で接続されている１対の部材１１，１２から構成されている。
　対の一方である第１部材１１は、力点Ｅ１となる第１の柄１３の先端に、作用点Ｌ１となる第１の食器本体１４を有している。この第１部材１１には、対の他方である第２部材１２と対向する部分に、基端から先端にわたって、ナイフ２０の刃線２０ａ又は峰２０ｂが嵌まる溝１１ａが形成されている。持ち手となる第１の柄１３の外側の部分は、手で握った際に指が滑らない形状を有していることが好ましい。食品をつかむ第１の食器本体１４の内側の部分は、つかんだ食品の滑り止めとしてギザギザの刻みを有していることが好ましい。
　対の他方である第２部材１２は、第１部材１１と同様、力点Ｅ１となる第２の柄１５の先端に、作用点Ｌ１となる第２の食器本体１６を有している。この第２部材１２には、対の一方である第１部材１１と対向する部分に、基端から先端にわたって、ナイフ２０の刃線２０ａ又は峰２０ｂが嵌まる溝１２ａが形成されている。持ち手となる第２の柄１５の外側の部分は、手で握った際に指が滑らない形状を有していることが好ましい。食品をつかむ第２の食品本体１６の内側の部分は、つかんだ食品の滑り止めとしてギザギザの刻みを有していることが好ましい。
　このようなトング１０は、外力が付与されていない自然な状態において、１対の部材１１，１２が鈍角をなし、平行よりも開いている（図１及び図３（Ａ）参照）。一方、トング１０は、外力が付与されている状態において、１対の部材１１，１２が平行となり（図２参照）、又は１対の部材１１，１２が平行よりも閉じることになる（図示省略）。
　トング１０の支点Ｐ１には、ナイフ２０の基端に設けられているボール２３が、所定の方向（例えば、図１～図３における下方から上方に向かう方向、あるいは図１～図３における紙面手前側と奥側の一方から他方に向かう方向）から、回転可能かつ取外し可能に嵌め込まれる。すなわち、トング１０の支点Ｐ１には、ボール２３が嵌め込まれることによって、ナイフ２０が退避可能に接続される。
　詳しくは後述するように、トング１０は、ナイフ２０と一体となってフォーク（図１参照）又はスプーン（図２参照）として機能する。また、トング１０は、ナイフ２０を退避させることでトングそのものとして機能する（図３（Ａ）及び図４参照）。例えば、トング１０は、ナイフ２０が取り外されている場合に、トングそのものとして機能する（図３（Ａ）参照）。あるいは、トング１０は、１対の部材１１，１２の間からナイフ２０が回転させられている場合に、トングそのものとして機能する（図４参照）。
　ナイフ（第３の部材）２０は、トング１０を構成する１対の部材１１，１２に対して、退避可能に支点Ｐ１で接続される。具体的に、ナイフ２０は、第３の柄２１の先端に、食品を切るための第３の食器本体２２を有していると共に、第３の柄２１の基端に、１対の部材１１，１２に接続するためのボール２３を有している。食品を切るための第３の食器本体２２における刃線２０ａの一部は、切れ味を良くするためにギザギザの刻みを有していることが好ましい。ボール２３は、支点Ｐ１に取外し可能に嵌め込まれて回転可能になる。これにより、ナイフ２０は、支点Ｐ１を中心に、上下（図１～図３における紙面手前側及び奥側）に所定角度（例えば、９０度、１２０度）ずつ回転可能になる。
　ナイフ２０の刃線２０ａ及び峰２０ｂはそれぞれ、トング１０の溝１１ａ又は１２ａに嵌まる。このようなナイフ２０は、ボール２３と刃線２０ａ及び峰２０ｂとの間に、くびれて細くなる首部２０ｃを有する。首部２０ｃは、ナイフ２０が上又は下に回転させられた場合に、トング１０の溝１１ａ又は１２ａの縁に嵌まり、ナイフ２０の回転をロックする（図４参照）。
　このようなナイフ２０は、トング１０と一体となってフォーク又はスプーンとして機能すると共に、トング１０から退避させることでナイフそのものとして機能する。
　具体的に、ナイフ２０は、トング１０を構成する１対の部材１１，１２に接続されることで、第３の食器本体２２が１対の食器本体１４，１６の間に位置し、各食器本体１４，１６，２２の互いの間に隙間を設けた場合に、トング１０と一体となってフォークとして機能する（図１参照）。この場合、各食器本体１４，１６，２２は、一体となってフォークの歯として機能する。
　また、ナイフ２０は、トング１０を構成する１対の部材１１，１２に接続されることで、第３の食器本体２２が１対の食器本体１４，１６の間に位置し、各食器本体１４，１６，２２の互いの間に隙間を設けない場合に、ナイフ２０の刃線２０ａ及び峰２０ｂがそれぞれ、トング１０の溝１１ａ又は１２ａに嵌まることで、１対の部材１１，１２が相対回転しなくなったトング１０と一体となって、スプーンとして機能する（図２参照）。この場合、各食器本体１４，１６，２２は、一体となってスプーンの頭部として機能する。なお、スプーンの頭部は、椀状又は皿状の形状を有する。例えば、スプーンの頭部は、中央部分が略平板状で、その外周部分が斜めに折れ曲がって縁を構成することで、椀状又は皿状となる。
　さらに、ナイフ２０は、トング１０から取り外されている場合に、ナイフそのものとして機能する（図３（Ｂ）参照）。あるいは、ナイフ２０は、トング１０を構成する１対の部材１１，１２の間から回転させられた場合に、ナイフそのものとして機能する（図４参照）。
　このような食器１によれば、スプーンとフォークの機能を兼ね備えているだけでなく、ナイフ及びトングの機能も備えており、使い勝手を向上させることができる。また、当該食器１は、変形させることで、スプーン、フォーク、ナイフ及びトングの機能を選択的に単体で発揮させることができる嵩張らないものであり、アウトドアで持ち運ぶことを前提にした場合であっても使い勝手がよいものである。さらに、当該食器１は、柄の一端にスプーンの掬う部分を設け、柄の他端にフォークの歯を設けている食器とは異なり、当該食器１は、食品で汚れた部分を基端側にしてつかむ必要がなく、手が汚れることはなく使い勝手がよいものである。
　［第２実施形態］次に、図５を用いて、第２実施形態に係る食器２について説明する。図５は、食器２を構成する部品（トング１０、串３０）の上面図である。なお、ここでは、第２実施形態である食器２の特徴部分のみを説明し、第１実施形態の食器１と同様の構成及び作用についての説明は適宜省略する。
　図５に示す食器２は、スプーン、フォーク、串及びトングの機能を兼ね備えたものであり、各機能を切り替えて使用することができる。具体的に、食器２は、食器１におけるナイフ２０を串３０に置換したものであり、基本的な構造は食器１と同様である。
　串３０は、先端から所定の範囲に、食品の引っ掛かり等を良くするためにギザギザの刻みを有していることが好ましい。
　このような食器２によれば、スプーンとフォークの機能を兼ね備えているだけでなく、串及びトングの機能も備えており、使い勝手を向上させることができる。また、当該食器２は、変形させることで、スプーン、フォーク、串及びトングの機能を選択的に単体で発揮させることができる嵩張らないものであり、アウトドアで持ち運ぶことを前提にした場合であっても使い勝手がよいものである。
　なお、本発明は、上記各実施形態に限られるものではなく、その趣旨及び技術思想を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。すなわち、各構成の位置、大きさ、長さ、幅、数量、形状、材質などは、適宜変更できる。
　あるいは、本発明は、トング１０、ナイフ２０及び串３０をセットとした食器とし、トング１０に対して、ナイフ２０及び串３０の一方を適宜組み合わせて使用するものであってもよい。
　あるいは、上記各実施形態において、食器１，２を折畳み可能に構成するようにしてもよい。すなわち、食器１については、トング１０及びナイフ２０を一体に半分に折り畳むことができるように構成してもよく、食器２については、トング１０及び串３０を一体に半分に折り畳むことができるように構成してもよい。
　あるいは、上記各実施形態は、ナイフ２０又は串３０を湾曲させず真っ直ぐで平らな形状とし、それに対応させてトング１０も真っ直ぐな形状とすることで、ナイフ２０又は串３０の機能に重点をおいたが、本発明はこれに限定されず、ナイフ２０又は串３０を湾曲させ、それに対応させてトング１０も湾曲させることで、スプーンの機能に重点をおくように構成してもよい。
　あるいは、上記各実施形態において、スプーンの頭部となる第１の食器本体１４又は第２の食器本体１６の大きさを大きく構成しておくことで、フォークとして機能させている最中に、スプーンとしても機能させることもできる。

Claims (2)

  1. 　第１の柄の先端に第１の食器本体を有する第１部材と、
    　第２の柄の先端に第２の食器本体を有する部材であって、前記第１部材に対して相対回転可能に支点で接続され、前記第１部材と一体となって、基端から先端に向かって前記支点、持ち手となる力点、食品をつかむ作用点の順に設けられている第３種てこを利用したトングを構成する第２部材と、
    　第３の柄の先端に第３の食器本体を有する部材であって、前記第１部材及び前記第２部材に対して退避可能に前記支点で接続されることで、前記第３の食器本体が前記第１の食器本体及び前記第２の食器本体の間に位置し、前記第１の食器本体、前記第２の食器本体及び前記第３の食器本体の互いの間に隙間を設けた場合に前記第１部材及び前記第２部材と一体となってフォークを構成すると共に、前記第１の食器本体、前記第２の食器本体及び前記第３の食器本体の互いの間に隙間を設けない場合に前記第１部材及び前記第２部材と一体となってスプーンを構成する第３部材と、を備えていることを特徴とする
    　食器。
  2. 　前記第３部材は、前記第１部材及び前記第２部材から退避させた場合にナイフ又は串を構成することを特徴とする
